    В последние десятилетия закрепилась идея, что более эффективная обработка информации может быть произведена централизованно, с помощью облачных вычислительных систем и хранилищ, доступных через Интернет. Облачные вычисления наследует некоторые из проблем параллельных и распределенных систем, в частности синхронизация групповых процессов. Описывается проблематика реализации глобальных часов, синхронизирующих процессы в облачных сервисах.

    В данной статье, проведен анализ термовлажностных процессов обработки воздуха в аппаратах кондиционирования воздуха, изменяющих ионизирующее и деионизирующее воздействие на воздушную среду. Установлено, что изменение температуры воздуха не оказывает существенного влияния на концентрацию ионов. Увеличение числа аэроионов после нагревателя не связано непосредственно с температурой воздуха, а является следствием процесса выхода электронов с поверхности материала нагревательного элемента. Высокая влажность воздуха снижая подвижность ионов, приводит к уменьшению концентрации легких аэроионов. Повышение количества ионов в камерах орошения форсуночного типа объясняется баллоэлектрическим эффектом дробления и распыления капель воды, а не насыщением воздуха влагой.

    Questionnaire research and interview method were applied to study the introduction of the collaborative education provided by government, business, university and research institute in the area of rural and regional development at Zhejiang Ocean University (ZOU). Various training modes: joint enrollment and training, double-tutor system (two supervisors for one postgraduate, one is from the university, the other is from government or business or research institute) together with the establishment of collaborative staff training have been adopted to carry out the collaborative education that has provided better results. However, there are still some problems: misbalanced cooperation, unrelated cooperation fields that lead to the staff training objective not to be adequately met with practical needs. The article offers the way to construct a new training mode between government, business, university and research institute for the professional degree programme Master of Rural and Regional Development.

    The paper presents results of the study of coal waste heaps, are stratigraphic of the Kyzylkiyskia deposit justified peculiarities of waste heaps, investigated coals, which are material for the formation of waste heaps, waste heaps described occurring in the processes that lead to self-ignition and combustion of waste heaps. В работе представлены результаты изучения угольных терриконов, приведены стратиграфические данные Кызылкийского месторождения, обоснованы особенности формирования терриконов, исследованы угли, являющиеся материалом для формирования террикона, описаны протекающие в терриконах процессы, приводящие к самовозгоранию и горению террикона.

    Целью данной статьи является рассмотрение специфики перевода названий различных органов власти и государственных должностей с испанского языка на русский. Материалом исследования послужили лексемы, полученные в результате типической выборки из словарей испанского языка, проиллюстрированные примерами из испанской прессы. В работе приводятся различные варианты перевода названий органов власти и должностей, наиболее часто встречающихся в текстах общественнополитического характера.

  • Показаны недостатки, присущие традиционным конструкциям нагревателей, которые вносят известные несовершенства в технологические процессы, реализуемых с применением электронагрева. Это определяет необходимость разработки принципиально новых конструкций нагревательных устройств. Создана высокотемпературная керамика, отличающейся аномально высокой термостойкостью и выяснены параметры, позволяющие в определенной степени изменять ее коэффициент теплопроводности. На этой основе разработаны керамические нагреватели контактного типа, обеспечивающие направленность тепловых потоков применением разнородных материалов в теле нагревателя – с высокой теплопроводностью, обращенного к теплопередающей поверхности, и низкой, которой отличается оппозитная сторона нагревателя, предназначенная для устранения рассеяния тепла в окружающее пространство. Это дало возможность оснастить современные производства лакокрасочной промышленности энергоэффективным нагревательным оборудованием со взрывопожаробезопасной системой обогрева реакторов. ; The drawbacks of the traditional design of the heaters, which make known imperfections in manufacturing processes, realized with the use of electric heating. This determines the need for a radically new design of the heating devices. Created by high-temperature ceramics, characterized by abnormally high thermal stability and clarified the parameters that allow a certain degree change its thermal conductivity. On this basis the contact type ceramic heaters that provide thermal flow direction using different materials in the body of the heater - of high thermal conductivity, the surface facing the heat transfer and low which differs opposite sides of the heater are designed to eliminate the dissipation of heat into the surrounding space. This made it possible to equip the modern production paint industry energy efficient heating equipment with explosion and fire heating system reactors.

    Актуальность. Исследование терминологии похоронно-поминальной обрядности считаем весьма актуальным по причине того, что в лингвокультурологическом аспекте терминология обряда мало изучена. Цель исследования заключается в систематизации терминов, относящихся к тематической группе «умереть» в содержании похоронно-поминального обряда в эвенской и якутской культурах. Метод. Обрядовые термины собраны методом сплошной выборки из словарей эвенского и якутского языков, материалов этнографических исследований. Результат. Тематическую группу номинаций с общей семантикой «умереть» можно разделить на следующие подгруппы: терминология, обозначающая «свою смерть», и терминология, связанная с убийством. Выводы. Тематическая группа номинаций с семантикой «умереть» демонстрирует общие закономерности образования слов. Каждый народ воспринимает окружающий его мир сквозь призму своих культурных обычаев, нравственных установок и принятых традиций.

    Cathodoluminescence spectra of polyparaxylylene - silver metallopolymeric composite were measured and analyzed. The band structure of the composite was investigated. The density of states and band gap were calculated. A model of energy transfer in the polymer matrix was suggested.

    Relevance. The power provided by generating stations based on wind and solar energy depends on the state of the environment at a particular geographical point, the prevailing wind speeds and the level of solar insolation. The wind speeds and solar insolation characterizing patterns are probabilistic in nature and depend on the terrain and season. This means that the power provided by generating stations based on renewable energy sources is also probabilistic. Risks associated with an inaccurate knowledge of the probabilistic patterns describing renewable energy sources, as well as the unpredictability (uncertainty) of the natural environment affecting renewable energy sources, are the reasons why system operators do not take into account such stations in calculating the power balance. This situation does not allow considering the generating stations as full-fledged market participants, covering the flow of investments in such projects. Accurate determination of the output power distribution laws for solar and wind power stations, based on the wind speed and solar insolation data analysis can significantly help system operators in power predicting of the power stations. Aim of study is building models of distribution laws that best describe the results of wind speed and solar insolation observations, as well as models of distribution laws for the generated power of wind and solar stations. Methods: methods for estimating the parameters of distribution laws, methods for testing statistical hypotheses. Results. It is shown, that the 3rd kind of beta distribution laws and their mixtures describe the series of measured wind speed and solar insolation better in the territory. The same concerning the probability distribution of the wind and solar stations power. Distribution law models for wind speed, solar insolation and power of the corresponding stations are constructed. It is shown that on the basis of the law of the distribution of wind speed and the mathematical relationships that connect power with wind speed, good models can be constructed for the probability distributions of power of wind power stations. The models can be used as an auxiliary tool for power system operators to predict output power.

    В данной статье, проведен анализ термовлажностных процессов обработки воздуха в аппаратах кондиционирования воздуха, изменяющих ионизирующее и деионизирующее воздействие на воздушную среду. Установлено, что изменение температуры воздуха не оказывает существенного влияния на концентрацию ионов. Увеличение числа аэроионов после нагревателя не связано непосредственно с температурой воздуха, а является следствием процесса выхода электронов с поверхности материала нагревательного элемента. Высокая влажность воздуха снижая подвижность ионов, приводит к уменьшению концентрации легких аэроионов. Повышение количества ионов в камерах орошения форсуночного типа объясняется баллоэлектрическим эффектом дробления и распыления капель воды, а не насыщением воздуха влагой.

    Questionnaire research and interview method were applied to study the introduction of the collaborative education provided by government, business, university and research institute in the area of rural and regional development at Zhejiang Ocean University (ZOU). Various training modes: joint enrollment and training, double-tutor system (two supervisors for one postgraduate, one is from the university, the other is from government or business or research institute) together with the establishment of collaborative staff training have been adopted to carry out the collaborative education that has provided better results. However, there are still some problems: misbalanced cooperation, unrelated cooperation fields that lead to the staff training objective not to be adequately met with practical needs. The article offers the way to construct a new training mode between government, business, university and research institute for the professional degree programme Master of Rural and Regional Development.

  • Показаны недостатки, присущие традиционным конструкциям нагревателей, которые вносят известные несовершенства в технологические процессы, реализуемых с применением электронагрева. Это определяет необходимость разработки принципиально новых конструкций нагревательных устройств. Создана высокотемпературная керамика, отличающейся аномально высокой термостойкостью и выяснены параметры, позволяющие в определенной степени изменять ее коэффициент теплопроводности. На этой основе разработаны керамические нагреватели контактного типа, обеспечивающие направленность тепловых потоков применением разнородных материалов в теле нагревателя – с высокой теплопроводностью, обращенного к теплопередающей поверхности, и низкой, которой отличается оппозитная сторона нагревателя, предназначенная для устранения рассеяния тепла в окружающее пространство. Это дало возможность оснастить современные производства лакокрасочной промышленности энергоэффективным нагревательным оборудованием со взрывопожаробезопасной системой обогрева реакторов. ; The drawbacks of the traditional design of the heaters, which make known imperfections in manufacturing processes, realized with the use of electric heating.     Актуальность. Исследование терминологии похоронно-поминальной обрядности считаем весьма актуальным по причине того, что в лингвокультурологическом аспекте терминология обряда мало изучена. Цель исследования заключается в систематизации терминов, относящихся к тематической группе «умереть» в содержании похоронно-поминального обряда в эвенской и якутской культурах. Метод. Обрядовые термины собраны методом сплошной выборки из словарей эвенского и якутского языков, материалов этнографических исследований. Результат. Тематическую группу номинаций с общей семантикой «умереть» можно разделить на следующие подгруппы: терминология, обозначающая «свою смерть», и терминология, связанная с убийством. Выводы. Тематическая группа номинаций с семантикой «умереть» демонстрирует общие закономерности образования слов. Каждый народ воспринимает окружающий его мир сквозь призму своих культурных обычаев, нравственных установок и принятых традиций.

    Cathodoluminescence spectra of polyparaxylylene - silver metallopolymeric composite were measured and analyzed. The band structure of the composite was investigated. The density of states and band gap were calculated. A model of energy transfer in the polymer matrix was suggested.

    Relevance. The power provided by generating stations based on wind and solar energy depends on the state of the environment at a particular geographical point, the prevailing wind speeds and the level of solar insolation. The wind speeds and solar insolation characterizing patterns are probabilistic in nature and depend on the terrain and season. This means that the power provided by generating stations based on renewable energy sources is also probabilistic. Risks associated with an inaccurate knowledge of the probabilistic patterns describing renewable energy sources, as well as the unpredictability (uncertainty) of the natural environment affecting renewable energy sources, are the reasons why system operators do not take into account such stations in calculating the power balance. This situation does not allow considering the generating stations as full-fledged market participants, covering the flow of investments in such projects. Accurate determination of the output power distribution laws for solar and wind power stations, based on the wind speed and solar insolation data analysis can significantly help system operators in power predicting of the power stations. Aim of study is building models of distribution laws that best describe the results of wind speed and solar insolation observations, as well as models of distribution laws for the generated power of wind and solar stations. Methods: methods for estimating the parameters of distribution laws, methods for testing statistical hypotheses. Results. It is shown, that the 3rd kind of beta distribution laws and their mixtures describe the series of measured wind speed and solar insolation better in the territory. The same concerning the probability distribution of the wind and solar stations power. Distribution law models for wind speed, solar insolation and power of the corresponding stations are constructed. It is shown that on the basis of the law of the distribution of wind speed and the mathematical relationships that connect power with wind speed, good models can be constructed for the probability distributions of power of wind power stations. The models can be used as an auxiliary tool for power system operators to predict output power.
