    Agricultural cooperative models are vital in developing resilient and sustainable food systems. The various advantages of agri-food cooperatives, namely the democratic participation of their members in decision-making, the simplified economic and financial management, the proven positive influence on food security, and the offer of a labour market, allow arguing these models as natural alternatives for the human right to food fulfilment. However, these models face several challenges in competing in the international and regional market against large food monopolies and legal and political obstacles that slow down or limit their development. This research aims to assess the role of agri-food cooperatives as a real, viable and sustainable alternative in the right to food fulfilment. The main result is aimed at obtaining a rationale for the contributions of agri-food cooperatives as a sustainable alternative and material guarantee for the human right to food fulfilment.

De acuerdo con diferentes investigaciones, el PET se ha posicionado como uno de los materiales plásticos más usados en las diferentes industrias, dando como resultado un gran número de recipientes desechados lo cual genera un aumento en los niveles de contaminación por residuos sólidos. El presente trabajo de grado busca reducir la contaminación ambiental, mediante la adecuación de envases PET reciclados como materia prima en la creación de muebles, dando así un nuevo ciclo de vida, generando empleos y crecimiento económico. En el presente plan de negocios, se analizó la viabilidad y aceptación de un nuevo producto en el mercado, fabricado en su mayoría con material reciclable como el Tereftalato de Polietileno - PET. Mediante un estudio de mercado se recopilo información de clientes potenciales residentes en Bucaramanga y su área metropolitana, analizando factores de aceptación, características requeridas de durabilidad, precio entre otras. Asimismo, se desarrollaron los análisis técnico y financiero que permitieran predecir el comportamiento de la oferta, la demanda y si financieramente es viable el plan de negocios desarrollado. Recycling is one of the most effective activities in order to contribute to the conservation of the environment since the excessive consumption of natural resources is avoided, and incentivates the use of materials that are classified as waste and generate environmental damage due to their typification as not biodegradable. According to different investigations, PET is positioned as one of the most used plastic materials in different industries, resulting in a large number of discarded containers which generates an increase in the levels of contamination by solid waste. This degree disertation work seeks to reduce environmental pollution by adapting recycled PET containers as a raw material in the creation of furniture, thus giving a new life cycle, generating jobs and economic growth. In this business plan, the viability and acceptance of a new product in the market was analyzed, manufactured mostly with recyclable material such as Polyethylene Terephthalate – PET. Through a market study, information was collected from potential clients residing in Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area, analyzing acceptance factors, required characteristics of durability, price, among others. Likewise, technical and financial analyzes were developed that would allow predicting the behavior of supply, demand and whether the business plan developed is financially viable.     [CA] Després d’analitzar les diferents variables, s’avaluaran les diferents càrregues tèrmiques i es projectarà un sistema d’escalfament d’aigua per a la utilització de la piscina durant tot l’any, mitjançant energíes renovables; en compliment del CTE, RITE y REBT, seleccionant la metodología de major estalvi energètic. Donades les necesitats de les zones de vestuaris, es projectarà un sistema de producción d’ACS, justificant així mateix el compliment del CTE HE-0, HS-4 y HE-4 i la Reglamentació de prevenció de la legionel·la. El Projecte s’estructurarà en una Memòria descriptiva, un Anexe de Càlculs Justificatius de les seleccions i dimensions projectades, un Plec de Condicions Tècniques que garantisca el desenvolupament del projecte, que incorporarà un manual de us i manteniment, els plànols de muntatje necessaris o un Presupost que valore l’obra a realizar [ES] Tras el análisis de las diferentes variables, se evaluarán las cargas térmicas y se proyectará un sistema de calentamiento del agua para la utilización de la piscina durante todo el año, mediante energías renovables; en cumplimiento del CTE, RITE y REBT, seleccionando la metodología de mayor ahorro energético. Dadas las necesidades de las zonas de vestuarios, se proyectará un sistema de producción de ACS, justificando así mismo el cumplimiento de CTE HE-0, HS-4 y HE-4 y Reglamentación de prevención de la legionela. El Proyecto se estructurará en una Memoria descriptiva, un Anexo de Cálculos Justificativos de las elecciones y dimensiones proyectadas, un Pliego de Condiciones Técnicas que garantice el desarrollo del proyecto, que incorporará un manual de uso y mantenimiento, los planos de montaje necesarios y un Presupuesto que valore la obra a realizar. [EN] After the analysis of the different variables, the thermal loads will be evaluated and a water heating system will be designed for the use of the swimming pool throughout the year, using renewable energies; in compliance with the CTE, RITE and REBT, selecting the most energy-saving methodology. Given the needs of the changing room areas, a DHW production system will be designed, justifying compliance with CTE HE-0, HS-4 and HE-4 and Legionella prevention regulations. The project will be structured in a descriptive report, an annex of calculations justifying the choices and dimensions planned, a technical specifications sheet that guarantees the development of the project, which will include a manual for use and maintenance, the necessary assembly plans and a budget that values the work to be carried out.
