As part of Work Package 3 (WP3) in the FULFILL project, we collected quantitative data from six countries: Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, and India. In the first round of the survey, we recruited a representative sample of approximately 2000 households in each country, taking into account both the individual and household perspectives. The survey includes a quantitative assessment of the carbon footprint in various domains of life, such as housing, mobility, and diet. In addition to this, the survey also measures socio-economic factors such as age, gender, income, education, household size, life stage, and political orientation. Furthermore, the survey includes measures of quality of life, encompassing aspects such as health and well-being, environmental quality, financial security, and comfort.

Nowadays, populations in »very good« and »good« status exist in only 0.7 % and 7.1 % of the original distribution. Therefore, the Danube salmon is classified as an endangered species. Due to ongoing stock declines the Danube salmon is running the risk to become a critically endangered species soon. The main reasons for the declines are river channelization and hydropower development. In addition, climate change may further contribute to stock declines in lowland river sections due to exceedance of water temperature limits of this cold-water species. Furthermore, Danube salmon and prey fish populations have lost their resilience to cope with re-established populations of fish predators (cormorant, goosander, fish otter) leading to ongoing population declines. Effective protection against further degradations such as new hydropower developments is required to safeguard the Danube salmon remaining populations. Furthermore, degraded rivers need to be restored and fish predators have to be managed to allow recovery of Danube salmon and prey fish populations. Due to the precarious situation conservation and restoration actions have to be implemented immediately.

Abstract: The Russian Federation's war of aggression against Ukraine threatens to detract from anthropogenic global warming and from shaping a climate-just future. In this paper we discuss the problems that arise from the current energy policies. Furthermore, we argue that the European Union’s comprehensive transition towards decentralized, renewable energy sources is imperative for European security, but also an important contribution to sustainable and resilient peacekeeping. To achieve this, we recommend: 1. focusing on social justice; 2. ensuring the availability of critical raw materials for renewable energy systems; 3. (re-)building European production capacities for renewable energy systems; 4. not endangering resilience through avoidable energy imports; 5. increasing resilience through decentralization and regionalization of energy infrastructure; 6. avoiding security hazards associated with smart grids; 7. supporting broad economic participation in renewable energy systems.

The 15-minute time series measured are primarily used for billing the energy supplied. In addition, further information for the design of tariffs or forecasting can be taken from the measured time series. To get a deeper insight into the data, the data was clustered using the K-Means and Ward algorithm. With these algorithms, clusterings were possible that differed in terms of their consumption behavior in the observation periods of one year, month and day. The aim of the work was to group the customers according to their consumption profiles.
