Abstract One of the options for non-dependence on fossil fuels is the use of renewable energy, which has not grown significantly due to the variable nature of this type of energy. The combined use of wind and solar energy as energy sources can be a good solution to the problem of variable energy output. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to model a combination of the wind-turbine system and photovoltaic cell, which is needed to investigate their ability to supply electrical energy. To determine this important power production, real data of solar-radiation intensity and wind are used and, in modelling photovoltaic cells, the effects of ambient temperature are also considered. In order to generalize the studied system in all dimensions, different scenarios have been considered. According to the amount of electrical power generated, during the evaluation of these scenarios, two economic parameters, namely the selected scenario of a wind/solar system with diesel-generator support, was determined.

The main negative processes occurring in soils and leading to their degradation are erosion (water and wind) and a decrease in the humus content in the soil. A significant spread of negative processes developing as a result of the action of natural and anthropogenic factors leads to a critical decrease in soil fertility. The washout of the upper fertile soil layer and the formation of large gullies due to improper soil treatment results in soil erosion. In order to prevent soil erosion, it is necessary to take measures to prevent an increase in the area of degraded land. The paper discusses modern innovative methods of combating water and wind soil erosion. Various examples of the application of modern innovative methods in different countries are presented.

After accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, staff of Fukushima 1 pay special attention to the safety of reactors, however, emergency situations are still possible. Eco-monitoring in natural and urban environments is carried out in order to determine the level of ecological pollution, including radioactive pollution. Therefore, studies in that direction are relevant and their relevancy is only increasing over the years. The aim of this study is to research migration and accumulation of 90Sr in vegetative and generative plant organs: cherry-plum (Prunus cerasifera Ehrh) tree and stone fruit species, gooseberry (Ribes uva-crispa) shrub. Objectives: 1) applying 90SrCl2 to the soil, imitating precipation (field experiments); 2) planting: Prunus cerasifera Ehrh; Ribes uva-crispa into artificially polluted by 90SrCl2 soil; 3) growing and monitoring of studied plants in the artificially polluted by 90SrCl2 soil. The level of pollution of experiment field reached 500 MBq/m2. The accumulation of 90Sr in vegetative and generative organs of trees (Prunus cerasifera Ehrh) and shrubs (Ribes uva-crispa) was researched. Experimental plots have been laid according to methodic of Dospekhov B.A. Measurements of beta-emitting nuclides activity in samples have been made using the “Progress” software on the USK “Gamma Plus” (beta-path) device. As the result of research it has been found that both plant species have been accumulating nuclides. In 2016 cherry-plum accumulated 90Sr in the bark, wood, leaves and fruits 2.0, 2.1, 2.6 and 2.6 times more accordingly than the gooseberry. As a result of the experiment, material, that can be used in eco-monitoring, was obtained to provide nuclear safety of urban properties in the territories, allocated for the construction of public and residential buildings.

Alla Lyamina in OpenAIREFor a more successful formation of industrial production systems, an effective system for managing intellectual capital, knowledge and information is needed. An indispensable condition for the development of modern industry is the creation and use of information and knowledge. Industrial modernization requires an organizational and economic mechanism for resource management. When solving the problems of improving and technological development of production systems of industrial enterprises or business groups, a method for selecting a strategy for managing corporate information resources was developed. It is based on the consequences of economic monitoring of the state of the production system, which provides for the primary processing and assessment of the reliability of the results, creation of alternative predictive scenarios for changes in the state of the external and internal environment of the production system, expression of strategic goals and objectives of modernization, development of target criteria for achieving the results of modernization, alternative competing strategies for information and knowledge management, checking competing strategies against the target criterion, choosing a strategy to be applied in the improvement process. The transition to promising paths is permissible only under the condition of intensive modernization of industrial enterprises, carried out on the basis of those technical and economic decisions that will lead to the development and use of the latest NBIC technologies.

To create the conditions for introduction of new digital technologies in construction activities within the framework of “Digital Economy” program, a subgroup “Digital technologies for managing the development of territories and urban planning policy” was created. The current period - the period of a pandemic (its consequences) and introduction of a number of restrictions for a number of sectors of the economy - is also becoming a new stage for the implementation of digitalization in construction activities. The COVID-19 pandemic is one of those external threats that are unpredictable. It is impossible to predict their appearance, peculiarities of the course. As noted in the economic literature, this greatly complicates the counteraction, since it is impossible to develop a coherent and effective strategy of this kind in advance. Moreover, it is impossible to predict the duration of consequences of this threat, as well as the list of risks and threats to the economic security of construction enterprises caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The indicator of the diversification of the energy carriers of the country based on the Shannon-Wiener index is used. In order to identify possible changes in the energy market of the ASEAN member countries, three scenarios are proposed based on an increase in the share of renewable energy sources. The assessment of possible deviations from the expected results according to the described scenarios for an increase in the share of renewable energy sources made it possible to single out countries affected by positive and negative deviations.

This paper presents a review of the problem of energy modernization of the housing stock. In the context of the research problem, the housing sector will be considered by analyzing several conditions. The identification of predominantly influencing factors that affect the transformation of changes in the housing stock is of crucial importance. A clear definition of these ratios within the system under study leads to accurate accounting and forecasting of the state of the housing stock. When studying the issue of energy modernization of residential real estate, it is important to differentiate and streamline, taking into account economic indicators, the composition and structure of works. A mathematical model for optimizing the modernization process using dynamic programming methods is presented. Based on the scheme of dynamic planning for the most appropriate allocation of funds for energysaving measures in general, a method for the most favorable regulation of the housing stock has been created. Energy modernization of the housing stock leads to a reduction in spending on housing and communal services, and contributes to improving comfortable living conditions for citizens.

The need to solve these problems is due to the fact that the industry and transport development, as well as the accompanying increase in energy consumption, including the consumption of end consumers, have led to an acute mankind dependence on energy resources. The increase in energy demand with the simultaneous complication and rise in the cost of energy production, as well as the aggravation of global environmental problems have made energy conservation and energy efficiency the most important development areas in many countries of the world.

The main methods of this scientific work are the analytical method, represented by the collection and processing of data from publicly available sources (Rosstat), and the method of field measurements. The object of the research is educational institutions of the Russian Federation at the stage of the analytical research method, and educational institutions of the city of Krasnodar at the stage of field measurements. In the course of the study, violations related to the safety of infrastructure facilities were identified. There is a need to use monitoring technologies to exclude the human factor. In the meantime, the violations detected during the study of the sustainable development of the city and society, cannot be eliminated.

This structure reduces the risk of young fish’s entering the intake structure, improves the immunity of young fish, and saturates the water with ozone.
