description Publicationkeyboard_double_arrow_right Article , Other literature type 2021Publisher:EDP Sciences Authors: Marufdjan Xalikovich Rasulov; Masud Masharipov; Zhasurbek Abdullaev;Development of proposals for adapting the existing methodology for calculating the available throughput to the operating conditions of the railways of Uzbekistan, taking into account the factors that ensure traffic safety when passing high-speed passenger trains. Methods: Grapho-analytical approaches and a comparative analysis method were used to determine the throughput of railway lines with mixed train traffic. Results: The main factors influencing the capacity of lines, advantages and disadvantages for each existing method for determining the capacity of railway lines are given. To assess the quality of transportation processes on railway lines, experimental train schedules were constructed. Based on the analysis of their indicators, a formula was proposed for calculating the throughput on double-track lines when passing high-speed passenger trains. Practical significance: The application of the proposed methodology improves the calculations of the performance indicators of sections with an unparalleled train schedule.

The authors studied the technical passports of all bridges and overpasses in Tashkent and made direct technical inspections of more than 10 bridge structures. As a result, most of the shortcomings and defects of the existing bridge structures in the city were revealed. In Tashkent, there is a significant number of reinforced concrete bridge structures, the service life of 60 to 100 years (24% of the total number), a significant part of which (42%) has been operated for many years without major repairs. A "four-level" approach is proposed, which contains four stages of analysis, and evaluates the technical condition of the operated reinforced concrete bridge structures.

The research objectives are: to analyse regional transport network of Nenets Autonomous District; to develop versions of Arkhangelsk - Naryan-Mar transport routes; to estimate transport and economic characteristics and choose a variant of motor transport route. Two variants of the Arkhangelsk - Naryan-Mar road route have been considered in the course of this work. The first one is 887 kilometres long and goes along the sparsely populated territory, through the village Volokovaya. The second route is 940 km long. It is situated in the north through 10 settlements, including the town of Mezen, the administrative centre of Mezen municipal district. A more feasible route is the second option, which runs along the shores of the Mezen Bay of the White Sea and the Chesh Bay of the Pechora Sea. In spite of the fact that this route is 77 km longer than Route 1, it will be a transport artery, passing through 10 settlements, among which is the town of Mezen, the administrative centre of Mezen municipal district.

When implementing low-power solar power plants in Uzbekistan, a certain amount of land resources is required (for installing solar panels). From the point of view of respect for natural capital (saving land resources), the method of installing solar panels directly above the surface of water basins based on the corresponding maps of water basins is technically and economically effective. The methodological basis of the research is the results of researchers work on the problems of land relations and land management. In the research, a systematic approach to the analysis of land use has been chosen, in which a variety of tools were used to determine the essence of the analyzed phenomena, processes and patterns. In recent years, industry has been rapidly developing in rural areas of the Yangiyul district of Tashkent Province of Uzbekistan. In this regard, the problems of effective use of land resources, especially targeted use of irrigated land, has become urgent. This means that in the future there will be problems when allocating land for the installation of low-power solar power plants.

Saidkhodjaev; A.M. Najimova; A.K. Bijanov; In this article, we propose a new method for determining the maximum load of electric consumers in urban electric networks, which differs from existing methods in more accurate and reliable determination of the maximum loads. Based on the determination of the maximum loads of the objects of urban electrical networks, it is concluded that the proposed methods are determined by high accuracy and minor errors.
