Diante do exposto o presente trabalho avaliou a seletividade de novos inseticidas químicos e biológicos (g i.a.

The steel type AISI 4130 (ultra-high strength steel) is an alloy of low carbon and its main alloying elements are chromium and molybdenum, which improves the toughness of the weld metal. It has numerous applications, especially where the need for high mechanical strength. It is widely used in equipment used by the aviation industry, such as cradle-tomotor, and this is the motivation for this study. Cots are of fundamental importance, because the engine supports and maintains balance in the fixed landing gear. This equipment is subjected to intense loading cycles, whose fractures caused by fatigue are constantly observed. Will be determined the effects caused by re-welding the structure of aeronautical equipment, and will also study the microstructure of the metal without welding. The studies will be done on materials used in aircraft, which was given to study. The results provide knowledge of microstructure to evaluate any type of fracture that maybe caused by fatigue. Fatigue is a major cause of aircraft accidents and incidents occurred, which makes the study of the microstructure of the metal, weld and re-solder the knowledge essential to the life of the material. The prevention and control of the process of fatigue in aircraft are critical, since the components are subjected to greater responsibility cyclic loading ; O aço tipo AISI 4130 (aço ultra-alta resistência) é uma liga de baixo teor de carbono e seus principais elementos de liga são o cromo e o molibdênio, que melhoram a tenacidade do metal de solda. The use of renewable sources to obtain electricity has been a topic with increasing adherence by users of installation of consuptions. The decentralisation of large production centers and legislative updates have contributed to an increased interest in autonomous systems for self-consumption.The goals of this dissertation is the analysis of the performance of a photovoltaic system installated in the Department of Electrotechnical and Computer Engineering (DEEC) of the Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of Coimbra (FCTUC). The system in question went into operation on February 14th, 2017 and, after two years of operation, it is important to conduct a diagnostic study to identify potencial upgrades as well as any problems which may need to be solved. By collecting data from the three groups of installed inverters and data from purchased in 2017 and 2018, with a resolution of 15 minutes, was calculated the annual DEEC’s consumption. With the data collected we also made an economic analysis regarding both consuption and self-consuption energy. The results and conclusions present in this dissertation were obtained through the examination of the collected data on Microsoft Excel platform, which was developed simultaneously with this master’s dissertation. By analyzing the obtained results we can conclude that the system’s dimensions are not the most appropriate and as a result we have not achieved its optimum performance. Concurrently, we also obtained problems in one of the inverter group’s activity during the second year of operation.

However, the challenges associated with these changes may bring opportunities, driving actions and new businesses and contributing to sustainable development. Therefore, this study aimed to analyse the relationship between the strategic management of climate change within the circular business model, the reputation of industrial companies and public policies. The first phase of the research, characterized as qualitative, was carried out from a multiple case study with three Brazilian companies. The results of this phase allowed concluding that the investigated companies have strategic management of climate change, evidencing a relationship between the mitigation and adaptation practices and three other factors: transition to a circular business model, corporate reputation, and public policies. Thus, based on the results of the qualitative stage, it was possible to confirm the assumption that strategic management of climate change is associated with the circular business model, corporate reputation, and involvement in public policies in the Brazilian organizational context. The second stage of the study, characterized as quantitative, comprised a survey research with Brazilian industrial companies. The results of this second phase made it possible to observe that strategic management of climate change embedded in the circular business model is related to reputation and public policies, as positive associations were found between the dimensions of dependent and independent variables. It was also possible to notice distinctions between the adoption of climate change strategic management, the circular business model innovation degree, the corporate reputation degree, and the engagement public policies degree, given the significant distinctions found in the mean difference test.

This study evaluated a system of production residue to produce a new biodiesel fuel. The residue was considered in the analysis of the resulting biodiesel an from waste of soybean oil, both alcohol and catalyst produced through the biosonic process. ; Investments in the diversification of the energy matrix encompass the search for preferentially renewable and cheaper sources due to economic and environmental aspects. In this context, biodiesel, being an alternative and renewable fuel, deserves attention and emerges as an alternative to meet the world's energy demand and replace diesel oil. Diante do exposto o presente trabalho avaliou a seletividade de novos inseticidas químicos e biológicos (g i.a.

This study evaluated a system of production residue to produce a new biodiesel fuel. ; Investments in the diversification of the energy matrix encompass the search for preferentially renewable and cheaper sources due to economic and environmental aspects. In this context, biodiesel, being an alternative and renewable fuel, deserves attention and emerges as an alternative to meet the world's energy demand and replace diesel oil. Biodiesel is a fuel that can be produced from vegetable oils, animal fats and oil of microbial origin (algae, fungi and bacteria). The raw materials are converted into biodiesel through a chemical reaction involving alcohol and a catalyst. Currently, several types of systems have been studied to develop the esterification reaction in a faster and more economical way. Thus, this work reviews the biodiesel and diesel production processes, the types of raw materials used in their production, by-products of the ...
