description Publicationkeyboard_double_arrow_right Article 2023Publisher:ЗАО "Научно-техническая фирма "Энергопрогресс" The results of studies carried out in modeling the development of Mongolian electric power system, taking into account the state energy policy "Far Vision – 2050" and the program for its implementation, are presented. At present, the issues of management and planning of the electric power system should be considered using a new approach that correlates the new structure of the energy system with the growth of domestic electricity consumption and the characteristics of the external market. A corresponding new hierarchical model of a unified electric power system has been put forward. Представлены результаты исследований, проведённых при моделировании развития электроэнергетической системы (ЭЭС) Монголии с учётом государственной энергетической политики «Дальновидение – 2050» и программы её реализации. В настоящее время вопросы управления и планирования ЭЭС следует рассматривать с использованием нового подхода, гармонизируя новую структуру энергетической системы с ростом внутреннего потребления электроэнергии и особенностями внешнего рынка. Analysis of the material of the petrochemical industry objects due to their long operation is extremely important to assess their safety. In this paper, we analyzed the effect of long-term operation of petrochemical equipment of unalloyed and low-alloyed steel at climatic temperatures in technological environments containing hydrogen sulfide on the degradation of the structure of this equipment. We have carried out calculations of carbon diffusion to the surface during decarburization, indicating a clear possibility of diffusion fluxes of interstitial elements occurring under climatic temperatures and long exposures. The paper presents data on the structure and technological precipitation of equipment components after long-term operation (30 years or more) in oil refineries. The reason for decarburization during operation in an environment containing hydrogen sulfide, in this case, should not be attributed to hydrogen corrosion, but to an oxide layer forming due to the presence of condensate and water vapor. Анализ состояния материала объектов нефтехимической промышленности в связи с их длительной эксплуатацией крайне важен для оценки их безопасности и работоспособности. В данной работе анализируется влияние на деградацию структуры нефтехимического оборудования из нелегированных и низколегированных сталей длительной эксплуатации при климатических температурах в технологических средах, содержащих сероводород. Приводятся данные исследования структуры и технологических отложений элементов оборудования после длительной (30 и более лет) эксплуатации на предприятиях нефтепереработки. Выполнены расчеты диффузии углерода к поверхности при обезуглероживании, которые указывают на явную возможность протекания при климатических температурах и длительных выдержках диффузионных потоков элементов внедрения. Причину обезуглероживания при работе в среде, содержащей сероводород, в данном случае следует связывать не с водородной коррозией, а с образованием оксидного слоя вследствие наличия конденсата и паров воды.

Модель позволяет достаточно детально изучать влияние на обратную ветвь ВАХ в отрицательной области напряжений явлений, связанных с ударным механизмом размножения носителей заряда в области p-n перехода. Показано хорошее совпадение между экспериментальными и модельными кривыми для кремниевых солнечных элементов. С практической точки зрения ВАХ, записанная в виде единого аналитического уравнения с W-функциями Ламберта, позволяет анализировать поведение последовательного соединения солнечных элементов, модулей и панелей, находящихся при неравномерной их освещенности, имеющее место на действующих солнечных электростанциях. Two-diode model of PV cell is proposed, which makes it possible to present in a unified analytical form the full current-voltage characteristic considering both forward and reverse branches based on the Lambert W-function. The model allows a fairly detailed study the effect of avalanche breakdown mechanism in the p–n junction on the reverse branch of the I–V characteristic. Good fitting has been show between the experimental and modeled I-V curves for silicon PV cells. From a practical point of view, a unified analytical form of the full current-voltage characteristic with Lambert W-functions is allows to analyze behavior of the series connection of PV cells and modules under uneven illumination in running solar power plants. Горнодобывающая промышленность России находится в процессе трансформации под влиянием перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике, которая содержит в себе, как возможности, так и угрозы для ее развития. На сегодняшний момент необходимы дополнительные исследования, позволяющие определились стратегии устойчивого развития горнодобывающей промышленности и ее перспективы в новых условиях функционирования. Целью исследования является выявление особенностей развития горнодобывающей промышленности в условиях перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике и нахождение стратегий ее дальнейшего устойчивого развития. Задачами исследования являются анализ текущего состояния горнодобывающей промышленности; определение влияния процесса перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике на горнодобывающую промышленность России; формирование сценариев развития горнодобывающей промышленности в условиях перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике. В качестве методов авторами были использованы компаративный анализ, статистический анализ, обобщение и сравнение, а также метод сценариев. Результатом исследования является перечень основных факторов, влияющих на развития российской горнодобывающей промышленности в условиях перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике и предложения по ее стратегическому развитию. Авторы делают вывод, что главным фактором является тенденция повышения спроса на возобновляемые источники энергии и предлагают сценарии развития горнодобывающей промышленности. The Russian mining industry is currently characterized by adaptation to the low-carbon economy principles, which contains both opportunities and threats for its development. Additional research is needed to determine the strategies for the sustainable development of the mining industry at the present moment and to reduce the negative impact of the global decarbonization policy. As a goal, the authors highlight the finding such special characteristics of the Russian mining sector that are in the conditions of transition to a low-carbon economy and finding strategies for its further sustainable development. The authors set the following tasks: to assess the Russian mining sector as an object of a low-carbon economy; to identify factors that have a strong influence on the transition to a low-carbon economy on the Russian mining industry; scenarios formation for the mining industry development in the conditions of transition to a low-carbon economy. The author used comparative analysis, statistical analysis, generalization and comparison as methods, as well as the scenario method. The result of the study is a list of the main factors affecting the Russian mining industry development in the context of the transition to a low-carbon economy and proposals for its strategic development. As a conclusion, the authors propose to identify the trend of increasing demand for renewable energy sources as the main reason for changes in the mining sector and propose scenarios for the mining industry development.

Ртакже проведен ÑравниÂтельный анализ программных ÑредÑтв, позволÑющих определить воздейÑтвие углеÂродного Ñледа на разных Ñтапах проектированиÑ. Ðа оÑновании выработанного подхода предложен проект реконÑтрукции админиÑтративного зданиÑ, раÑполоÂженного в г. Оренбург. Предложен ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð»ÐµÐºÑ Ð¼ÐµÑ€, повышающих ÑнергетичеÑкую ÑффективноÑÑ‚ÑŒ объекта. The topic of the final qualifying work: "Sustainable development technologies for improving the energy efficiency of a building during reconstruction". The work is devoted to proving the effective use of energy-saving measures while preserving the environment and resources in the conditions of reconstruction of buildings of the last century. Tasks that were solved during the study: Analysis of domestic and foreign experience in the use of sustainable technologies in the reconstruction of buildings; Development of an action algorithm for the selection of measures during reconstruction using the principle of environmental sustainability; Development of the composition of enclosing structures and coatings based on the technical, economic and environmental indicators of the reconstruction project, determination of the energy efficiency class of the building; Development of recommendations for improving energy efficiency using sustainable technologies with minimal environmental impact. As part of the work, an analysis was carried out proving the relevance of the problem of using eco-sustainable reconstruction, which organically fits into the environment and contributes to the sustainable development of territories. An algorithm of approach to the selection of measures during reconstruction, using software systems for energy modeling, has been developed. Also, a comparative analysis of software tools was carried out to determine the impact of the carbon footprint at different stages of design. Based on the developed approach, a project for the reconstruction of an administrative building located in Orenburg. A set of measures that increase the energy efficiency of the facility is proposed.

В исследовании было выявлено, что обеспечение устойчивого и надежного электроснабжения потребителей является важнейшим приоритетом для государства, однако не всегда предоставляется возможность обеспечить централизованное электроснабжение отдельных потребителей. В этой связи, в работе была обоснована необходимость рассмотрения вопроса о развитии альтернативной энергетики с целью обеспечения потребителей электрической энергией. В статье был проведен анализ различных показателей энергетического комплекса, который показал, что Российская Федерация имеет огромный потенциал для обеспечения различных групп потребителей разными видами энергии, что позволит повысить эффективность и устойчивость электроэнергетического комплекса в долгосрочной перспективе. Вместе с тем, в исследовании выделены факторы, управление которыми позволит достичь перехода от традиционных энергоресурсов на возобновляемые и альтернативные, что обеспечит дальнейшее развитие энергетики и реализацию задач поставленных в стратегических документах энергетического комплекса. В завершение исследования сделаны выводы и предложены рекомендации по развитию альтернативной энергетики в отдаленных и труднодоступных районах Российской Федерации. The work is devoted to the development of alternative energy in remote and inaccessible regions of the Russian Federation. The study revealed that ensuring a stable and reliable power supply to consumers is a top priority for the state, but it is not always possible to provide centralized power supply to individual consumers. In this regard, the work substantiated the need to consider the issue of the development of alternative energy in order to provide consumers with electric energy. The article analyzes various indicators of the energy complex, which showed that the Russian Federation has a huge potential to provide various groups of consumers with different types of energy, which will improve the efficiency and sustainability of the electric power complex in the long term. At the same time, the study highlights the factors, the management of which will make it possible to achieve a transition from traditional energy resources to renewable and alternative ones, which will ensure the further development of the energy sector and the implementation of the tasks set in the strategic documents of the energy complex. At the end of the study, conclusions were drawn and recommendations were made for the development of alternative energy in remote and inaccessible regions of the Russian Federation.

Linear relationships are established between the decimal logarithms of the heat energy absorbed by the products of thermal degradation and the decimal logarithm of the heat energy absorbed by the products of evaporation. It is established that the processes of thermal degradation begin after the evaporation of a certain mass of oil, i.e., when oil is thermostated, first of all, evaporation processes occur, and after the accumulation of a certain amount of thermal energy, the concentrations of degradation and evaporation products increase mutually. В статье представлены результаты испытания минеральных моторных масел на температурную стойкость в температурном интервале от 140 до 260 °С с учетом тепловой энергии, поглощенной продуктами температурной деструкции и испарения. Установлены линейные зависимости между десятичными логарифмами тепловой энергии, поглощенной продуктами температурной деструкции и десятичного логарифма тепловой энергии, поглощенной продуктами испарения. Установлено, что процессы температурной деструкции начинаются после испарения определенной массы масла, т.е., при термостатировании масел в первую очередь происходят процессы испарения, а после накопления определенного количества тепловой энергии происходит обоюдное увеличение концентраций продуктов деструкции и испарения. Analysis of the material of the petrochemical industry objects due to their long operation is extremely important to assess their safety. In this paper, we analyzed the effect of long-term operation of petrochemical equipment of unalloyed and low-alloyed steel at climatic temperatures in technological environments containing hydrogen sulfide on the degradation of the structure of this equipment. We have carried out calculations of carbon diffusion to the surface during decarburization, indicating a clear possibility of diffusion fluxes of interstitial elements occurring under climatic temperatures and long exposures. The paper presents data on the structure and technological precipitation of equipment components after long-term operation (30 years or more) in oil refineries. The reason for decarburization during operation in an environment containing hydrogen sulfide, in this case, should not be attributed to hydrogen corrosion, but to an oxide layer forming due to the presence of condensate and water vapor. Анализ состояния материала объектов нефтехимической промышленности в связи с их длительной эксплуатацией крайне важен для оценки их безопасности и работоспособности. В данной работе анализируется влияние на деградацию структуры нефтехимического оборудования из нелегированных и низколегированных сталей длительной эксплуатации при климатических температурах в технологических средах, содержащих сероводород. Приводятся данные исследования структуры и технологических отложений элементов оборудования после длительной (30 и более лет) эксплуатации на предприятиях нефтепереработки. Выполнены расчеты диффузии углерода к поверхности при обезуглероживании, которые указывают на явную возможность протекания при климатических температурах и длительных выдержках диффузионных потоков элементов внедрения. Причину обезуглероживания при работе в среде, содержащей сероводород, в данном случае следует связывать не с водородной коррозией, а с образованием оксидного слоя вследствие наличия конденсата и паров воды.

Модель позволяет достаточно детально изучать влияние на обратную ветвь ВАХ в отрицательной области напряжений явлений, связанных с ударным механизмом размножения носителей заряда в области p-n перехода. Показано хорошее совпадение между экспериментальными и модельными кривыми для кремниевых солнечных элементов. С практической точки зрения ВАХ, записанная в виде единого аналитического уравнения с W-функциями Ламберта, позволяет анализировать поведение последовательного соединения солнечных элементов, модулей и панелей, находящихся при неравномерной их освещенности, имеющее место на действующих солнечных электростанциях. Two-diode model of PV cell is proposed, which makes it possible to present in a unified analytical form the full current-voltage characteristic considering both forward and reverse branches based on the Lambert W-function. The model allows a fairly detailed study the effect of avalanche breakdown mechanism in the p–n junction on the reverse branch of the I–V characteristic. Good fitting has been show between the experimental and modeled I-V curves for silicon PV cells. From a practical point of view, a unified analytical form of the full current-voltage characteristic with Lambert W-functions is allows to analyze behavior of the series connection of PV cells and modules under uneven illumination in running solar power plants. Горнодобывающая промышленность России находится в процессе трансформации под влиянием перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике, которая содержит в себе, как возможности, так и угрозы для ее развития. На сегодняшний момент необходимы дополнительные исследования, позволяющие определились стратегии устойчивого развития горнодобывающей промышленности и ее перспективы в новых условиях функционирования. Целью исследования является выявление особенностей развития горнодобывающей промышленности в условиях перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике и нахождение стратегий ее дальнейшего устойчивого развития. Задачами исследования являются анализ текущего состояния горнодобывающей промышленности; определение влияния процесса перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике на горнодобывающую промышленность России; формирование сценариев развития горнодобывающей промышленности в условиях перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике. В качестве методов авторами были использованы компаративный анализ, статистический анализ, обобщение и сравнение, а также метод сценариев. Результатом исследования является перечень основных факторов, влияющих на развития российской горнодобывающей промышленности в условиях перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике и предложения по ее стратегическому развитию. Авторы делают вывод, что главным фактором является тенденция повышения спроса на возобновляемые источники энергии и предлагают сценарии развития горнодобывающей промышленности. The Russian mining industry is currently characterized by adaptation to the low-carbon economy principles, which contains both opportunities and threats for its development. Additional research is needed to determine the strategies for the sustainable development of the mining industry at the present moment and to reduce the negative impact of the global decarbonization policy. As a goal, the authors highlight the finding such special characteristics of the Russian mining sector that are in the conditions of transition to a low-carbon economy and finding strategies for its further sustainable development. The authors set the following tasks: to assess the Russian mining sector as an object of a low-carbon economy; to identify factors that have a strong influence on the transition to a low-carbon economy on the Russian mining industry; scenarios formation for the mining industry development in the conditions of transition to a low-carbon economy. The author used comparative analysis, statistical analysis, generalization and comparison as methods, as well as the scenario method. The result of the study is a list of the main factors affecting the Russian mining industry development in the context of the transition to a low-carbon economy and proposals for its strategic development. As a conclusion, the authors propose to identify the trend of increasing demand for renewable energy sources as the main reason for changes in the mining sector and propose scenarios for the mining industry development.

The topic of the final qualifying work: "Sustainable development technologies for improving the energy efficiency of a building during reconstruction". The work is devoted to proving the effective use of energy-saving measures while preserving the environment and resources in the conditions of reconstruction of buildings of the last century. Tasks that were solved during the study: Analysis of domestic and foreign experience in the use of sustainable technologies in the reconstruction of buildings; Development of an action algorithm for the selection of measures during reconstruction using the principle of environmental sustainability; Development of the composition of enclosing structures and coatings based on the technical, economic and environmental indicators of the reconstruction project, determination of the energy efficiency class of the building; Development of recommendations for improving energy efficiency using sustainable technologies with minimal environmental impact. As part of the work, an analysis was carried out proving the relevance of the problem of using eco-sustainable reconstruction, which organically fits into the environment and contributes to the sustainable development of territories. An algorithm of approach to the selection of measures during reconstruction, using software systems for energy modeling, has been developed. Also, a comparative analysis of software tools was carried out to determine the impact of the carbon footprint at different stages of design. Based on the developed approach, a project for the reconstruction of an administrative building located in Orenburg. A set of measures that increase the energy efficiency of the facility is proposed.

В исследовании было выявлено, что обеспечение устойчивого и надежного электроснабжения потребителей является важнейшим приоритетом для государства, однако не всегда предоставляется возможность обеспечить централизованное электроснабжение отдельных потребителей. В этой связи, в работе была обоснована необходимость рассмотрения вопроса о развитии альтернативной энергетики с целью обеспечения потребителей электрической энергией. В статье был проведен анализ различных показателей энергетического комплекса, который показал, что Российская Федерация имеет огромный потенциал для обеспечения различных групп потребителей разными видами энергии, что позволит повысить эффективность и устойчивость электроэнергетического комплекса в долгосрочной перспективе. Вместе с тем, в исследовании выделены факторы, управление которыми позволит достичь перехода от традиционных энергоресурсов на возобновляемые и альтернативные, что обеспечит дальнейшее развитие энергетики и реализацию задач поставленных в стратегических документах энергетического комплекса. В завершение исследования сделаны выводы и предложены рекомендации по развитию альтернативной энергетики в отдаленных и труднодоступных районах Российской Федерации. The work is devoted to the development of alternative energy in remote and inaccessible regions of the Russian Federation. The study revealed that ensuring a stable and reliable power supply to consumers is a top priority for the state, but it is not always possible to provide centralized power supply to individual consumers. In this regard, the work substantiated the need to consider the issue of the development of alternative energy in order to provide consumers with electric energy. The article analyzes various indicators of the energy complex, which showed that the Russian Federation has a huge potential to provide various groups of consumers with different types of energy, which will improve the efficiency and sustainability of the electric power complex in the long term. At the same time, the study highlights the factors, the management of which will make it possible to achieve a transition from traditional energy resources to renewable and alternative ones, which will ensure the further development of the energy sector and the implementation of the tasks set in the strategic documents of the energy complex. At the end of the study, conclusions were drawn and recommendations were made for the development of alternative energy in remote and inaccessible regions of the Russian Federation.

The main results of the graduate qualification work: - studied the main problems and ways to improve the energy efficiency of enterprises; - the characteristics of the company CJSC «Kolpinskaya Grid Company», its problems of energy saving are given; - recommendations for energy saving in the company were developed; - a feasibility study of the proposed energy saving measures has been completed. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application – energy complex, by solving problems of organizing production, labor and management, economic justification of managerial decisions on the implementation of measures for energy saving. Conclusions of graduate qualification work. The tasks of the FQP have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.

Linear relationships are established between the decimal logarithms of the heat energy absorbed by the products of thermal degradation and the decimal logarithm of the heat energy absorbed by the products of evaporation. It is established that the processes of thermal degradation begin after the evaporation of a certain mass of oil, i.e., when oil is thermostated, first of all, evaporation processes occur, and after the accumulation of a certain amount of thermal energy, the concentrations of degradation and evaporation products increase mutually. В статье представлены результаты испытания минеральных моторных масел на температурную стойкость в температурном интервале от 140 до 260 °С с учетом тепловой энергии, поглощенной продуктами температурной деструкции и испарения. Установлены линейные зависимости между десятичными логарифмами тепловой энергии, поглощенной продуктами температурной деструкции и десятичного логарифма тепловой энергии, поглощенной продуктами испарения. Установлено, что процессы температурной деструкции начинаются после испарения определенной массы масла, т.е., при термостатировании масел в первую очередь происходят процессы испарения, а после накопления определенного количества тепловой энергии происходит обоюдное увеличение концентраций продуктов деструкции и испарения.
