The problem of locality and local wisdom in Indonesia has become a problem that has got much attention in the post-Reformation 1998. Cepu District in Blora Regency is now starting to rise to revitalize the glory of the Jipang Duchy in the past. Meanwhile, Duke of Arya Penangsang who ruled Jipang in the mid-16th century was a symbol of their hero. The chronicle of Babad Tanah Djawi and the Javanese Mataraman/inland culture have built a hegemonic representation whose traces are manifested in the art of Solo kethoprak (Mataraman). Meanwhile, Kethoprak Pati (coastal area) which accommodates spoken stories in Coastal Java builds a representation that has a resistance pattern. Cepu is a city that inherits the existence of the figure of Arya Penangsang and Kadipaten Jipang. The revitalization of the glory of the Jipang Duchy in Cepu is a resistance patterned representation. The existence of Jipang Village [1] as a collective memory builder of the Cepu community in Blora Regency is very important. Jipang Village, in the past was the capital of the Jipang Duchy, which is currently seen as important by the Cepu community. This research shows that there are three important things related to the existence of Jipang Village. First, Arya Penangsang and the Duchy of Jipang for the Cepu Community. Second, the construction of the collective memory of the Cepu people. Third, the material culture of Arya Penangsang and the Duchy of Jipang.

Energy balance analysis study for the production process of biodiesel needs to be done to find out whether a production process of biodiesel activity has a surplus energy or minus energy. This study aims to analyse the balance of energy of the plantation of palm, production of palm oil, and production process units of biodiesel with the life cycle assessment in Banyuasin - Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the largest energy input in the plantation of palm, production of palm oil, and production process units of biodiesel sequentially is the use of urea as N-fertilizer, electricity, and methanol. The value of NEB and NER in the production process of palm biodiesel sequentially is 5871 MJ and 1.17. Finally, the production process of palm biodiesel in Banyuasin area has a positive energy balance. The activity of production of palm biodiesel is proper to operate because it produces an energy surplus.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, public transportation occupancy has decreased significantly. In addition to the sluggish economy, the COVID-19 health protocol rules require that only 50 percent of passengers can be transported for public transportation. This study tries to identify the use of public transportation and the factors that influence this use during the adaptation period for the new habits of the COVID-19 pandemic. Data on the frequency of using public transportation before and during the pandemic was processed with the index formula. Before the pandemic period, using public transportation was often, with an index value of 60.8%. During the pandemic period, 10.1% of respondents did not do activities outside the home. Respondents who moved outside their homes (89.9%) used private vehicles (88.3%) and 11.7% public transportation for their trips. The type of public transportation often used is online transportation (motorbike and car) by 62.1%. The frequency of use of public transportation is rare (44.9%) and very rarely (40.8%); the rest are often (9.7%) and very often (4.5%). This value will produce an index value of 44.5% with a sparse interval interpretation. A hypothesis test was conducted between the respondent's characteristics (gender, age, occupation, and vehicle ownership) and the frequency of using public transportation. The result shows that the factor influencing the frequency of using public transportation is the respondent's occupation.

Potential wave energy in Indonesia between 5 kW m–1 to 20 kW m–1 depending on-site location coastline. This research in ocean energy of Wave Energy Conversion (WEC) is wave activated body using the floating or motion hull due to kinetic and momentum energy from an ocean wave. The pendulum movement cause by a floating hull to drive the electric generator. The shape of the hull, displacement, and position point of the mooring line greatly influences the movement of the hull. This paper discusses how to computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation can solve and determine the best mooring line position in the hull. Moreover, the shape of the hull at under waterline or drought has slope angle 45°, length overall 3 m, breadth 1.5 m, depth 2 m, and draft 0.65 m. One of the boundary conditions in the domain CFD, the direction of a wave from inlet boundary to starboard or port side using regular wave. The position both of mooring bitts are at forwarding perpendicular and after perpendicular. Three-position of mooring bitts that have simulated CFD: under the waterline, (ii) at the waterline, and (iii) up waterline. The result of simulation that the best position of mooring bitts is at the waterline.

This article examines the influence of waters environment on the existence of Martapura port in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. Martapura port is a port located on the banks of Martapura River, Banjarmasin. This port has been an essential trade center since the 17th century during the heyday of Banjar sultanate. The strategic port location along the riverbank that divides Banjarmasin makes Martapura port crowded and visited by sailors and traders from various islands and other regions in Indonesia, even from other countries. Through historical research methods consisting of heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography, this article reveals how the waters environment influenced the existence of Martapura port until finally the port had to be moved to a new location. The results emphasize that the narrowing Martapura river due to the development of economic centers and residential settlements in the form of floating houses on both sides of the river and also sedimentation in the estuary, caused disruption of the shipping lanes to the port and the silting of the turning basins. As a result, the waterway became narrow and large ships were no longer able to move into the port. Therefore, in 1961, the construction of a new port on the banks of Barito river began and since 1965 Martapura port has only been used for the activities of small wooden ships and sailboats.

This paper aims to trace M. Saleh Lahade's notion on the concept of rural development in South Sulawesi in the 1950s. Used historical method which includes several phases, namely: heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The result reveals the fact that M. Saleh Lahade's ideas were based on the physical environment and severe human settlement were damaged, the stagnation of the economy and the occurrence of stagnation in social life as a result of prolonged armed conflict. The concepts offered are based on falsafah and local wisdom that has long been developed, such as the spirit to act when finding something that is broken, the spirit of never giving up, the spirit of honesty, the spirit of independence (to maradeka), and the spirit of building harmony in people's lives. To develop his ideas M. Saleh Lahade used the concept of cluster units. Through this approach, rural service units are built in one mini cluster to create effectiveness and efficiency in public services. In addition, it also encourages the creation of a better physical and social environment, a more secure public health, and faster economic wheels.

This paper analyses factors that might cause accidents to the container ships due to containers stacked on deck, and propose applicable actions to minimize these factors. The number, capacity, and speed of hatch-coverless container ships worldwide have increased significantly since the latest decade due to the increase of world trade. There is also a trend of stacking more containers on deck in order to increase the capacity of the ships. This phenomenon makes the number of container ship accidents also increasing; particularly capsize or sink. Even though merchant ships have to comply with safety rules and regulations, but the number of accidents still significantly high. The accidents usually cause great loses to the cargo and damage the overall logistic system. The sources of container ship accidents can be categorized into the ship itself, the environment, human factor, and management. In this study, accidents data and related information were gathered through literature study, on the spot observation, and direct interviews with relevant parties. Causes of accidents were then identified using cause and effect analysis. Based on the findings from the analysis, options for overcoming them were simulated to obtain the most applicable solutions that would minimize the accidents.

Increased interest in renewable, carbon-neutral energy sources makes processing biodiesel from microalgae has become the objective for many researchers and companies. Some kind of wastewater including municipal, industrial and agricultural wastewaters have been identified as alternate growth mediums. Produced water is the largest byproduct of the oil and natural gas extraction process which constitutes of high concentration of pollutants, such as dissolved nitrogen, phosphorus, dissolved organic carbon, heavy metal and monocyclic aromatic compound like BTEX. The purpose of this study is to identify Chlorella sp. potential for producing lipid in artificial produced water. Variations made in this study consist of 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% volume of artificial produced water to the control Walne medium. The highest specific growth rate and biomass productivity of Chlorella sp. achieved by culture grown in 25% wastewater with a value of 0.225 day−1 and 0.175 g L−1day−1, respectively. The highest lipid yield and productivity in mixed culture of artificial produced water and Walne medium achieved by culture in 25% artificial produced water with value of 0.231 and 40.48 mg.L−1.day−1. C16 and C18 fatty acids which dominated the lipids of Chlorella sp. in all culture variations indicated that the lipid of Chlorella sp. were suitable for producing high quality biodiesel.
