The analysis of the global competitiveness index of Russia for a number of years is presented, as well as the trend of its variability from the point of view of sustainability and stability. The article describes the impact of the competitiveness of economic agents that form the basis of the national economy on the sustainable development of individual organizations-economic agents, as well as on the sustainable development of the national economy as a whole. The criteria that form the basis for compiling the global competitiveness index and are used for analyzing the quality of life of the population are also presented. For the purposes of the analysis, the methods and tools of quality management are considered and recommendations for their application in practice are given. В статье анализируются особенности таких понятий как устойчивость , устойчивое развитие , конкурентоспособность и проводится анализ их взаимосвязи и взаимовлияния. Представлен анализ индекса глобальной конкурентоспособности России за ряд лет, а также проанализирован тренд его изменчивости с позиций устойчивости и стабильности. Описано влияние конкурентоспособности экономических агентов, составляющих основу национальной экономики на устойчивое развитие как отдельных организаций-экономических агентов, так и на устойчивое развитие национальной экономики в целом. Также представлены критерии, составляющие основу для составления индекса глобальной конкурентоспособности и используемые для анализа качества жизни населения. Для целей анализа рассмотрены методы и инструменты менеджмента качества и даны рекомендации их применения на практике. №1 (2020)

The relevance of the study is due to development and implementation of state measures in the field of energy conservation and energy efficiency in the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District of Russia. The article is dedicated to study of prerequisites for the development and implementation of policies in the field of managing the demand for electricity in the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District, which are members of the United Energy System of the East. The article identifies and describes the specifics of the energy system of the Far Eastern Federal District and the OES of the East, covering such aspects as territories, technologies, the energy market, the systemic, structural and economic issues. We have analyzed the legislative measures aimed at improving the energy policy of the given macroregion, aimed at increasing the investment attractiveness of these territorial entities. Based on analysis of the structure and characteristics of the parameters of demand for electricity consumption in the given areas, we have proved the effectiveness of the tools introduced for managing the demand for electricity in order to improve the energy efficiency of the territories of the Far East. Based on the study of the parameters of electricity demand of the OES of the East in terms of different periods, and on analysis of the technological features of the power system of the OES of the East in contrast with the UES of Russia, we have concluded that the power system of the Far Eastern macroregion incurs high costs covering the uneven demand for electricity; the energy costs can be in fact reduced through using demand management tools. The article provides a rationale for introducing a model for managing the demand for electricity in Russia based on individual pilot regions or macroregions. Identifying the structural characteristics of the energy system of the Far Eastern Federal District, we have proposed using the power system of the OES of the East as a platform for implementing a pilot project to study, develop and test the mechanisms of demand management in Russia, which will not only reduce the cost of electricity supply for consumers of the Far Eastern macroregion, but also further extend the positive effect of demand management to other regions of Russia. Актуальность исследования обусловлена разработкой и реализацией государственных мер в области энергосбережения и повышения энергетической эффективности на территории регионов, входящих в Дальневосточный федеральный округ России. Проведено исследование предпосылок разработки и внедрения политики в области управления спросом на электроэнергию на территории регионов ДФО, входящих в Объединенную энергетическую систему Востока. Выявлены и описаны территориально-технические, энергорыночные, системные, структурные и экономическое особенности функционирования энергетической системы ДФО и ОЭС Востока. Приведены результаты анализа законодательных мер, направленных на совершенствование энергетической политики исследуемого макрорегиона по повышению инвестиционной привлекательности территориальных образований. На основе анализа структуры и особенностей параметров спроса на электропотребление на исследуемых территориях доказывается эффективность внедрения инструментов управления спросом на электроэнергию с целью повышения энергетической эффективности для территорий Дальнего Востока. Опираясь на проведенное исследование параметров спроса на электроэнергию ОЭС Востока в разрезе различных периодов и анализ технологических особенностей энергосистемы ОЭС Востока, в отличие от ЕЭС России, делается вывод о высоких затратах энергосистемы Дальневосточного макрорегиона на покрытие неравномерности спроса на электроэнергию, а также о наличии резервов сокращения энергетических затрат посредством применения инструментов управления спросом. Приводится обоснование целесообразности внедрения модели управления спросом на электроэнергию в России на базе отдельных пилотных регионов либо макрорегионов. На основе выявленных структурных характеристик энергетической системы ДФО предложено использование энергосистемы ОЭС Востока в качестве площадки для реализации пилотного проекта по исследованию, разработке и апробации механизмов управления спросом на электроэнергию в России, что позволит не только снизить затраты на отпуск электроэнергии для потребителей Дальневосточного макрорегиона, но и в дальнейшем распространить полученный положительный эффект от управления спросом на другие регионы России.

The method used the power unit division into functioning parts and the differentialexergy method. This method allowed presenting the unit as a structural diagram where exergetic subsystems are fuel supply, steam generator, turbine, generator and electrical equipment, water supply and regeneration, heat supply to the consumer. The differential-exergy method was based on a combination of exergy analysis and optimization method of economic efficiency criteria using uncertain Lagrange multipliers. The use of the exergy function of goal allowed avoiding the problem of division of fuel costs for each type of product that was important at optimization. The optimization criterion, its parameters and limitations were developed as well. These parameters can extend traditional technical and economic analysis of the combined heat and power plants operating mode, as they take into account thermodynamically rigorous division of fuel costs between heat and electric power at their complex production on the combined heat and power plants. The use of the differentialexergy method in optimizing the load distribution of the power units of the combined heat and power plants makes possible obtaining of fuel savings of 1.5 to 3%. It has been shown that if the parameters of power units deteriorate, the application of the method makes it possible to have the best performance of the power plant when it is compared with functioning of combined heat and power units at proportional loading.

By the method of fuzzy logic the integral index of energy security for the enterprises of the Russian Federation. Ostrovsky;The relevance of the research is the rationale for utilization of urea nitrate formed in the previously developed process of urea denitration of uranium nitrate refined raffinates for nuclear fuel fabrication enterprises. In this paper, we consider the results of the quantitative hydrolysis of urea nitrate into ammonium nitrate used in the hydrometallurgy of uranium. Objects: model solutions of carbamide nitrate with a concentration of 100–500 g/l with the addition of various reagents: nitric acid, ammonium nitrate. Methods: IR spectroscopy, pH meter, spectrophotometry, gas chromatography. Results. IR spectroscopy, pH metry, spectrophotography. The authors have studied urea nitrate hydrolysis at atmospheric pressure, at temperatures of 70–105 °С, concentrations of the initial solution of 100–500 g/l and with the addition of various reagents – nitric acid and ammonium nitrate. It was found that increasing temperature contributes to hydrolysis intensification; the addition of nitric acid at a concentration of 100 g/l slows down the process, and the addition of ammonium nitrate practically does not affect the hydrolysis of urea nitrate. IR spectroscopic studies suggest that heating solutions with initial concentrations of 100 and 200 g/l at 90 °С for 20 hours with the discharge of evolved gases leads to the complete hydrolysis of urea nitrate. The degree of hydrolysis of urea nitrate and the degree of its conversion to ammonium nitrate coincide at acidic and neutral pH values. A spectroscopic study together with chemical analysis data confirmed the presence of urea nitrate bicarbonate and ammonium nitrate in the hydrolysis products. No intermediate hydrolysis products were detected.

Рассматриваемая тема в статье освещает актуальную на сегодняшний день проблему использования энергии ветра как основного источника питания потребителей. Ветроэнергетика в данный момент является одним из наиболее перспективных возобновляемых источников альтернативной энергии. В статье рассматривается анализ использования ветроэнергетических систем в России на территории Приволжского федерального округа в контексте состояния и перспектив развития. Исследованы основные направления повышения эффективности функционирования ветроэнергетических установок, а также целесообразность развития данной отрасли. На основе проведённого анализа можно проводить исследования по устранению той или иной проблемы ветряной энергетики. Реализация проведённых на этой базе работ может вывести ветряную энергетику на новый уровень развития. The topic under consideration in the article highlights the relevant problem of wind energy use as a main source of power for consumers. Wind power is currently one of the most promising renewable sources of alternative energy. The article analyzes the use of wind energy systems in Russia on the territory of the Volga Federal District in the context of its state and prospects of development. The main directions of wind power plants operations efficiency, as well as expediency of development of this industry, were studied. Based on the analysis made, research can be carried out to eliminate a particular wind energy problem. ТЕХНОЛОГИИ Статья посвящена исследованию главной технологической задачи воздушного теплового насоса получению тепла от воздуха посредством преобразования электромеханической энергии двигателя через компрессор и обеспечение переноса тепла рабочим телом к потребителю. Применение воздушных тепловых насосов (ВТН) представляет собой уникальное технико-технологическое решение, с помощью которого возможны извлечение, концентрация и перекачивание рассеянной в окружающей среде тепловой энергии, что является альтернативой традиционным источникам энергии. Реализация энергоэффективной технологии ВТН предполагает необходимость исследования термодинамических и энерго-физических процессов, происходящих в испарительно-конденсационном блоке ВТН, с целью совершенствования теплохолодильного цикла и повышения производительности теплонасосной установки с учетом климатических условий. При рассмотрении основных процессов в теплохолодильном контуре ВТН и повышения их энергетической эффективности получены результаты, имеющие научную теоретическую и практическую значимость. Теплохолодильный цикл ВТН представлен как модель воздухообмена, где метод преобразования низкопотенциального тепла из окружающего воздуха основан на принципе энергетической инверсии, что является главным условием выполнения основной технологической задачи передачи тепла от воздуха с целью получения соответствующего количества пара. Авторами описана структура конфигурации потоков энергии с соответствующим расчетно-аналитическим обоснованием теплотехнических характеристик и режимов работы ВТН. Практическая направленность реализации результатов исследований ориентирована на работу ВТН в зданиях и сооружениях, расположенных в регионах Центрального федерального округа. Предложенный авторами алгоритм математического расчета количества теплоты, извлекаемой из окружающего воздуха, с учетом климатических условий позволяет повысить эффективность теплотехнических характеристик и режимов работы ВТН для обеспечения тепло-, холодопроизводительности теплонасосной установки. Это в свою очередь является отправной точкой для определения конструктивных размеров трубопроводов, испарителя и конденсатора ВТН. Исследование термодинамических и энергофизических процессов в испарительно-конденсационном блоке ВТН позволяет прогнозировать и совершенствовать энергоэффективность теплохолодильного цикла и в дальнейшем способствовать решению научных проблем и практических технических решений в области разработки систем автономного экологически чистого и экономически эффективного теплоснабжения зданий. The article presents the outcomes of research into a core technological problem of air heat pump, i.e. obtaining heat from air by converting mechanical energy of the engine through the compressor and providing a heat transfer working fluid to the consumer. The use of air heat pumps presents a unique technical and technological solution, which makes it possible to extract, concentrate and pump the heat energy from the environment, thus being an alternative energy source. The implementation of the energy-efficient technology of air heat pumps implies studying thermodynamic and energy-physical processes occurring in the evaporation and condensation unit of air heat pumps, in order to improve heat-cooling cycle and increase the performance of the heat pump unit, taking into account climatic conditions. When considering the main processes in the heat-cooling circuit of air heat pumps and increasing their energy efficiency, we obtained important results. Heating and refrigerating cycle of air heat pumps is presented as a model of exchange where a method of converting low-grade heat from the ambient air is based on the principle of energy inversion, which is the main condition for fulfilling the basic technological problems of heat transfer from the air to obtain the appropriate amount of steam. The authors describe the structure of the configuration of energy flows with the corresponding computational and analytical justification of thermal characteristics and modes of operation of air heat pumps. The practical orientation of the implementation of the research results is focused on the work of air heat pumps in buildings located in the III climate zone. The proposed algorithm of mathematical calculation of the amount of heat drawn from the ambient air, taking into account climatic conditions, allows to increase the efficiency of thermal characteristics and operating modes of air heat pumps to ensure the heat and cooling capacity of the heat pump installation. This is the starting point for determining the structural dimensions of the elements of air heat pumps: pipes, as well as evaporator and condenser. The study of thermodynamic and energy-physical processes in the evaporative-condensation unit of air heat pumps allows to predict and improve the energy efficiency of the heat-cooling cycle and further contribute to the solution of scientific problems and practical technical solutions in the field of development of systems of Autonomous ecologically clean and cost-effective heat supply of buildings. №4(12) (2020)

The topic of the final qualifying work: "The study of the impact of renewable energy on the sustainable development of territorial socio-economic systems". This work is devoted to the analysis of the impact of renewable energy on the regions, as well as the development of a methodology for determining the most appropriate type of renewable source for each specific region. Based on the analysis of sources in scientometric databases, indicators for econometric modeling were collected. The final model proved that when RES is introduced into the energy balance, the amount of harmful emissions decreases. Based on the climatic characteristics, the regions of the Russian Federation were divided into clusters, which helped to identify priority types of renewable energy for each specific region. Using the hierarchy analysis method, it was possible to choose a favorable region for the development of innovative technologies and the introduction of renewable energy. Using a fuzzy-multiple approach, the risks of projects for the introduction of renewable energy sources were analyzed. As a result, we can say that such projects are risky enough in the current economic and political conditions. The developed methodology can be used to make decisions both at the country level and at the regional level, as well as for private investors.

The relevance of the study is due to development and implementation of state measures in the field of energy conservation and energy efficiency in the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District of Russia. The article is dedicated to study of prerequisites for the development and implementation of policies in the field of managing the demand for electricity in the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District, which are members of the United Energy System of the East. The article identifies and describes the specifics of the energy system of the Far Eastern Federal District and the OES of the East, covering such aspects as territories, technologies, the energy market, the systemic, structural and economic issues. We have analyzed the legislative measures aimed at improving the energy policy of the given macroregion, aimed at increasing the investment attractiveness of these territorial entities. Based on analysis of the structure and characteristics of the parameters of demand for electricity consumption in the given areas, we have proved the effectiveness of the tools introduced for managing the demand for electricity in order to improve the energy efficiency of the territories of the Far East. Based on the study of the parameters of electricity demand of the OES of the East in terms of different periods, and on analysis of the technological features of the power system of the OES of the East in contrast with the UES of Russia, we have concluded that the power system of the Far Eastern macroregion incurs high costs covering the uneven demand for electricity; the energy costs can be in fact reduced through using demand management tools. The article provides a rationale for introducing a model for managing the demand for electricity in Russia based on individual pilot regions or macroregions. Identifying the structural characteristics of the energy system of the Far Eastern Federal District, we have proposed using the power system of the OES of the East as a platform for implementing a pilot project to study, develop and test the mechanisms of demand management in Russia, which will not only reduce the cost of electricity supply for consumers of the Far Eastern macroregion, but also further extend the positive effect of demand management to other regions of Russia. Актуальность исследования обусловлена разработкой и реализацией государственных мер в области энергосбережения и повышения энергетической эффективности на территории регионов, входящих в Дальневосточный федеральный округ России. Проведено исследование предпосылок разработки и внедрения политики в области управления спросом на электроэнергию на территории регионов ДФО, входящих в Объединенную энергетическую систему Востока. Выявлены и описаны территориально-технические, энергорыночные, системные, структурные и экономическое особенности функционирования энергетической системы ДФО и ОЭС Востока. Приведены результаты анализа законодательных мер, направленных на совершенствование энергетической политики исследуемого макрорегиона по повышению инвестиционной привлекательности территориальных образований. На основе анализа структуры и особенностей параметров спроса на электропотребление на исследуемых территориях доказывается эффективность внедрения инструментов управления спросом на электроэнергию с целью повышения энергетической эффективности для территорий Дальнего Востока. Опираясь на проведенное исследование параметров спроса на электроэнергию ОЭС Востока в разрезе различных периодов и анализ технологических особенностей энергосистемы ОЭС Востока, в отличие от ЕЭС России, делается вывод о высоких затратах энергосистемы Дальневосточного макрорегиона на покрытие неравномерности спроса на электроэнергию, а также о наличии резервов сокращения энергетических затрат посредством применения инструментов управления спросом. Приводится обоснование целесообразности внедрения модели управления спросом на электроэнергию в России на базе отдельных пилотных регионов либо макрорегионов. На основе выявленных структурных характеристик энергетической системы ДФО предложено использование энергосистемы ОЭС Востока в качестве площадки для реализации пилотного проекта по исследованию, разработке и апробации механизмов управления спросом на электроэнергию в России, что позволит не только снизить затраты на отпуск электроэнергии для потребителей Дальневосточного макрорегиона, но и в дальнейшем распространить полученный положительный эффект от управления спросом на другие регионы России.

The method used the power unit division into functioning parts and the differentialexergy method. This method allowed presenting the unit as a structural diagram where exergetic subsystems are fuel supply, steam generator, turbine, generator and electrical equipment, water supply and regeneration, heat supply to the consumer. The differential-exergy method was based on a combination of exergy analysis and optimization method of economic efficiency criteria using uncertain Lagrange multipliers. The use of the exergy function of goal allowed avoiding the problem of division of fuel costs for each type of product that was important at optimization. The optimization criterion, its parameters and limitations were developed as well. These parameters can extend traditional technical and economic analysis of the combined heat and power plants operating mode, as they take into account thermodynamically rigorous division of fuel costs between heat and electric power at their complex production on the combined heat and power plants. The use of the differentialexergy method in optimizing the load distribution of the power units of the combined heat and power plants makes possible obtaining of fuel savings of 1.5 to 3%. It has been shown that if the parameters of power units deteriorate, the application of the method makes it possible to have the best performance of the power plant when it is compared with functioning of combined heat and power units at proportional loading.

By the method of fuzzy logic the integral index of energy security for the enterprises of the Russian Federation. The alternative of energy supply with the help of the method of analysis of hierarchies was offered. The block of energy goals was formed and a set of indicators for the implementation of selected strategic objectives was developed.

Ostrovsky;The relevance of the research is the rationale for utilization of urea nitrate formed in the previously developed process of urea denitration of uranium nitrate refined raffinates for nuclear fuel fabrication enterprises. In this paper, we consider the results of the quantitative hydrolysis of urea nitrate into ammonium nitrate used in the hydrometallurgy of uranium. Objects: model solutions of carbamide nitrate with a concentration of 100–500 g/l with the addition of various reagents: nitric acid, ammonium nitrate. Methods: IR spectroscopy, pH meter, spectrophotometry, gas chromatography. Results. IR spectroscopy, pH metry, spectrophotography. The authors have studied urea nitrate hydrolysis at atmospheric pressure, at temperatures of 70–105 °С, concentrations of the initial solution of 100–500 g/l and with the addition of various reagents – nitric acid and ammonium nitrate. It was found that increasing temperature contributes to hydrolysis intensification; the addition of nitric acid at a concentration of 100 g/l slows down the process, and the addition of ammonium nitrate practically does not affect the hydrolysis of urea nitrate. IR spectroscopic studies suggest that heating solutions with initial concentrations of 100 and 200 g/l at 90 °С for 20 hours with the discharge of evolved gases leads to the complete hydrolysis of urea nitrate. The degree of hydrolysis of urea nitrate and the degree of its conversion to ammonium nitrate coincide at acidic and neutral pH values. A spectroscopic study together with chemical analysis data confirmed the presence of urea nitrate bicarbonate and ammonium nitrate in the hydrolysis products. No intermediate hydrolysis products were detected.

Ветроэнергетика в данный момент является одним из наиболее перспективных возобновляемых источников альтернативной энергии. В статье рассматривается анализ использования ветроэнергетических систем в России на территории Приволжского федерального округа в контексте состояния и перспектив развития. Исследованы основные направления повышения эффективности функционирования ветроэнергетических установок, а также целесообразность развития данной отрасли. На основе проведённого анализа можно проводить исследования по устранению той или иной проблемы ветряной энергетики. Реализация проведённых на этой базе работ может вывести ветряную энергетику на новый уровень развития. The topic under consideration in the article highlights the relevant problem of wind energy use as a main source of power for consumers. Wind power is currently one of the most promising renewable sources of alternative energy. The article analyzes the use of wind energy systems in Russia on the territory of the Volga Federal District in the context of its state and prospects of development. The main directions of wind power plants operations efficiency, as well as expediency of development of this industry, were studied. Based on the analysis made, research can be carried out to eliminate a particular wind energy problem. ТЕХНОЛОГИИ Статья посвящена исследованию главной технологической задачи воздушного теплового насоса получению тепла от воздуха посредством преобразования электромеханической энергии двигателя через компрессор и обеспечение переноса тепла рабочим телом к потребителю. Применение воздушных тепловых насосов (ВТН) представляет собой уникальное технико-технологическое решение, с помощью которого возможны извлечение, концентрация и перекачивание рассеянной в окружающей среде тепловой энергии, что является альтернативой традиционным источникам энергии. Реализация энергоэффективной технологии ВТН предполагает необходимость исследования термодинамических и энерго-физических процессов, происходящих в испарительно-конденсационном блоке ВТН, с целью совершенствования теплохолодильного цикла и повышения производительности теплонасосной установки с учетом климатических условий. При рассмотрении основных процессов в теплохолодильном контуре ВТН и повышения их энергетической эффективности получены результаты, имеющие научную теоретическую и практическую значимость. Теплохолодильный цикл ВТН представлен как модель воздухообмена, где метод преобразования низкопотенциального тепла из окружающего воздуха основан на принципе энергетической инверсии, что является главным условием выполнения основной технологической задачи передачи тепла от воздуха с целью получения соответствующего количества пара. Авторами описана структура конфигурации потоков энергии с соответствующим расчетно-аналитическим обоснованием теплотехнических характеристик и режимов работы ВТН. Практическая направленность реализации результатов исследований ориентирована на работу ВТН в зданиях и сооружениях, расположенных в регионах Центрального федерального округа. Предложенный авторами алгоритм математического расчета количества теплоты, извлекаемой из окружающего воздуха, с учетом климатических условий позволяет повысить эффективность теплотехнических характеристик и режимов работы ВТН для обеспечения тепло-, холодопроизводительности теплонасосной установки. Это в свою очередь является отправной точкой для определения конструктивных размеров трубопроводов, испарителя и конденсатора ВТН. Исследование термодинамических и энергофизических процессов в испарительно-конденсационном блоке ВТН позволяет прогнозировать и совершенствовать энергоэффективность теплохолодильного цикла и в дальнейшем способствовать решению научных проблем и практических технических решений в области разработки систем автономного экологически чистого и экономически эффективного теплоснабжения зданий. The article presents the outcomes of research into a core technological problem of air heat pump, i.e. obtaining heat from air by converting mechanical energy of the engine through the compressor and providing a heat transfer working fluid to the consumer. The use of air heat pumps presents a unique technical and technological solution, which makes it possible to extract, concentrate and pump the heat energy from the environment, thus being an alternative energy source. The implementation of the energy-efficient technology of air heat pumps implies studying thermodynamic and energy-physical processes occurring in the evaporation and condensation unit of air heat pumps, in order to improve heat-cooling cycle and increase the performance of the heat pump unit, taking into account climatic conditions. When considering the main processes in the heat-cooling circuit of air heat pumps and increasing their energy efficiency, we obtained important results. Heating and refrigerating cycle of air heat pumps is presented as a model of exchange where a method of converting low-grade heat from the ambient air is based on the principle of energy inversion, which is the main condition for fulfilling the basic technological problems of heat transfer from the air to obtain the appropriate amount of steam. The authors describe the structure of the configuration of energy flows with the corresponding computational and analytical justification of thermal characteristics and modes of operation of air heat pumps. The practical orientation of the implementation of the research results is focused on the work of air heat pumps in buildings located in the III climate zone. The proposed algorithm of mathematical calculation of the amount of heat drawn from the ambient air, taking into account climatic conditions, allows to increase the efficiency of thermal characteristics and operating modes of air heat pumps to ensure the heat and cooling capacity of the heat pump installation. This is the starting point for determining the structural dimensions of the elements of air heat pumps: pipes, as well as evaporator and condenser. The study of thermodynamic and energy-physical processes in the evaporative-condensation unit of air heat pumps allows to predict and improve the energy efficiency of the heat-cooling cycle and further contribute to the solution of scientific problems and practical technical solutions in the field of development of systems of Autonomous ecologically clean and cost-effective heat supply of buildings. №4(12) (2020)

Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена анализу влиÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð¾Ð±Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð»Ñемой Ñнергетики на регионы, а также разработке методики Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð°Ð¸Ð±Ð¾Ð»ÐµÐµ подходÑщего вида возобновлÑемого иÑточника Ð´Ð»Ñ ÐºÐ°Ð¶Ð´Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ конкретного региона.Ðа оÑнове анализа иÑточников в наукометричеÑких базах данных были Ñобраны показатели Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑконометричеÑкого моделированиÑ. Ð˜Ñ‚Ð¾Ð³Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»ÑŒ доказала, что при введении ВИРв ÑÐ½ÐµÑ€Ð³Ð¾Ð±Ð°Ð»Ð°Ð½Ñ ÑнижаетÑÑ ÐºÐ¾Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑтво вредных выброÑов. Ðа оÑнове климатичеÑких характериÑтик регионы РФ были разбиты на клаÑтеры, что помогло выделить приоритетные виды Ð’Ð˜Ð Ð´Ð»Ñ ÐºÐ°Ð¶Ð´Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ конкретного региона. С помощью метода анализа иерархий удалоÑÑŒ выбрать благоприÑтный регион Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ… технологий и Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ´Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð¾Ð±Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð»Ñемой Ñнергетики. С помощью нечетко-множеÑтвенного подхода были проанализированы риÑки проектов по внедрению возобновлÑемых иÑточников Ñнергии. The topic of the final qualifying work: "The study of the impact of renewable energy on the sustainable development of territorial socio-economic systems". This work is devoted to the analysis of the impact of renewable energy on the regions, as well as the development of a methodology for determining the most appropriate type of renewable source for each specific region. Based on the analysis of sources in scientometric databases, indicators for econometric modeling were collected. The final model proved that when RES is introduced into the energy balance, the amount of harmful emissions decreases. Based on the climatic characteristics, the regions of the Russian Federation were divided into clusters, which helped to identify priority types of renewable energy for each specific region. Using the hierarchy analysis method, it was possible to choose a favorable region for the development of innovative technologies and the introduction of renewable energy. Using a fuzzy-multiple approach, the risks of projects for the introduction of renewable energy sources were analyzed. As a result, we can say that such projects are risky enough in the current economic and political conditions. The developed methodology can be used to make decisions both at the country level and at the regional level, as well as for private investors.
