    Сезонные, суточные "провалы" или "пики" потребления электроэнергии, любые изменения нагрузки приводят к избытку реактивной мощности и к росту напряжения в линиях. В работе рассмотрены вопросы влияния режимов работы электрооборудования, в частности, турбогенераторов, на поддержание баланса активной и реактивной мощности в энергосистеме. Проведены исследование и анализ режимов работы электротяговых сетей и питающих линий энергосистем. Выделены факторы, которые в наибольшей степени влияют на энергосбережение. ; The paper presents a systematic analysis of existing methods of reactive power compensation. The study of operating modes of the systems external and traction power supply is carried out. The methodology for selecting promising compensation schemes and energy-saving in the traction networks AC electrified railway lines is offered. The comparative evaluation of prospective controlled compensation devices shows that use of seamlessly adjustable devices with unregulated condensing the battery and with parallel translator regulated with thyristor unit and with filters to reduce harmonics bond to the large capital investments. For traction networks of domestic railways payback period is more than 10-15 years. The most promising for traction power supply today is a stepwise adjustable devices of reactive power compensation. For the efficient allocation of investments in programs and projects of modernization of system traction power supply developed by the methodology of selecting parameters and places placement devices transverse compensation in the system traction power supply, which is based on the use of software systems with imitation of interconnected instant circuits moving loads of electric rolling stock.

    Problems of increasing the efficiency of the operation of electrical networks based on the utilization of booster transformers (BT) with electronic control, applied on the base of active elements in smart electric grids of power systems and giving the function of automatic correction of the parameters of the network, assuring the conditions of optimal common operation are studied in the paper. The mathematic model of the processes in the electric networks with booster transformer has been developed; the opportunity of control by means of the phase-switching BT for power fluxes in the networks has been established. It has been shown that for the groups of switching the windings 1-5 of BT occurs additional consumption of power from the supply network, but for the groups 7-11 its recuperation to the load network. Respectively, switching the windings of BT to the group 1-5 assures the shift of load current to the direction of lag, but in the case of switching to the group 7-11 – towards the outrunning. Wherein, for the groups of switching 10-11 and 1-2 one can observe the increasing of the voltage at the output of BT, but for the groups 7-8 and 4-5 it is decreasing. Based on the analysis of the results of research the diagram and constructive models of the transformer have been proposed. The quasi-stationary and transient regimes were investigated and the conditions of reliable operation at these the regimes have been determined. The ways for increasing the efficient common operation for the transformer and network in the case of switching the thyristors into the circuit of the primary winding of the transformer have been proposed.

    Relevance. Nowadays Russia is creating an intelligence power system with active-adaptive grid (Smart Grid)in. The complexity of the elements design of the Smart Grid architecture calls for the creation of PLM-system for their implementation. This PLM-system is supposed to predict the improvement in the R&D of electrical and environmental performance of the enterprise. Objective. Discussion of the practical experience of the implementation of the Smart Grid element (system of voltage and reactive power automatic control) on the industrial dangerous objects; the FACTS-devices are the basic cluster of this system. The rationale for an interdisciplinary approach in solving problems of energy saving and environmental safety. Methods. Simulation of FACTS-devices implementation at industrial enterprises was performed in specialized software: RastrWin (Russia), DigSILENT (Germany), EasyPower (USA). The results were compared with known scientific developments in this field. Results. During the discussion of the economic benefits of the FACTS-devices implementation at the metallurgical enterprises and the ability at the same time to solve the environmental problems of a factory, the authors found a way to show the importance and relevance of an interdisciplinary approach in constructing the architecture of the Smart Grid. It is proved that the introduction of FACTS-devices does provide a significant positive technical and economic effect. However, the environmental effect of their using should be confirmed by means of special software and databases, in particular, developed by the authors. Conclusions. The authors believe that the integration of environmental and electricity-saving ways has to become the foundation for the system of voltage and reactive power automatic control, as a part of Russian Smart Grid. It is shown that the software and hardware developed by International Energy Saving Corporation LLC help the technicians to solve the following problems: implementation of a comprehensive pre-examination (environmental and energy audits); simulation of power districts; selection of FACTS-devices and their specification determination; assessment of the collaborative work of the technological equipment of the enterprise and FACTS-devices (creation of databases). After manufacture and supply, International Energy Saving Corporation LLC controls the effectiveness of commissioned energy-saving technologies, monitors the changes in emissions and discharges of the enterprise, analyzes the level of morbidity.

  • В статье дана сравнительная оценка регулируемых установок компенсации реактивной мощности и разработана методика выбора их параметров и мест размещения в электротяговой сети. Проведены исследование и анализ режимов работы электротяговых сетей и питающих линий энергосистем. Выделены факторы, которые в наибольшей степени влияют на энергосбережение. ; The paper presents a systematic analysis of existing methods of reactive power compensation. The study of operating modes of the systems external and traction power supply is carried out. The methodology for selecting promising compensation schemes and energy-saving in the traction networks AC electrified railway lines is offered. The comparative evaluation of prospective controlled compensation devices shows that use of seamlessly adjustable devices with unregulated condensing the battery and with parallel translator regulated with thyristor unit and with filters to reduce harmonics bond to the large capital investments. For traction networks of domestic railways payback period is more than 10-15 years. The most promising for traction power supply today is a stepwise adjustable devices of reactive power compensation. For the efficient allocation of investments in programs and projects of modernization of system traction power supply developed by the methodology of selecting parameters and places placement devices transverse compensation in the system traction power supply, which is based on the use of software systems with imitation of interconnected instant circuits moving loads of electric rolling stock.

    Problems of increasing the efficiency of the operation of electrical networks based on the utilization of booster transformers (BT) with electronic control, applied on the base of active elements in smart electric grids of power systems and giving the function of automatic correction of the parameters of the network, assuring the conditions of optimal common operation are studied in the paper. The mathematic model of the processes in the electric networks with booster transformer has been developed; the opportunity of control by means of the phase-switching BT for power fluxes in the networks has been established. It has been shown that for the groups of switching the windings 1-5 of BT occurs additional consumption of power from the supply network, but for the groups 7-11 its recuperation to the load network. Respectively, switching the windings of BT to the group 1-5 assures the shift of load current to the direction of lag, but in the case of switching to the group 7-11 – towards the outrunning. Wherein, for the groups of switching 10-11 and 1-2 one can observe the increasing of the voltage at the output of BT, but for the groups 7-8 and 4-5 it is decreasing. Based on the analysis of the results of research the diagram and constructive models of the transformer have been proposed. The quasi-stationary and transient regimes were investigated and the conditions of reliable operation at these the regimes have been determined. The ways for increasing the efficient common operation for the transformer and network in the case of switching the thyristors into the circuit of the primary winding of the transformer have been proposed.

    Relevance. Nowadays Russia is creating an intelligence power system with active-adaptive grid (Smart Grid)in. The complexity of the elements design of the Smart Grid architecture calls for the creation of PLM-system for their implementation. This PLM-system is supposed to predict the improvement in the R&D of electrical and environmental performance of the enterprise. Objective. Discussion of the practical experience of the implementation of the Smart Grid element (system of voltage and reactive power automatic control) on the industrial dangerous objects; the FACTS-devices are the basic cluster of this system. The rationale for an interdisciplinary approach in solving problems of energy saving and environmental safety. Methods. Simulation of FACTS-devices implementation at industrial enterprises was performed in specialized software: RastrWin (Russia), DigSILENT (Germany), EasyPower (USA). The results were compared with known scientific developments in this field. Results. During the discussion of the economic benefits of the FACTS-devices implementation at the metallurgical enterprises and the ability at the same time to solve the environmental problems of a factory, the authors found a way to show the importance and relevance of an interdisciplinary approach in constructing the architecture of the Smart Grid. It is proved that the introduction of FACTS-devices does provide a significant positive technical and economic effect. However, the environmental effect of their using should be confirmed by means of special software and databases, in particular, developed by the authors. Conclusions. The authors believe that the integration of environmental and electricity-saving ways has to become the foundation for the system of voltage and reactive power automatic control, as a part of Russian Smart Grid. It is shown that the software and hardware developed by International Energy Saving Corporation LLC help the technicians to solve the following problems: implementation of a comprehensive pre-examination (environmental and energy audits); simulation of power districts; selection of FACTS-devices and their specification determination; assessment of the collaborative work of the technological equipment of the enterprise and FACTS-devices (creation of databases). After manufacture and supply, International Energy Saving Corporation LLC controls the effectiveness of commissioned energy-saving technologies, monitors the changes in emissions and discharges of the enterprise, analyzes the level of morbidity.
