    The data show the estimated emissions of the Greenhouse gas (GHG) of the CO2 and CO2 equivalent of the CH4 in the Lower Basin of the Biebrza Valley (LBBRV). During 1947-2022 of the flooded and non-flooded area. In order too determine this, we calculated the flooded and non-flooded area using emission factors (EF) for the area and daily water level of the Burzyn hydrological station. Biebrza-specific EF was derived based on field measurements of CH4 and CO2 water concentrations and emissions from the river and oxbows conducted on 29-30.06.2016 and 14-15.07.2016 and the EF was (0.05 t·ha⁻¹·day⁻¹ for CO₂ and 0.0007 t·ha⁻¹·day⁻¹ for CH₄)
