  • The Polish Platform of Medical Research (PPM) by the Medical University of Lublin is a digital platform presenting the scientific achievements and research potential of the Medical University of Lublin. It incorporates the features of a Current Research Information System and an institutional repository and uses OMEGA-PSIR software. It provides open access to full texts of publications, doctoral theses, research data and other documents. PPM showcases research profiles of the academic staff affiliated with the Medical University of Lublin, provides access to a database of experts from various medical fields and enables generating reports and analyses based on the data stored in the repository. PPM also provides information on the research potential of the University – patents, projects, infrastructure and laboratories. PPM is widely accessible on the Internet, however, certain features are only available for the Medical University of Lublin registered staff members.

  • The Knowledge Management Platform of the Kozminski University (PZW ALK) is a fully functional CRIS system operating at the Kozminski University. The system is based on software by Warsaw University of Technologys - Omega-PSIR. It is integrated with internal systems of the University and external databases.The system collects data related to scientific activities: publications, journals published by the University, publications in the Kozminski University Repository and other activities and scientific achievements of scientists.The Knowledge Management Platform contains research profiles of the KU academic staff, provides access to the database of experts from various fields of social sciences and enables generating reports and analyses based on data stored in the platform. The system contains the current organizational structure of KU, which allows it to present the network of connections between employees of the University units. It is accessible for any Internet user, however, certain features are restricted to registered staff of the Kozminski University.

  • The main goal of the Knowledge Base of the Kazimierz Pułaski University of Technology and Humanities in Radom is to provide information and promote the achievements of employees and organizational units of the University. It functions as institutional Repository, archiving in digital version full texts of publications, including: monographs, journal articles, book chapters, doctoral dissertations, as well as texts of works constituting the basis for awarding academic degrees and titles.The Knowledge Base provides a complete view of research achievements of the University and reports them to the national authorities. It is a reporting tool for the Polish Scientific Bibliography portal, which is part of the Integrated Information System on Science and Higher Education POL-on. The Knowledge Base produces and visualizes a profile of the unit by aggregating profiles of all employees of a given unit. The system has various predefined reports, which can be used by researchers for a promotion or yearly evaluation. The faculty managers and deans can produce research activity reports for a given period for a person, a team or a unit. One can also generate a bibliometric analysis.

  • SINBAW is a distributed knowledge base system based on a network of institutional knowledge bases running on Omega-PSIR. The essence of the system is the exchange and aggregation of resources deposited in local systems. These resources currently include journals, authors and orgUnits. The next phase will cover additional resources such as publications, projects and others. The end-user will be able to browse, search, etc. in a uniform manner using the standard Omega-PSIR interface, regardless of the place where the content was deposited.
