description Publicationkeyboard_double_arrow_right Article 2023Publisher:ООО Цифра The aim of the work is to identify the impact of climate change on traditional types of natural resource use, which form the basis of traditional subsistence systems of indigenous peoples of the northern and Arctic regions of Yakutia. In particular, the research covers a number of uluses, where indigenous small-numbered peoples of the North of Yakutia compactly reside, who continue to preserve their traditional economic activities – reindeer herding, hunting, fishing and gathering. The main research methods and approaches used for writing this work are the statistical method, methods of systemic and comparative analysis, questionnaire survey, participant observation and in-depth interviewing. At this stage of the study, the authors present the results of the analysis of instrumental meteorological data on climate change tendencies in Yakutia in the period from 1968 to 2022. Based on the questionnaire survey and field materials, the observations and perceptions of the indigenous population related to climate change in the places of traditional habitation and the impact of these changes on traditional natural resource use were analysed. It is emphasized that the increasing climatic transformations cause legitimate concerns of indigenous people in the northern and Arctic regions for the future preservation of traditional natural resource use, at the same time as their readiness to adapt to rapid changes, taking into account their traditional knowledge, in particular used in reindeer herding increases. Цель работы – выявить воздействие климатических изменений на традиционные виды природопользования, составляющих основу традиционных систем жизнеобеспечения коренных жителей северных и арктических районов Якутии. В частности, исследованиями охвачены ряд улусов, где компактно проживают коренные малочисленные народы Севера Якутии, продолжающие сохранять традиционные виды хозяйственной деятельности – оленеводство, охота, рыболовство и собирательство. Основные методы и подходы исследования, примененные для написания данной работы, – это статистический метод, методы системно-сравнительного анализа, анкетного опроса, включенного наблюдения и глубинного интервьюирования. На данном этапе проведенного исследования авторами представлены результаты анализа инструментальных метеоданных о тенденциях изменения климата в Якутии в период с 1968 г. по 2022 г., на основе анкетного опроса и полевых материалов проанализированы наблюдения и восприятие коренного населения, связанные с изменением климата в местах традиционного проживания и влиянием этих изменений на традиционные виды природопользования. Подчеркнуто, что нарастающие климатические трансформации вызывают законную обеспокоенность коренных жителей северных и арктических районов за будущее сохранение традиционных видов природопользования, вместе с тем растет их готовность адаптироваться к быстрым изменениям с учетом их традиционных знаний, в частности используемых в оленеводстве. Подчеркнута актуальность исследований в направлении водоподготовки. Показано, что основной запас воды на Земле сосредоточен в морях. Даны сравнительный анализ традиционных методов деминерализации воды и приведены перспективы низкотемпературных методов опреснения. Установлен рост интереса в мире к исследованиям инновационных технологий блочного вымораживания, приоритет в которых принадлежит авторам. Целью работы является совершенствование аппаратов блочного вымораживания при переводе их в непрерывный режим работы. Для достижения поставленной цели предложена универсальная конструкция аппарата, в которой последовательно реализуются процессы кристаллизации, сепарирования и плавления льда. Разработан модуль установки непрерывного опреснения морской воды. Из условий минимизации энергетических затрат обосновано время процесса формирования блока льда. Установлено число сепараторов mdash; 3. В пятой емкости осуществляется процесс плавления блока льда и получения пресной воды. Система управления периодически переключает электромагнитные клапана на линиях холодильного агента и продукта, что обеспечивает последовательность и синхронность работы аппаратов. Показаны энергетические и эксплуатационные преимущества предложенного способа. Проведено системное моделирование такого оборудования. Целевой функцией моделирования определены ключевые параметры процесса гравитационного сепарирования блока льда mdash; энергетика и солесодержание. Рассмотрены статика энергетический и материальный балансы и кинетика баланс сил в капилляре и скорость истечения сепарирования. Предложено традиционные принципы расчета истечения в каналах скорректировать коэффициентом laquo;капиллярного торможенияraquo;, который учитывает рельефную поверхность капилляров льда. Значение этого коэффициента установлено экспериментально. Предложена методика инженерного расчета солесодержания в блоке льда при сепарировании. Наиболее существенным результатом работы является то, что доказана возможность перевода установки блочного вымораживания в режим непрерывного опреснения морской воды с гарантированными показателями солесодержания. Значимость работы заключается в том, что создана энергоэфф This work is devoted to the fresh water deficit analysis. The importance of the research concerning water treatment is emphasized. A comparative analysis of water demineralization traditional methods is given and prospects for low-temperature desalination methods are shown. The increase in the world interest to the research of the block freezing innovative technologies was established, the priority in which belongs to the authors of this work. The aim of the work is to improve the block freezing devices during their transferring to a continuous operation mode. Achievement of this aim lies in a proposed universal design of the apparatus, in which the processes of crystallization, separation and melting of ice are sequentially implemented. A module for a continuous seawater desalination facility was developed. The energy and operational advantages of the proposed method were described. The system modeling of this equipment was carried out. The target function of the modeling determined the key parameters of the process of the ice block gravitational separation mdash; energy and salinity. It was proposed to correct the traditional calculation principles for the outflow in channels by the ldquo;capillary dragrdquo; coefficient, which takes into account the relief surface of the ice capillaries. A technique for the engineering calculation of ice block salinity during separation was offered. The most significant result of the work lied in the fact of possibility to transfer the block freezing facilities to the continuous mode of sea water desalination with guaranteed salinity indicators. The significance of the work was that an energy-efficient freezing facility with ice recycling for the sea water demineralization in the flow was created. Scopul lucrării este de a îmbunătăți aparatura de congelare de tip bloc la trecerea acesteia în regim continuu de funcționare. Pentru a atinge acest obiectiv, se propune un design universal al aparatului, în care procesele de cristalizare, separare și topire a gheții sunt desfășurate în mod consecutiv. Este elaborat un modul de instalație de desalinizare continuă a apei de mare. Timpul procesului de formare a blocurilor de gheață este argumentat din considerente de minimizare a cheltuielilor de energie. Parametrii-cheie ai procesului de separare gravitațională a blocurilor de gheață, și anume energia și conținutul de sare, au fost determinați prin funcția-țintă de modelare. Se iau în considerare aspectele statice balanța energetică și a balanța materială și cele cinetice balanța forței capilare și viteza de scurgere ale separării. Se propune corectarea principiilor tradiționale de calculare a debitului în canale cu ajutorul coeficientului de quot;frânare capilarăquot;, care ia în considerare suprafața de relief a capilarelor de gheață. Valoarea acestui coeficient a fost stabilită în mod experimental. Se propune o metodă de calcul tehnic al conținutului de sare din blocul de gheață în timpul separării. Cel mai important rezultat al lucrării este că s-a dovedit posibilitatea de a transfera unitatea de congelare în bloc la modul de desalinizare continuă a apei de mare cu indici garantați ai conținutului de sare. Semnificația lucrării constă în faptul, că a fost creată o instalație de congelare eficientă din punct de vedere energetic, cu reciclare a gheții pentru demineralizarea apei de mare în flux.

D.;В данной статье рассмотрена проблема традиционной электроэнергетики, представлены преимущества использования ядерной энергетики (ЯЭ), а также затронуты дальнейшие перспективы ее развития в России и других странах. Проанализированы методы технических решений проблемы тяжелых аварий на АЭС, а именно замену работающего уран-плутониевого ядерного топливного цикла торий-урановым, и замену разработанных быстрых реакторов (БР) гибридными термоядерными установками. Предоставлена информация о проекте строительства, дальнейшей эксплуатации и экспериментирования токамака во Франции, а также в других странах, таких, как Китай, Великобритания и США. Затронута и отмечена разработка гибридной установки термоядерного синтеза на основе сверхпроводящего токамака в России. Получен вывод о том, что ядерная энергетика имеет множество перспектив развития, которые зависят от развития технологий, экономических и политических факторов. This article considers the problem of traditional electric power industry, presents the advantages of using nuclear energy (NE), and also touches upon the further prospects for its development in Russia and other countries. The methods of technical solutions to the problem of severe accidents at nuclear power plants are analyzed, namely, the replacement of the operating uranium-plutonium nuclear fuel cycle with thorium-uranium, and the replacement of the developed fast reactors (FR) with hybrid thermonuclear installations. Information is provided on the construction project, further operation and experimentation of the tokamak in France, as well as in other countries such as China, Great Britain and the USA. The development of a hybrid fusion plant based on a superconducting tokamak in Russian Federation was touched upon and noted. It was concluded that nuclear energy has many development prospects, which depend on the development of technologies, economic and political factors.

Vergunov;The relevance of the research is determined by the necessity for assessment of volcanic pyroclastic material impact on formation of geochemical background of rare elements in coal. The main aim of the research is to study the mineralogical and geochemical features of tonsteins and enclosing coals of сhernogorskaya suite in the Chernogorskoe coal deposit (Minusinsk coal basin). Objects of the research are tonsteins and enclosing coals of сhernogorskaya suite in the Chernogorskoe coal deposit (Minusinsk coal basin). Methods: sampling of coal seams of сhernogorskaya suite in the Chernogorskoe coal deposit; chemical composition is estimated with inductively coupled plasma mass-spectrometry, instrumental neutron activation analysis, x-ray fluorescence methods; mineral composition is defined with optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, x-ray diffractometry. Results. The paper studies mineralogical and geochemical characteristics of the tonsteins in chernogorskaya suite of the Chernogorskoe coal deposit (Minusinsk coal basin). Kaolinite is predominant in the composition of the studied tonsteins. Quartz, feldspar, and phosphates are found in smaller amounts. Integrated mineral and geochemical analysis allow determining the composition of the initial ash material, which served as a source for formation of tonsteins. Tonsteins formed from felsic volcanogenic pyroclastics are predominant. Tonsteins of felsic alkali-type volcanic genesis are less widespread. Tonsteins formed from intermediate and mafic volcanic material are rare. On the basis of the identified tonsteins, the sequence of changes in the composition of the pyroclastic material received during peat accumulation was restored. The study found that the pyroclastic material had a significant impact on accumulation of a group of lithophilic rare metals, including abnormally high concentrations of REE, Zr, Hf, Nb, Y, and Th.

The urgent task of the technical and economic development of the Northern and Eastern regions of Russia is to provide reliable and efficient power supply to consumers, geographically located in remote, hard-to-reach areas. The use of wind power plants is a promising way to solve this problem. The primary task of the design and feasibility study of the use of wind power plants is to predict changes in wind speeds at the site of the power plant installation. The stochastic nature of the wind and its spatiotemporal variability explain the high complexity of this problem, for the solution of which the methods of mathematical modeling are used. The known models of wind speed based on Markov chains, autoregressive moving-average and other discrete models do not allow varying the time step, which does not allow their use for simulation of operating modes of wind turbines and wind energy systems. The article proposes a model of wind speed based on the stochastic differential equation which eliminates this drawback. The aim of the study is to construct wind speed model based on fractional Ornstein–Uhlenbeck process with a periodic long-term mean, which provides modeling of static and dynamic modes of operation of a wind power plant at different time intervals. Methods: mathematical and computer modeling using Matlab/Simulink software environment. Results. The proposed model, in contrast to the known SDE-based models, is able to produce autocorrelated wind speed trajectories with long-term dependence, daily and monthly variations to perform more detailed simulation of the operating modes of wind turbines at different time intervals with the required time step. The model was tested using the data of climatic observations of wind speed obtained from electronic archive of the All-Russian Institute of Hydrometeorological Information. The model adequacy was evaluated by comparing characteristics of simulated wind speed trajectories with actual observations collected at 518 weather stations located on territory of Russia.

Отраженные в статье исследования базируются на результатах энергетического обследования дорожно-строительных предприятий Брестской и Гомельской областей (Республика Беларусь) одной из задач актуальных задач которого являлся поиск резервов экономии ТЭР на выпуск асфальтобетонной смеси. МЕТОДЫ. При решении поставленной задачи применялись расчетно-аналитические методы обработки основных технико-экономических показателей работы рассматриваемого предприятия, а также метод конечного использования при составлении картограммы распределения удельных расходов топлива на выпуск асфальтобетонной смеси. РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ Проведенный анализ технико-экономических показателей работы предприятия указывает на актуальность задачи по уменьшению энергопотребления и развития методов повышения энергоэффективности дорожно-строительных предприятий. По проведенному обзору литературы в данной области исследования можно сказать, что не рассматривались такие важные пути повышения энергетической эффективности дорожно-строительных предприятий как: корреляционный и регрессионный анализ наиболее влияющих факторов на модель энергопотребления дорожно-строительных предприятий; оптимизация режимов работы близко расположенных асфальтобетонных заводов исходя из условий их оптимальной загрузки; прогнозирование энергетической эффективности асфальтобетонных заводов в условиях изменения погодных условий и в условиях повторно-кратковременного режима работы. ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Повышение энергетической эффективности дорожно-строительных предприятий и поиск возможных путей снижения расхода топливно-энергетических ресурсов на выпуск асфальтобетонной смеси является актуальной задачей исследования. Поэтапная оптимизация технологических расходов энергоресурсов и прогнозирование эффективности их использования в зависимости от изменения влияющих факторов позволит снизить энергетическую составляющую в себестоимости выпускаемой продукции и положительно скажется на материальном положении предприятия. Research into the search for ways to reduce energy consumption and the development of methods to improve the energy efficiency of road construction enterprises. The studies reflected in the article are based on the results of an energy survey of road-building enterprises in the Brest and Gomel regions (Republic of Belarus), one of the tasks of the urgent tasks of which was to find reserves for saving fuel and energy resources for the production of asphalt concrete mixture. When solving the problem, we used computational and analytical methods for processing the main technical and economic indicators of the work of the enterprise under consideration, as well as the method of end use when compiling a cartogram of the distribution of specific fuel consumption for the production of asphalt concrete mixture.. RESULTS. The analysis of the technical and economic indicators of the enterprise's work indicates the urgency of the task of reducing energy consumption and developing methods for increasing the energy efficiency of road construction enterprises. Based on the review of the literature in this area of research, it can be said that such important ways to improve the energy efficiency of road construction enterprises were not considered, such as: correlation and regression analysis of the main factors on the energy consumption model of road construction enterprises; optimization of the operating mode of close asphalt concrete plants from the conditions of their optimal loading; forecasting the energy efficiency of asphalt concrete plants under changing weather conditions and under conditions of intermittent operation. CONCLUSION. Increasing the energy efficiency of road construction enterprises and searching for possible ways to reduce the consumption of fuel and energy resources for the production of asphalt concrete mixture is an urgent task of the study. Step-by-step optimization of technological costs of energy resources and forecasting the efficiency of their use, depending on changes in influencing factors, will reduce the energy component in the cost of products and will have a positive effect on the financial situation of the enterprise.

Практическая значимость полученных результатов определяется возможностью их использования в качестве методологической базы для проектирования новых гидравлических систем с объемной адаптацией к нагрузке с улучшенными характеристиками энергоэффективности. As a result of the experiment, based on the hydraulic system of the CAT 962H wheel loader, the dynamic characteristics of the essential loads of the system were improved. It was done due to the installation of an auxiliary unit with an accumulator in the intermediate pressure line, which restores the loss of expended energy. In addition to that a load-sensitive pump regulator, made in the form of two proportional valves was installed, providing a pres- sure drop in the system in the range of Δр = 0,3–0,8 MPa. Due to that the operating speed of the system increases. The practical significance of the results obtained is determined by the possibility of using them as a methodological basis for the design of new hydraulic systems with volumetric adaptation to load having improved energy efficiency characteristics.

В материалах показано, что показатели различия объемов годового потребления энергоресурсов и электроэнергии странами мира могут достигать десяток или сотен крат, что связано с различием масштабов экономик и уровнем экономического развития. Построенная диаграмма показателей объемов потребления энергоресурсов и ВВП по ППС в странах мира позволяет констатировать факт прямой зависимости между данными показателями. Показано, что чем больше экономика производит валового внутреннего продукта, тем больше она обрабатывает сырья и оказывает услуг, что, следовательно, сопровождается потреблением энергетических ресурсов и электрической энергии. Различие характеристик общего потребления энергетических ресурсов и электрической энергии в странах мира определяет необходимость реализации дифференцированного подхода к управлению топливно-энергетическими комплексами и процессами повышения энергетической эффективности. В рамках статистических данных различных стран мира показано, что характеристики потребления первичных энергетических ресурсов, используемых на выработку электроэнергии значительно отличаются между собой не только в рамках какого-то статического периода, но и в динамике отражающей изменение структуры общего спроса в странах. В процессе развития энергетической политики различных стран мира необходимо учитывать ряд важнейших факторов, прежде всего связанных с масштабами потребления энергоресурсов, структурой ТЭР, динамикой изменения потребления энергоресурсов в различных периодах, а также с учетом факторов, влияющих на такую динамику. Качество формирования энергетической политики, нормативно-правовых актов регулирующих потребление энергоресурсов имеет прямое влияние на уровень экономического развития каждой страны мира и отдельного территориального образования. The article presents the results of a study of the dynamics, scale and structure of energy and electricity consumption in various continents and major countries of the world, identifying the main trends, as well as assessing the factors influencing the occurrence of such changes. The materials show that the indicators of the difference in the volume of annual consumption of energy resources and electricity by countries of the world can reach tens or hundreds of times, which is due to the difference in the scale of economies and the level of economic development. The constructed diagram of indicators of energy consumption and GDP by PPP in the countries of the world allows us to state a direct relationship between these indicators. It is shown that the more the economy produces gross domestic product, the more it processes raw materials and provides services, which, therefore, is accompanied by the consumption of energy resources and electrical energy. The difference in the characteristics of the total consumption of energy resources and electric energy in the countries of the world determines the need to implement a differentiated approach to the management of fuel and energy complexes and energy efficiency improvement processes. Within the framework of statistical data from various countries of the world, it is shown that the characteristics of consumption of primary energy resources used for electricity generation differ significantly not only within a static period, but also in dynamics reflecting changes in the structure of total demand in countries. In the process of developing energy policy in various countries of the world, it is necessary to take into account a number of important factors, primarily related to the scale of energy consumption, the structure of the fuel and energy complex, the dynamics of changes in energy consumption in different periods, as well as taking into account factors affecting such dynamics. The quality of the formation of energy policy, regulatory legal acts regulating the consumption of energy resources has a direct impact on the level of economic development of each country in the world and a separate territorial entity.

In particular, the research covers a number of uluses, where indigenous small-numbered peoples of the North of Yakutia compactly reside, who continue to preserve their traditional economic activities – reindeer herding, hunting, fishing and gathering. The main research methods and approaches used for writing this work are the statistical method, methods of systemic and comparative analysis, questionnaire survey, participant observation and in-depth interviewing. At this stage of the study, the authors present the results of the analysis of instrumental meteorological data on climate change tendencies in Yakutia in the period from 1968 to 2022. Based on the questionnaire survey and field materials, the observations and perceptions of the indigenous population related to climate change in the places of traditional habitation and the impact of these changes on traditional natural resource use were analysed. It is emphasized that the increasing climatic transformations cause legitimate concerns of indigenous people in the northern and Arctic regions for the future preservation of traditional natural resource use, at the same time as their readiness to adapt to rapid changes, taking into account their traditional knowledge, in particular used in reindeer herding increases. Цель работы – выявить воздействие климатических изменений на традиционные виды природопользования, составляющих основу традиционных систем жизнеобеспечения коренных жителей северных и арктических районов Якутии. В частности, исследованиями охвачены ряд улусов, где компактно проживают коренные малочисленные народы Севера Якутии, продолжающие сохранять традиционные виды хозяйственной деятельности – оленеводство, охота, рыболовство и собирательство. Основные методы и подходы исследования, примененные для написания данной работы, – это статистический метод, методы системно-сравнительного анализа, анкетного опроса, включенного наблюдения и глубинного интервьюирования. На данном этапе проведенного исследования авторами представлены результаты анализа инструментальных метеоданных о тенденциях изменения климата в Якутии в период с 1968 г. по 2022 г., на основе анкетного опроса и полевых материалов проанализированы наблюдения и восприятие коренного населения, связанные с изменением климата в местах традиционного проживания и влиянием этих изменений на традиционные виды природопользования. Подчеркнута актуальность исследований в направлении водоподготовки. Показано, что основной запас воды на Земле сосредоточен в морях. Даны сравнительный анализ традиционных методов деминерализации воды и приведены перспективы низкотемпературных методов опреснения. Установлен рост интереса в мире к исследованиям инновационных технологий блочного вымораживания, приоритет в которых принадлежит авторам. Целью работы является совершенствование аппаратов блочного вымораживания при переводе их в непрерывный режим работы. Для достижения поставленной цели предложена универсальная конструкция аппарата, в которой последовательно реализуются процессы кристаллизации, сепарирования и плавления льда. Разработан модуль установки непрерывного опреснения морской воды. Из условий минимизации энергетических затрат обосновано время процесса формирования блока льда. Установлено число сепараторов mdash; 3. В пятой емкости осуществляется процесс плавления блока льда и получения пресной воды. Система управления периодически переключает электромагнитные клапана на линиях холодильного агента и продукта, что обеспечивает последовательность и синхронность работы аппаратов. Показаны энергетические и эксплуатационные преимущества предложенного способа. Проведено системное моделирование такого оборудования. Целевой функцией моделирования определены ключевые параметры процесса гравитационного сепарирования блока льда mdash; энергетика и солесодержание. Рассмотрены статика энергетический и материальный балансы и кинетика баланс сил в капилляре и скорость истечения сепарирования. Предложено традиционные принципы расчета истечения в каналах скорректировать коэффициентом laquo;капиллярного торможенияraquo;, который учитывает рельефную поверхность капилляров льда. Значение этого коэффициента установлено экспериментально. Предложена методика инженерного расчета солесодержания в блоке льда при сепарировании. Наиболее существенным результатом работы является то, что доказана возможность перевода установки блочного вымораживания в режим непрерывного опреснения морской воды с гарантированными показателями солесодержания. Значимость работы заключается в том, что создана энергоэфф This work is devoted to the fresh water deficit analysis. The importance of the research concerning water treatment is emphasized. A comparative analysis of water demineralization traditional methods is given and prospects for low-temperature desalination methods are shown. The increase in the world interest to the research of the block freezing innovative technologies was established, the priority in which belongs to the authors of this work. The aim of the work is to improve the block freezing devices during their transferring to a continuous operation mode. Achievement of this aim lies in a proposed universal design of the apparatus, in which the processes of crystallization, separation and melting of ice are sequentially implemented. A module for a continuous seawater desalination facility was developed. The energy and operational advantages of the proposed method were described. The system modeling of this equipment was carried out. The target function of the modeling determined the key parameters of the process of the ice block gravitational separation mdash; energy and salinity. It was proposed to correct the traditional calculation principles for the outflow in channels by the ldquo;capillary dragrdquo; coefficient, which takes into account the relief surface of the ice capillaries. A technique for the engineering calculation of ice block salinity during separation was offered. The most significant result of the work lied in the fact of possibility to transfer the block freezing facilities to the continuous mode of sea water desalination with guaranteed salinity indicators. The significance of the work was that an energy-efficient freezing facility with ice recycling for the sea water demineralization in the flow was created. Scopul lucrării este de a îmbunătăți aparatura de congelare de tip bloc la trecerea acesteia în regim continuu de funcționare. Pentru a atinge acest obiectiv, se propune un design universal al aparatului, în care procesele de cristalizare, separare și topire a gheții sunt desfășurate în mod consecutiv. Este elaborat un modul de instalație de desalinizare continuă a apei de mare. Timpul procesului de formare a blocurilor de gheață este argumentat din considerente de minimizare a cheltuielilor de energie. Parametrii-cheie ai procesului de separare gravitațională a blocurilor de gheață, și anume energia și conținutul de sare, au fost determinați prin funcția-țintă de modelare. Se iau în considerare aspectele statice balanța energetică și a balanța materială și cele cinetice balanța forței capilare și viteza de scurgere ale separării. Se propune corectarea principiilor tradiționale de calculare a debitului în canale cu ajutorul coeficientului de quot;frânare capilarăquot;, care ia în considerare suprafața de relief a capilarelor de gheață. Valoarea acestui coeficient a fost stabilită în mod experimental. Se propune o metodă de calcul tehnic al conținutului de sare din blocul de gheață în timpul separării. Cel mai important rezultat al lucrării este că s-a dovedit posibilitatea de a transfera unitatea de congelare în bloc la modul de desalinizare continuă a apei de mare cu indici garantați ai conținutului de sare. Semnificația lucrării constă în faptul, că a fost creată o instalație de congelare eficientă din punct de vedere energetic, cu reciclare a gheții pentru demineralizarea apei de mare în flux.

Предоставлена информация о проекте строительства, дальнейшей эксплуатации и экспериментирования токамака во Франции, а также в других странах, таких, как Китай, Великобритания и США. Затронута и отмечена разработка гибридной установки термоядерного синтеза на основе сверхпроводящего токамака в России. Получен вывод о том, что ядерная энергетика имеет множество перспектив развития, которые зависят от развития технологий, экономических и политических факторов. This article considers the problem of traditional electric power industry, presents the advantages of using nuclear energy (NE), and also touches upon the further prospects for its development in Russia and other countries. The methods of technical solutions to the problem of severe accidents at nuclear power plants are analyzed, namely, the replacement of the operating uranium-plutonium nuclear fuel cycle with thorium-uranium, and the replacement of the developed fast reactors (FR) with hybrid thermonuclear installations. Information is provided on the construction project, further operation and experimentation of the tokamak in France, as well as in other countries such as China, Great Britain and the USA. The development of a hybrid fusion plant based on a superconducting tokamak in Russian Federation was touched upon and noted. It was concluded that nuclear energy has many development prospects, which depend on the development of technologies, economic and political factors.

Vergunov;The relevance of the research is determined by the necessity for assessment of volcanic pyroclastic material impact on formation of geochemical background of rare elements in coal. The main aim of the research is to study the mineralogical and geochemical features of tonsteins and enclosing coals of сhernogorskaya suite in the Chernogorskoe coal deposit (Minusinsk coal basin). Objects of the research are tonsteins and enclosing coals of сhernogorskaya suite in the Chernogorskoe coal deposit (Minusinsk coal basin). Methods: sampling of coal seams of сhernogorskaya suite in the Chernogorskoe coal deposit; chemical composition is estimated with inductively coupled plasma mass-spectrometry, instrumental neutron activation analysis, x-ray fluorescence methods; mineral composition is defined with optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, x-ray diffractometry. Results. The paper studies mineralogical and geochemical characteristics of the tonsteins in chernogorskaya suite of the Chernogorskoe coal deposit (Minusinsk coal basin). Kaolinite is predominant in the composition of the studied tonsteins. Quartz, feldspar, and phosphates are found in smaller amounts. Integrated mineral and geochemical analysis allow determining the composition of the initial ash material, which served as a source for formation of tonsteins. Tonsteins formed from felsic volcanogenic pyroclastics are predominant. Tonsteins of felsic alkali-type volcanic genesis are less widespread. Tonsteins formed from intermediate and mafic volcanic material are rare. On the basis of the identified tonsteins, the sequence of changes in the composition of the pyroclastic material received during peat accumulation was restored. The study found that the pyroclastic material had a significant impact on accumulation of a group of lithophilic rare metals, including abnormally high concentrations of REE, Zr, Hf, Nb, Y, and Th.

The urgent task of the technical and economic development of the Northern and Eastern regions of Russia is to provide reliable and efficient power supply to consumers, geographically located in remote, hard-to-reach areas. The use of wind power plants is a promising way to solve this problem. The primary task of the design and feasibility study of the use of wind power plants is to predict changes in wind speeds at the site of the power plant installation. The stochastic nature of the wind and its spatiotemporal variability explain the high complexity of this problem, for the solution of which the methods of mathematical modeling are used. The known models of wind speed based on Markov chains, autoregressive moving-average and other discrete models do not allow varying the time step, which does not allow their use for simulation of operating modes of wind turbines and wind energy systems. The article proposes a model of wind speed based on the stochastic differential equation which eliminates this drawback. The aim of the study is to construct wind speed model based on fractional Ornstein–Uhlenbeck process with a periodic long-term mean, which provides modeling of static and dynamic modes of operation of a wind power plant at different time intervals. Methods: mathematical and computer modeling using Matlab/Simulink software environment. Results. The proposed model, in contrast to the known SDE-based models, is able to produce autocorrelated wind speed trajectories with long-term dependence, daily and monthly variations to perform more detailed simulation of the operating modes of wind turbines at different time intervals with the required time step. The model was tested using the data of climatic observations of wind speed obtained from electronic archive of the All-Russian Institute of Hydrometeorological Information. The model adequacy was evaluated by comparing characteristics of simulated wind speed trajectories with actual observations collected at 518 weather stations located on territory of Russia.

Отраженные в статье исследования базируются на результатах энергетического обследования дорожно-строительных предприятий Брестской и Гомельской областей (Республика Беларусь) одной из задач актуальных задач которого являлся поиск резервов экономии ТЭР на выпуск асфальтобетонной смеси. МЕТОДЫ. При решении поставленной задачи применялись расчетно-аналитические методы обработки основных технико-экономических показателей работы рассматриваемого предприятия, а также метод конечного использования при составлении картограммы распределения удельных расходов топлива на выпуск асфальтобетонной смеси. РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ Проведенный анализ технико-экономических показателей работы предприятия указывает на актуальность задачи по уменьшению энергопотребления и развития методов повышения энергоэффективности дорожно-строительных предприятий. По проведенному обзору литературы в данной области исследования можно сказать, что не рассматривались такие важные пути повышения энергетической эффективности дорожно-строительных предприятий как: корреляционный и регрессионный анализ наиболее влияющих факторов на модель энергопотребления дорожно-строительных предприятий; оптимизация режимов работы близко расположенных асфальтобетонных заводов исходя из условий их оптимальной загрузки; прогнозирование энергетической эффективности асфальтобетонных заводов в условиях изменения погодных условий и в условиях повторно-кратковременного режима работы. ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Повышение энергетической эффективности дорожно-строительных предприятий и поиск возможных путей снижения расхода топливно-энергетических ресурсов на выпуск асфальтобетонной смеси является актуальной задачей исследования. Поэтапная оптимизация технологических расходов энергоресурсов и прогнозирование эффективности их использования в зависимости от изменения влияющих факторов позволит снизить энергетическую составляющую в себестоимости выпускаемой продукции и положительно скажется на материальном положении предприятия. Research into the search for ways to reduce energy consumption and the development of methods to improve the energy efficiency of road construction enterprises. The studies reflected in the article are based on the results of an energy survey of road-building enterprises in the Brest and Gomel regions (Republic of Belarus), one of the tasks of the urgent tasks of which was to find reserves for saving fuel and energy resources for the production of asphalt concrete mixture. METHODS. When solving the problem, we used computational and analytical methods for processing the main technical and economic indicators of the work of the enterprise under consideration, as well as the method of end use when compiling a cartogram of the distribution of specific fuel consumption for the production of asphalt concrete mixture.. RESULTS. The analysis of the technical and economic indicators of the enterprise's work indicates the urgency of the task of reducing energy consumption and developing methods for increasing the energy efficiency of road construction enterprises. Based on the review of the literature in this area of research, it can be said that such important ways to improve the energy efficiency of road construction enterprises were not considered, such as: correlation and regression analysis of the main factors on the energy consumption model of road construction enterprises; optimization of the operating mode of close asphalt concrete plants from the conditions of their optimal loading; forecasting the energy efficiency of asphalt concrete plants under changing weather conditions and under conditions of intermittent operation. CONCLUSION. Increasing the energy efficiency of road construction enterprises and searching for possible ways to reduce the consumption of fuel and energy resources for the production of asphalt concrete mixture is an urgent task of the study. Step-by-step optimization of technological costs of energy resources and forecasting the efficiency of their use, depending on changes in influencing factors, will reduce the energy component in the cost of products and will have a positive effect on the financial situation of the enterprise.

The efficiency of passive solar heating systems with a heat storage wall can be determined with the coefficient of replacement of the heating load, which determines both the technical and economic indicators of such systems. With the help of constructive solutions, it is possible to reduce heat loss from the heat storage wall and thereby increase the efficiency of the system.

Практическая значимость полученных результатов определяется возможностью их использования в качестве методологической базы для проектирования новых гидравлических систем с объемной адаптацией к нагрузке с улучшенными характеристиками энергоэффективности. As a result of the experiment, based on the hydraulic system of the CAT 962H wheel loader, the dynamic characteristics of the essential loads of the system were improved. It was done due to the installation of an auxiliary unit with an accumulator in the intermediate pressure line, which restores the loss of expended energy. In addition to that a load-sensitive pump regulator, made in the form of two proportional valves was installed, providing a pres- sure drop in the system in the range of Δр = 0,3–0,8 MPa. Due to that the operating speed of the system increases. The practical significance of the results obtained is determined by the possibility of using them as a methodological basis for the design of new hydraulic systems with volumetric adaptation to load having improved energy efficiency characteristics.

В материалах показано, что показатели различия объемов годового потребления энергоресурсов и электроэнергии странами мира могут достигать десяток или сотен крат, что связано с различием масштабов экономик и уровнем экономического развития. Построенная диаграмма показателей объемов потребления энергоресурсов и ВВП по ППС в странах мира позволяет констатировать факт прямой зависимости между данными показателями. Показано, что чем больше экономика производит валового внутреннего продукта, тем больше она обрабатывает сырья и оказывает услуг, что, следовательно, сопровождается потреблением энергетических ресурсов и электрической энергии. Различие характеристик общего потребления энергетических ресурсов и электрической энергии в странах мира определяет необходимость реализации дифференцированного подхода к управлению топливно-энергетическими комплексами и процессами повышения энергетической эффективности. В рамках статистических данных различных стран мира показано, что характеристики потребления первичных энергетических ресурсов, используемых на выработку электроэнергии значительно отличаются между собой не только в рамках какого-то статического периода, но и в динамике отражающей изменение структуры общего спроса в странах. В процессе развития энергетической политики различных стран мира необходимо учитывать ряд важнейших факторов, прежде всего связанных с масштабами потребления энергоресурсов, структурой ТЭР, динамикой изменения потребления энергоресурсов в различных периодах, а также с учетом факторов, влияющих на такую динамику. Качество формирования энергетической политики, нормативно-правовых актов регулирующих потребление энергоресурсов имеет прямое влияние на уровень экономического развития каждой страны мира и отдельного территориального образования. The article presents the results of a study of the dynamics, scale and structure of energy and electricity consumption in various continents and major countries of the world, identifying the main trends, as well as assessing the factors influencing the occurrence of such changes. The materials show that the indicators of the difference in the volume of annual consumption of energy resources and electricity by countries of the world can reach tens or hundreds of times, which is due to the difference in the scale of economies and the level of economic development. The constructed diagram of indicators of energy consumption and GDP by PPP in the countries of the world allows us to state a direct relationship between these indicators. It is shown that the more the economy produces gross domestic product, the more it processes raw materials and provides services, which, therefore, is accompanied by the consumption of energy resources and electrical energy. The difference in the characteristics of the total consumption of energy resources and electric energy in the countries of the world determines the need to implement a differentiated approach to the management of fuel and energy complexes and energy efficiency improvement processes. Within the framework of statistical data from various countries of the world, it is shown that the characteristics of consumption of primary energy resources used for electricity generation differ significantly not only within a static period, but also in dynamics reflecting changes in the structure of total demand in countries. In the process of developing energy policy in various countries of the world, it is necessary to take into account a number of important factors, primarily related to the scale of energy consumption, the structure of the fuel and energy complex, the dynamics of changes in energy consumption in different periods, as well as taking into account factors affecting such dynamics. The quality of the formation of energy policy, regulatory legal acts regulating the consumption of energy resources has a direct impact on the level of economic development of each country in the world and a separate territorial entity.
