Установление таких тенденций возможно только при крупномасштабных подходах. Как показывают наши исследования, такая задача может быть решена с использованием вегетационных индексов. ; The task of zoning forests growing at the natural limit of their distribution is one of the most urgent in the European North of Russia. These forests play a special role in protecting the continent from the cold northern winds. Global climate change, forecasts of which further development are dominated by warming scenarios, lead to probable shifts of the Arctic tundra forests borders to the north. Establishing such trends is possible only with large-scale approaches. As our studies show, this problem can be solved using vegetation indices.

Развитие угольной генерации также жизненно важно для угольной отрасли, так как энергетика является единственным крупным внутренним потребителем энергетических углей (углей энергетического направления использования). The basis of the Russian energy industry is thermal generation: gas-fired and coal-fired. Their balanced development is a guarantee of reliable fuel supply and, accordingly, energy security. Simply formulated, but in fact still unrealizable task – Russia immediately needs a new energy and environmentally efficient coal-fired boiler unit created by domestic industry institutes, engineering organizations and energy equipment enterprises. The development of coal-fired generation is also vital for the coal industry, because energy industry is the only major domestic consumer of thermal coals (coals of the energy direction of use). Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена анализу влиÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð¾Ð±Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð»Ñемой Ñнергетики на регионы, а также разработке методики Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð°Ð¸Ð±Ð¾Ð»ÐµÐµ подходÑщего вида возобновлÑемого иÑточника Ð´Ð»Ñ ÐºÐ°Ð¶Ð´Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ конкретного региона.Ðа оÑнове анализа иÑточников в наукометричеÑких базах данных были Ñобраны показатели Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑконометричеÑкого моделированиÑ. Ð˜Ñ‚Ð¾Ð³Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»ÑŒ доказала, что при введении ВИРв ÑÐ½ÐµÑ€Ð³Ð¾Ð±Ð°Ð»Ð°Ð½Ñ ÑнижаетÑÑ ÐºÐ¾Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑтво вредных выброÑов. Ðа оÑнове климатичеÑких характериÑтик регионы РФ были разбиты на клаÑтеры, что помогло выделить приоритетные виды Ð’Ð˜Ð Ð´Ð»Ñ ÐºÐ°Ð¶Ð´Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ конкретного региона. С помощью метода анализа иерархий удалоÑÑŒ выбрать благоприÑтный регион Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ… технологий и Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ´Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð¾Ð±Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð»Ñемой Ñнергетики. С помощью нечетко-множеÑтвенного подхода были проанализированы риÑки проектов по внедрению возобновлÑемых иÑточников Ñнергии. The topic of the final qualifying work: "The study of the impact of renewable energy on the sustainable development of territorial socio-economic systems". This work is devoted to the analysis of the impact of renewable energy on the regions, as well as the development of a methodology for determining the most appropriate type of renewable source for each specific region. Based on the analysis of sources in scientometric databases, indicators for econometric modeling were collected. The final model proved that when RES is introduced into the energy balance, the amount of harmful emissions decreases. Based on the climatic characteristics, the regions of the Russian Federation were divided into clusters, which helped to identify priority types of renewable energy for each specific region. Using the hierarchy analysis method, it was possible to choose a favorable region for the development of innovative technologies and the introduction of renewable energy. Using a fuzzy-multiple approach, the risks of projects for the introduction of renewable energy sources were analyzed. As a result, we can say that such projects are risky enough in the current economic and political conditions. The developed methodology can be used to make decisions both at the country level and at the regional level, as well as for private investors.

Была проведена выборка иÑпользуемых в промышленноÑти низкокипÑщих органичеÑких тел по параметрам безопаÑноÑти, ÑффективноÑти, ÑкономичноÑти и др. Ð’ результате раÑчета тепловой Ñхемы и газодинамичеÑкого раÑчета была Ñпроектирована Ð³ÐµÐ¾Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð±Ð¸Ð½Ñ‹, Ñмоделирована Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‡Ð°Ñ Ð»Ð¾Ð¿Ð°Ñ‚ÐºÐ°. РаÑчеты на прочноÑÑ‚ÑŒ позволили убедитьÑÑ Ð² надежноÑти работы уÑтановки Ñ ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð¼ ÑкÑплуатационных оÑобенноÑтей, таких как иÑпользование низкокипÑщего рабочего тела. Ð’ Ñпециальной чаÑти работы предÑтавлен анализ химичеÑкого ÑоÑтава гидротермальных вод в мире, оценена возможноÑÑ‚ÑŒ попутной промышленной добычи полезных реÑурÑов гидротермальных вод Ñ ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð¼ географии геотермальных иÑточников и ÑущеÑтвующих методов промышленной добычи. В работе применÑлиÑÑŒ программные пакеты Mathcad 15, Refprop NIST, Ansys Workbench 19.2, SolidWorks 2017. Ð”Ð»Ñ Ð³Ð°Ð·Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð½Ð°Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑких и прочноÑтных раÑчетов применÑлиÑÑŒ учебные поÑÐ¾Ð±Ð¸Ñ Ð›Ð°Ð¿ÑˆÐ¸Ð½Ð° К. Л., ЩеглÑева Ð. Ð’., КоÑтюка Ð. Г.. Ð’ результате проведены вÑе раÑчеты, подобрано оптимальное рабочее тело, получена мощноÑÑ‚ÑŒ турбины, поÑтроена Ð³ÐµÐ¾Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð±Ð¸Ð½Ñ‹ и Ñпроектирована Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‡Ð°Ñ Ð»Ð¾Ð¿Ð°Ñ‚ÐºÐ° поÑледней Ñтупени. ОÑновные Ñлементы турбины были проверены на вибропрочноÑÑ‚ÑŒ. As part of this work, the goal was to design a turbine on a low-boiling working fluid for a geothermal power plant. An overview study of geothermal energy in the world and Russia was conducted, the energy potential of geothermal resources of domestic regions was analyzed. The sampling of low-boiling organic bodies used in industry was carried out according to the parameters of safety, efficiency, economy, etc. As a result of the calculation of the thermal circuit and gas dynamic calculation, the geometry of the turbine was designed, the working blade was modeled. Strength calculations made it possible to check the reliability of the installation taking into account operational features, such as the use of low-boiling working fluid. In a special part of the work, an analysis of the chemical composition of hydrothermal waters in the world is presented, the possibility of associated industrial extraction of hydrothermal water resources is evaluated, taking into account the geography of geothermal sources and existing methods of industrial extraction.Software packages Mathcad 15, Refprop NIST, Ansys Workbench 19.2, SolidWorks 2017 were used in the work. Textbooks of Lapshin K. L., Shcheglyaeva A. V., Kostyuk A. G. were used for gas-dynamic and strength calculations. As a result, all calculations were carried out, the optimal working fluid was selected, the turbine power was obtained, the turbine geometry was constructed and the working blade of the last stage was designed. The main elements of the turbine were tested for vibration resistance.

ИÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð»Ð¸ÑÑŒ на базе лаборатории Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ ÑкÑпертизы потребительÑких товаров ВШСиТ. Ð’ работе иÑпользованы Ñтандартные и общепринÑтые методы идентификации и оценки качеÑтва товаров, ÑоциологичеÑкий и ÑтатиÑтичеÑкий методы. Обработка ÑкÑпериментальных данных проводилаÑÑŒ Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾Ñ‰ÑŒÑŽ программного обеÑÐ¿ÐµÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ (пакета анализа данных) Microsoft Excel. Ð’ работе иÑпользованы ÑтатиÑтичеÑкие базы данных РоÑÑтата, дерево ТÐÐ’ÐД ЕÐÐС, СВБД «КонÑультант ПлюÑ». Ð’ результате оценки качеÑтва уÑтановлено, что наиболее выÑокими значениÑми показателей качеÑтва обладают образцы книжных изданий Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð´ÐµÑ‚ÐµÐ¹ â„– 2 и â„– 3 роÑÑийÑкого производÑтва. Ðа оÑновании анализа аÑÑортимента розничного торгового предприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ потребительÑких предпочтений рекомендовано: организовать реализацию книжной продукции через Ñеть интернет (Ñоздание интернет - магазина) Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð´Ð°Ñ‡ÐµÐ¹ заказов в точках продаж данной Ñети, увеличить количеÑтво наименований научно-популÑрных изданий Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð´ÐµÑ‚ÐµÐ¹, увеличить предложение по подарочным книжным изданиÑм Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð´ÐµÑ‚ÐµÐ¹, раÑширить аÑÑортимент изданий народных произведений. This work is devoted to the evaluation of the quality of book publications for children’s from different publishing houses, as well as the development of proposals to improve their range in the trade enterprise. The study identified and achieved the following objectives: - study of the commercial characteristics of men’s shirts; - measurement and quality assessment of men’s shirts from different manufacturers; - identification of consumer preferences when buying men’s shirts; - analysis of the structure of the assortment of men’s shirts of retail enterprise and development of proposals for its improvement. The research was carried out on the basis of the laboratory of merchandising and examination of consumer goods of WSS&T. The article uses standard and generally accepted methods of identification and assessment of quality of goods, sociological and statistical methods. Processing of experimental data was carried out with the help of software (data analysis package) Microsoft Excel. The work uses statistical databases of Rosstat, a tree of EAEU TNVED, SVBD «Consultant Plus». As a result of the quality assessment it was found that the highest quality indicators have samples of book publications for children No. 2 and No. 3 produced in Russia have the highest values of quality indicators. Based on an analysis of the assortment of a retail trade enterprise and consumer preferences, it is recommended: to organize the sale of book products via the Internet (creation of an online store) with the issuance of orders at points of sale of this network, to increase the number of titles of popular science publications for children, to increase the offer of gift book editions for children, to expand the range of folk art publications. The results of the research have practical application as recommendations for trade and printing enterprises selling books for children, in order to form a rational assortment, as well as for consumers in the optimal choice of shirts that meet high quality requirements.

Предложена методика исследования эффективного утепления ограждающих конструкций стен зданий, учитывающая взаимосвязь конструктивных, теплотехнических, режимных параметров и экономических показателей. Целью является определение оптимального значения толщины утепления теплоизоляционным материалом объекта с учетом отпускаемой ему тепловой энергии. В проведенном исследовании использовались методы математического моделирования теплообмена, оптимизационной задачи. Представлено экспериментальное исследование, показывающее возможность применения методики технико-экономической оптимизации тепловой изоляции ограждающих конструкций стен здания. Результатом исследования является снижение расходов тепловых потерь через ограждающие конструкции и электрической энергии на регулирование системы «отопление, вентиляция и кондиционирование». The article has developed the theoretical and methodological foundations for the use of decentralized energy sources in the organization of energy conservation in the agro-industrial complex. in particular, the existing interpretations of the process of introducing their own energy sources in organizations have been systematized in the works of various authors, the features of the functioning of decentralized energy sources in countries with developed market economies have been established. This study identifies the main advantages and disadvantages of generation systems based on renewable energy sources in the domestic agro-industrial complex. Conclusions. The authors examine the results of joint research of the German Biomass Research Center and Kazan Federal University. The study proposes and justifies a scheme of a two-phase biogas plant with vacuuming and fermentation of the substrate, a scheme with a hydrolysis bioreactor and a five-section methanogenesis bioreactor. Also, the authors propose using a heat exchanger for cooling the substrate from the first bioreactor and heating the initial substrate. The implementation of the developed scheme will reduce the time of the process of anaerobic digestion of biodegradable waste to 12-15 days, reduce capital costs for the construction of biogas plants and increase the yield of biogas. В статье представлены результаты теоретических исследований анаэробного сбраживания биоразлагаемых отходов агропромышленных комплексов и жилищно-коммунальных хозяйств. Изучены результаты совместных исследований немецкого Центра биомасс и Казанского федерального университета. Предложена и обоснована схема двухфазной биогазоваой установки с вакуумированием и ферментацией субстрата, схема с биореактором гидролиза и пятисекционным биореактором метаногенеза. Предложено использование теплообменника для охлаждения субстрата из первого биореактора и подогрева исходного субстрата. Внедрение разработанной схемы позволит сократить время процесса анаэробного сбраживания биоразлагаемых отходов до 12-15 суток, сократить капитальные затраты на строительство биогазовах установок и повысить выход биогаза. These forests play a special role in protecting the continent from the cold northern winds. Global climate change, forecasts of which further development are dominated by warming scenarios, lead to probable shifts of the Arctic tundra forests borders to the north. Establishing such trends is possible only with large-scale approaches. As our studies show, this problem can be solved using vegetation indices.

The topic of the final qualifying work: "The study of the impact of renewable energy on the sustainable development of territorial socio-economic systems". This work is devoted to the analysis of the impact of renewable energy on the regions, as well as the development of a methodology for determining the most appropriate type of renewable source for each specific region. Based on the analysis of sources in scientometric databases, indicators for econometric modeling were collected. The final model proved that when RES is introduced into the energy balance, the amount of harmful emissions decreases. Based on the climatic characteristics, the regions of the Russian Federation were divided into clusters, which helped to identify priority types of renewable energy for each specific region. Using the hierarchy analysis method, it was possible to choose a favorable region for the development of innovative technologies and the introduction of renewable energy. Using a fuzzy-multiple approach, the risks of projects for the introduction of renewable energy sources were analyzed. As a result, we can say that such projects are risky enough in the current economic and political conditions. The developed methodology can be used to make decisions both at the country level and at the regional level, as well as for private investors.

ОÑновные Ñлементы турбины были проверены на вибропрочноÑÑ‚ÑŒ. As part of this work, the goal was to design a turbine on a low-boiling working fluid for a geothermal power plant. An overview study of geothermal energy in the world and Russia was conducted, the energy potential of geothermal resources of domestic regions was analyzed. The sampling of low-boiling organic bodies used in industry was carried out according to the parameters of safety, efficiency, economy, etc. As a result of the calculation of the thermal circuit and gas dynamic calculation, the geometry of the turbine was designed, the working blade was modeled. Strength calculations made it possible to check the reliability of the installation taking into account operational features, such as the use of low-boiling working fluid. In a special part of the work, an analysis of the chemical composition of hydrothermal waters in the world is presented, the possibility of associated industrial extraction of hydrothermal water resources is evaluated, taking into account the geography of geothermal sources and existing methods of industrial extraction.Software packages Mathcad 15, Refprop NIST, Ansys Workbench 19.2, SolidWorks 2017 were used in the work. Textbooks of Lapshin K. L., Shcheglyaeva A. V., Kostyuk A. G. were used for gas-dynamic and strength calculations. As a result, all calculations were carried out, the optimal working fluid was selected, the turbine power was obtained, the turbine geometry was constructed and the working blade of the last stage was designed. The main elements of the turbine were tested for vibration resistance.

This work is devoted to the evaluation of the quality of book publications for children’s from different publishing houses, as well as the development of proposals to improve their range in the trade enterprise. The study identified and achieved the following objectives: - study of the commercial characteristics of men’s shirts; - measurement and quality assessment of men’s shirts from different manufacturers; - identification of consumer preferences when buying men’s shirts; - analysis of the structure of the assortment of men’s shirts of retail enterprise and development of proposals for its improvement. The research was carried out on the basis of the laboratory of merchandising and examination of consumer goods of WSS&T. The article uses standard and generally accepted methods of identification and assessment of quality of goods, sociological and statistical methods. Processing of experimental data was carried out with the help of software (data analysis package) Microsoft Excel. The work uses statistical databases of Rosstat, a tree of EAEU TNVED, SVBD «Consultant Plus». As a result of the quality assessment it was found that the highest quality indicators have samples of book publications for children No. 2 and No. 3 produced in Russia have the highest values of quality indicators. Based on an analysis of the assortment of a retail trade enterprise and consumer preferences, it is recommended: to organize the sale of book products via the Internet (creation of an online store) with the issuance of orders at points of sale of this network, to increase the number of titles of popular science publications for children, to increase the offer of gift book editions for children, to expand the range of folk art publications. The results of the research have practical application as recommendations for trade and printing enterprises selling books for children, in order to form a rational assortment, as well as for consumers in the optimal choice of shirts that meet high quality requirements.

Предложена методика исследования эффективного утепления ограждающих конструкций стен зданий, учитывающая взаимосвязь конструктивных, теплотехнических, режимных параметров и экономических показателей. Целью является определение оптимального значения толщины утепления теплоизоляционным материалом объекта с учетом отпускаемой ему тепловой энергии. В проведенном исследовании использовались методы математического моделирования теплообмена, оптимизационной задачи. Представлено экспериментальное исследование, показывающее возможность применения методики технико-экономической оптимизации тепловой изоляции ограждающих конструкций стен здания. Результатом исследования является снижение расходов тепловых потерь через ограждающие конструкции и электрической энергии на регулирование системы «отопление, вентиляция и кондиционирование». Authors: K O Okovitaya; Rakultseva; O A Surzhko;The article presents the results of theoretical studies of anaerobic digestion of biodegradable waste from agro-industrial complexes and housing and communal services. The authors examine the results of joint research of the German Biomass Research Center and Kazan Federal University. The study proposes and justifies a scheme of a two-phase biogas plant with vacuuming and fermentation of the substrate, a scheme with a hydrolysis bioreactor and a five-section methanogenesis bioreactor. Also, the authors propose using a heat exchanger for cooling the substrate from the first bioreactor and heating the initial substrate. The implementation of the developed scheme will reduce the time of the process of anaerobic digestion of biodegradable waste to 12-15 days, reduce capital costs for the construction of biogas plants and increase the yield of biogas. В статье представлены результаты теоретических исследований анаэробного сбраживания биоразлагаемых отходов агропромышленных комплексов и жилищно-коммунальных хозяйств. Изучены результаты совместных исследований немецкого Центра биомасс и Казанского федерального университета. Предложена и обоснована схема двухфазной биогазоваой установки с вакуумированием и ферментацией субстрата, схема с биореактором гидролиза и пятисекционным биореактором метаногенеза. Предложено использование теплообменника для охлаждения субстрата из первого биореактора и подогрева исходного субстрата. Внедрение разработанной схемы позволит сократить время процесса анаэробного сбраживания биоразлагаемых отходов до 12-15 суток, сократить капитальные затраты на строительство биогазовах установок и повысить выход биогаза.
