description Publicationkeyboard_double_arrow_right Article 2023Publisher:ООО Цифра The aim of the work is to identify the impact of climate change on traditional types of natural resource use, which form the basis of traditional subsistence systems of indigenous peoples of the northern and Arctic regions of Yakutia. In particular, the research covers a number of uluses, where indigenous small-numbered peoples of the North of Yakutia compactly reside, who continue to preserve their traditional economic activities – reindeer herding, hunting, fishing and gathering. The main research methods and approaches used for writing this work are the statistical method, methods of systemic and comparative analysis, questionnaire survey, participant observation and in-depth interviewing. At this stage of the study, the authors present the results of the analysis of instrumental meteorological data on climate change tendencies in Yakutia in the period from 1968 to 2022. Based on the questionnaire survey and field materials, the observations and perceptions of the indigenous population related to climate change in the places of traditional habitation and the impact of these changes on traditional natural resource use were analysed. It is emphasized that the increasing climatic transformations cause legitimate concerns of indigenous people in the northern and Arctic regions for the future preservation of traditional natural resource use, at the same time as their readiness to adapt to rapid changes, taking into account their traditional knowledge, in particular used in reindeer herding increases. Цель работы – выявить воздействие климатических изменений на традиционные виды природопользования, составляющих основу традиционных систем жизнеобеспечения коренных жителей северных и арктических районов Якутии. В частности, исследованиями охвачены ряд улусов, где компактно проживают коренные малочисленные народы Севера Якутии, продолжающие сохранять традиционные виды хозяйственной деятельности – оленеводство, охота, рыболовство и собирательство. Основные методы и подходы исследования, примененные для написания данной работы, – это статистический метод, методы системно-сравнительного анализа, анкетного опроса, включенного наблюдения и глубинного интервьюирования. На данном этапе проведенного исследования авторами представлены результаты анализа инструментальных метеоданных о тенденциях изменения климата в Якутии в период с 1968 г. по 2022 г., на основе анкетного опроса и полевых материалов проанализированы наблюдения и восприятие коренного населения, связанные с изменением климата в местах традиционного проживания и влиянием этих изменений на традиционные виды природопользования. Подчеркнуто, что нарастающие климатические трансформации вызывают законную обеспокоенность коренных жителей северных и арктических районов за будущее сохранение традиционных видов природопользования, вместе с тем растет их готовность адаптироваться к быстрым изменениям с учетом их традиционных знаний, в частности используемых в оленеводстве. Целью проведенного эксергетического анализа служит определение наиболее выгодного с точки зрения термодинамической эффективности способа оценки работы оборудования. Выполнено сравнение величин КПД ГТУ, полученных расчетным путем по методикам теплового и эксергетического анализа. Особенностью проведения эксергетического анализа является использование помимо энергии дополнительного показателя – эксергии. В ходе проведения эксергетического анализа оценивается эффективность использования энергии сжигаемого в камере сгорания ГТУ топлива и рабочих тел газового цикла для производства электрической и тепловой энергии путем сравнения фактически совершенной работы с эксергией процесса ; This article discusses the method of thermal and exergetic analysis of cogeneration energy sources on the example of the gas turbine unit LM6000PF (GTU-CHPP «Vostochnaya»). The purpose of the conducted exergetic analysis is to determine the most advantageous method for evaluating the performance of equipment in terms of thermodynamic efficiency. The comparison of GTU efficiency values obtained by calculation using the methods of thermal and exergetic analysis is performed. A special feature of the exergetic analysis is the use of an additional indicator as exergy along with energy indicator. In the analysis, the efficiency of using the energy of the fuel burned in the GTU combustion chamber and the working bodies of the gas cycle for the production of electrical and thermal energy is assessed by comparing the actually accomplished work with the exergy of the process

Single-walled carbon nanotubes «TUBALL Nanotubes» were deposited in epoxy compositions, astral and carbon. The analysis of the thermogravimetric characteristics of the samples is carried out (the temperature of the onset of thermal destruction and ignition of the substance, the thermal effect of the combustion reaction). Using atomic force microscopy, the structure of modifiers was studied. The results of the experiments confirm the possibility of using modified polyaramide fibers due to their improved heat resistance indicators of firefighters protective clothing under conditions of hydrocarbon combustion. ; Проводилось исследование термической стойкости полиарамидных нитей, модифицированных эпоксидными композициями, в структуру которых были депонированы одностенные углеродные нанотрубки «TUBALL Nanotubes», астралены и углерон. Осуществлен анализ термогравиметрических характеристик образцов (температуры начала термической деструкции и воспламенения вещества, тепловой эффект реакции горения) при нагревании, а также исследована структура модификаторов методом атомно-силовой микроскопии. Результаты проведенных экспериментов позволяют сделать вывод о возможности использования модифицированных волокон полиарамидов в защитной одежде пожарных в связи с их улучшенными показателями термостойкости, в условиях горения углеводородов.

Авторами выполнена аналитическая оценка существующих методик и обоснована необходимость учета экологического и энергетического факторов в оценке качества жизни населения, даны предложения по совершенствованию методики Совета по изучению производительных сил и включению в нее показателей, характеризующих экологическую и энергетическую составляющие сводного индикатора качества жизни. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы в целях планирования и прогнозирования социально-экономического развития региона и при разработке конкретных мер в области совершенствования социальной и экологической политики. The paper covers theoretical issues of determining the quality of life based on the economic safety criteria. The authors carried out an analytical evaluation of existing methodical approaches and proved the necessity of taking into account environmental and energy factors in the evaluation of quality of life, present a proposal to improve the methodology of the Council for Study of Productive Forces by the including in it of indicators characterizing the environmental and energy components of the quality of life. The results obtained can be used for planning and forecasting regional socio-economic development and the development of specific measures in the field of improving the social and environmental policies. The main approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "economic security of the enterprise" and their shortcomings in modern conditions of the functioning of the economy are considered. An author's approach to ensuring the economic security of enterprises is proposed - a network approach that allows timely identification of threats and realization of opportunities, increasing the level of innovative activity, and minimizing transaction costs.

Проведен литературный обзор методов и методик аэродинамического проектирования, по результатам которого представлены, наиболее перспективные методики, такие как аналитический, инженерный и аналитический с применением ЭВМ. Приведены уравнения для нахождения необходимых аэродинамических характеристик. Промоделирована наглядная модель и её часть в современных программах ANSYS CFX и SALOME. По результатам исследования сделан вывод, что приведенные методы удовлетворяют как экономическим, так и техническим требованиям для внедрениях их на производстве. The literary overview of methods and techniques of aerodynamic designing by results of which are provided the most perspective techniques, such as analytical, engineering and analytical with the use of computers. The equatios for finding the necessary aerodynamic characteristics are given. Visual model is simulated and its part in modern programs ANSYS CFX and SALOME. By results of a research the conclusion is drawn that the given methods satisfy to both economic, and technical requirements for implementations on production.

description Publicationkeyboard_double_arrow_right Article 2023Publisher:ООО Цифра The aim of the work is to identify the impact of climate change on traditional types of natural resource use, which form the basis of traditional subsistence systems of indigenous peoples of the northern and Arctic regions of Yakutia. In particular, the research covers a number of uluses, where indigenous small-numbered peoples of the North of Yakutia compactly reside, who continue to preserve their traditional economic activities – reindeer herding, hunting, fishing and gathering. The main research methods and approaches used for writing this work are the statistical method, methods of systemic and comparative analysis, questionnaire survey, participant observation and in-depth interviewing. At this stage of the study, the authors present the results of the analysis of instrumental meteorological data on climate change tendencies in Yakutia in the period from 1968 to 2022. Based on the questionnaire survey and field materials, the observations and perceptions of the indigenous population related to climate change in the places of traditional habitation and the impact of these changes on traditional natural resource use were analysed. It is emphasized that the increasing climatic transformations cause legitimate concerns of indigenous people in the northern and Arctic regions for the future preservation of traditional natural resource use, at the same time as their readiness to adapt to rapid changes, taking into account their traditional knowledge, in particular used in reindeer herding increases. Цель работы – выявить воздействие климатических изменений на традиционные виды природопользования, составляющих основу традиционных систем жизнеобеспечения коренных жителей северных и арктических районов Якутии. В частности, исследованиями охвачены ряд улусов, где компактно проживают коренные малочисленные народы Севера Якутии, продолжающие сохранять традиционные виды хозяйственной деятельности – оленеводство, охота, рыболовство и собирательство. Основные методы и подходы исследования, примененные для написания данной работы, – это статистический метод, методы системно-сравнительного анализа, анкетного опроса, включенного наблюдения и глубинного интервьюирования. На данном этапе проведенного исследования авторами представлены результаты анализа инструментальных метеоданных о тенденциях изменения климата в Якутии в период с 1968 г. по 2022 г., на основе анкетного опроса и полевых материалов проанализированы наблюдения и восприятие коренного населения, связанные с изменением климата в местах традиционного проживания и влиянием этих изменений на традиционные виды природопользования. Подчеркнуто, что нарастающие климатические трансформации вызывают законную обеспокоенность коренных жителей северных и арктических районов за будущее сохранение традиционных видов природопользования, вместе с тем растет их готовность адаптироваться к быстрым изменениям с учетом их традиционных знаний, в частности используемых в оленеводстве. Целью проведенного эксергетического анализа служит определение наиболее выгодного с точки зрения термодинамической эффективности способа оценки работы оборудования. Выполнено сравнение величин КПД ГТУ, полученных расчетным путем по методикам теплового и эксергетического анализа. Особенностью проведения эксергетического анализа является использование помимо энергии дополнительного показателя – эксергии. В ходе проведения эксергетического анализа оценивается эффективность использования энергии сжигаемого в камере сгорания ГТУ топлива и рабочих тел газового цикла для производства электрической и тепловой энергии путем сравнения фактически совершенной работы с эксергией процесса ; This article discusses the method of thermal and exergetic analysis of cogeneration energy sources on the example of the gas turbine unit LM6000PF (GTU-CHPP «Vostochnaya»). The purpose of the conducted exergetic analysis is to determine the most advantageous method for evaluating the performance of equipment in terms of thermodynamic efficiency. The comparison of GTU efficiency values obtained by calculation using the methods of thermal and exergetic analysis is performed. A special feature of the exergetic analysis is the use of an additional indicator as exergy along with energy indicator. In the analysis, the efficiency of using the energy of the fuel burned in the GTU combustion chamber and the working bodies of the gas cycle for the production of electrical and thermal energy is assessed by comparing the actually accomplished work with the exergy of the process

Single-walled carbon nanotubes «TUBALL Nanotubes» were deposited in epoxy compositions, astral and carbon. The analysis of the thermogravimetric characteristics of the samples is carried out (the temperature of the onset of thermal destruction and ignition of the substance, the thermal effect of the combustion reaction). Using atomic force microscopy, the structure of modifiers was studied. The results of the experiments confirm the possibility of using modified polyaramide fibers due to their improved heat resistance indicators of firefighters protective clothing under conditions of hydrocarbon combustion. ; Проводилось исследование термической стойкости полиарамидных нитей, модифицированных эпоксидными композициями, в структуру которых были депонированы одностенные углеродные нанотрубки «TUBALL Nanotubes», астралены и углерон. Осуществлен анализ термогравиметрических характеристик образцов (температуры начала термической деструкции и воспламенения вещества, тепловой эффект реакции горения) при нагревании, а также исследована структура модификаторов методом атомно-силовой микроскопии. Результаты проведенных экспериментов позволяют сделать вывод о возможности использования модифицированных волокон полиарамидов в защитной одежде пожарных в связи с их улучшенными показателями термостойкости, в условиях горения углеводородов.

Авторами выполнена аналитическая оценка существующих методик и обоснована необходимость учета экологического и энергетического факторов в оценке качества жизни населения, даны предложения по совершенствованию методики Совета по изучению производительных сил и включению в нее показателей, характеризующих экологическую и энергетическую составляющие сводного индикатора качества жизни. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы в целях планирования и прогнозирования социально-экономического развития региона и при разработке конкретных мер в области совершенствования социальной и экологической политики. The paper covers theoretical issues of determining the quality of life based on the economic safety criteria. The authors carried out an analytical evaluation of existing methodical approaches and proved the necessity of taking into account environmental and energy factors in the evaluation of quality of life, present a proposal to improve the methodology of the Council for Study of Productive Forces by the including in it of indicators characterizing the environmental and energy components of the quality of life. The results obtained can be used for planning and forecasting regional socio-economic development and the development of specific measures in the field of improving the social and environmental policies. Рассмотрены основные подходы к трактовке понятия «экономическая безопасность предприятия» и их недостатки в современных условиях функционирования экономики. Предложен авторский подход к обеспечению экономической безопасности предприятий - сетевой, позволяющий своевременно выявлять угрозы и реализовывать возможности, повышать уровень инновационной активности, минимизировать трансакционные издержки. The article reveals the features of ensuring the economic security of the enterprises of the fuel and energy complex of the northern resource-mining region and their role in ensuring national security. The main approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "economic security of the enterprise" and their shortcomings in modern conditions of the functioning of the economy are considered. An author's approach to ensuring the economic security of enterprises is proposed - a network approach that allows timely identification of threats and realization of opportunities, increasing the level of innovative activity, and minimizing transaction costs.

Проведен литературный обзор методов и методик аэродинамического проектирования, по результатам которого представлены, наиболее перспективные методики, такие как аналитический, инженерный и аналитический с применением ЭВМ. Приведены уравнения для нахождения необходимых аэродинамических характеристик. Промоделирована наглядная модель и её часть в современных программах ANSYS CFX и SALOME. По результатам исследования сделан вывод, что приведенные методы удовлетворяют как экономическим, так и техническим требованиям для внедрениях их на производстве. The main methods and techniques, since an initial stage of aerodynamic designing of wind power installations to pre-series release. The literary overview of methods and techniques of aerodynamic designing by results of which are provided the most perspective techniques, such as analytical, engineering and analytical with the use of computers. The equatios for finding the necessary aerodynamic characteristics are given. Visual model is simulated and its part in modern programs ANSYS CFX and SALOME. By results of a research the conclusion is drawn that the given methods satisfy to both economic, and technical requirements for implementations on production.
