PIANCENTINI, Alexandre Leonardo Simões in OpenAIREThis article, based on the theme Dimensions of Sustainability in the Budgets of the cities in Rondônia with the Highest Firjan Index of Municipal Development, aims to analyze the budget execution of the cities in the State of Rondônia, identifying in the budgets the amounts of expenses paid and the total of the relative functions to the dimensions of sustainability. Documentary research related to 2021 on the Finbra website and in the Firjan system was carried out, and, with the collected data, tables were structured for a better visualization of these data. There were high percentage differences in expenses paid among the dimensions and among the cities whose showed average was 54.85% in the social dimension, 7.42% in the economic dimension and 1.88% in the environmental dimension. They also showed cities with high Firjan indexes, classified as unsustainable, such as in the capital Porto Velho and in the city of Vilhena. In the statistical test, there was a correlation only in the environmental dimension with the independent variables and it showed positive and moderate strength. It is concluded that the public administration is important for the reallocation of resources for the sustainable balance between the cities and the studied dimensions, and, for that, it was proposed the readaptation of the model with the insertion of other variables in the social and economic dimension. Based on this intention, the reflection contributed to a more effective analysis of municipal sustainable public policies.

This article intends to emphasize the importance of people management for the sustainability of a Private Institution of Social Solidarity, and to give visibility to the role of Social Work in the technical management of these organizations. Based on a case study, a mixed, triangular, qualitative methodology was used, using a semi-directional interview conducted in the institutional and technical directions, and a quantitative methodology using two questionnaires, one applied to employees and the other to clients / users. At the same time, a documentary research and analysis was carried out. The results show that in the organization under analysis, the collaborator as primordial human capital contributes to the sustainability of the same. This is due to the ever-present perspective of humanization, which is mainly due to the strong appreciation of employees as individuals, and their satisfaction in receiving and accompanying clients / users and, consequently, in the services rendered to the outside community where the organization is inserted. The importance of implementing sustainable practices in buildings is duly proved and understood by the majority of the population. However, its implementation is not yet a reality. Some studies have been performed with the goal of understand this lack of use of sustainable solutions, among building sector stakeholders. The conclusion is that one of the main factors contributing to this is related with economic constraints. Several studies have proven that many sustainable practices correspond to minor costs than traditional practices in a life cycle perspective. However, the building sector stakeholders are not aware of this and do not implement sustainable practices commonly. In this paper a costâ benefit methodology willing to cross this barrier and promote the sustainable practices implementation is presented.

The objective was to examine the effects of negative externalities in the environment, address the Coase theorem, as regards the problem of definition of property rights. Additionally, the work explains the economic theory of externalities and illustrated with examples. It describes the behavior of economic externalities in production agriculture and shows in what way it creates inefficiency of the market. Subsequently, are evaluated some compensatory measures to correct these inefficiencies. Therefore, it is argued in favor of environmental preservation as a basic requirement of maintaining the sustained agricultural development. It follows that modernization of Brazilian agriculture has fundamental importance for the economic growth of the country, despite the fact that the priority given to increasing productivity may have motivated imbalances in the environment.

--------------------------------------------The present work looks to make a list of the presence or absence of equity capital like resource for the sustainability de of cooperatives agricultural industries.
