    La notion de filière, développée par l’école française d’économie industrielle dans la seconde partie du 20e siècle, connait aujourd’hui un renouveau dans le contexte de la remise en cause de la fragmentation des activités économiques, de l’intérêt porté au développement durable et des progrès scientifiques et techniques qui ouvrent des opportunités pour l’émergence de filières ancrées sur les territoires. Ce numéro spécial de la revue Technologie et Innovation analyse ce renouveau des filières de production au prisme de la bioéconomie qui représente un champ d’activité s’appuyant sur la valorisation de la biomasse. Après avoir présenté les travaux fondateurs, cet article introductif analyse le renouveau des travaux dans le contexte particulier de la bioéconomie et développe les enjeux économiques, environnementaux et politiques du développement des filières de production biosourcées. La dernière partie présente les articles insérés dans ce numéro. The notion of a “value chain”, developed by the French school of industrial economics in the second half of the 20th century, is currently enjoying a revival – the fragmentation of economic activities is being called into question, interest in sustainable development is growing, and scientific and technical progress is opening up opportunities for the emergence of value chains rooted in local areas. This special issue of Technologie et Innovation analyzes the revival of value chains from a bioeconomic perspective, the bioeconomy being a field of activity based on the valorization of biomass. After presenting the founding works, this introductory article analyzes the revival of work in the specific context of the bioeconomy, and develops the economic, environmental and political stakes involved in the development of biosourced value chains. The final section presents the articles included in this issue.

    La recherche sur la communication environnementale a pris aujourd’hui une grande ampleur dans le monde, en intégrant différentes disciplines, approches et thématiques (Pezzullo & Cox, 2022). Cependant, des efforts supplémentaires sont nécessaires pour renforcer la collaboration interdisciplinaire (Canon et al., 2022). Étant donné que les nouvelles approches de la communication environnementale dans les médias sociaux numériques, telles que celles basées sur les valeurs, demeurent largement sous-étudiées (Fage-Butler, 2022), nous proposons de relier les avancées en psychologie environnementale à la recherche en information et communication dans ce domaine.Suivant Fage-Butler (2022), nous suggérons que les valeurs jouent un rôle essentiel dans le contexte du changement climatique, car elles influencent les niveaux de confiance accordée aux autorités scientifiques et politiques, tout en constituant la base des attitudes qui mènent à des réponses comportementales. De manière générale, l’approche par les valeurs a été développée dans diverses disciplines des sciences sociales (Greimas, 1973; Guilhaumou, 2017; Maio, 2016). Dans cette étude, nous faisons référence aux résultats de l’approche psychologique des valeurs, qui constitue une contribution majeure aux recherches sur la communication environnementale. Plus précisément, nous proposons d’identifier les valeurs liées aux obstacles à la transition énergétique qui sont mentionnés dans les publications sur Instagram des leaders d’opinion Belges et Français et dans les commentaires des internautes à ces posts.Des études récentes en psychologie environnementale montrent que l’action climatique est plus probable lorsque les valeurs biosphériques, comme la protection de la nature, sont promues et mises en évidence dans la société, tandis que les valeurs égoïstes et hédoniques, centrées sur les biens personnels et le plaisir, tendent à décourager cette action (Bouman et al., 2021). Dans ce travail, nous testons cette hypothèse à partir des données des médias sociaux numériques et explorons avec des outils d’analyse multimodale du discours comment l’évocation dans les discours des relations entre actions, acteurs et valeurs aide à comprendre les obstacles ressentis dans nos sociétés à l’action climatique dans le secteur de l’énergie et leur lien avec certaines valeurs. Le choix du secteur de l’énergie est justifié par l’importance de ce secteur dans la lutte pour réduire les émissions de gaz à effet de serre. Le projet européen 2O2CM a récemment analysé comment la communication sur les actions d’atténuation du changement climatique dans ce secteur se développe sur Instagram, l’un des médias sociaux visuels les plus populaires dans l’UE, et notamment le phénomène des leaders d’opinion (Catellani et al., 2024).Nos principales questions de recherche sont les suivantes :1.Quelles sont les tendances des discours sur Instagram à propos de la transition énergétique dans les posts des leaders d’opinion belges et français, en particulier concernant l’évocation d’obstacles à l’action pro-climatique et de valeurs liées à ces obstacles ?2.Quels obstacles à l’action pro-environnementale et quelles valeurs liées à ces obstacles apparaissent dans les commentaires des internautes sur ces posts ?Pour répondre à ces questions, nous avons adopté une méthode de recherche mixte. Tout d’abord, nous avons sélectionné 120 leaders d’opinion sur Instagram en lien avec le changement climatique, en nous basant sur cinq critères : l’engagement durable et le partage d’informations, l’influence interpersonnelle, l’expertise, l’intermédialité et l’interconnexion (Samofalova, 2024). Ensuite, nous avons manuellement constitué un corpus de 128 publications portant sur les obstacles à la transition énergétique. Par ailleurs, nous avons recueilli 1443 commentaires sur ces posts.Nous avons appliqué une analyse multimodale du discours pour identifier différentes tendances dans les composantes visuelles et verbales des publications, notamment les actions requises pour la transition énergétique, les principaux acteurs responsables de l’atténuation du changement climatique dans ce secteur, ainsi que les obstacles à cette transition et les valeurs environnementales évoquées. Les commentaires ont été analysés à l’aide d’une analyse de contenu afin d’identifier les obstacles à la transition énergétique et les valeurs environnementales évoquées en lien avec ces obstacles.Cette approche nous a permis de nous concentrer sur les éléments visuels et textuels partagés par les leaders d’opinion concernant la transition énergétique, ainsi que sur les commentaires. Concernant les principales tendances sur le plan des images présentes dans les posts, les obstacles se sont manifestés à travers plusieurs signes iconiques, notamment ceux mettant en scène les émissions de combustibles fossiles et les infrastructures associées. Sur le plan plastique chromatique, les obstacles étaient principalement représentés par des couleurs rouge, orange et noire. Les résultats concernant les commentaires indiquent également que, au niveau de l’évocation du vécu individuel, les obstacles émergent des sentiments personnels, des préoccupations liées à la santé, de la valorisation de la liberté de choix et des stéréotypes ; au niveau de la perception que les individus ont des acteurs sociaux, ils concernent notamment l’(in)action des gouvernements et des entreprises. Comme dans les études en psychologie environnementale, nos résultats révèlent la nette domination de valeurs égoïstes et hédoniques en lien avec les obstacles identifiés.En résumé, nous avons repéré les ensembles de valeurs évoquées et leurs relations avec les obstacles énoncés dans les posts et les commentaires, en liant les avancées de la psychologie environnementale à la recherche en information et communication, ce qui constitue une contribution à l’interdisciplinarité. Les résultats soulignent aussi le potentiel des médias sociaux pour encourager l’action pro-environnementale.

    Faire des recherches en ligne qui soient respectueuses de l’environnement, telle est la proposition de valeur des moteurs de recherche écologiques. Notre étude met en évidence deux modèles distincts : certains acteurs promettent de réduire directement la consommation d’énergie et l’émission de CO2 grâce à une technologie plus performante, tandis que d’autres proposent de compenser les émissions de CO2 dues aux recherches en soutenant les associations de reforestation ou en achetant des Crédits Carbone. Nous montrons que la multiplication des initiatives et les enjeux de légitimité ont rendu les débuts difficiles. La maîtrise des effets de réseau et la capacité à légitimer un positionnement écologique vis-à-vis des partenaires et des utilisateurs s’imposent comme les facteurs clés de réussite de ces initiatives. The value proposition of ecological search engines is based on conducting online research that is respectful of the environment. Our study highlights two contrasting models. On the one hand, some agents promise to reduce energy consumption or CO2 emissions directly as a result of having to more effective technology. On the other hand, there are agents who propose to compensate CO2 emissions due to online research by supporting reforestation associations or by buying Carbon Credits. We show that the multiplication of initiatives and legitimacy issues have led to difficulties. Generating networks effects and an ability to legitimate an ecological positioning in the eyes of partners and users appear to be key success factors for these initiatives.

    Poor vitamin intake, diminished intestinal absorption or metabolism alteration can all contribute to vitamin deficiencies. Over the last twenty years, advances in molecular biology have helped to identify the majority of intestinal vitamin transporters. The purpose of this review was to summarise the state of the art in this field to help the clinicians to recognise potential clinical risk situations related to alteration of vitamin absorption. Firstly, this review detailed the intestinal absorption site and the related transporter for each vitamin. Secondly, it reported the main factors able to alter vitamin absorption. Actually, different factors, such as drugs, alcohol or intestinal resection and gastrointestinal disorders modulate vitamin absorption. Water-soluble vitamins are mainly impacted by a competitive mechanism for their transport. Fat-soluble vitamin absorption is highly dependent on the lipid absorption, and, thus, gastrointestinal disorders inducing steatorrhea are at risk of fat-soluble vitamin deficiencies. Some of the knowledge in this field was provided by in vitro studies. Future studies on the current topic are required to transpose these studies in clinical practice.     Abstract The cross section of the 235 U(n f) reaction has been measured with a high-energy resolution for neutrons between 6 eV and 3 keV. A fission fragment and a fission neutron detector were used simultaneously. Resonance parameters for 78 levels between 6 and 150 eV are given. The statistical distributions of Γ f , Γ γ and α have been studied.

    La notion de filière, développée par l’école française d’économie industrielle dans la seconde partie du 20e siècle, connait aujourd’hui un renouveau dans le contexte de la remise en cause de la fragmentation des activités économiques, de l’intérêt porté au développement durable et des progrès scientifiques et techniques qui ouvrent des opportunités pour l’émergence de filières ancrées sur les territoires. Ce numéro spécial de la revue Technologie et Innovation analyse ce renouveau des filières de production au prisme de la bioéconomie qui représente un champ d’activité s’appuyant sur la valorisation de la biomasse. Après avoir présenté les travaux fondateurs, cet article introductif analyse le renouveau des travaux dans le contexte particulier de la bioéconomie et développe les enjeux économiques, environnementaux et politiques du développement des filières de production biosourcées. La dernière partie présente les articles insérés dans ce numéro. The notion of a “value chain”, developed by the French school of industrial economics in the second half of the 20th century, is currently enjoying a revival – the fragmentation of economic activities is being called into question, interest in sustainable development is growing, and scientific and technical progress is opening up opportunities for the emergence of value chains rooted in local areas. This special issue of Technologie et Innovation analyzes the revival of value chains from a bioeconomic perspective, the bioeconomy being a field of activity based on the valorization of biomass. After presenting the founding works, this introductory article analyzes the revival of work in the specific context of the bioeconomy, and develops the economic, environmental and political stakes involved in the development of biosourced value chains. The final section presents the articles included in this issue.

    La recherche sur la communication environnementale a pris aujourd’hui une grande ampleur dans le monde, en intégrant différentes disciplines, approches et thématiques (Pezzullo & Cox, 2022). Cependant, des efforts supplémentaires sont nécessaires pour renforcer la collaboration interdisciplinaire (Canon et al., 2022). Étant donné que les nouvelles approches de la communication environnementale dans les médias sociaux numériques, telles que celles basées sur les valeurs, demeurent largement sous-étudiées (Fage-Butler, 2022), nous proposons de relier les avancées en psychologie environnementale à la recherche en information et communication dans ce domaine.Suivant Fage-Butler (2022), nous suggérons que les valeurs jouent un rôle essentiel dans le contexte du changement climatique, car elles influencent les niveaux de confiance accordée aux autorités scientifiques et politiques, tout en constituant la base des attitudes qui mènent à des réponses comportementales. De manière générale, l’approche par les valeurs a été développée dans diverses disciplines des sciences sociales (Greimas, 1973; Guilhaumou, 2017; Maio, 2016). Dans cette étude, nous faisons référence aux résultats de l’approche psychologique des valeurs, qui constitue une contribution majeure aux recherches sur la communication environnementale. Plus précisément, nous proposons d’identifier les valeurs liées aux obstacles à la transition énergétique qui sont mentionnés dans les publications sur Instagram des leaders d’opinion Belges et Français et dans les commentaires des internautes à ces posts.Des études récentes en psychologie environnementale montrent que l’action climatique est plus probable lorsque les valeurs biosphériques, comme la protection de la nature, sont promues et mises en évidence dans la société, tandis que les valeurs égoïstes et hédoniques, centrées sur les biens personnels et le plaisir, tendent à décourager cette action (Bouman et al., 2021). Dans ce travail, nous testons cette hypothèse à partir des données des médias sociaux numériques et explorons avec des outils d’analyse multimodale du discours comment l’évocation dans les discours des relations entre actions, acteurs et valeurs aide à comprendre les obstacles ressentis dans nos sociétés à l’action climatique dans le secteur de l’énergie et leur lien avec certaines valeurs. Le choix du secteur de l’énergie est justifié par l’importance de ce secteur dans la lutte pour réduire les émissions de gaz à effet de serre. Le projet européen 2O2CM a récemment analysé comment la communication sur les actions d’atténuation du changement climatique dans ce secteur se développe sur Instagram, l’un des médias sociaux visuels les plus populaires dans l’UE, et notamment le phénomène des leaders d’opinion (Catellani et al., 2024).Nos principales questions de recherche sont les suivantes :1.Quelles sont les tendances des discours sur Instagram à propos de la transition énergétique dans les posts des leaders d’opinion belges et français, en particulier concernant l’évocation d’obstacles à l’action pro-climatique et de valeurs liées à ces obstacles ?2.Quels obstacles à l’action pro-environnementale et quelles valeurs liées à ces obstacles apparaissent dans les commentaires des internautes sur ces posts ?Pour répondre à ces questions, nous avons adopté une méthode de recherche mixte. Tout d’abord, nous avons sélectionné 120 leaders d’opinion sur Instagram en lien avec le changement climatique, en nous basant sur cinq critères : l’engagement durable et le partage d’informations, l’influence interpersonnelle, l’expertise, l’intermédialité et l’interconnexion (Samofalova, 2024). Ensuite, nous avons manuellement constitué un corpus de 128 publications portant sur les obstacles à la transition énergétique. Par ailleurs, nous avons recueilli 1443 commentaires sur ces posts.Nous avons appliqué une analyse multimodale du discours pour identifier différentes tendances dans les composantes visuelles et verbales des publications, notamment les actions requises pour la transition énergétique, les principaux acteurs responsables de l’atténuation du changement climatique dans ce secteur, ainsi que les obstacles à cette transition et les valeurs environnementales évoquées. Les commentaires ont été analysés à l’aide d’une analyse de contenu afin d’identifier les obstacles à la transition énergétique et les valeurs environnementales évoquées en lien avec ces obstacles.Cette approche nous a permis de nous concentrer sur les éléments visuels et textuels partagés par les leaders d’opinion concernant la transition énergétique, ainsi que sur les commentaires. Concernant les principales tendances sur le plan des images présentes dans les posts, les obstacles se sont manifestés à travers plusieurs signes iconiques, notamment ceux mettant en scène les émissions de combustibles fossiles et les infrastructures associées. Sur le plan plastique chromatique, les obstacles étaient principalement représentés par des couleurs rouge, orange et noire. Les résultats concernant les commentaires indiquent également que, au niveau de l’évocation du vécu individuel, les obstacles émergent des sentiments personnels, des préoccupations liées à la santé, de la valorisation de la liberté de choix et des stéréotypes ; au niveau de la perception que les individus ont des acteurs sociaux, ils concernent notamment l’(in)action des gouvernements et des entreprises. Comme dans les études en psychologie environnementale, nos résultats révèlent la nette domination de valeurs égoïstes et hédoniques en lien avec les obstacles identifiés.En résumé, nous avons repéré les ensembles de valeurs évoquées et leurs relations avec les obstacles énoncés dans les posts et les commentaires, en liant les avancées de la psychologie environnementale à la recherche en information et communication, ce qui constitue une contribution à l’interdisciplinarité. Les résultats soulignent aussi le potentiel des médias sociaux pour encourager l’action pro-environnementale.

    Faire des recherches en ligne qui soient respectueuses de l’environnement, telle est la proposition de valeur des moteurs de recherche écologiques. Notre étude met en évidence deux modèles distincts : certains acteurs promettent de réduire directement la consommation d’énergie et l’émission de CO2 grâce à une technologie plus performante, tandis que d’autres proposent de compenser les émissions de CO2 dues aux recherches en soutenant les associations de reforestation ou en achetant des Crédits Carbone. Nous montrons que la multiplication des initiatives et les enjeux de légitimité ont rendu les débuts difficiles. La maîtrise des effets de réseau et la capacité à légitimer un positionnement écologique vis-à-vis des partenaires et des utilisateurs s’imposent comme les facteurs clés de réussite de ces initiatives. The value proposition of ecological search engines is based on conducting online research that is respectful of the environment. Our study highlights two contrasting models. On the one hand, some agents promise to reduce energy consumption or CO2 emissions directly as a result of having to more effective technology. On the other hand, there are agents who propose to compensate CO2 emissions due to online research by supporting reforestation associations or by buying Carbon Credits. We show that the multiplication of initiatives and legitimacy issues have led to difficulties. Generating networks effects and an ability to legitimate an ecological positioning in the eyes of partners and users appear to be key success factors for these initiatives.

    Poor vitamin intake, diminished intestinal absorption or metabolism alteration can all contribute to vitamin deficiencies. Over the last twenty years, advances in molecular biology have helped to identify the majority of intestinal vitamin transporters. The purpose of this review was to summarise the state of the art in this field to help the clinicians to recognise potential clinical risk situations related to alteration of vitamin absorption. Firstly, this review detailed the intestinal absorption site and the related transporter for each vitamin. Secondly, it reported the main factors able to alter vitamin absorption. Actually, different factors, such as drugs, alcohol or intestinal resection and gastrointestinal disorders modulate vitamin absorption. Water-soluble vitamins are mainly impacted by a competitive mechanism for their transport. Fat-soluble vitamin absorption is highly dependent on the lipid absorption, and, thus, gastrointestinal disorders inducing steatorrhea are at risk of fat-soluble vitamin deficiencies. Some of the knowledge in this field was provided by in vitro studies. Future studies on the current topic are required to transpose these studies in clinical practice.     Abstract The cross section of the 235 U(n f) reaction has been measured with a high-energy resolution for neutrons between 6 eV and 3 keV. A fission fragment and a fission neutron detector were used simultaneously. Resonance parameters for 78 levels between 6 and 150 eV are given. The statistical distributions of Γ f , Γ γ and α have been studied.
