    Authors: Ocón Carreres, Almudena;

    [ES] En las últimas décadas del siglo XX la atención y preocupación por la degradación progresiva que las múltiples actividades humanas están provocando al medio ambiente natural han ido in crescendo, hasta el punto de colocarse en el centro de un debate que afecta a nivel internacional, tanto en los campos especializados como en la vida cotidiana con el objetivo de reducir y revertir este impacto a corto y medio plazo. En un marco donde cada vez más la sociedad toma conciencia de la importancia de asumir que los recursos son escasos y donde cada día se ve que no se puede seguir consumiendo los medios sin encontrar ninguna alternativa, nace el protocolo BREEAM. Ahora hace 10 años que se implantó en España, intentando fomentar una arquitectura más sostenible que permita dejar menos residuos antes, durante y después de su aparición. Pero, realmente el protocolo consigue lo que intenta o simplemente acaba convirtiéndose en un sello más que no llega al fondo de la cuestión? El presente estudio se incorpora dentro de un pensamiento filosófico actual, que entra en relación con la preocupación por la gran Madre Naturaleza, como se suele denominar, pasando por la ecología, y en general por la vida del planeta Tierra. Este trabajo consiste en el análisis crítico, de las bases del protocolo BREEAM así como de algunas obras que han conseguido su sello [CA] En les últimes dècades del segle XX l’atenció i preocupació per la degradació progressiva que les múltiples activitats humanes estan provocant al medi ambient natural han anat in crescendo, fins al punt de col·locar-se en el centre d’un debat que afecta a nivell internacional, tant en els camps especialitzats com en la vida quotidiana amb l’objectiu de reduir i revertir aquest impacte a curt i mig termini. En un marc on cada vegada més la societat pren consciència de la importància d’assumir que els recursos són escassos i on cada dia es veu que no es pot seguir consumint els mitjans sense trobar cap alternativa, naix el protocol BREEAM. Ara fa 10 anys que es va implantar en Espanya, intentant fomentar una arquitectura més sostenible que permeta deixar menys residus abans, durant i després de la seua aparició. Però, realment el protocol aconsegueix el que intenta o simplement acaba convertint-se en un segell més que no arriba al fons de la qüestió? El present estudi s’incorpora dins d’un pensa- ment filosòfic actual, que entra en relació amb la preocupació per la gran Mare Natura, com es sol anomenar, passant per l’ecologia, i en general per la vida del planeta Terra. Aquest treball consisteix en l’anàlisi crític, de les bases del protocol BREEAM així com d’algunes obres que han aconseguit el seu segell. [EN] In the last decades of the twentieth century the attention and concern for the progressive degradation that multiple human activities are causing to the natural environment have been increasing, to the point of being at the centre of a debate that affects the international level, both in specialist fields and in everyday life, to reduce and reverse this impact in the short and medium-term. In a context where society is increasingly aware of the importance of assuming that all the resources are scarce and where every day you see that you can no longer consume the media without finding an alternative, the BREEAM protocol is born. Now ten years ago, it was introduced in Spain, trying to promote a more sustainable architecture that allows leaving less waste before, during and after its appearance. But the protocol gets what it tries or ends up becoming another stamp that doesn’t get to the bottom of the matter? The present study is incorporated within a current philosophical thought, which relates to the concern for the great Mother Nature, as it is often called going through ecology, and in general for the life of planet earth. This work consists of the critical analysis of the bases of the BREEAM protocol, as well as of some works that have achieved their seal.

    Authors: Moyà Cartañà, Júlia;

    En lengua catalana, observamos un vacío denominativo en la terminología de la vivienda. Este hecho se ha acentuado a causa de los dos grandes retos del mundo actual: la irrupción de las tecnologías y la necesidad de buscar formas de vivir más sostenibles. La falta de normalización lingüística y la variación y proliferación denominativa para un mismo concepto genera confusión a los profesionales inmobiliarios y, a menudo, recurren a préstamos de la lengua inglesa. Para garantizar la disponibilidad de terminología en catalán en el ámbito de la vivienda, se ha observado el uso de términos de este campo en documentos especializados y en los medios de comunicación, en materia de sostenibilidad y digitalización, y se ha elaborado un glosario. A continuación, se han seleccionado los términos que presentan algún interés lingüístico y se han analizado para fijar una denominación. Y, cuando ha sido necesario, se han establecido propuestas neológicas verosímiles y funcionales. Con los datos de la investigación, comprobamos que la terminología de la sostenibilidad está más fijada y tiene tendencia a incorporarse a la lengua catalana a partir de recursos propios de creación de palabras, mientras que la de las tecnologías inmobiliarias se basa, generalmente, en mecanismos de préstamo. En el momento de establecer las propuestas neológicas, se han seguido estas tendencias. En llengua catalana, observem un buit denominatiu en la terminologia de l’habitatge. Aquest fet s’ha accentuat a causa dels dos grans reptes del món actual: la irrupció de les tecnologies i la necessitat de buscar formes de viure més sostenibles. La falta de normalització lingüística i la variació i proliferació denominativa per a un mateix concepte genera confusió als professionals immobiliaris i, sovint, recorren a manlleus de la llengua anglesa. Per tal de garantir la disponibilitat de terminologia en català en l’àmbit de l’habitatge, s’ha observat l’ús de termes d’aquest camp en documents especialitzats i en els mitjans de comunicació, en matèria de sostenibilitat i digitalització, i se n’ha elaborat un glossari. A continuació, s’han seleccionat els termes que presenten algun interès lingüístic i s’han analitzat per fixar-ne una denominació. I, quan ha estat necessari, s’han establert propostes neològiques versemblants i funcionals. Amb les dades de la recerca, comprovem que la terminologia de la sostenibilitat està més fixada i té tendència a incorporar-se a la llengua catalana a partir de recursos propis de creació de mots, mentre que la de tecnologies immobiliàries es basa, generalment, en mecanismes de manlleu. A l’hora d’establir les propostes neològiques s’han seguit aquestes tendències. In Catalan, there is a denominative vacuum in the terminology of housing. This has been accentuated by the two great challenges of today's world: the irruption of technologies and the need to seek more sustainable ways of living. The lack of linguistic standardisation and the variation and proliferation of terms for the same concept may cause confusion among real estate professionals and they often resort to borrowing words from English. To ensure the availability of Catalan terminology for housing, the use of terms in this field has been observed in specialised documents and in the media, in matters of sustainability and digitalisation, and a glossary has been elaborated. The terms of linguistic interest were then selected and analysed in order to establish a denomination. And, when necessary, plausible and functional neological proposals have been established. With the research data, we found that the terminology of sustainability is more fixed and has a tendency to be incorporated into Catalan using its own resources for creating neologisms, while real estate technologies are generally based on borrowing mechanisms. When establishing the neological proposals, these trends have been followed. Treball de fi de grau en Traducció i Interpretació. Tutora: Elisabet Llopart-Saumell

    Authors: Alemany Armelles, Pol;

    El canvi climàtic és una realitat acceptada i confirmada per tota la comunitat científica internacional, que reclama actuacions fermes per la descarbonització del planeta, sent necessari prendre decisions dràstiques a nivell mundial, com reduir les emissions de CO₂ i invertir més recursos en energies renovables. L’objectiu principal d’aquest estudi és donar resposta a la població a la pregunta sobre la viabilitat d’instal·lar plaques solars fotovoltaiques a les cobertes. Aquest estudi se centra en el barri de l’Eixample de Barcelona, ja que gràcies a la seva estructura modular és més fàcil extrapolar els resultats. A través d’una base de dades creada especialment per aquest treball, s’ha caracteritzat un bloc tipus de l’Eixample que serà l’objecte del nostre estudi. En aquest bloc es definirà el consum energètic, el nombre d’habitatges i l’energia generada per aconseguir la configuració que obté un millor rendiment econòmic. Les hipòtesis realitzades en el bloc tipus, s’han aplicat per simular altres configuracions diferents a la del bloc tipus, diferents superfícies útils, consums i bateries, així com també s’han aplicat les hipòtesis al concepte de micro-xarxa energètica, on es valorarà l’impacte econòmic.     En este trabajo se realiza el desarrollo de los “smart-contracts” o contratos inteligentes como base de una aplicación descentralizada o Dapp para la gestión energética y su facturación de una comunidad energética. Para llevarlo a cabo, se ha realizado un análisis del marco normativo español sobre el autoconsumo colectivo y las comunidades energéticas. También se estudia y compara los ecosistemas “blockchain” o de cadena de bloques donde desarrollar estos “smart-contracts” entre los principales en el sector. Dentro de este software desarrollado se establece una estrategia de reparto en función de coeficientes dinámicos ex post que actualmente no están contemplados en la normativa. Más adelante se explica detalladamente el código utilizado para el desarrollo de este software y se realiza una simulación del mismo. Conjuntamente se exponen dos escenarios diferentes, pero partiendo de los mismos datos base, para poder comparar los distintos escenarios planteados. De esta forma se observa que la implementación de este software y estrategia de distribución aporta tanto beneficios económicos y sociales como medioambientales. En aquest treball es realitza el desenvolupament dels “smart-contracts” o contractes intel·ligents com a base d’una aplicació descentralitzada o Dapp per a la gestió energètica i la seva facturació d’una comunitat energètica. Per dur-lo a terme, s’ha realitzat un anàlisi del marc normatiu espanyol sobre l’autoconsum col·lectiu i les comunitats energètiques. També s’estudia i compara els ecosistemes “blockchain” o cadena de blocs on desenvolupar aquests “smart-contracts” d’entre els principals dins el sector. Dins aquest programari desenvolupat s’estableix una estratègia de repartiment en funció de coeficients dinàmics ex post que actualment no estan contemplats dins la normativa. Més endavant s’explica detalladament el codi utilitzat pel desenvolupament d’aquest programari i es realitza una simulació d’aquest. Conjuntament s’exposen dos escenaris diferents, però partint de les mateixes dades base, per poder comparar els diferents escenaris plantejats. D’aquesta forma s’observa que la implementació d’aquest programari i estratègia de distribució aporten tant beneficis econòmics i socials com mediambientals. In this work, the development of “smart-contracts” is carried out as the basis of a decentralized application or Dapp for energy management and billing of an energy community. To implement this, an analysis of the Spanish regulatory framework on collective self-consumption and energy communities has been carried out. Blockchain ecosystems are also studied and compared to develop these "smart-contracts" among the main ones in the sector. Within this developed software, a distribution strategy is established based on dynamic ex-post coefficients that are not currently contemplated in the regulations. The code used for the development of this software is explained in detail later on and a simulation of it is carried out. Additionally, two different scenarios are exposed, but starting from the same base data, in order to be able to compare the different scenarios proposed. In this way, it is observed that the implementation of this software and distribution strategy brings both economic, social and environmental benefits.     Authors: Algarra Aroca, Sergio;

    Este trabajo fin de grado se basa en realizar una propuesta de proyecto de una planta de digestión anaerobia para asentar las bases de futuras líneas de estudio o proyectos donde la finalidad sea una implantación real. Para realizar esta propuesta se analizó el registro de explotaciones ganaderas de Cataluña, para así ver donde se encontraba una localización con una densidad de explotaciones importante. Una vez seleccionada, se estimó la cantidad de biogás que se podía producir, qué generación eléctrica conlleva, y cuáles son los mercados energéticos donde se puede vender esta energía para realitzar un proyecto viable. Se han dimensionado los principales componentes de la planta con el fin de poder dar una visión general a conjunto de elementos de esta propuesta de proyecto. Una vez analizados los mercados energéticos, los gastos estimados y los ingresos por la venta de energia, no se han encontrado hipótesis donde la planta sea rentable, pero se abren y se proponen futuras líneas de investigación, tanto para la optimización de la planta como de las actividades que suponen una retribución econòmica. Aquest treball fi de grau es basa en realitzar una proposta de projecte de planta de digestió anaeròbia, per tal de assentar les bases de futures línies d’estudi o projectes on la finalitat sigui una implantació real. Per realitzar aquesta proposta, es va analitzar el registre d’explotacions ramaderes de Catalunya per tal de veure on es trobava una localització amb una densitat de explotacions important; un cop seleccionada, es va estimar la quantitat de biogàs que es podia produir, quina generació elèctrica comporta, i quins son els mercats energètics on es pot vendre aquesta energia per viabilitat el projecte. S’han dimensionat els principals components de la planta per tal de poder donar una visió general a conjunt d’elements d’aquesta proposta de projecte. Un cop analitzats els mercats energètics, les despeses estimades i els ingressos per la venta d’energia, no s’han trobat hipòtesis on la planta sigui rentable, però s’obren i es proposen futures línies d’investigació, tant per la optimització de la planta com de les activitats que suposen una retribució econòmica. This degree thesis is based on a proposal of project for the pre-design of an anaerobic digestion plant, to lay the foundations for future lines of study or projects where the aim is a real implementation. To carry out this proposal, the register of farms in Catalonia was analysed to see where there was a location with a significant density of ferms. Once selected, the amount of biogas that could be produced was estimated and so on the electricity generation; it is also studied which energy markets could this energy be sold in order to make the project viable. The main components of the plant have been dimensioned in order to be able to give an overview of all the elements of this project proposal. Once the energy markets, estimated costs and income from the sale of energy have been analysed, no hypotheses have been found where the plant is profitable. Future lines of research are opened up and proposed, both for the optimisation of the plant and of the activities that involve economic retribution. Des del grup de recerca educativa de la universitat s'està desenvolupant tot un seguit de projectes relacionats en l'aeroponia de l'horticultura i s'està desenvolupant tots aquests projectes en un institut rural públic de Catalunya. Aquest projecte tracta de la creació d'un Aprenentatge Basat en Projectes (ABP) pel desenvolupament d'energies renovables de l'hort aeropònic en funcionament a l'institut. Aquest treball se centra en el desenvolupament de dues ABPs per tal que, no nomes els alumnes estiguin més motivats a l'hora d'adquirir el coneixement curricular de 2 ESO com marca el departament d'educació, sinó que formin part d'un projecte molt més ampli de recerca educativa innovadora en l'àmbit de l'horticultura i les energies renovables. From the educational research group at the university, a series of projects related to aeroponic horticulture are being developed, all of which are being implemented in a public rural institute in Catalonia. This project involves the creation of Project-Based Learning (PBL) for the development of renewable energies for the aeroponic garden operating at the institute. This work focuses on the development of two PBLs so that not only are the students more motivated when acquiring the curricular knowledge of 2nd year ESO as required by the department of education, but they also become part of a much broader innovative educational research project in the field of horticulture and renewable energies.

    Authors: Roura Hernández, Guillem;

    El Huerto Urbano del Mercado de la Vall d'Hebron, inaugurado en el verano de 2021, es una iniciativa municipal gestionada por la cooperativa Tarpuna. Con una superficie de 1.823 m², es la cubierta agrícola más grande de España. Este proyecto tiene como objetivos principales la sostenibilidad, la inclusión social y la agricultura ecológica. Este trabajo de fin de grado aborda la problemática de la gestión del agua en el huerto urbano, proponiendo la implementación de mejoras en el sistema de riego y el uso de fuentes de agua alternativas, como el agua de lluvia y el agua freática. Se han realizado estudios detallados sobre el consumo de agua, la programación del riego y la viabilidad de las propuestas, tanto desde un punto de vista técnico como económico. Los resultados indican que se puede lograr un gran ahorro de agua reduciendo el riego y programándolo según las necesidades hídricas calculadas del huerto. Así, entre distintas alterantivas consideradas, la solución más económica es la reducción del riego junto con el aprovechamiento de agua del freático, contribuyendo a una gestión más sostenible de los recursos hídricos del huerto. L'Hort Urbà del Mercat de la Vall d'Hebron, inaugurat l'estiu de 2021, és una iniciativa municipal gestionada per la cooperativa Tarpuna. Amb una superfície de 1.823 m², és la coberta agrícola més gran d'Espanya. Aquest projecte té com a objectius principals la sostenibilitat, la inclusió social i l'agricultura ecològica. Aquest treball final de grau aborda la problemàtica de la gestió de l'aigua a l'hort urbà, proposant la implementació de millores en el sistema de reg i l'ús de fonts d'aigua alternatives, com l'aigua de pluja i l'aigua freàtica. S'han realitzat estudis detallats sobre el consum d'aigua, la programació del reg i la viabilitat de les propostes, tant des d'un punt de vista tècnic com econòmic. Els resultats indiquen que es pot aconseguir un gran estalvi d'aigua reduint el reg i programant-lo segons les necessitats hídriques calculades de l'hort. Així, entre diferents alternatives considerades, la solució més econòmica és la reducció del reg junt amb l'aprofitament d'aigua del freàtic, contribuint a una gestió més sostenible dels recursos hídrics de l'hort. The Urban Garden of the Vall d'Hebron Market, inaugurated in the summer of 2021, is a municipal initiative managed by the Tarpuna cooperative. With an area of 1,823 m², it is the largest agricultural rooftop in Spain. This project focuses on sustainability, social inclusion, and ecological agriculture. This final degree project addresses the water management issues in the urban garden, proposing improvements in the irrigation system and the use of alternative water sources, such as rainwater and groundwater. Detailed studies have been conducted on water consumption, irrigation scheduling, and the feasibility of the proposals from both technical and economic perspectives. The results indicate that a significant water saving can be achieved by reducing irrigation and scheduling it according to the calculated water needs of the garden. Thus, among the various alternatives considered, the most economical solution is the reduction of irrigation along with the utilization of groundwater, contributing to a more sustainable management of the garden's water resources.     Authors: Guillamet Mayolas, Gerard;

    Aquest projecte consisteix el disseny d’un bany sec destinat als habitacles que construeix la organització Techo a Colòmbia. La proposta s’idea a partir de les premisses que marca aquesta organització i aquest constitueix el repte principal del projecte. Així doncs, en primer lloc, es defineix el context on servirà el producte final i els recursos dels quals disposa per a construir-se. Seguidament, s’ha fet un treball de camp analitzant els diferents models de banys secs existents, avaluant-ne els pros i els contres i quins dissenys s’acoten més a la demanda de Techo. Un cop estudiats els referents i el context, es comença a idear el producte tenint en compte d’una banda, les limitacions econòmiques i de materials que ha marcat l’organització i d’altra banda, el caràcter innovador que es vol afegir al disseny final per tal d’aconseguir assimilar-lo a un sanitari convencional i sobretot, assegurar-ne un ús còmode. El resultat és un bany sec que pot encabir-se a tots els habitacles que actualment fabrica Techo. Pensat per construir-se amb fustes restants de la fàbrica de Techo i amb un sistema de dosificació de les serradures similar a una cadena d’aigua d’un lavabo convencional. A més a més, la proposta té en compte molts altres factors com ara l’estètica i l’ergonomia, entre d’altres. Així doncs, aquest treball, pretén elaborar una solució sostenible i eficaç als lavabos convencionals que actualment s’usen en els habitatges de Techo i millorar la situació mediambiental de les seves comunitats. El resultado es un baño seco que puede meter a todos los habitáculos que actualmente fabrica Techo. Pensado para construirse con maderas restantes de la fábrica de Techo y con un sistema de dosificación del serrín similar a una cadena de agua de un lavabo convencional. Además, la propuesta tiene en cuenta muchos otros factores como la estética y la ergonomía, entre otros. Así pues, este trabajo, pretende elaborar una solución sostenible y eficaz en los lavabos convencionales que actualmente se usan en las viviendas de Techo y mejorar la situación medioambiental de sus comunidades.     Authors: Sol Vilaplana, Eloi;

    En aquest treball s’ha realitzat la certificació energètica de l’institut INS Manuel de Pedrolo de Tàrrega amb el programa CE3X. S’han fet dues certificacions, una de simplificada i una altra d’exhaustiva. Amb els resultats obtinguts, s’han plantejat diverses mesures per a millorar la qualificació energètica obtinguda i el comportament energètic de l’edifici. S’ha analitzat la viabilitat ambiental, energètica, tècnica, econòmica i temporal de les diferents mesures proposades. D’entre totes elles, n’hi ha quatre que han resultat viables: canviar la potència contractada, canviar el sistema d’il·luminació actual per llums LED, instal·lar un sistema d’autoconsum per mitjà de plaques solars fotovoltaiques i instal·lar una caldera de biomassa.

    [ES] En las últimas décadas del siglo XX la atención y preocupación por la degradación progresiva que las múltiples actividades humanas están provocando al medio ambiente natural han ido in crescendo, hasta el punto de colocarse en el centro de un debate que afecta a nivel internacional, tanto en los campos especializados como en la vida cotidiana con el objetivo de reducir y revertir este impacto a corto y medio plazo. En un marco donde cada vez más la sociedad toma conciencia de la importancia de asumir que los recursos son escasos y donde cada día se ve que no se puede seguir consumiendo los medios sin encontrar ninguna alternativa, nace el protocolo BREEAM. Ahora hace 10 años que se implantó en España, intentando fomentar una arquitectura más sostenible que permita dejar menos residuos antes, durante y después de su aparición. Pero, realmente el protocolo consigue lo que intenta o simplemente acaba convirtiéndose en un sello más que no llega al fondo de la cuestión? El presente estudio se incorpora dentro de un pensamiento filosófico actual, que entra en relación con la preocupación por la gran Madre Naturaleza, como se suele denominar, pasando por la ecología, y en general por la vida del planeta Tierra. Este trabajo consiste en el análisis crítico, de las bases del protocolo BREEAM así como de algunas obras que han conseguido su sello [CA] En les últimes dècades del segle XX l’atenció i preocupació per la degradació progressiva que les múltiples activitats humanes estan provocant al medi ambient natural han anat in crescendo, fins al punt de col·locar-se en el centre d’un debat que afecta a nivell internacional, tant en els camps especialitzats com en la vida quotidiana amb l’objectiu de reduir i revertir aquest impacte a curt i mig termini. En un marc on cada vegada més la societat pren consciència de la importància d’assumir que els recursos són escassos i on cada dia es veu que no es pot seguir consumint els mitjans sense trobar cap alternativa, naix el protocol BREEAM. Ara fa 10 anys que es va implantar en Espanya, intentant fomentar una arquitectura més sostenible que permeta deixar menys residus abans, durant i després de la seua aparició. Però, realment el protocol aconsegueix el que intenta o simplement acaba convertint-se en un segell més que no arriba al fons de la qüestió? El present estudi s’incorpora dins d’un pensa- ment filosòfic actual, que entra en relació amb la preocupació per la gran Mare Natura, com es sol anomenar, passant per l’ecologia, i en general per la vida del planeta Terra. Aquest treball consisteix en l’anàlisi crític, de les bases del protocol BREEAM així com d’algunes obres que han aconseguit el seu segell. [EN] In the last decades of the twentieth century the attention and concern for the progressive degradation that multiple human activities are causing to the natural environment have been increasing, to the point of being at the centre of a debate that affects the international level, both in specialist fields and in everyday life, to reduce and reverse this impact in the short and medium-term. In a context where society is increasingly aware of the importance of assuming that all the resources are scarce and where every day you see that you can no longer consume the media without finding an alternative, the BREEAM protocol is born. Now ten years ago, it was introduced in Spain, trying to promote a more sustainable architecture that allows leaving less waste before, during and after its appearance. But the protocol gets what it tries or ends up becoming another stamp that doesn’t get to the bottom of the matter? The present study is incorporated within a current philosophical thought, which relates to the concern for the great Mother Nature, as it is often called going through ecology, and in general for the life of planet earth. This work consists of the critical analysis of the bases of the BREEAM protocol, as well as of some works that have achieved their seal.

    Authors: Moyà Cartañà, Júlia;

    En lengua catalana, observamos un vacío denominativo en la terminología de la vivienda. Este hecho se ha acentuado a causa de los dos grandes retos del mundo actual: la irrupción de las tecnologías y la necesidad de buscar formas de vivir más sostenibles. La falta de normalización lingüística y la variación y proliferación denominativa para un mismo concepto genera confusión a los profesionales inmobiliarios y, a menudo, recurren a préstamos de la lengua inglesa. Para garantizar la disponibilidad de terminología en catalán en el ámbito de la vivienda, se ha observado el uso de términos de este campo en documentos especializados y en los medios de comunicación, en materia de sostenibilidad y digitalización, y se ha elaborado un glosario. A continuación, se han seleccionado los términos que presentan algún interés lingüístico y se han analizado para fijar una denominación. Y, cuando ha sido necesario, se han establecido propuestas neológicas verosímiles y funcionales. Con los datos de la investigación, comprobamos que la terminología de la sostenibilidad está más fijada y tiene tendencia a incorporarse a la lengua catalana a partir de recursos propios de creación de palabras, mientras que la de las tecnologías inmobiliarias se basa, generalmente, en mecanismos de préstamo. En el momento de establecer las propuestas neológicas, se han seguido estas tendencias. En llengua catalana, observem un buit denominatiu en la terminologia de l’habitatge. Aquest fet s’ha accentuat a causa dels dos grans reptes del món actual: la irrupció de les tecnologies i la necessitat de buscar formes de viure més sostenibles. La falta de normalització lingüística i la variació i proliferació denominativa per a un mateix concepte genera confusió als professionals immobiliaris i, sovint, recorren a manlleus de la llengua anglesa. Per tal de garantir la disponibilitat de terminologia en català en l’àmbit de l’habitatge, s’ha observat l’ús de termes d’aquest camp en documents especialitzats i en els mitjans de comunicació, en matèria de sostenibilitat i digitalització, i se n’ha elaborat un glossari. A continuació, s’han seleccionat els termes que presenten algun interès lingüístic i s’han analitzat per fixar-ne una denominació. I, quan ha estat necessari, s’han establert propostes neològiques versemblants i funcionals. Amb les dades de la recerca, comprovem que la terminologia de la sostenibilitat està més fixada i té tendència a incorporar-se a la llengua catalana a partir de recursos propis de creació de mots, mentre que la de tecnologies immobiliàries es basa, generalment, en mecanismes de manlleu. A l’hora d’establir les propostes neològiques s’han seguit aquestes tendències. In Catalan, there is a denominative vacuum in the terminology of housing. This has been accentuated by the two great challenges of today's world: the irruption of technologies and the need to seek more sustainable ways of living. The lack of linguistic standardisation and the variation and proliferation of terms for the same concept may cause confusion among real estate professionals and they often resort to borrowing words from English. To ensure the availability of Catalan terminology for housing, the use of terms in this field has been observed in specialised documents and in the media, in matters of sustainability and digitalisation, and a glossary has been elaborated. The terms of linguistic interest were then selected and analysed in order to establish a denomination. And, when necessary, plausible and functional neological proposals have been established. With the research data, we found that the terminology of sustainability is more fixed and has a tendency to be incorporated into Catalan using its own resources for creating neologisms, while real estate technologies are generally based on borrowing mechanisms. When establishing the neological proposals, these trends have been followed. Treball de fi de grau en Traducció i Interpretació. Tutora: Elisabet Llopart-Saumell

    Authors: Alemany Armelles, Pol;

    El canvi climàtic és una realitat acceptada i confirmada per tota la comunitat científica internacional, que reclama actuacions fermes per la descarbonització del planeta, sent necessari prendre decisions dràstiques a nivell mundial, com reduir les emissions de CO₂ i invertir més recursos en energies renovables. L’objectiu principal d’aquest estudi és donar resposta a la població a la pregunta sobre la viabilitat d’instal·lar plaques solars fotovoltaiques a les cobertes. Aquest estudi se centra en el barri de l’Eixample de Barcelona, ja que gràcies a la seva estructura modular és més fàcil extrapolar els resultats. A través d’una base de dades creada especialment per aquest treball, s’ha caracteritzat un bloc tipus de l’Eixample que serà l’objecte del nostre estudi. En aquest bloc es definirà el consum energètic, el nombre d’habitatges i l’energia generada per aconseguir la configuració que obté un millor rendiment econòmic. Les hipòtesis realitzades en el bloc tipus, s’han aplicat per simular altres configuracions diferents a la del bloc tipus, diferents superfícies útils, consums i bateries, així com també s’han aplicat les hipòtesis al concepte de micro-xarxa energètica, on es valorarà l’impacte econòmic.     En este trabajo se realiza el desarrollo de los “smart-contracts” o contratos inteligentes como base de una aplicación descentralizada o Dapp para la gestión energética y su facturación de una comunidad energética. Para llevarlo a cabo, se ha realizado un análisis del marco normativo español sobre el autoconsumo colectivo y las comunidades energéticas. También se estudia y compara los ecosistemas “blockchain” o de cadena de bloques donde desarrollar estos “smart-contracts” entre los principales en el sector. Dentro de este software desarrollado se establece una estrategia de reparto en función de coeficientes dinámicos ex post que actualmente no están contemplados en la normativa. Más adelante se explica detalladamente el código utilizado para el desarrollo de este software y se realiza una simulación del mismo. Conjuntamente se exponen dos escenarios diferentes, pero partiendo de los mismos datos base, para poder comparar los distintos escenarios planteados. De esta forma se observa que la implementación de este software y estrategia de distribución aporta tanto beneficios económicos y sociales como medioambientales. En aquest treball es realitza el desenvolupament dels “smart-contracts” o contractes intel·ligents com a base d’una aplicació descentralitzada o Dapp per a la gestió energètica i la seva facturació d’una comunitat energètica. Per dur-lo a terme, s’ha realitzat un anàlisi del marc normatiu espanyol sobre l’autoconsum col·lectiu i les comunitats energètiques. També s’estudia i compara els ecosistemes “blockchain” o cadena de blocs on desenvolupar aquests “smart-contracts” d’entre els principals dins el sector. Dins aquest programari desenvolupat s’estableix una estratègia de repartiment en funció de coeficients dinàmics ex post que actualment no estan contemplats dins la normativa. Més endavant s’explica detalladament el codi utilitzat pel desenvolupament d’aquest programari i es realitza una simulació d’aquest. Conjuntament s’exposen dos escenaris diferents, però partint de les mateixes dades base, per poder comparar els diferents escenaris plantejats. D’aquesta forma s’observa que la implementació d’aquest programari i estratègia de distribució aporten tant beneficis econòmics i socials com mediambientals. In this work, the development of “smart-contracts” is carried out as the basis of a decentralized application or Dapp for energy management and billing of an energy community. To implement this, an analysis of the Spanish regulatory framework on collective self-consumption and energy communities has been carried out. Blockchain ecosystems are also studied and compared to develop these "smart-contracts" among the main ones in the sector. Within this developed software, a distribution strategy is established based on dynamic ex-post coefficients that are not currently contemplated in the regulations. The code used for the development of this software is explained in detail later on and a simulation of it is carried out. Additionally, two different scenarios are exposed, but starting from the same base data, in order to be able to compare the different scenarios proposed. In this way, it is observed that the implementation of this software and distribution strategy brings both economic, social and environmental benefits.     Authors: Algarra Aroca, Sergio;

    Authors: Roura Hernández, Guillem;

    El Huerto Urbano del Mercado de la Vall d'Hebron, inaugurado en el verano de 2021, es una iniciativa municipal gestionada por la cooperativa Tarpuna. Con una superficie de 1.823 m², es la cubierta agrícola más grande de España. Este proyecto tiene como objetivos principales la sostenibilidad, la inclusión social y la agricultura ecológica. Este trabajo de fin de grado aborda la problemática de la gestión del agua en el huerto urbano, proponiendo la implementación de mejoras en el sistema de riego y el uso de fuentes de agua alternativas, como el agua de lluvia y el agua freática. Se han realizado estudios detallados sobre el consumo de agua, la programación del riego y la viabilidad de las propuestas, tanto desde un punto de vista técnico como económico. Los resultados indican que se puede lograr un gran ahorro de agua reduciendo el riego y programándolo según las necesidades hídricas calculadas del huerto. Así, entre distintas alterantivas consideradas, la solución más económica es la reducción del riego junto con el aprovechamiento de agua del freático, contribuyendo a una gestión más sostenible de los recursos hídricos del huerto. L'Hort Urbà del Mercat de la Vall d'Hebron, inaugurat l'estiu de 2021, és una iniciativa municipal gestionada per la cooperativa Tarpuna. Amb una superfície de 1.823 m², és la coberta agrícola més gran d'Espanya. Aquest projecte té com a objectius principals la sostenibilitat, la inclusió social i l'agricultura ecològica. Aquest treball final de grau aborda la problemàtica de la gestió de l'aigua a l'hort urbà, proposant la implementació de millores en el sistema de reg i l'ús de fonts d'aigua alternatives, com l'aigua de pluja i l'aigua freàtica. S'han realitzat estudis detallats sobre el consum d'aigua, la programació del reg i la viabilitat de les propostes, tant des d'un punt de vista tècnic com econòmic. Els resultats indiquen que es pot aconseguir un gran estalvi d'aigua reduint el reg i programant-lo segons les necessitats hídriques calculades de l'hort. Així, entre diferents alternatives considerades, la solució més econòmica és la reducció del reg junt amb l'aprofitament d'aigua del freàtic, contribuint a una gestió més sostenible dels recursos hídrics de l'hort. The Urban Garden of the Vall d'Hebron Market, inaugurated in the summer of 2021, is a municipal initiative managed by the Tarpuna cooperative. With an area of 1,823 m², it is the largest agricultural rooftop in Spain. This project focuses on sustainability, social inclusion, and ecological agriculture. This final degree project addresses the water management issues in the urban garden, proposing improvements in the irrigation system and the use of alternative water sources, such as rainwater and groundwater. Detailed studies have been conducted on water consumption, irrigation scheduling, and the feasibility of the proposals from both technical and economic perspectives. The results indicate that a significant water saving can be achieved by reducing irrigation and scheduling it according to the calculated water needs of the garden. Thus, among the various alternatives considered, the most economical solution is the reduction of irrigation along with the utilization of groundwater, contributing to a more sustainable management of the garden's water resources.     Authors: Guillamet Mayolas, Gerard;

    Aquest projecte consisteix el disseny d’un bany sec destinat als habitacles que construeix la organització Techo a Colòmbia. La proposta s’idea a partir de les premisses que marca aquesta organització i aquest constitueix el repte principal del projecte. Així doncs, en primer lloc, es defineix el context on servirà el producte final i els recursos dels quals disposa per a construir-se. Seguidament, s’ha fet un treball de camp analitzant els diferents models de banys secs existents, avaluant-ne els pros i els contres i quins dissenys s’acoten més a la demanda de Techo. Un cop estudiats els referents i el context, es comença a idear el producte tenint en compte d’una banda, les limitacions econòmiques i de materials que ha marcat l’organització i d’altra banda, el caràcter innovador que es vol afegir al disseny final per tal d’aconseguir assimilar-lo a un sanitari convencional i sobretot, assegurar-ne un ús còmode. El resultat és un bany sec que pot encabir-se a tots els habitacles que actualment fabrica Techo. Pensat per construir-se amb fustes restants de la fàbrica de Techo i amb un sistema de dosificació de les serradures similar a una cadena d’aigua d’un lavabo convencional. A més a més, la proposta té en compte molts altres factors com ara l’estètica i l’ergonomia, entre d’altres. Així doncs, aquest treball, pretén elaborar una solució sostenible i eficaç als lavabos convencionals que actualment s’usen en els habitatges de Techo i millorar la situació mediambiental de les seves comunitats. El resultado es un baño seco que puede meter a todos los habitáculos que actualmente fabrica Techo. Pensado para construirse con maderas restantes de la fábrica de Techo y con un sistema de dosificación del serrín similar a una cadena de agua de un lavabo convencional. Además, la propuesta tiene en cuenta muchos otros factores como la estética y la ergonomía, entre otros. Así pues, este trabajo, pretende elaborar una solución sostenible y eficaz en los lavabos convencionales que actualmente se usan en las viviendas de Techo y mejorar la situación medioambiental de sus comunidades.     Authors: Sol Vilaplana, Eloi;

    En aquest treball s’ha realitzat la certificació energètica de l’institut INS Manuel de Pedrolo de Tàrrega amb el programa CE3X. S’han fet dues certificacions, una de simplificada i una altra d’exhaustiva. Amb els resultats obtinguts, s’han plantejat diverses mesures per a millorar la qualificació energètica obtinguda i el comportament energètic de l’edifici. S’ha analitzat la viabilitat ambiental, energètica, tècnica, econòmica i temporal de les diferents mesures proposades. D’entre totes elles, n’hi ha quatre que han resultat viables: canviar la potència contractada, canviar el sistema d’il·luminació actual per llums LED, instal·lar un sistema d’autoconsum per mitjà de plaques solars fotovoltaiques i instal·lar una caldera de biomassa.
