description Publicationkeyboard_double_arrow_right Article , Other literature type 2019Publisher:EDP Sciences Famil Ibrahimov; Huseyngulu Guliyev; Viсtor Kurbatsky; Nariman Rahmanov; Nikita Tomin;The paper proposes method and algorithm for obtaining the maximum transmitted power limit in the power system under the voltage stability conditions in case of emergency outages of its elements - power lines and generating sets. The method is based on the analysis of the exaggerated states of the system created by increasing the values of the power sources (generators of power plants). The model of system states in extreme modes is described in the form of “extreme transmitted power – generating power values” relationships. The efficiency of the method is investigated on IEEE test schemes and the real Azerenergy system scheme. A comparison of the proposed method results with the evaluation of the critical conditions on the basis of trained neural network is presented.

The influence of the variability of distribution of amplitude values of the power harmonics on the load flow in the network, power losses and maximum power transmission in lines is studied. The results of design experiments for one of distribution networks of Azerbaijan power system, feeding the non-linear load, are given.

Hashimov;In recent years, controlled shunt reactors (CSR) relevant to the class of FACTS facilities have been widely used to control voltage modes and reactive power flows in the high-voltage electrical network. The selection of location, as well as the definition of the law of CSR control in the conditions of stochastic variability of the operation mode of high-voltage power transmission, are associated with numerous technical and economic factors. At the same time, such constraint conditions as ease of use, performance efficiency, purpose and location in the system, as well as the period of commissioning should be taken into account. In the proposed procedure these factors are considered as fuzzy constraints. The procedure of CSR placement in the 330 kV electrical network of Azerenergy system for control of reactive power flows taking into account the mentioned fuzzy constraints is proposed. The obtained simulation results confirm the advantage of the proposed procedure.

Randomly changing and intermittent nature of this power leads to the stochasticity of the power grid mode, estimation of parameters of which requires application of probabilistic modeling. In the paper it is proposed an advanced algorithm of probabilistic load flow based on the development of two-point estimation method, the efficiency of which is confirmed on the basis of computational experiments and comparative analysis of the Monte Carlo simulation results. Calculations and analysis of the modeling results were carried out on standard 14-nodal scheme of IEEE and real electrical network of “Azerenerji” Grid.

The paper considers the issue of intellectualization of protection from asymmetric modes based on theories of fuzzy logic, as well as machine learning models, and offers a structural diagram and an algorithm for the functioning of protection. The results of the synthesis of intelligent protection and an approach to modelling and control for controlled drive systems based on reinforcement learning are presented.

Guliyev;The growth of the randomly and indeterminately changing state of electric network of power grid, caused by the use of distributed generation, continues to significantly affect the behavior and modeling for planning and operational control of its mode. Existing approaches become inadequate for models with probabilistic fuzzy parameters. In these conditions, the issues of development of new methods, algorithms and control tools for regime parameters of electric networks based on the theories of fuzzy logic and fuzzy sets become more urgent. Model and algorithm for controlling capacitor banks in electrical networks with distributed generation, based on the use of fuzzy logic mathematical apparatus, is proposed in the paper.

The paper considers the issue of intellectualization of protection from asymmetric modes based on theories of fuzzy logic, as well as machine learning models, and offers a structural diagram and an algorithm for the functioning of protection. The results of the synthesis of intelligent protection and an approach to modelling and control for controlled drive systems based on reinforcement learning are presented.

Guliyev;The growth of the randomly and indeterminately changing state of electric network of power grid, caused by the use of distributed generation, continues to significantly affect the behavior and modeling for planning and operational control of its mode. Existing approaches become inadequate for models with probabilistic fuzzy parameters. In these conditions, the issues of development of new methods, algorithms and control tools for regime parameters of electric networks based on the theories of fuzzy logic and fuzzy sets become more urgent. Model and algorithm for controlling capacitor banks in electrical networks with distributed generation, based on the use of fuzzy logic mathematical apparatus, is proposed in the paper.
