Junín es un municipio de Cundinamarca que cuenta con un gran potencial turístico gracias a sus variadas atracciones naturales y culturales. Este trabajo aborda la problemática de la dependencia de fuentes de energía convencionales en la base militar de Tolemaida de Colombia, y propone una solución a través de la implementación de un sistema de generación de energía solar fotovoltaica. El problema identificado radica en la alta factura energética y la necesidad de aumentar la autonomía energética de la base, Los objetivos del proyecto se centraron en diseñar un sistema de generación solar fotovoltaica, evaluar su viabilidad técnica y económica, y proponer indicadores de seguimiento.
