  • Рассмотрен знаковый факт возврата ФГУП «НО РАО» к «национальной идее» ядерного могильника на Новой Земле как следствие гипертрофированного, возможно, чувства особости, самодостаточности и приоритетности российской атомной отрасли. Своевольный возврат к ранее признанной ошибкой идее без публичного опровержения прежнего заключения РАН и решения Минатома означает, что «Национальный оператор» испытывает серьезные трудности при собственном надежном обосновании способов и мест геологической/финальной и других видов изоляции радиоактивных отходов, при этом частично игнорируя/искажая общепризнанную зарубежную методологию. Ситуация дополнительно осложнена мировым экономическим и политическим кризисом. Трудности для всех типов могильников можно экономично и объективно преодолеть, привлекая горный, геологический и материаловедческий опыт, а также ресурсы извне Росатома. ; There is considered an emblematic fact of going back to the "national idea" of a nuclear final storage facility on Novaya Zemlya made by the Federal State Unitay Enterprise "National Operator for Radioactive Waste Management" as a result of a probably exaggerated sence of specialness, self‐sufficience and priority of Russian atomic branch. The self‐willed return to the idea, earlier conceded to be a mistake, without a public refutation of previous conclusion of the Russian Academy of Science and Minatom decision implicates that the "National Operator" has a hard time of reliably proving itself the ways and sites for geological/ final and other kinds of isolation of radioactive waste, furthermore it partially ignores/ distorts the recognized international methodology. The situation is additionally complicated by the world economic and political crisis. Difficulties for all types of final storage facilities can be objectively and efficiently mastered by using the experience of mining, geology and material sciences as well as resources external to Rosatom.

    A few unconventional structural charts of vortex pumps for hydraulic conveying of large breakable products are considered. The characteristic features of the considered charts, their advantages and disadvantages are marked.     Today, the significant volumes of network traffic circulate through the Internet. The sources of such traffic are, in particular, the diverse territory distributed “smart” devices. The number of named devices is about billions. As a consequence, the relevance of bringing to practice the core concepts of the Internet of Things paradigm is constantly becoming more and more topical. It’s bound with the problem of granting the interoperability between the components of distributed software systems, built over the aforementioned devices. The web services are typically considered as the components of the system. To this end, to establish the interoperability between the components, despite the standardization, the need for the development of effective tools and techniques, granting the interoperability between the web services, arises. The goal of the work is to increase the effectiveness of the Internet of Things system engineering process by way of checking the interoperability between the components during the designing. The goal is achieved through the development of formal model for checking the interoperability between the components of the Internet of Things system by way of model checking in an automated manner. The novelty of proposed solution is grounded on the usage of Temporal Logic of Actions, corresponding formalism and the concept of action as the basis for compact and easily reconfigurable formal specifications synthesis. The adequacy of proposed model has been proved through the case study. The verification-related time costs have been estimated.

    Проведен анализ тенденций в ветроэнергетике в мире и Украине. Приведена сравнительная характеристика основных видов ветроэнергетических установок. Приведена сравнительная характеристика преобразователей частоты на основе автономных инверторов напряжения и автономных инверторов тока для ветроэнергетических установок. Проведен анализ существующих технических решений на основе автономных инверторов тока для ветроэнергетики и предложены меры по их усовершенствованию. Приведено сравнение силовых полупроводниковых приборов для инверторов тока и предложены конструктивные решения по размещению преобразователей в ветряной турбине. ; An analysis was performed concerned trends in wind power industry in the world and in Ukraine. A comparison of types of wind turbines on the base of doubly-fed induction generators (DFIG), permanent magnet synchronous generators (PMSG), electrically exited synchronous generators (EESG) and squirrel-cage induction generator (SCIG) was given. SCIGs have good perspectives for application in wind industry. A comparison of frequency converters on the base of voltage source inverters (VSI) and current source inverters (CSI) in operation on the grid and on the generator was performed. CSI has some advantages comparing to VSI. An analysis of existing technical decisions on the base of current source inverters for wind power was performed and proposals for their improvement was proposed. Current decisions have a row of problems caused by low switching frequency. Increasing of switching frequency in the inverter causes reduction of inductance of a choke in DC-link and capacitance of a filter on the grid side. This allows to reduce DC-link power, shift in regulation of reactive power in the grid, increase dynamic performance of the inverter and simplify its control. RB-IGBT allows higher switching frequency than SGCT and open possibilities for practical application of CSI in wind industry. New design of a wind tower with installation of the converter on the platforms in the bottom of the tower allows increase reliability of the wind turbine.

  • Защита - 6 марта 2014 г., Днепропетровский национальный университет железнодорожного транспорта имени академика В. Лазаряна ; RU: Диссертация посвящена решению актуальной научно-технической задачи уменьшения потерь электроэнергии в тяговой сети постоянного тока путем выбора рациональной дислокации тягових нагрузок. На основе анализа существующих методов уменьшения потерь электроэнергии в тяговой сети установлено, что существуют дополнительные резервы снижения потерь путем выбора рациональной дислокации тяговых нагрузок, последовательности отправления поездов различных категорий, интервалов между поездами. Выделены факторы, которые влияют на величину потерь электроэнергии в тяговой сети постоянного тока: параметры СТЭ – схемы питания контактной сети, длина фидерной зоны, мощность и напряжение на шинах ТП; параметры пути – сопротивление движению, уклоны; технические данные ЭПС – максимальная скорость, масса, мощность, потребляемый ток; параметры транспортного потока – дислокация поездов между ТП, размеры движения, интервалы между поездами, последовательность отправления поездов различных категорий; прочие факторы – квалификация машинистов, погодные условия. Установлен потенциал уменьшения потерь электроэнергии в тяговой сети путем уменьшения неравномерности транспортного потока: для схемы двухстороннего питания величина потерь изменяется на 18,9 %; для узловой схемы питания – на 11,1 %. Разработаны модели СТЭ и транспортного потока, в которых ж.д. станция представлена как трансформатор транспортного потока с возможностью учета влияния показателей транспортного потока на величину потерь электроэнергии в тяговой сети. Установлены предельные показатели транспортного потока по условиям работы СТЭ для электрифицированного участка Приднепровской ж.д.: максимальная интенсивность транспортного потока – , максимальная плотность транспортного потока – .     The gas engine driven carbon dioxide heat pump designed for providing the heat, cold and electricity for industrial poultry house is proposed. The scheme differs from the known by using recuperative heat exchanger installed between the exhaust air duct of poultry house and heat pump evaporator and the heat curtain installed on the air duct after the evaporator. The air coming into the poultry house after the regenerative heat exchanger is supplied to the heat pump gas cooler. The heat pump produces heat of the required parameters of the input air and water for watering of poultry, space heating, etc. Heat pump compressor is driven by gas engine (GPA), by natural gas or biogas. The part of the gas-piston engine heat is used for adjusting the optimal heat pump mode and for regeneration of the absorbent in an evaporative cooler. The proposed technical solution of the above scheme provides a higher COP of the heat pump. Installing of heat curtain does not require the use of non-freezing solution to prevent icing of the air outlet of heat pump evaporator. The latter allows producing, besides electric power and heat, still cold (with the use off the adsorption-refrigerating machine) and provide drying air inlet evaporative cooler (if necessary).

    The analysis of scientific works shows that the development of technology is ahead of the level of development of energy management. There are no clear comparisons of the energy efficiency of electrical technologies and heat technologies. Objective indicators of energy efficiency in various technologies of dehydration of raw materials not developed yet. In that article assumed that objective results for comparing energy efficiency in the processing of raw materials is obtained by the basis of system analysis of the entire energy conversion chain from fuel to finished product. The purpose of the work is experimentally proving the objectivity of this hypothesis. To achieve this goal, it is proposing to use the indicator of the energy share of fuel in the finished product and the amount of moisture removed when burning 1 kg of fuel, which does not depend on fluctuations in energy prices, which can vary and differ for different countries. The most important result of the work is the comparison of these parameters with the data for innovative equipment samples developed by the authors. The significance of the results obtained is that the evaporating devices developed by the authors are not inferior in efficiency to traditional ones, and make it possible to obtain concentrates up to 90 ° brix. Thus, for fuels with an oil equivalent of 40 MJ per 1 kg, traditional dryers can remove no more than 3 kg of moisture, cryoconcentrators – 20 kg.

  • Рассмотрен знаковый факт возврата ФГУП «НО РАО» к «национальной идее» ядерного могильника на Новой Земле как следствие гипертрофированного, возможно, чувства особости, самодостаточности и приоритетности российской атомной отрасли. Своевольный возврат к ранее признанной ошибкой идее без публичного опровержения прежнего заключения РАН и решения Минатома означает, что «Национальный оператор» испытывает серьезные трудности при собственном надежном обосновании способов и мест геологической/финальной и других видов изоляции радиоактивных отходов, при этом частично игнорируя/искажая общепризнанную зарубежную методологию. Ситуация дополнительно осложнена мировым экономическим и политическим кризисом. Трудности для всех типов могильников можно экономично и объективно преодолеть, привлекая горный, геологический и материаловедческий опыт, а также ресурсы извне Росатома. ; There is considered an emblematic fact of going back to the "national idea" of a nuclear final storage facility on Novaya Zemlya made by the Federal State Unitay Enterprise "National Operator for Radioactive Waste Management" as a result of a probably exaggerated sence of specialness, self‐sufficience and priority of Russian atomic branch. The self‐willed return to the idea, earlier conceded to be a mistake, without a public refutation of previous conclusion of the Russian Academy of Science and Minatom decision implicates that the "National Operator" has a hard time of reliably proving itself the ways and sites for geological/ final and other kinds of isolation of radioactive waste, furthermore it partially ignores/ distorts the recognized international methodology. The situation is additionally complicated by the world economic and political crisis. Difficulties for all types of final storage facilities can be objectively and efficiently mastered by using the experience of mining, geology and material sciences as well as resources external to Rosatom.

    Today, the significant volumes of network traffic circulate through the Internet. The sources of such traffic are, in particular, the diverse territory distributed “smart” devices. The number of named devices is about billions. As a consequence, the relevance of bringing to practice the core concepts of the Internet of Things paradigm is constantly becoming more and more topical. It’s bound with the problem of granting the interoperability between the components of distributed software systems, built over the aforementioned devices. The web services are typically considered as the components of the system. To this end, to establish the interoperability between the components, despite the standardization, the need for the development of effective tools and techniques, granting the interoperability between the web services, arises. The goal of the work is to increase the effectiveness of the Internet of Things system engineering process by way of checking the interoperability between the components during the designing. The goal is achieved through the development of formal model for checking the interoperability between the components of the Internet of Things system by way of model checking in an automated manner. The novelty of proposed solution is grounded on the usage of Temporal Logic of Actions, corresponding formalism and the concept of action as the basis for compact and easily reconfigurable formal specifications synthesis. The adequacy of proposed model has been proved through the case study. The verification-related time costs have been estimated.

Приведено сравнение силовых полупроводниковых приборов для инверторов тока и предложены конструктивные решения по размещению преобразователей в ветряной турбине. ; An analysis was performed concerned trends in wind power industry in the world and in Ukraine. A comparison of types of wind turbines on the base of doubly-fed induction generators (DFIG), permanent magnet synchronous generators (PMSG), electrically exited synchronous generators (EESG) and squirrel-cage induction generator (SCIG) was given. SCIGs have good perspectives for application in wind industry. A comparison of frequency converters on the base of voltage source inverters (VSI) and current source inverters (CSI) in operation on the grid and on the generator was performed. CSI has some advantages comparing to VSI. An analysis of existing technical decisions on the base of current source inverters for wind power was performed and proposals for their improvement was proposed. Current decisions have a row of problems caused by low switching frequency. Increasing of switching frequency in the inverter causes reduction of inductance of a choke in DC-link and capacitance of a filter on the grid side. This allows to reduce DC-link power, shift in regulation of reactive power in the grid, increase dynamic performance of the inverter and simplify its control. RB-IGBT allows higher switching frequency than SGCT and open possibilities for practical application of CSI in wind industry. New design of a wind tower with installation of the converter on the platforms in the bottom of the tower allows increase reliability of the wind turbine.

На основе анализа существующих методов уменьшения потерь электроэнергии в тяговой сети установлено, что существуют дополнительные резервы снижения потерь путем выбора рациональной дислокации тяговых нагрузок, последовательности отправления поездов различных категорий, интервалов между поездами. Выделены факторы, которые влияют на величину потерь электроэнергии в тяговой сети постоянного тока: параметры СТЭ – схемы питания контактной сети, длина фидерной зоны, мощность и напряжение на шинах ТП; параметры пути – сопротивление движению, уклоны; технические данные ЭПС – максимальная скорость, масса, мощность, потребляемый ток; параметры транспортного потока – дислокация поездов между ТП, размеры движения, интервалы между поездами, последовательность отправления поездов различных категорий; прочие факторы – квалификация машинистов, погодные условия. Установлен потенциал уменьшения потерь электроэнергии в тяговой сети путем уменьшения неравномерности транспортного потока: для схемы двухстороннего питания величина потерь изменяется на 18,9 %; для узловой схемы питания – на 11,1 %. Разработаны модели СТЭ и транспортного потока, в которых ж.д. станция представлена как трансформатор транспортного потока с возможностью учета влияния показателей транспортного потока на величину потерь электроэнергии в тяговой сети.     The gas engine driven carbon dioxide heat pump designed for providing the heat, cold and electricity for industrial poultry house is proposed. The scheme differs from the known by using recuperative heat exchanger installed between the exhaust air duct of poultry house and heat pump evaporator and the heat curtain installed on the air duct after the evaporator. The air coming into the poultry house after the regenerative heat exchanger is supplied to the heat pump gas cooler. The heat pump produces heat of the required parameters of the input air and water for watering of poultry, space heating, etc. Heat pump compressor is driven by gas engine (GPA), by natural gas or biogas. The part of the gas-piston engine heat is used for adjusting the optimal heat pump mode and for regeneration of the absorbent in an evaporative cooler. The proposed technical solution of the above scheme provides a higher COP of the heat pump. Installing of heat curtain does not require the use of non-freezing solution to prevent icing of the air outlet of heat pump evaporator. The latter allows producing, besides electric power and heat, still cold (with the use off the adsorption-refrigerating machine) and provide drying air inlet evaporative cooler (if necessary).

    The analysis of scientific works shows that the development of technology is ahead of the level of development of energy management. There are no clear comparisons of the energy efficiency of electrical technologies and heat technologies. Objective indicators of energy efficiency in various technologies of dehydration of raw materials not developed yet. In that article assumed that objective results for comparing energy efficiency in the processing of raw materials is obtained by the basis of system analysis of the entire energy conversion chain from fuel to finished product. The purpose of the work is experimentally proving the objectivity of this hypothesis. To achieve this goal, it is proposing to use the indicator of the energy share of fuel in the finished product and the amount of moisture removed when burning 1 kg of fuel, which does not depend on fluctuations in energy prices, which can vary and differ for different countries. The most important result of the work is the comparison of these parameters with the data for innovative equipment samples developed by the authors. The significance of the results obtained is that the evaporating devices developed by the authors are not inferior in efficiency to traditional ones, and make it possible to obtain concentrates up to 90 ° brix. Thus, for fuels with an oil equivalent of 40 MJ per 1 kg, traditional dryers can remove no more than 3 kg of moisture, cryoconcentrators – 20 kg.
