    The Agrarian Transformation Societies (SAT) are associative formulas characterized by the simplicity of their constitution, the flexibility of their legal regime or the absence of a mandatory minimum capital. Formulas close to other more well-known typologies of the social economy, such as cooperatives, but which, depending on their statutory design, can become very distant structures. Having stated the above, the object of this work will focus on addressing three issues. The first is to offer a general overview of the SAT, from its origins to the present. Second, its legal qualification as an entity of the social economy will be analyzed, focusing on the problems raised around it (if, automatically, the SAT has to be classified as such). The third issue to be examined will be the connection between the EWS and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) contemplated in the 2030 Agenda. ; Las Sociedades Agrarias de Transformación (SAT) son fórmulas asociativas caracterizadas por la sencillez de su constitución, la flexibilidad de su régimen jurídico o la ausencia de un capital mínimo obligatorio. Fórmulas cercanas a otras tipologías de la economía social más conocidas, como las cooperativas, pero que, en función de su diseño estatutario, pueden convertirse en estructuras muy distantes. Expuesto lo anterior, el objeto del presente trabajo se centrará en abordar tres cuestiones. La primera, ofrecer una panorámica general sobre las SAT, desde sus orígenes hasta la actualidad. En segundo lugar, se analizará su calificación jurídica como entidad propia de la economía social, centrándonos en la problemática suscitada en torno a la misma (si, automáticamente, la SAT ha de ser catalogada como tal). La tercera cuestión a examinar será la conexión entre las SAT y los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible (ODS) contemplados en la Agenda 2030.

    Proyecto Fin de Carrera le?do en la Universidad Rey Juan Carlos en el curso acad?mico 2010/2011. Directores del Proyecto: Gabriel Morales S?nchez y Rebeca S?nchez V?zquez ; Actualmente, para la producci?n industrial de biodiesel se emplean aceites vegetales de alta calidad como materia prima, y se utilizan catalizadores b?sicos homog?neos, KOH o NaOH. Los productos de reacci?n son FAME y glicerina. Sin embargo, debido a los problemas derivados del uso de aceites vegetales comestibles de alta calidad, cada vez m?s necesario plantear el uso de aceites o grasas no comestibles de baja calidad. Sin embargo, este tipo de materias primas presentan una importante limitaci?n, su elevado contenido en ?cidos grasos libres (FFA), que causan problemas con los catalizadores alcalinos, por lo que es necesaria una etapa de esterificaci?n de FFA catalizada con ?cidos homog?neos antes de la transesterificaci?n. Para conseguir un proceso industrial sencillo y eficiente se pretende conseguir que la esterificaci?n de FFA y la transesterificaci?n se produzcan en una sola etapa con ?nico catalizador ?cido heterog?neo. Este tipo de catalizadores deben tener elevado tama?o de poro para facilitar la difusi?n, una alta concentraci?n de centros activos, estabilidad catal?tica y posibilidad de hidrofobizar su superficie para favorecer la adsorci?n de sustratos y minimizar la de compuestos polares que pueden conducir a su desactivaci?n. El Grupo de Ingenier?a Qu?mica y Ambiental de la Universidad Rey Juan Carlos est? desarrollando una l?nea de investigaci?n para el desarrollo de catalizadores ?cidos heterog?neos con alta actividad para reacciones de transesterificaci?n con materias primas de baja calidad.     RESUMEN : La presente investigación con enfoque cualitativo, tiene como objetivo el diseño de rutas turísticas sostenibles que contribuyan a potencializar el turismo y al desarrollo económico y social del municipio de San Vicente Ferrer-Antioquia. Para dar fiel cumplimiento al objetivo expuesto, se hizo consulta de fuentes bibliográficas y se realizó entrevista semiestructurada a funcionarios públicos y actores clave para el desarrollo turístico del municipio que permitió la obtención de un listado de los principales atractivos turísticos, que posteriormente durante el trabajo de campo se inventariaron por medio de fichas y se realizó un mapeo geográfico de estos. Adicionalmente se hizo un análisis a través de los factores de competitividad de Crouch y Ritchie que permitió evidenciar los aspectos más favorecedores, así como los retos a superar para lograr el desarrollo del turismo en el municipio. Como resultado de la investigación se registraron en fichas de inventario 26 atractivos turísticos de los cuales se propusieron cuatro rutas que permiten recorrer los atractivos más representativos del municipio y desarrollar actividades como senderismo, paisajismo, observación de fauna y flora, turismo de aventura, y disfrute de los lugares que marcan la historia del municipio. Así mismo, se propuso un plan de acción de acuerdo al análisis de los factores de competitividad de Crouch y Ritchie con miras al fortalecimiento de la actividad turística del municipio y la implementación de los recorridos. ; ABSTRACT : This investigation with a qualitative approach, has as its objective the design of sustainable tourist routes that contribute to potentiate tourism and the economic and social development of the municipality of San Vicente Ferrer-Antioquia.     [SPA] El intenso cambio de conciencia medioambiental por el cual ha apostado la Unión Europea en los últimos años está provocando una revolución masiva en todos los sectores y, como no podía ser menos, especialmente en el industrial. Durante el presente trabajo de fin de estudios se pretenderá dar una solución coherente a un problema propuesto por dos grandes multinacionales del ámbito energético. El proyecto tiene su origen en el evento organizado por Endesa e Isover Saint-Gobain, “Premios Eficiencia Industrial Isover 2018”, del cual se espera obtener propuestas de diferentes universidades nacionales para el aprovechamiento de parte de la energía derrochada en una de las centrales térmicas de las Islas Canarias. El presente trabajo, por tanto, hace constantes referencias al Trabajo de Fin de Máster “Modelización y simulación de un sistema integrado de recuperación, almacenamiento y valorización energética del calor de los gases de escape de los equipos de potencia de la Central Térmica de las Salinas”, de Enrique Moya Tárraga, a través del cual recibe su sentido completo. El fin al que se pretende llegar es el de realizar un análisis económico de la propuesta de solución para la explotación del calor residual de los equipos generadores de la isla. Dicha solución, a su vez, dependerá de la misma viabilidad técnica, económica y ambiental que se está buscando, generando así un problema retroalimentado. [ENG] The severe environmental awareness for which the European Union has opted in recent years is causing a massive revolution in all business areas, especially in industrial sector. Along this Final Master Project, it will be intended to find a consistent solution to a problem purposed by two energetic multinational companies. The project has its origin in the event organized by Endesa and Isover Saint-Gobain, “Premios Eficiencia Industrial Isover 2018”, through which it’s possible to obtain submissions of different national universities in order to make use of part of the waste heat in one of the thermal power stations in Canary Island. También se valora la sustitución de fuentes de energía convencionales por fuentes de energía renovables adecuadas a este tipo de explotaciones, con el propósito de reducir las emisiones de G.E.I y el consumo energético de la industria.     Research has shown that residues of fruits, leaves and stems of plants have been treated as lignocellulosic material, in addition to starches, among others, in order to produce a renewable fuel. Theses residues were pretreated to separate the lignin and from the cellulose and, reducing sugars were obtained by means of a hydrolysis which may be acid, basic or enzymatic. Later the sugars are taken to a process of fermentation with strains of yeasts, which are in charge of transforming the sugars in bioetanol. At present, lignocellulosic biomass is an important substrate that is still being evaluated to increase the production of bioethanol; the highest amount of bioethanol obtained was 200 mL/kg of orange peels. ; Las investigaciones realizadas muestran que se han tratado residuos de frutas, hojas y tallos de plantas como material lignocelulósico, además de almidones, con el fin de producir un combustible renovable. Dichos residuos se pretrataron para separar la lignina y a partir de la celulosa y hemicelulosa se obtuvo azúcares reductores por medio de una hidrólisis, que puede ser ácida, básica o enzimática. Posteriormente, los azúcares se llevan a un proceso de fermentación con cepas de levaduras, las cuales se encargan de transformar los azúcares en bioetanol. En la actualidad la biomasa lignocelulósica es un sustrato importante que se sigue evaluando para incrementar la producción de bioetanol. La mayor cantidad de bioetanol obtenida fue de 200 mL/Kg de cáscaras de naranja.

    En las últimas décadas la comunidad científica ha venido explicitando la preocupante evolución de los problemas relacionados con la sostenibilidad, así como el escaso tiempo disponible para evitar sus peores consecuencias. Ya existen pocas dudas sobre las contradicciones que existen entre el modelo de producción y consumo vigente y la dinámica de los sistemas naturales con sus límites biogeofísicos consustanciales. El Programa Cambio Global España 2020-2050 pretende encarar el reto de iniciar un debate social que afronte estas contradicciones, generando propuestas que exploren la transición en España hacia un modelo socioeconómico compatible con la Biosfera. El Informe Energía, Economía y Sociedad profundiza en esta problemática desde su derivada energética. Propone enfrentarse al declive del petróleo barato y a la necesidad de reducir drásticamente las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero desde una doble acción: la gestión de la demanda (reducción absoluta del consumo energético) y la gestión de la oferta (reconvirtiendo el actual mix energético hacia otra propuesta que descanse fundamentalmente en las energías renovables) Pretende de esta manera contribuir a estimular un debate social que permita alumbrar un cambio de paradigma. In recent decades the scientific community has examined and described the worrying evolution of issues related to sustainability, and the limited time available to avoid their most serious consequences. There is little doubt about the contradictions that exist between the current production and consumption model and the dynamics of natural systems with their inherent bio-geophysical limits. The “Programa Cambio Global España 2020-2050” (Global - Spain Change Program 2020-2050) aims to initiate a public debate addressing those contradictions, and generate proposals for Spain’s transition towards a socioeconomic model compatible with the biosphere. The report “Energía, Economía y Sociedad” (Energy, Economy and Society) explores these issues primarily from the point of view of energy. It proposes to deal with the decline of cheap oil and the need to dramatically reduce greenhouse gas emissions through a two-pronged approach: demand management (energy savings) and supply management (changing from the current energy mix to a situation where renewable energy is the dominant generation type). The report therefore aims to help stimulate a social debate that sheds light on the opportunities for a paradigm shift.

    The new Law on Sustainable Development Cooperations mentions the concept of resilience but does not develop its implications for the new architecture of the Spanish Cooperation. The purpose of this paper is to point out the opportunity offered by the ongoing reform of the Spanish cooperation system to place resilience at the heart of a renewed cooperation policy, taking stock of previous work on the concept and highlighting its transformative potential. The need to face multiple and changing crisis scenarios, exacerbated since the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, demands a decisive move towards building resilience. ; La nueva Ley de Cooperación para el Desarrollo Sostenible hace referencia a la resiliencia, pero no desarrolla las implicaciones de dicho enfoque para la nueva arquitectura de la Cooperación Española. Cet article vise à attirer l’attention sur l’opportunité d’exploiter la réforme en cours du système pour placer la résilience au coeur d’une coopération renouvelée, en récupérant la réflexion développée au cours des années précédentes et en soulignant son potentiel de transformation. La nécessité de faire face à des scénarios de crise multiples et changeants, exacerbés depuis l’émergence de la pandémie COVID-19, plaide en faveur d’un engagement déterminé dans la construction de la résilience.

    The Agrarian Transformation Societies (SAT) are associative formulas characterized by the simplicity of their constitution, the flexibility of their legal regime or the absence of a mandatory minimum capital. Formulas close to other more well-known typologies of the social economy, such as cooperatives, but which, depending on their statutory design, can become very distant structures. Having stated the above, the object of this work will focus on addressing three issues. The first is to offer a general overview of the SAT, from its origins to the present. Second, its legal qualification as an entity of the social economy will be analyzed, focusing on the problems raised around it (if, automatically, the SAT has to be classified as such). The third issue to be examined will be the connection between the EWS and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) contemplated in the 2030 Agenda. ; Las Sociedades Agrarias de Transformación (SAT) son fórmulas asociativas caracterizadas por la sencillez de su constitución, la flexibilidad de su régimen jurídico o la ausencia de un capital mínimo obligatorio. Fórmulas cercanas a otras tipologías de la economía social más conocidas, como las cooperativas, pero que, en función de su diseño estatutario, pueden convertirse en estructuras muy distantes. Expuesto lo anterior, el objeto del presente trabajo se centrará en abordar tres cuestiones. La primera, ofrecer una panorámica general sobre las SAT, desde sus orígenes hasta la actualidad. En segundo lugar, se analizará su calificación jurídica como entidad propia de la economía social, centrándonos en la problemática suscitada en torno a la misma (si, automáticamente, la SAT ha de ser catalogada como tal). La tercera cuestión a examinar será la conexión entre las SAT y los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible (ODS) contemplados en la Agenda 2030.

    Proyecto Fin de Carrera le?do en la Universidad Rey Juan Carlos en el curso acad?mico 2010/2011. Directores del Proyecto: Gabriel Morales S?nchez y Rebeca S?nchez V?zquez ; Actualmente, para la producci?n industrial de biodiesel se emplean aceites vegetales de alta calidad como materia prima, y se utilizan catalizadores b?sicos homog?neos, KOH o NaOH. Los productos de reacci?n son FAME y glicerina. Sin embargo, debido a los problemas derivados del uso de aceites vegetales comestibles de alta calidad, cada vez m?s necesario plantear el uso de aceites o grasas no comestibles de baja calidad. Sin embargo, este tipo de materias primas presentan una importante limitaci?n, su elevado contenido en ?cidos grasos libres (FFA), que causan problemas con los catalizadores alcalinos, por lo que es necesaria una etapa de esterificaci?n de FFA catalizada con ?cidos homog?neos antes de la transesterificaci?n. Para conseguir un proceso industrial sencillo y eficiente se pretende conseguir que la esterificaci?n de FFA y la transesterificaci?n se produzcan en una sola etapa con ?nico catalizador ?cido heterog?neo. Este tipo de catalizadores deben tener elevado tama?o de poro para facilitar la difusi?n, una alta concentraci?n de centros activos, estabilidad catal?tica y posibilidad de hidrofobizar su superficie para favorecer la adsorci?n de sustratos y minimizar la de compuestos polares que pueden conducir a su desactivaci?n. El Grupo de Ingenier?a Qu?mica y Ambiental de la Universidad Rey Juan Carlos est? desarrollando una l?nea de investigaci?n para el desarrollo de catalizadores ?cidos heterog?neos con alta actividad para reacciones de transesterificaci?n con materias primas de baja calidad.     RESUMEN : La presente investigación con enfoque cualitativo, tiene como objetivo el diseño de rutas turísticas sostenibles que contribuyan a potencializar el turismo y al desarrollo económico y social del municipio de San Vicente Ferrer-Antioquia. Para dar fiel cumplimiento al objetivo expuesto, se hizo consulta de fuentes bibliográficas y se realizó entrevista semiestructurada a funcionarios públicos y actores clave para el desarrollo turístico del municipio que permitió la obtención de un listado de los principales atractivos turísticos, que posteriormente durante el trabajo de campo se inventariaron por medio de fichas y se realizó un mapeo geográfico de estos. Adicionalmente se hizo un análisis a través de los factores de competitividad de Crouch y Ritchie que permitió evidenciar los aspectos más favorecedores, así como los retos a superar para lograr el desarrollo del turismo en el municipio. Como resultado de la investigación se registraron en fichas de inventario 26 atractivos turísticos de los cuales se propusieron cuatro rutas que permiten recorrer los atractivos más representativos del municipio y desarrollar actividades como senderismo, paisajismo, observación de fauna y flora, turismo de aventura, y disfrute de los lugares que marcan la historia del municipio. Así mismo, se propuso un plan de acción de acuerdo al análisis de los factores de competitividad de Crouch y Ritchie con miras al fortalecimiento de la actividad turística del municipio y la implementación de los recorridos. ; ABSTRACT : This investigation with a qualitative approach, has as its objective the design of sustainable tourist routes that contribute to potentiate tourism and the economic and social development of the municipality of San Vicente Ferrer-Antioquia.     [SPA] El intenso cambio de conciencia medioambiental por el cual ha apostado la Unión Europea en los últimos años está provocando una revolución masiva en todos los sectores y, como no podía ser menos, especialmente en el industrial. Durante el presente trabajo de fin de estudios se pretenderá dar una solución coherente a un problema propuesto por dos grandes multinacionales del ámbito energético. El proyecto tiene su origen en el evento organizado por Endesa e Isover Saint-Gobain, “Premios Eficiencia Industrial Isover 2018”, del cual se espera obtener propuestas de diferentes universidades nacionales para el aprovechamiento de parte de la energía derrochada en una de las centrales térmicas de las Islas Canarias. El presente trabajo, por tanto, hace constantes referencias al Trabajo de Fin de Máster “Modelización y simulación de un sistema integrado de recuperación, almacenamiento y valorización energética del calor de los gases de escape de los equipos de potencia de la Central Térmica de las Salinas”, de Enrique Moya Tárraga, a través del cual recibe su sentido completo. El fin al que se pretende llegar es el de realizar un análisis económico de la propuesta de solución para la explotación del calor residual de los equipos generadores de la isla. Dicha solución, a su vez, dependerá de la misma viabilidad técnica, económica y ambiental que se está buscando, generando así un problema retroalimentado. Along this Final Master Project, it will be intended to find a consistent solution to a problem purposed by two energetic multinational companies.     Research has shown that residues of fruits, leaves and stems of plants have been treated as lignocellulosic material, in addition to starches, among others, in order to produce a renewable fuel. Theses residues were pretreated to separate the lignin and from the cellulose and, reducing sugars were obtained by means of a hydrolysis which may be acid, basic or enzymatic. Later the sugars are taken to a process of fermentation with strains of yeasts, which are in charge of transforming the sugars in bioetanol. At present, lignocellulosic biomass is an important substrate that is still being evaluated to increase the production of bioethanol; the highest amount of bioethanol obtained was 200 mL/kg of orange peels. ; Las investigaciones realizadas muestran que se han tratado residuos de frutas, hojas y tallos de plantas como material lignocelulósico, además de almidones, con el fin de producir un combustible renovable. Dichos residuos se pretrataron para separar la lignina y a partir de la celulosa y hemicelulosa se obtuvo azúcares reductores por medio de una hidrólisis, que puede ser ácida, básica o enzimática. Posteriormente, los azúcares se llevan a un proceso de fermentación con cepas de levaduras, las cuales se encargan de transformar los azúcares en bioetanol. En la actualidad la biomasa lignocelulósica es un sustrato importante que se sigue evaluando para incrementar la producción de bioetanol. La mayor cantidad de bioetanol obtenida fue de 200 mL/Kg de cáscaras de naranja.

    En las últimas décadas la comunidad científica ha venido explicitando la preocupante evolución de los problemas relacionados con la sostenibilidad, así como el escaso tiempo disponible para evitar sus peores consecuencias. Ya existen pocas dudas sobre las contradicciones que existen entre el modelo de producción y consumo vigente y la dinámica de los sistemas naturales con sus límites biogeofísicos consustanciales. El Programa Cambio Global España 2020-2050 pretende encarar el reto de iniciar un debate social que afronte estas contradicciones, generando propuestas que exploren la transición en España hacia un modelo socioeconómico compatible con la Biosfera. El Informe Energía, Economía y Sociedad profundiza en esta problemática desde su derivada energética. Propone enfrentarse al declive del petróleo barato y a la necesidad de reducir drásticamente las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero desde una doble acción: la gestión de la demanda (reducción absoluta del consumo energético) y la gestión de la oferta (reconvirtiendo el actual mix energético hacia otra propuesta que descanse fundamentalmente en las energías renovables) Pretende de esta manera contribuir a estimular un debate social que permita alumbrar un cambio de paradigma. In recent decades the scientific community has examined and described the worrying evolution of issues related to sustainability, and the limited time available to avoid their most serious consequences. There is little doubt about the contradictions that exist between the current production and consumption model and the dynamics of natural systems with their inherent bio-geophysical limits. The “Programa Cambio Global España 2020-2050” (Global - Spain Change Program 2020-2050) aims to initiate a public debate addressing those contradictions, and generate proposals for Spain’s transition towards a socioeconomic model compatible with the biosphere. The report “Energía, Economía y Sociedad” (Energy, Economy and Society) explores these issues primarily from the point of view of energy. It proposes to deal with the decline of cheap oil and the need to dramatically reduce greenhouse gas emissions through a two-pronged approach: demand management (energy savings) and supply management (changing from the current energy mix to a situation where renewable energy is the dominant generation type). The report therefore aims to help stimulate a social debate that sheds light on the opportunities for a paradigm shift.

    The new Law on Sustainable Development Cooperations mentions the concept of resilience but does not develop its implications for the new architecture of the Spanish Cooperation. The purpose of this paper is to point out the opportunity offered by the ongoing reform of the Spanish cooperation system to place resilience at the heart of a renewed cooperation policy, taking stock of previous work on the concept and highlighting its transformative potential. The need to face multiple and changing crisis scenarios, exacerbated since the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, demands a decisive move towards building resilience. ; La nueva Ley de Cooperación para el Desarrollo Sostenible hace referencia a la resiliencia, pero no desarrolla las implicaciones de dicho enfoque para la nueva arquitectura de la Cooperación Española. El artículo pretende llamar la atención sobre la oportunidad de aprovechar la reforma en marcha del sistema para colocar la resiliencia en el corazón de una cooperación renovada, recuperando la reflexión desarrollada en años anteriores y resaltando su potencial transformador. La necesidad de enfrentarse a escenarios de crisis múltiples y cambiantes, exacerbada desde la aparición de la pandemia de COVID-19, aboga en favor de una apuesta decidida por la construcción de resiliencia. ; La nouvelle Loi sur la Coopération pour le Développement Durable fait référence à la résilience, mais elle ne développe pas les implications de cette approche pour la nouvelle architecture de la coopération espagnole au développement. Cet article vise à attirer l’attention sur l’opportunité d’exploiter la réforme en cours du système pour placer la résilience au coeur d’une coopération renouvelée, en récupérant la réflexion développée au cours des années précédentes et en soulignant son potentiel de transformation. La nécessité de faire face à des scénarios de crise multiples et changeants, exacerbés depuis l’émergence de la pandémie COVID-19, plaide en faveur d’un engagement déterminé dans la construction de la résilience.
