description Publicationkeyboard_double_arrow_right Bachelor thesis 2016 SpainPublisher:Universitat Jaume I Authors: Zelaya Romero, Jefreey;Treball final de Grau en Psicologia. Codi: PS1048. The stressfull way of life of our nowadays society in adition to the missconception of the potencial consequences from alcohol consum could be some of the reasons for why alcohol is the worldwide most consumed drug according to OMS. However, besides all the neuroscience developments, the true mechanism of alcohol functionament on the SNC has been not proved. The method of this paper consists of the analysis of 4 studies that show the manipulations of the different mediators of calcium and cAMP-‐PKA and the consequences of these manipulations at a molecular, cellular, neurobiological and behavioural level. The results, in one hand, show that is possible that those mediators of calcium are important for understands the true mechanism of how alcohol works in the brain. However, there are no enough evidences to completely agree that this is the exact mechanism by which alcohol acts at a central level.

Codi: CA0932. The present Final Degree Project consists of the production and realization of a documentary about the vegan diet and the positive influence it would have on the environment. While some pose this diet as the solution to the environmental problems of the planet, others are skeptical about it for different reasons. Through a series of surveys and questions via the famous social network, Instagram, there are many doubts, fears and prejudices regarding this diet both at the health level and at the environmental level. A nutritionist, an environmentalist, a vegan influencer and their own experience in this diet will be the protagonists that will end all the hoaxes, fears and erroneous thoughts about veganism. Today we are in a very critical environmental situation, there are many ways to help combat climate change, but there is one that seems very silenced by the media and taboo by society. Therefore, this social documentary was born out of the interest of fighting all those taboos and giving voice to a group that barely has.

Codi: PE0932. Scarabat is a journalistic digital project specialized in textual and audiovisual content of sustainable fashion and design. The main objective of this magazine is the disclosure of current information about this sector that has so little media impact. With this, it is intended that society has more knowledge about textile products that buying every day. Also, the aim of this journalistic company is to report the labor exploitation and the environment exploitation that exists behind the big fashion multinationals. This magazine of national circulation offers a differentiated product of the rivalry so much by his format as by the product that offers to the consumer. Scarabat is an interactive digital magazine that informs, in a dynamic and visual way, about and textile products respectful with its environment. It presents quality journalistic pieces with which inform about new trends in addition, it publicizes brands and fashion designers who are dedicated to making products with sustainable materials. Although the journalism specialized in fashion and trends has a great media impact in Spain, the same doesn’t happen with sustainable fashion. Due to this, Scarabat wants to gain a foothold in the market and disseminate this type of information, a task that will not be complicated if good dissemination strategies are used, given the lack of direct competition that it has. This document presents a cybermedia journalistic company project whose main task is to cover the events and disseminate the audiovisual content in the specialty in order to sensitize society and uncover the reality that lies within the fashion industry sector.

Codi: PU0932. Mario Benedetti said, "when we thought we had all the answers, suddenly the questions changed". And definitely, society, communication and in particular, consumers have changed. There are big differences in Europe. While countries such as Germany and The Netherlands have been able to find new ways and adapt themselves to the changing times, Spain is still stagnated in the past. In this sense, the new generations play a key role. The main lesson is that society must learn to listen to the young people. This idea was what gave birth to Begood, a company that has been created as a response to the current situation, which in our opinion is not as favorable as it could be. The national panorama is characterized by the rise of intangibles, where nowadays traditional marketing strategies are less effective against new models based on the consumer and emotions as the main factors of appeal. In this way, aspects like the corporate culture, sustainability or the internal communication have led the growth of big companies; thus, becoming fundamental values for the success of organizations in the 21st century. This has been possible thanks to new consumers, who are aware of their important role in the society and have decided to reward or punish companies by their actions. Against this, we only have one option: to be good. Be good in each and every one of the aspects that comprise our business activities; from dealing with the client, to dealing with the environment and the worker. That is why Begood focuses on the space where these three factors converge: the work offices, the nerve center of every company. That workplaces are not just spaces, but places capable of motivating workers and turn them into the best promoters of the brand. Inspiring places able to strengthen the relationship with stakeholders and turn it into publicity. Places able to build and maintain a good brand reputation. In other words, places to find answers to new questions. Places that can lead the tomorrow’s society.

Codi: PS1048. Curs acadèmic 2014-2015 Alcohol is the most consumed drug worldwide and causes many deaths. Its abuse can contribute to various medical complications and lead to addiction. Although the underlying molecular mechanisms have been studied extensively still not set a specific target CNS ethanol. One of the main research objective way and are calcium channel. Many experiments have focused on studying of extracellular calcium currents based on the voltage channels present in the membrane. Moreover, in vitro studies have shown that ethanol can increase intracellular Ca2+ levels. This work consists of the review and analysis about four studies that are based on the in vivo manipulation of cellular calcium levels as mediators acting on CaM, PKA and cAMP as well as regulatory proteins homeostasis. We start from the idea that the calcium from the ER can play an important role as the central mechanism of ethanol and assume that it cannot be a simple mechanism but a chain of molecular events. The ultimate goal is to analyze the importance of Ca2+ as an intermediary in the neurobiological actions of ethanol.

Given the current climate emergency context it is necessary to move to a new energy model, which will be renewable, distributed and proximity, participatory and digital; in short, to a democratic energy model, local and fair, whose heart and engine is the self-consumption of electricity. Self-consumption implies consumption in the same place as electricity is generated or very close, and recently Spain has modified its regulations to discourage self-consumption and has a favourable regulation, which is why it is hoped that it will be able to move at a good pace to the new energy model led by the European Union. Indeed, the European Union has a comprehensive political and legal framework that will enable it to remain at the forefront of the energy transition and to meet the 2030 greenhouse gas emission reduction targets, with a 55% reduction in greenhouse gases compared to 1990, to reach 100% by 2050.

The research focuses on the framework of local development, considering the particularities of a territory immersed in great complexities and social contradictions that have generated violence for more than 60 years. A macro analysis of the conditions for sustainable glocal development and a micro analysis to identify new contributions to sustainable glocal governance was carried out, through a study with a qualitative and quantitative approach, which allowed to contrast the institutional and community visions on current governance, the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals and the articulation with the implementation of the peace process, in Santander de Quilichao Cauca Colombia. One of the main conclusions is that it is necessary to strengthen citizen participation, civic and formal education, especially among youth, as future leaders and managers of sustainable glocal governance processes, in pursuit of the common good and social well-being. This study analyzes the interpretive difficulties that the inclusion of social criteria in the contract award phase has raised, especially those related to the necessary link with its object. Taking as a reference the doctrine established by the CJEU, the analysis focuses on the interpretations that the administrative courts of contractual appeals have been marking in their resolutions regarding the qualitative and quantitative dimension of the award criteria.
