Работа поÑвÑщена доказательÑтву Ñффективного иÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐ·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑнергоÑберегающих мероприÑтий при Ñохранении окружающей Ñреды и реÑурÑов в уÑловиÑÑ… реконÑтрукции зданий прошлого века. Задачи, которые решалиÑÑŒ в ходе иÑÑледованиÑ: Ðнализ отечеÑтвенного и зарубежного опыта по иÑпользованию уÑтойчивых технологий при реконÑтрукции зданий; Разработка алгоритма дейÑÑ‚Ð²Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ подбору мероприÑтий при реконÑтрукции Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ принципа ÑкоуÑтойчивоÑти. Разработка ÑоÑтава ограждающих конÑтрукций и покрытий на оÑновании технико-ÑкономичеÑких и ÑкологичеÑких показателей проекта реконÑтрукции, определение клаÑÑа ÑнергоÑффективноÑти зданиÑ; Разработка рекомендаций по улучшению ÑнергетичеÑкой ÑффективноÑти Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ уÑтойчивых технологий Ñ Ð¼Ð¸Ð½Ð¸Ð¼Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ð¼ воздейÑтвием на окружающую Ñреду. Ð’ рамках работы был проведен анализ, доказывающий актуальноÑть проблемы иÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐ·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑкоуÑтойчивой реконÑтрукции, ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð°Ñ Ð¾Ñ€Ð³Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ð¾ впиÑываетÑÑ Ð² окружающую Ñреду и ÑпоÑобÑтвуют уÑтойчивому развитию территорий. РазрабоÂтан алгоритм подхода к выбору мероприÑтий при реконÑтрукции, Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ программных комплекÑов Ð´Ð»Ñ ÑнергомоделированиÑ. Ртакже проведен ÑравниÂтельный анализ программных ÑредÑтв, позволÑющих определить воздейÑтвие углеÂродного Ñледа на разных Ñтапах проектированиÑ. Ðа оÑновании выработанного подхода предложен проект реконÑтрукции админиÑтративного зданиÑ, раÑполоÂженного в г. Оренбург. Предложен ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð»ÐµÐºÑ Ð¼ÐµÑ€, повышающих ÑнергетичеÑкую ÑффективноÑть объекта. The topic of the final qualifying work: "Sustainable development technologies for improving the energy efficiency of a building during reconstruction". The work is devoted to proving the effective use of energy-saving measures while preserving the environment and resources in the conditions of reconstruction of buildings of the last century. Tasks that were solved during the study: Analysis of domestic and foreign experience in the use of sustainable technologies in the reconstruction of buildings; Development of an action algorithm for the selection of measures during reconstruction using the principle of environmental sustainability; Development of the composition of enclosing structures and coatings based on the technical, economic and environmental indicators of the reconstruction project, determination of the energy efficiency class of the building; Development of recommendations for improving energy efficiency using sustainable technologies with minimal environmental impact. As part of the work, an analysis was carried out proving the relevance of the problem of using eco-sustainable reconstruction, which organically fits into the environment and contributes to the sustainable development of territories. An algorithm of approach to the selection of measures during reconstruction, using software systems for energy modeling, has been developed. Also, a comparative analysis of software tools was carried out to determine the impact of the carbon footprint at different stages of design. Based on the developed approach, a project for the reconstruction of an administrative building located in Orenburg. A set of measures that increase the energy efficiency of the facility is proposed.

Ivanova;The article is devoted to the solution of a complex of problems that arise in small and medium-scale treatment complexes, gas production plants and small and medium-capacity power plants associated with the processing of crude methane and the possibility of reducing the greenhouse effect.The economic feasibility of the development of fuel cells (FC) on raw biomethane was demonstrated by the authors in previous publications.The specificity of the solution of problems is focused on small and medium-scale treatment complexes, gas production plants and small and medium power plants.The aim of the study is to show the possibility of solving a multicomponent task of developing fuel cells, including the experimental determination of the actual use of sodium formate as a reducing agent for the production of electricity in a fuel cell (FC).Results are the following: the possibility of solving the issues of reducing greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere during processing of waste products of human vital activity is proved. A method for converting methane and carbon dioxide emissions into useful products is shown. Статья посвящена решению комплекса проблем, которые возникают на малых и средних очистных комплексах, заводах по производству газа и электростанциях малой и средней мощности, связанных с переработкой сырого метана и возможности уменьшения парникового эффекта.Экономическая целесообразность разработки топливных ячеек (ТЯ) на сыром биометане была показана авторами в прежних публикациях.Специфика решения задач ориентированна на малые и средние очистные комплексы, заводы по производству газа и электростанции малой и средней мощности.Цель исследования показать возможность решения многокомпонентной задачи развития топливных ячеек, включая экспериментальное определение реального использования формиата натрия в качестве восстановителя для производства электроэнергии в топливном элементе (ТЭ).Результаты доказана возможность решения вопросов снижения выбросов парниковых газов в атмосферу при переработке отходов продуктов жизнедеятельности человека. Показан способ преобразования выбросов метана и двуокиси углерода в полезные продукты. №5 (227) (2017)

Трапезникова РАН The article describes the results of an empirical study of consumer readiness to change some established behavioral practices in the field of energy conservation. The transition to new models of energy consumption is an important part of the formation and development of a circular economy, and therefore the incentives and barriers for such a transition require a more detailed study. The study showed that, in contrast to waste management practices, energy conservation practices are well known to respondents and are often used in everyday life. The main incentives for using traditional energy conservation practices are financial. At the same time, for a well-off stratum of the population, some of the energy-saving practices do not seem appropriate. This suggests that energy saving promotion programs should shift the focus from financial issues to the environmental component - the value and importance of energy conservation, even in the absence of financial incentives for such practices. In addition, there is a lack of awareness among respondents about other options for energy saving, in addition to traditional practices. В статье описываются результаты эмпирического исследования готовности потребителей к смене некоторых устоявшихся поведенческих практик в сфере энергосбережения. Переход к новым моделям потребления энергии является важной частью становления и развития циркулярной экономики, а потому стимулы и барьеры для такого перехода требуют более детального изучения. Проведенное исследование показало, что в отличие от практик обращения с отходами, практики энергосбережения достаточно хорошо известны респондентам и часто используются в быту. Основными стимулами для использования традиционных практик энергосбережения являются финансовые. В тоже время, для обеспеченной страты населения часть энергосберегающих практик не представляется целесообразными. Это говорит о том, что программах популяризации энергосбережения акцент должен быть смещен с финансовых вопросов на экологическую составляющую – самоценность и важность энергосбережения даже в отсутствии финансовых стимулов к таким практикам. Кроме того, ощущается недостаточная информированность респондентов о других возможностях энергосбережения, помимо традиционных практик. Экономический вестник ИПУ РАН, Выпуск 1 (1) 2020

В статье представлен анализ предпосылок, содержания и последствий общешведского референдума 1980 г., посвященного вопросу использования ядерной энергии. Дискуссия об использовании данного вида энергии, продолжавшаяся несколько десятилетий, получила новый импульс в 1979 г., когда партии риксдага не смогли договориться об использовании ядерного потенциала страны. Референдум 1980 г. показал, что шведское общество на тот момент не было готово отказаться от мощностей АЭС, но одобрило план постепенного отказа от ядерной энергетики и перехода к альтернативным источникам энергии. Данный план, поддержанный социал-демократической партий страны, реализуется до сих пор, хотя и с некоторыми задержками. 4 реактора планируется закрыть в ближайший четыре года, самый последний - в 2045 г. Референдум оказал огромное влияние на жизнь страны: на новый уровень вышло использование и развитие альтернативных источников энергии, появилась основа для перехода к политике устойчивого развития, в стране оформилось "зеленое" политическое движение, играющее важную роль в обществе до сих пор. The article shows the resolution of background, content and impacts of the Swedish nuclear referendun 1980 dedicated to using of nuclear energy. Discussion of using this type of energy, which lasted several decades, received a boost in 1979 when the Riksdag political parties could not make agreement on the use of the country's nuclear arsenal. 1980 referendum showed that the Swedish society at that time was not ready to give up using nuclear energy, but approved a plan of phasing out nuclear power and transition to alternative energy sources. The plan, supported by Swedish Social Democratic Party is under realization so far, but with some delays. 4 reactors are planned to be closed in the next four years, the last one - in 2045. The referendum had a tremendous impact on the life of the country. A level of using and development of alternative energy sources rised, the basis for the transition to a policy of sustainable development was created, "green" political movement took shape and still plays an important role in society.

The given work is devoted to evaluate and implement green building standards for the Arctic region into specific certification. 1. To analyze the world and domestic experience in the use of green standards in construction in Arctic conditions; 2. To identify the unique challenges and opportunities associated with sustainable building design and construction in Arctic conditions. 3. To create a methodology for the design of green building certification for the Arctic regions. 4. To conduct a comprehensive analysis of the identified sustainability metrics and design strategies to determine their necessity in green building certificate in the Arctic context as well as to assess the feasibility and potential benefits. This thesis explores the application and significance of green building certification in the Arctic region to promote sustainable development. The study encompasses a comprehensive literature review, an analysis of interactions and domestic experiences, and the design of specialized certification systems for the Arctic according to created methodology. The research evaluates the environmental performance of green building certification through comparative analysis and highlights-built environments. The finding emphasizes the importance of adopting and implementing this certification in the unique context of the Arctic region. To achieve these results, the following information technologies were used Windows 10, Revit 2021, OpenStudio, EnergyPlus, OneClick LCA, and Yandex Disk cloud service was used for data storage.

Zavorin;The relevance of the research is caused by the need to involve renewable biomass (in particular, peat) to generate heat and electrical energy. This will partially solve the problem of resource-deficient regions, depending on the supply of fuel from developed coal deposits. The main aim of the research is the investigation of thermal characteristics and the mineral matter of the peat of a number of large deposits of the Tomsk region to assess the possibility of their energy use. Objects of researches are the samples of low-moor peat from Sukhovskoye and Arkadyevskoye deposits and one of the Tomsk region deposits. Methods. Thermal characteristics of the studied samples were determined according to GOST 33503-2015 (ISO 11722:2013), 55661-2013 (ISO 1171:2010), 55660-2013 (ISO 562:2010). Net calorific values of the peats were determined in the ABK-1 calorimeter (Russia), the elemental composition of the organic matter was determined using the analyzer Vario Micro Cube (Elementar, Germany). Peat mineral matter composition was studied by X-ray fluorescence analysis using an EDX-720-P spectrometer (Shimadzu, Japan) as well as by X-ray diffractometry using a Shimadzu XRD7000 diffractometer (CuKα-radiation) with a Shimadzu CM-3121 monochromator counter. Typical ash melting points were determined according to GOST 2057-94 (ISO 540-81). The structure of the samples under study was examined by scanning electron microscopy using a TM 3000 electron microscope (Hitachi, Japan). Results. On the basis of the obtained results, it can be concluded that, due to the high ash content, the use of okolotomsky peat for chamber-type combustion is impractical. However, this resource can be considered as a mineral fertilizer in agriculture due to the presence of such elements as phosphorus, potassium. The high content of carbonates indicates the possibility of its using as an additive to high-sulfur coal to reduce emissions of sulfur oxide SOx. The characteristics of sukhovskoу and аrkadyevsky peat make it possible to consider them as an alternative to imported fuel. The preferred method of energy use of peat from Tomsk region fields is its combustion in a fluidized bed.

Standard constructive solutions of elements now in use of the building are rather well studied and have an application vast experience in housing construction. In the Republic of Bashkortostan the greatest distribution was gained by constructive solutions of elements of the building, classical for mass housing construction, in particular, standard options of overlappings and coverings from monolithic and precast concrete concern to them. Well-known shortcomings of these versions of decisions can be compensated, realizing overlappings from assembly and monolithic the keramzitobetonnykh of blocks, to conforming all requirements for reliability and the heat-shielding allowing to receive the qualitative bearing building element with an optimum level of expenses and time in climatic conditions of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The proposed solutions will allow to reduce costs of 1 sq.m of overlapping to 1,5 2 times, to lose volume weight to 1,5-2 times of rather classical options from monolithic and precast concrete. The given results of the technical and economic analysis of the recommended options of overlappings (coverings) show their high efficiency and availability to projects of housing construction, including to the socially oriented housing financed from budgets of all levels. Современная градостроительная политика ставит перед строительной отраслью достаточно сложные задачи, связанные с одновременным снижением стоимости готовой продукции, ускорением производства работ, совершенствованием проектных решений, а также с повышением качества, надежности и доступности жилья. Используемые в настоящее время типовые конструктивные решения элементов здания достаточно хорошо изучены и имеют богатый опыт применения в жилищном строительстве. В Республике Башкортостан наибольшее распространение получили классические для массового жилищного строительства конструктивные решения элементов здания, в частности, к ним относятся типовые варианты перекрытий и покрытий из монолитного и сборного железобетона. Хорошо известные недостатки этих вариантов решений можно компенсировать, реализуя перекрытия из сборно-монолитных керамзитобетонных блоков, позволяющие получать качественный несущий элемент здания с оптимальным уровнем затрат и времени, соответствующие всем требованиям по надежности и теплозащиты в природно-климатических условиях Республики Башкортостан. Предлагаемые решения позволят сократить затраты на 1 м 2 перекрытия до 1,5 - 2 раз, снизить объемный вес до 1,5-2 раз относительно классических вариантов из монолитного и сборного железобетона. Приведенные результаты технико-экономического анализа рекомендованных вариантов перекрытий (покрытий) показывают их высокую эффективность и доступность для проектов жилищного строительства, в том числе для социально-ориентированного жилья, финансируемого из бюджетов всех уровней.

The purpose of the work is to analyze the current state of Japan’s energy situation and propose options for the effective development of alternative energy sources in order to reduce the country’s dependence on imports of natural resources. The following tasks were solved: - To review the current state of alternative energy sources in Japan and their contribution to the overall energy mix. - To evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of various alternative energy sources in Japan. - To identify the environmental and social benefits of alternative energy sources in Japan. - To assess the policy framework and support mechanisms for alternative energy development in Japan. - To provide recommendations for the future development and implementation of alternative energy sources in Japan. The relevance of the topic is due to the lack of the ability to provide the country’s energy grid at the expense of domestic natural energy sources and a strong dependence on energy imports, which significantly affects the country’s economy. The sources of information were data from domestic and foreign research literature, official Internet resources and analytical agencies. The study resulted in analysis of modern alternative energy systems development approach, estimation of potential benefits of implementation similar approaches in Japan and main benefits of coordination between nations developing alternative energy on their territories. Еhe most sustainable way of implementation ща P2P energy grid transition was presented.

Solar and ice activity cycles were studied and analyzed, their causes and consequences were determined, and the El Niño and La Niña temperature cycles were examined in more detail. An assessment was made of the impact of temperature cycles on the efficiency of using renewable energy sources. An analysis was conducted of possible solutions to increase the efficiency of using renewable energy sources when temperature conditions change. An evaluation and forecast of the current natural situation from the perspective of the concept of natural temperature cyclicality was given. As a result of the study, it was found that temperature cycles have a significant impact on the efficiency of using renewable energy sources, and as a result, these factors must be considered and measures taken to optimize system operation when developing new projects. It was found that further research in this area can contribute to the development of more efficient and sustainable energy sources, which is an important step towards sustainable development of our planet.

РазрабоÂтан алгоритм подхода к выбору мероприÑтий при реконÑтрукции, Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ программных комплекÑов Ð´Ð»Ñ ÑнергомоделированиÑ. Ртакже проведен ÑравниÂтельный анализ программных ÑредÑтв, позволÑющих определить воздейÑтвие углеÂродного Ñледа на разных Ñтапах проектированиÑ. Ðа оÑновании выработанного подхода предложен проект реконÑтрукции админиÑтративного зданиÑ, раÑполоÂженного в г. Оренбург. Предложен ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð»ÐµÐºÑ Ð¼ÐµÑ€, повышающих ÑнергетичеÑкую ÑффективноÑть объекта. The topic of the final qualifying work: "Sustainable development technologies for improving the energy efficiency of a building during reconstruction". The work is devoted to proving the effective use of energy-saving measures while preserving the environment and resources in the conditions of reconstruction of buildings of the last century. Tasks that were solved during the study: Analysis of domestic and foreign experience in the use of sustainable technologies in the reconstruction of buildings; Development of an action algorithm for the selection of measures during reconstruction using the principle of environmental sustainability; Development of the composition of enclosing structures and coatings based on the technical, economic and environmental indicators of the reconstruction project, determination of the energy efficiency class of the building; Development of recommendations for improving energy efficiency using sustainable technologies with minimal environmental impact. As part of the work, an analysis was carried out proving the relevance of the problem of using eco-sustainable reconstruction, which organically fits into the environment and contributes to the sustainable development of territories. An algorithm of approach to the selection of measures during reconstruction, using software systems for energy modeling, has been developed. Also, a comparative analysis of software tools was carried out to determine the impact of the carbon footprint at different stages of design. Based on the developed approach, a project for the reconstruction of an administrative building located in Orenburg. A set of measures that increase the energy efficiency of the facility is proposed.

Ivanova;The article is devoted to the solution of a complex of problems that arise in small and medium-scale treatment complexes, gas production plants and small and medium-capacity power plants associated with the processing of crude methane and the possibility of reducing the greenhouse effect.The economic feasibility of the development of fuel cells (FC) on raw biomethane was demonstrated by the authors in previous publications.The specificity of the solution of problems is focused on small and medium-scale treatment complexes, gas production plants and small and medium power plants.The aim of the study is to show the possibility of solving a multicomponent task of developing fuel cells, including the experimental determination of the actual use of sodium formate as a reducing agent for the production of electricity in a fuel cell (FC).Results are the following: the possibility of solving the issues of reducing greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere during processing of waste products of human vital activity is proved. A method for converting methane and carbon dioxide emissions into useful products is shown. Статья посвящена решению комплекса проблем, которые возникают на малых и средних очистных комплексах, заводах по производству газа и электростанциях малой и средней мощности, связанных с переработкой сырого метана и возможности уменьшения парникового эффекта.Экономическая целесообразность разработки топливных ячеек (ТЯ) на сыром биометане была показана авторами в прежних публикациях.Специфика решения задач ориентированна на малые и средние очистные комплексы, заводы по производству газа и электростанции малой и средней мощности.Цель исследования показать возможность решения многокомпонентной задачи развития топливных ячеек, включая экспериментальное определение реального использования формиата натрия в качестве восстановителя для производства электроэнергии в топливном элементе (ТЭ).Результаты доказана возможность решения вопросов снижения выбросов парниковых газов в атмосферу при переработке отходов продуктов жизнедеятельности человека. Показан способ преобразования выбросов метана и двуокиси углерода в полезные продукты. №5 (227) (2017)

Трапезникова РАН The article describes the results of an empirical study of consumer readiness to change some established behavioral practices in the field of energy conservation. The transition to new models of energy consumption is an important part of the formation and development of a circular economy, and therefore the incentives and barriers for such a transition require a more detailed study. The study showed that, in contrast to waste management practices, energy conservation practices are well known to respondents and are often used in everyday life. The main incentives for using traditional energy conservation practices are financial. At the same time, for a well-off stratum of the population, some of the energy-saving practices do not seem appropriate. This suggests that energy saving promotion programs should shift the focus from financial issues to the environmental component - the value and importance of energy conservation, even in the absence of financial incentives for such practices. In addition, there is a lack of awareness among respondents about other options for energy saving, in addition to traditional practices. В статье описываются результаты эмпирического исследования готовности потребителей к смене некоторых устоявшихся поведенческих практик в сфере энергосбережения. Переход к новым моделям потребления энергии является важной частью становления и развития циркулярной экономики, а потому стимулы и барьеры для такого перехода требуют более детального изучения. Проведенное исследование показало, что в отличие от практик обращения с отходами, практики энергосбережения достаточно хорошо известны респондентам и часто используются в быту. Основными стимулами для использования традиционных практик энергосбережения являются финансовые. В тоже время, для обеспеченной страты населения часть энергосберегающих практик не представляется целесообразными. Это говорит о том, что программах популяризации энергосбережения акцент должен быть смещен с финансовых вопросов на экологическую составляющую – самоценность и важность энергосбережения даже в отсутствии финансовых стимулов к таким практикам. Кроме того, ощущается недостаточная информированность респондентов о других возможностях энергосбережения, помимо традиционных практик. Экономический вестник ИПУ РАН, Выпуск 1 (1) 2020

В статье представлен анализ предпосылок, содержания и последствий общешведского референдума 1980 г., посвященного вопросу использования ядерной энергии. Дискуссия об использовании данного вида энергии, продолжавшаяся несколько десятилетий, получила новый импульс в 1979 г., когда партии риксдага не смогли договориться об использовании ядерного потенциала страны. Референдум 1980 г. показал, что шведское общество на тот момент не было готово отказаться от мощностей АЭС, но одобрило план постепенного отказа от ядерной энергетики и перехода к альтернативным источникам энергии. Данный план, поддержанный социал-демократической партий страны, реализуется до сих пор, хотя и с некоторыми задержками. 4 реактора планируется закрыть в ближайший четыре года, самый последний - в 2045 г. Референдум оказал огромное влияние на жизнь страны: на новый уровень вышло использование и развитие альтернативных источников энергии, появилась основа для перехода к политике устойчивого развития, в стране оформилось "зеленое" политическое движение, играющее важную роль в обществе до сих пор. The article shows the resolution of background, content and impacts of the Swedish nuclear referendun 1980 dedicated to using of nuclear energy. Discussion of using this type of energy, which lasted several decades, received a boost in 1979 when the Riksdag political parties could not make agreement on the use of the country's nuclear arsenal. 1980 referendum showed that the Swedish society at that time was not ready to give up using nuclear energy, but approved a plan of phasing out nuclear power and transition to alternative energy sources. The plan, supported by Swedish Social Democratic Party is under realization so far, but with some delays. 4 reactors are planned to be closed in the next four years, the last one - in 2045. The referendum had a tremendous impact on the life of the country. A level of using and development of alternative energy sources rised, the basis for the transition to a policy of sustainable development was created, "green" political movement took shape and still plays an important role in society.

The given work is devoted to evaluate and implement green building standards for the Arctic region into specific certification. 1. To analyze the world and domestic experience in the use of green standards in construction in Arctic conditions; 2. To identify the unique challenges and opportunities associated with sustainable building design and construction in Arctic conditions. 3. To create a methodology for the design of green building certification for the Arctic regions. 4. To conduct a comprehensive analysis of the identified sustainability metrics and design strategies to determine their necessity in green building certificate in the Arctic context as well as to assess the feasibility and potential benefits. This thesis explores the application and significance of green building certification in the Arctic region to promote sustainable development. The study encompasses a comprehensive literature review, an analysis of interactions and domestic experiences, and the design of specialized certification systems for the Arctic according to created methodology. The research evaluates the environmental performance of green building certification through comparative analysis and highlights-built environments. The finding emphasizes the importance of adopting and implementing this certification in the unique context of the Arctic region. To achieve these results, the following information technologies were used Windows 10, Revit 2021, OpenStudio, EnergyPlus, OneClick LCA, and Yandex Disk cloud service was used for data storage.

Zavorin;The relevance of the research is caused by the need to involve renewable biomass (in particular, peat) to generate heat and electrical energy. This will partially solve the problem of resource-deficient regions, depending on the supply of fuel from developed coal deposits. The main aim of the research is the investigation of thermal characteristics and the mineral matter of the peat of a number of large deposits of the Tomsk region to assess the possibility of their energy use. Objects of researches are the samples of low-moor peat from Sukhovskoye and Arkadyevskoye deposits and one of the Tomsk region deposits. Methods. Thermal characteristics of the studied samples were determined according to GOST 33503-2015 (ISO 11722:2013), 55661-2013 (ISO 1171:2010), 55660-2013 (ISO 562:2010). Net calorific values of the peats were determined in the ABK-1 calorimeter (Russia), the elemental composition of the organic matter was determined using the analyzer Vario Micro Cube (Elementar, Germany). Peat mineral matter composition was studied by X-ray fluorescence analysis using an EDX-720-P spectrometer (Shimadzu, Japan) as well as by X-ray diffractometry using a Shimadzu XRD7000 diffractometer (CuKα-radiation) with a Shimadzu CM-3121 monochromator counter. Typical ash melting points were determined according to GOST 2057-94 (ISO 540-81). The structure of the samples under study was examined by scanning electron microscopy using a TM 3000 electron microscope (Hitachi, Japan). Results. On the basis of the obtained results, it can be concluded that, due to the high ash content, the use of okolotomsky peat for chamber-type combustion is impractical. However, this resource can be considered as a mineral fertilizer in agriculture due to the presence of such elements as phosphorus, potassium. The high content of carbonates indicates the possibility of its using as an additive to high-sulfur coal to reduce emissions of sulfur oxide SOx. The characteristics of sukhovskoу and аrkadyevsky peat make it possible to consider them as an alternative to imported fuel. The preferred method of energy use of peat from Tomsk region fields is its combustion in a fluidized bed.

Standard constructive solutions of elements now in use of the building are rather well studied and have an application vast experience in housing construction. In the Republic of Bashkortostan the greatest distribution was gained by constructive solutions of elements of the building, classical for mass housing construction, in particular, standard options of overlappings and coverings from monolithic and precast concrete concern to them. Well-known shortcomings of these versions of decisions can be compensated, realizing overlappings from assembly and monolithic the keramzitobetonnykh of blocks, to conforming all requirements for reliability and the heat-shielding allowing to receive the qualitative bearing building element with an optimum level of expenses and time in climatic conditions of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The proposed solutions will allow to reduce costs of 1 sq.m of overlapping to 1,5 2 times, to lose volume weight to 1,5-2 times of rather classical options from monolithic and precast concrete. The given results of the technical and economic analysis of the recommended options of overlappings (coverings) show their high efficiency and availability to projects of housing construction, including to the socially oriented housing financed from budgets of all levels. Современная градостроительная политика ставит перед строительной отраслью достаточно сложные задачи, связанные с одновременным снижением стоимости готовой продукции, ускорением производства работ, совершенствованием проектных решений, а также с повышением качества, надежности и доступности жилья. Используемые в настоящее время типовые конструктивные решения элементов здания достаточно хорошо изучены и имеют богатый опыт применения в жилищном строительстве. В Республике Башкортостан наибольшее распространение получили классические для массового жилищного строительства конструктивные решения элементов здания, в частности, к ним относятся типовые варианты перекрытий и покрытий из монолитного и сборного железобетона. Хорошо известные недостатки этих вариантов решений можно компенсировать, реализуя перекрытия из сборно-монолитных керамзитобетонных блоков, позволяющие получать качественный несущий элемент здания с оптимальным уровнем затрат и времени, соответствующие всем требованиям по надежности и теплозащиты в природно-климатических условиях Республики Башкортостан. Предлагаемые решения позволят сократить затраты на 1 м 2 перекрытия до 1,5 - 2 раз, снизить объемный вес до 1,5-2 раз относительно классических вариантов из монолитного и сборного железобетона. Приведенные результаты технико-экономического анализа рекомендованных вариантов перекрытий (покрытий) показывают их высокую эффективность и доступность для проектов жилищного строительства, в том числе для социально-ориентированного жилья, финансируемого из бюджетов всех уровней.

Был предÑтавлен наиболее уÑтойчивый ÑпоÑоб реализации перехода к ÑнергоÑиÑтеме P2P. The purpose of the work is to analyze the current state of Japan’s energy situation and propose options for the effective development of alternative energy sources in order to reduce the country’s dependence on imports of natural resources. The following tasks were solved: - To review the current state of alternative energy sources in Japan and their contribution to the overall energy mix. - To evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of various alternative energy sources in Japan. - To identify the environmental and social benefits of alternative energy sources in Japan. - To assess the policy framework and support mechanisms for alternative energy development in Japan. - To provide recommendations for the future development and implementation of alternative energy sources in Japan. The relevance of the topic is due to the lack of the ability to provide the country’s energy grid at the expense of domestic natural energy sources and a strong dependence on energy imports, which significantly affects the country’s economy. The sources of information were data from domestic and foreign research literature, official Internet resources and analytical agencies. The study resulted in analysis of modern alternative energy systems development approach, estimation of potential benefits of implementation similar approaches in Japan and main benefits of coordination between nations developing alternative energy on their territories. Еhe most sustainable way of implementation ща P2P energy grid transition was presented.

Изучены и раÑÑмотрены циклы Ñолнечной и ледовой активноÑти, выÑÑнены их причины и поÑледÑтвиÑ, также более подробно изучены температурные циклы Ðль-Ðиньо и Ла-ÐиньÑ. Дана оценка влиÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÐ¼Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ð°Ñ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ñ… циклов на ÑффективноÑть иÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐ·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð¾Ð±Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð»Ñемых иÑточников Ñнергии. Проведен анализ возможных решений Ð´Ð»Ñ ÑƒÐ²ÐµÐ»Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑффективноÑти иÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐ·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð¾Ð±Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð»Ñемых иÑточников Ñнергии при изменении температурных уÑловий. Дана оценка и прогноз Ñовременной природной Ñитуации Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð·Ð¸Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹ концепции природной температурной цикличноÑти. Ð’ результате Ð¸Ð·ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ раÑÑÐ¼Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð±Ñ‹Ð»Ð¾ выÑÑнено, что температурные циклы оказывают значительное влиÑние на ÑффективноÑть иÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐ·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð¾Ð±Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð»Ñемых иÑточников Ñнергии, и в ÑледÑтвие чего, необходимо учитывать Ñти факторы и принимать меры Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¾Ð¿Ñ‚Ð¸Ð¼Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¸ работы ÑиÑтемы при разработке новых проектов. Ð’Ñ‹ÑÑнено, что дальнейшие иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð² Ñтой облаÑти могут ÑпоÑобÑтвовать развитию более Ñффективных и уÑтойчивых иÑточников Ñнергии, что ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð²Ð°Ð¶Ð½Ñ‹Ð¼ шагом на пути к уÑтойчивому развитию нашей планеты. Solar and ice activity cycles were studied and analyzed, their causes and consequences were determined, and the El Niño and La Niña temperature cycles were examined in more detail. An assessment was made of the impact of temperature cycles on the efficiency of using renewable energy sources. An analysis was conducted of possible solutions to increase the efficiency of using renewable energy sources when temperature conditions change. An evaluation and forecast of the current natural situation from the perspective of the concept of natural temperature cyclicality was given. As a result of the study, it was found that temperature cycles have a significant impact on the efficiency of using renewable energy sources, and as a result, these factors must be considered and measures taken to optimize system operation when developing new projects. It was found that further research in this area can contribute to the development of more efficient and sustainable energy sources, which is an important step towards sustainable development of our planet.
