The new sanitation approach that has advantage to solve the problems of pathogens of human waste at source and offering the possibility of reusing them after treatment is called Ecological Sanitation (EcoSan) could be an alternative solution to the conventional one. It is in this perspective that our study made an investigation on economic, ecological, sustainable sanitation techniques adapted to the Moroccan context. Survey results showed that these structures have been generally accepted by almost all users and non-users (95%). On the other hand, a pilot-scale system composed by two types of filters (vertical constructed wetland and vertical Multi-Soil-Layering) have been installed in order to treat domestic wastewater coming from a single household and their performance was evaluated. The filters showed good performance to remove organic pollution (> 84.5%) and orthophosphate (> 68%). The reduction of ammonium were 84.5% and 35.3% for vertical Multi-Soil-Layering and vertical constructed wetland, respectively. The quality of the wastewater treated was evaluated in accordance with the standard of the rejection limit value adopted by Morocco.

This paper looks at the effect that these activities had on emissions caused by ground transport among different countries. CO2 emission year-to-date dropped by 5.4% with respect to the 2019 statistics, which means that the scope of the decrease is much more abrupt than during past financial crises or World War II. The circumstance of emissions relates to lockdown measures in every nation. By the beginning of July 2020, the pandemic’s impacts on worldwide emission reduced as lockdown limitations were loosened and some monetary exercises restarted, although the air pollution is still lower in contrast to 2019. The article traces back the reasons for the observed decline from the perspective of different countries and economy sectors. While there is no doubt that the major vector of changes was the COVID-19 pandemic, an increasingly important role of climate changes is also visible in the analysed data.

This causes a huge amount of energy consumption in hospital buildings itself. This study aims to determine the effectiveness and heat recovery of Heat Pipe Heat Exchanger (HPHE). The HPHE used in this study consisted of 12 heat pipes per module, in which the line was arranged staggered. The number of the module is varied 3 times, which are 1, 2, and 3 modules. The heat pipe is made of copper and contains working fluid in the form of water with 50% filling ratio. HPHE equipped with fins to expand the contact surface with airflow. Each variation of the number of modules is tested on the HVAC system model of the clean room. In the evaporator inlet, air flowing to the variation of temperature: 28, 30, 35, and 40°C, and at speeds of 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 m/s. The use of HPHE can recover heat as much as 1654.72 kJ/h. The highest effectiveness of this HPHE is 48.729%, was obtained when using three modules, air temperature inlet evaporator (Te,i) = 35°C, and airspeed of inlet 1.5 m/s.

There was a problem of forming a system for training new human resources that would satisfy the changing economic realities. The Russian Federation had a higher education system as one of the most stable and well-functioning mechanisms for training personnel for all economical sectors until the 90th of the last century, before the country collapse and the beginning of political and economic reforms. An indicator of the system effectiveness was that the graduates of Russian universities were invited to work by well-known corporations from many countries of the world. Over the years of the reforms, Russia has lost its previous model of education, which significantly affects the quality of personnel training today [1]. Many Russian enterprises are forced to follow the path of independent training and specialists retraining. At first, training was organized locally, it was by chance, but Russian entrepreneurs began to adopt foreign experience in forming a knowledge system in a company and even create corporate universities over the time. The study examines preconditions for the system formation and the corporate education market development, provides current models of knowledge accumulation and proposes the author's cognitive model of personnel professional development.
