Authors: Kolenković, Stjepan;Ovim radom nastoji se prikazati stanje u hrvatskom mirovinskom sustavu, ispitati njegove prednosti i nedostatke, kao i njegov utjecaj na ukupno gospodarstvo Republike Hrvatske i njeno stanovništvo. Mirovinsko osiguranje spada među najbolje uređene sustave u svijetu u pogledu skrbi nad osiguranicima, no predstavlja veliki teret hrvatskom gospodarstvu i državi, te ga mnogi stručnjaci smatraju neodrživim. Na neodrživost, među ostalim čimbenicima utječu: nepovoljna demografska slika, migracije stanovništva, omjer osiguranika i zaposlenika, rast nezaposlenosti, pad BDP-a te loša ulaganja mirovinskih fondova. Svi navedeni čimbenici igraju golemu ulogu u funkcioniranju mirovinskog sustava, stoga će tokom rada biti detaljno izloženi. Republika Hrvatska bi pri reformi svog mirovinskog sustava mogla i trebala koristiti mjere koje su se pokazale korisnima i učinkovitima u mirovinskim sustavima drugih zemalja, a uključuju: podizanje dobne granice za odlazak u mirovinu, poticanje društva na politiku štednje, razvoj društvenog nataliteta kroz državne potpore i poticaje, poticanje mirovinske i financijske pismenosti. Ukoliko se navedene mjere pokažu nedovoljnima, na raspolaganju joj ostaju radikalnije mjere tipa nacionalizacije drugog mirovinskog stupa, djelomično ili u potpunosti, što su neke europske zemlje već provele u praksi. ; The content of this thesis tries to show the state of the Croatian pension system, examine its strengths and weaknesses, as well as its impact on the Croatian economy and its population. Pension system in the Republic of Croatia is among the best regulated systems in the world in terms of the welfare of the insured persons, but represents the great burden to the Croatian economy and the state; so many experts consider it unsustainable. Factors influencing the unsustainability of the pension system, among others, include: unfavourable demographic trend, migrations, ratio of the insured persons and employed persons, increase of unemployment, decline in GDP and bad investments of pension funds. All these factors play a huge role in functioning of the pension system, so they will be elaborated in detail. Upon reforming its pension system, Republic of Croatia could and should use measures that are proved beneficial and effective in pension systems of other states, including raising the age limit for retirement, stimulating society for savings policy, increase of birth rate using government subsidies and incentives, encouraging the financial literacy and pension information and communication. If these measures prove insufficient, there are radical measures, such as nationalizing of the second pension pillar, as some European countries have already implemented in practice.

Authors: Mijočević, Slađan;U ovom radu opisane su dinamičke metode ispitivanja metalnih materijala. Navedena je podjela ispitivanja mehaničkih svojstava materijala i njihov povijesni razvoj. Udarni rad loma je detaljno opisan kao i njegove metode ispitivanja. Također su navedeni i opisani faktori koji imaju utjecaj na žilavost materijala. U drugom dijelu rada opisan je umor materijala i teorije o nastanku pukotina uz dijagrame o dinamičkoj izdržljivosti. U ovom dijelu su također opisani strojevi za ispitivanje umaranjem te metode predviđanja umora materijala. ; In this work dynamic methods of testing metallic materials are described. The division of testing of mechanical properties of materials and their historical development is given. Impact energy is described in detail as well as its testing methods. Factors that have influence on the toughness of the material are also listed and described. In the second part of the work the material fatigue and the theory of crack formation are described with diagrams of dynamic durability. In this part fatigue testing machines are also described and methods for predicting material fatigue.

Authors: Barišić, Branimir;U radu je prikazan energetski pregled obiteljske kuće i način izrade energetskog certifikata za istu. Energetskim pregledom je ustanovljeno trenutno stanje građevine i popisani su svi potrošači, otvori i njihove dimenzije i dimenzije same kuće i pripadajućih prostorija. Nakon pregleda uslijedilo je prenošenje podataka i dimenzija sa papira u računalni program AutoCad gdje su jasno prikazani tlocrti kata i prizemlja. Analizom prikupljenih podataka i unosom istih u računalni program KI Expert Plus dobiveni su svi toplinski dobici, gubici i na kraju je dobiven certifikat. Kuća se nalazi u „E“ energetskom razredu. Na temelju rezultata predložene su mjere za poboljšanje učinkovitosti. Nakon implementacije svih tih mjera, ukupni gubici energije su smanjeni a time se i kuća nalazi u boljem enregetskom razredu. ; The paper presents an energy audit of a family home and how to produce an energy certificate for the same. The energy inspection has established the current state of the building and lists all consumers, openings and their dimensions and dimensions of the house itself and associated premises. The review was followed by the transfer of data and dimensions from paper to the AutoCad computer program, which clearly shows floor and ground floor plans. By analyzing the data collected and entering it into the computer program KI Expert Plus, all heat gains, losses were obtained and a certificate was finally obtained. The house is in "E" energy class. Based on the results, efficiency improvement measures are proposed. After implementing all these measures, the total energy losses are reduced and the house is in a better energy class.

Authors: Šeliga, Magdalena;Briga o okolišu postala je sve istaknutija u vladinim politikama posljednjih desetljeća. Veća upotreba javnog prijevoza sada se smatra ključnim sredstvom za postizanje poboljšane učinkovitosti u odnosu na ključne ekološke ciljeve poboljšanja kvalitete zraka u gradovima i smanjenja emisija stakleničkih plinova i zagušenja. Poboljšanje stupnja koordinacije sustava javnog prijevoza, ključno je sredstvo povećanja njegove privlačnosti, a time i razine korištenja. U posljednjem 20. stoljeću mnoge su vlade u razvijenim zemljama nastojale uvesti uključivanje privatnog sektora u pružanje usluga javnog prijevoza, usvajajući niz konkurentskih procesa. Tri vrste reformi u ovom kontekstu su privatizacija usluga i raspisivanje natječaja, privatizacija usluga i franšizing i deregulacija. U sva tri slučaja, vlada odlučuje dopustiti privatnim operaterima da vode usluge kojima su prethodno upravljala javna tijela. Razlika između vrsta reformi leži u stupnju i vrsti ovlasti za regulaciju i planiranje koje zadržava vlada. Cilj rada je predstaviti koncepte reforme javnog prijevoza Republike Hrvatske koji će se odvijati i kroz reforme javnog prijevoza na razini EU. Prometna politika EU-a utvrđena je Ugovorom o funkcioniranju EU-a. Bilo je to jedno od prvih područja u kojima je EU izrazila namjeru stvaranja zajedničkog tržišta, odnosno otvaranja prometnih mreža i uspostavljanja slobode pružanja prometnih usluga. Ključni dokumenti za definiranje ciljeva prometne politike EU-a su Bijele knjige koje Komisija objavljuje otprilike svakih deset godina. Najnovija bijela knjiga, ona iz 2011., postavlja mapu puta s deset ključnih ciljeva za uspostavu jedinstvenog europskog prometnog područja s konkurentnim i resursno učinkovitim prometnim sustavom. Brojni strateški dokumenti i politički dokumenti nadopunjuju i nadovezuju se na prioritete Bijele knjige iz 2011., kako za pojedinačne vidove prijevoza, tako i iz perspektive svih sektora.

Authors: Markotić, Luka;Električne instalacije su skup međusobno spojene niskonaponske električne opreme u nekom prostoru ili objektu sa zadaćom prijenosa električne energije koju preuzimaju s distribucijske mreže. Preko četiri osnovne grupe električnih instalacija, a to su elektroenergetske, gromobranske, telekomunikacijske i signalne, obavlja se prijenos energije od distributera pa do krajnjih potrošača. Svaki materijal i uređaj električnih instalacija ima svoju ulogu u tom procesu, a njihova uloga je detaljno opisana kroz rad. Električni vodovi su navedeni kao osnova svakog izvođenja instalacija. Kroz proračun osvjetljenja prikazana je potrebna osvijetljenost po prostorijama objekta, kao i tipovi svjetiljki. Zaštitne mjere od električnog udara, kao važan dio elektroenergetskog sustava, osiguravaju sigurno korištenje svih električnih trošila koji se napajaju na niskonaponskoj mreži. Predložen je tip uzemljenja za objekt i kroz proračun opterećenja prikazano opterećenje jednog kućanstva, kao i skupine kućanstava. Na praktičnom primjeru jedne obiteljske kuće, kroz nacrt i jednopolne sheme, prikazani su glavni segmenti električnih instalacija kao suma svega navedenog u samom radu. ; Electrical installations are a set of interconnected low-voltage electrical equipment in a space or facility with the task of transmitting electricity from a distribution network. Through four basic groups of electrical installations, namely power installations, lightning, telecommunication and signalling installations, energy is transferred from the distributor to the end consumers. Each electrical installation material and device has a role to play in the process, and their role is described in detail throughout the work. Power lines are listed as the basis for each installation. The illumination calculation shows the required illumination on the premises of the building, as well as the types of lamps. Authors: Zebić, Mislav;U radu je predstavljena jedna vrsta biogoriva koja se u svijetu sve više proizvodi, a u pitanju je bioetanol. U svijetu smo svjedoci sve većeg onečišćenja od strane fosilnih goriva, pa je stoga bilo potrebno razviti nekakvu alternativu fosilnim gorivima. Biogoriva se dobivaju iz biomase, odnosno obnovljivih sirovina koje su vrlo često otpad industrije, neiskorišteni dijelovi u poljoprivredi itd. Što se tiče bioetanola, postoje bioetanol 1. i 2. generacije. Proizvodi se većinom od šećerne trske i kukuruza, najviše u Brazilu i SAD-u. Nalazi veliku primjenu u svakodnevnom životu, najviše kao gorivo u mješavini sa benzinom u prijevozu. Jako je pogodan kao gorivo jer ne onečišćuje okoliš. U svijetu se, pa tako i u Hrvatskoj, sve više uključuju i same države u cilju poticanja proizvodnje jer se želi što više koristiti energije iz OIE. Hrvatska ima i svoj akcijski plan koji je napravila još prije ulaska u EU kojim planira uvođenje energije iz obnovljivih izvora u iznosu od 20 % do 2020. godine, ali se vidi da to kod nas još nije prepoznato. ; The paper presents a kind of biofuel that is increasingly produced in the world, and is bioethanol. In the world, we are witnessing increasing pollution by fossil fuels, and therefore an alternative to fossil fuels had to be developed. Biogas is derived from biomass, respectively renewable raw materials that are very often a waste industry, unused farms, etc. As for bioethanol, there are bioethanol 1 and 2 generations. It is made mostly of sugarcane and maize, mostly in Brazil and the USA. It finds great application in everyday life, mostly as fuel in a blend of gasoline in transport. It is very suitable as fuel because it does not pollute the environment. In the world, even in Croatia, more and more the state is involved in order to stimulate production because it wants to use more energy from the RSE. Croatia also has its own action plan before it joins the EU, which plans to introduce renewable energy sources in the amount of 20 % by 2020., but it can be seen that it has not been recognized by us yet.

Authors: Perak, Ante;Danas se biomasa sve više koristi kao zamjena za fosilna goriva. Drvna sječka je jedan od popularnijih oblika obnovljivih izvora energije u Hrvatskoj. Dobiva se sjeckanjem šumskih ostataka i ostataka iz drvne industrije. Sječku možemo razlikovati po karakteristikama, te o njima ovisi cijena i kvaliteta sječke. Skladištenje drvne sječke je od iznimne važnosti. Ako drvnu sječku skladištimo u lošim uvjetima može doći do truljenja ili samozapaljenja. Može se koristiti kao gorivo u kotlovima za proizvodnju električne i toplinske energije, za grijanje u stambenim zgradama, industriji i ostalim postrojenjima. ; Today biomass is increasingly used as a substitute for fossil fuels. Wood chips is one of the most popular forms of renewable energy sources in Croatia. Obtained by crushing forest residues and residues from the wood industry. Chips can be distinguished by characteristics, and on them depends the price and quality of chips. Storage of wood chips is of paramount importance. If wood chips are stored in poor conditions can get to decay or spontaneous combustion. It can be used as fuel in boilers to produce electricity and thermal energy for heating in residential buildings, industry and other plants.

Ekonomski fakultet u Osijeku. Authors: Wilhelm, Luka;Glavni cilj ovoga rada je pokušati pronaći rješenja za glavne probleme koji koče razvoj hrvatskog tržišta solarne opreme. Trgovina, kroz svoju funkciju informiranja potrošača predstavlja odgovor za najveću prepreku boljim poslovnim rezultatima: neinformiranost građana o solarnoj energiji. U radu se analizira značaj trgovine, njena uloga u gospodarstvu te se obrađuju funkcije trgovine sa posebnim naglaskom na procese prenošenja informacija o proizvodima prema potrošačima. Detaljno se analizira hrvatsko tržište solarne energije kroz vrste tvrtki koje postoje na tržištu (proizvođačke tvrtke, specijalizirane tvrtke za trgovinu solarnom opremom, tvrtke koje uz solarnu opremu prodaju i druge proizvode), najvažnije dobavljače, cijene i najvažnije elemente ponude. Ističe se tržišni lider i ponuda male solarne elektrane „ključ u ruke“, kao važna novost na hrvatskom tržištu, koja kupcima bitno olakšava i pojednostavljuje ulaganje u solarnu energiju. Prikazuje se kompleksna procedura kroz koju ulagač mora proći da bi dobio sve dozvole za korištenje solarne opreme, te opcije koje su mu na raspolaganju u tome procesu. Daju se osnove obnovljivih izvora energije koje su iskoristive u Republici Hrvatskoj, uz posebni naglasak na solarnu energiju. Prikazuje se opčenita situacija u proizvodnji solarne energije u Europskoj Uniji sa naglaskom na direktive Europske Komisije u vezi budućnosti obnovljivih izvora energije u Europi. Marketing je najmoćnije oružje za prenošenje informacija kupcima, a kada je riječ o solarnoj opremi, tvrtke se trebaju usredotočiti na osobnu prodaju, prezentacije i menadžment odnosa sa potrošačima. Edukacija o obnovljivih izvorima energije će produbiti interes građana za okoliš i razviti ljubav prema prirodi. Kada govorimo o energetskoj učinkovitosti u zgradarstvu, to obuhvaća sljedeće pozitivne mjere: korištenje manje količine energije za grijanje i za hlađenje prostora, za rasvjetu i ventilaciju, upotrebu obnovljivih izvora energije, uz zadržavanje udobnosti životnog prostora, ali i štiteći okoliš kojega smo nedjeljivi dio. Tijekom pisanja diplomskog rada „Projekt energetske obnove višestambene zgrade“ napravljen je pregled aktualnih Zakona i Pravilnika u skladu s kojima je izrađen i cjelokupni projekt koji uključuje brojne mjere kojima se postiže energetska učinkovitost dotad energetski neučinkovite višestambene zgrade. Riječ je o višestambenoj zgradi koja je sagrađena 1973. godine i koja se nalazi u Šibeniku. Temeljem toga predložene su atraktivne mjere za postizanje energetske učinkovitosti uz troškovnik. ; In modern present, energy efficiency and, above all, thermal insulation of buildings is an important topic. When we talk about energy efficiency in buildings, this includes the following positive measures: the use of less energy for space heating and cooling, lighting and ventilation, the use of renewable energy, while maintaining the comfort of living space, and protecting the environmnet. While writing this thesis, a review of current Laws and Ordinances was drafted in accordance with this whole project which inculdes a number of measures to achieve the energy efficiency of until then energy – inefficient multi – storey building. Attractive measures are proposed to achieve energy efficiency along with the cost estimate. It is a residential building built in 1973 and located in Šibenik.

The goal of this new form of management is sustainability, waste reduction, raising social responsibility and gaining a competitive edge. This thesis is based on a case study called „Održi me“. Authors: Kolenković, Stjepan;Ovim radom nastoji se prikazati stanje u hrvatskom mirovinskom sustavu, ispitati njegove prednosti i nedostatke, kao i njegov utjecaj na ukupno gospodarstvo Republike Hrvatske i njeno stanovništvo. Mirovinsko osiguranje spada među najbolje uređene sustave u svijetu u pogledu skrbi nad osiguranicima, no predstavlja veliki teret hrvatskom gospodarstvu i državi, te ga mnogi stručnjaci smatraju neodrživim. Na neodrživost, među ostalim čimbenicima utječu: nepovoljna demografska slika, migracije stanovništva, omjer osiguranika i zaposlenika, rast nezaposlenosti, pad BDP-a te loša ulaganja mirovinskih fondova. Svi navedeni čimbenici igraju golemu ulogu u funkcioniranju mirovinskog sustava, stoga će tokom rada biti detaljno izloženi. Republika Hrvatska bi pri reformi svog mirovinskog sustava mogla i trebala koristiti mjere koje su se pokazale korisnima i učinkovitima u mirovinskim sustavima drugih zemalja, a uključuju: podizanje dobne granice za odlazak u mirovinu, poticanje društva na politiku štednje, razvoj društvenog nataliteta kroz državne potpore i poticaje, poticanje mirovinske i financijske pismenosti. Ukoliko se navedene mjere pokažu nedovoljnima, na raspolaganju joj ostaju radikalnije mjere tipa nacionalizacije drugog mirovinskog stupa, djelomično ili u potpunosti, što su neke europske zemlje već provele u praksi. ; The content of this thesis tries to show the state of the Croatian pension system, examine its strengths and weaknesses, as well as its impact on the Croatian economy and its population. Pension system in the Republic of Croatia is among the best regulated systems in the world in terms of the welfare of the insured persons, but represents the great burden to the Croatian economy and the state; so many experts consider it unsustainable. Factors influencing the unsustainability of the pension system, among others, include: unfavourable demographic trend, migrations, ratio of the insured persons and employed persons, increase of unemployment, decline in GDP and bad investments of pension funds. All these factors play a huge role in functioning of the pension system, so they will be elaborated in detail. Upon reforming its pension system, Republic of Croatia could and should use measures that are proved beneficial and effective in pension systems of other states, including raising the age limit for retirement, stimulating society for savings policy, increase of birth rate using government subsidies and incentives, encouraging the financial literacy and pension information and communication. If these measures prove insufficient, there are radical measures, such as nationalizing of the second pension pillar, as some European countries have already implemented in practice.

U drugom dijelu rada opisan je umor materijala i teorije o nastanku pukotina uz dijagrame o dinamičkoj izdržljivosti. U ovom dijelu su također opisani strojevi za ispitivanje umaranjem te metode predviđanja umora materijala. ; In this work dynamic methods of testing metallic materials are described. The division of testing of mechanical properties of materials and their historical development is given. Impact energy is described in detail as well as its testing methods. Factors that have influence on the toughness of the material are also listed and described. In the second part of the work the material fatigue and the theory of crack formation are described with diagrams of dynamic durability. In this part fatigue testing machines are also described and methods for predicting material fatigue.

Authors: Barišić, Branimir;U radu je prikazan energetski pregled obiteljske kuće i način izrade energetskog certifikata za istu. Energetskim pregledom je ustanovljeno trenutno stanje građevine i popisani su svi potrošači, otvori i njihove dimenzije i dimenzije same kuće i pripadajućih prostorija. Nakon pregleda uslijedilo je prenošenje podataka i dimenzija sa papira u računalni program AutoCad gdje su jasno prikazani tlocrti kata i prizemlja. Analizom prikupljenih podataka i unosom istih u računalni program KI Expert Plus dobiveni su svi toplinski dobici, gubici i na kraju je dobiven certifikat. Kuća se nalazi u „E“ energetskom razredu. Na temelju rezultata predložene su mjere za poboljšanje učinkovitosti. Nakon implementacije svih tih mjera, ukupni gubici energije su smanjeni a time se i kuća nalazi u boljem enregetskom razredu. ; The paper presents an energy audit of a family home and how to produce an energy certificate for the same. The energy inspection has established the current state of the building and lists all consumers, openings and their dimensions and dimensions of the house itself and associated premises. The review was followed by the transfer of data and dimensions from paper to the AutoCad computer program, which clearly shows floor and ground floor plans. By analyzing the data collected and entering it into the computer program KI Expert Plus, all heat gains, losses were obtained and a certificate was finally obtained. The house is in "E" energy class. Based on the results, efficiency improvement measures are proposed. After implementing all these measures, the total energy losses are reduced and the house is in a better energy class.

Veća upotreba javnog prijevoza sada se smatra ključnim sredstvom za postizanje poboljšane učinkovitosti u odnosu na ključne ekološke ciljeve poboljšanja kvalitete zraka u gradovima i smanjenja emisija stakleničkih plinova i zagušenja. Poboljšanje stupnja koordinacije sustava javnog prijevoza, ključno je sredstvo povećanja njegove privlačnosti, a time i razine korištenja. U posljednjem 20. stoljeću mnoge su vlade u razvijenim zemljama nastojale uvesti uključivanje privatnog sektora u pružanje usluga javnog prijevoza, usvajajući niz konkurentskih procesa. Tri vrste reformi u ovom kontekstu su privatizacija usluga i raspisivanje natječaja, privatizacija usluga i franšizing i deregulacija. U sva tri slučaja, vlada odlučuje dopustiti privatnim operaterima da vode usluge kojima su prethodno upravljala javna tijela. Razlika između vrsta reformi leži u stupnju i vrsti ovlasti za regulaciju i planiranje koje zadržava vlada. Cilj rada je predstaviti koncepte reforme javnog prijevoza Republike Hrvatske koji će se odvijati i kroz reforme javnog prijevoza na razini EU. Prometna politika EU-a utvrđena je Ugovorom o funkcioniranju EU-a. Bilo je to jedno od prvih područja u kojima je EU izrazila namjeru stvaranja zajedničkog tržišta, odnosno otvaranja prometnih mreža i uspostavljanja slobode pružanja prometnih usluga. Ključni dokumenti za definiranje ciljeva prometne politike EU-a su Bijele knjige koje Komisija objavljuje otprilike svakih deset godina. Najnovija bijela knjiga, ona iz 2011., postavlja mapu puta s deset ključnih ciljeva za uspostavu jedinstvenog europskog prometnog područja s konkurentnim i resursno učinkovitim prometnim sustavom. Brojni strateški dokumenti i politički dokumenti nadopunjuju i nadovezuju se na prioritete Bijele knjige iz 2011., kako za pojedinačne vidove prijevoza, tako i iz perspektive svih sektora.

Authors: Markotić, Luka;Električne instalacije su skup međusobno spojene niskonaponske električne opreme u nekom prostoru ili objektu sa zadaćom prijenosa električne energije koju preuzimaju s distribucijske mreže. Preko četiri osnovne grupe električnih instalacija, a to su elektroenergetske, gromobranske, telekomunikacijske i signalne, obavlja se prijenos energije od distributera pa do krajnjih potrošača. Svaki materijal i uređaj električnih instalacija ima svoju ulogu u tom procesu, a njihova uloga je detaljno opisana kroz rad. Električni vodovi su navedeni kao osnova svakog izvođenja instalacija. Kroz proračun osvjetljenja prikazana je potrebna osvijetljenost po prostorijama objekta, kao i tipovi svjetiljki. Zaštitne mjere od električnog udara, kao važan dio elektroenergetskog sustava, osiguravaju sigurno korištenje svih električnih trošila koji se napajaju na niskonaponskoj mreži. Predložen je tip uzemljenja za objekt i kroz proračun opterećenja prikazano opterećenje jednog kućanstva, kao i skupine kućanstava. Through four basic groups of electrical installations, namely power installations, lightning, telecommunication and signalling installations, energy is transferred from the distributor to the end consumers. Each electrical installation material and device has a role to play in the process, and their role is described in detail throughout the work. Authors: Zebić, Mislav;U radu je predstavljena jedna vrsta biogoriva koja se u svijetu sve više proizvodi, a u pitanju je bioetanol. U svijetu smo svjedoci sve većeg onečišćenja od strane fosilnih goriva, pa je stoga bilo potrebno razviti nekakvu alternativu fosilnim gorivima. Biogoriva se dobivaju iz biomase, odnosno obnovljivih sirovina koje su vrlo često otpad industrije, neiskorišteni dijelovi u poljoprivredi itd. Što se tiče bioetanola, postoje bioetanol 1. i 2. generacije. Proizvodi se većinom od šećerne trske i kukuruza, najviše u Brazilu i SAD-u. Nalazi veliku primjenu u svakodnevnom životu, najviše kao gorivo u mješavini sa benzinom u prijevozu. Jako je pogodan kao gorivo jer ne onečišćuje okoliš. U svijetu se, pa tako i u Hrvatskoj, sve više uključuju i same države u cilju poticanja proizvodnje jer se želi što više koristiti energije iz OIE. Hrvatska ima i svoj akcijski plan koji je napravila još prije ulaska u EU kojim planira uvođenje energije iz obnovljivih izvora u iznosu od 20 % do 2020. godine, ali se vidi da to kod nas još nije prepoznato. ; The paper presents a kind of biofuel that is increasingly produced in the world, and is bioethanol. In the world, we are witnessing increasing pollution by fossil fuels, and therefore an alternative to fossil fuels had to be developed. Biogas is derived from biomass, respectively renewable raw materials that are very often a waste industry, unused farms, etc. As for bioethanol, there are bioethanol 1 and 2 generations. It is made mostly of sugarcane and maize, mostly in Brazil and the USA. It finds great application in everyday life, mostly as fuel in a blend of gasoline in transport. It is very suitable as fuel because it does not pollute the environment. In the world, even in Croatia, more and more the state is involved in order to stimulate production because it wants to use more energy from the RSE. Croatia also has its own action plan before it joins the EU, which plans to introduce renewable energy sources in the amount of 20 % by 2020., but it can be seen that it has not been recognized by us yet.

Authors: Perak, Ante;Danas se biomasa sve više koristi kao zamjena za fosilna goriva. Drvna sječka je jedan od popularnijih oblika obnovljivih izvora energije u Hrvatskoj. Dobiva se sjeckanjem šumskih ostataka i ostataka iz drvne industrije. Sječku možemo razlikovati po karakteristikama, te o njima ovisi cijena i kvaliteta sječke. Skladištenje drvne sječke je od iznimne važnosti. Ako drvnu sječku skladištimo u lošim uvjetima može doći do truljenja ili samozapaljenja. Može se koristiti kao gorivo u kotlovima za proizvodnju električne i toplinske energije, za grijanje u stambenim zgradama, industriji i ostalim postrojenjima. ; Today biomass is increasingly used as a substitute for fossil fuels. Wood chips is one of the most popular forms of renewable energy sources in Croatia. Obtained by crushing forest residues and residues from the wood industry. Chips can be distinguished by characteristics, and on them depends the price and quality of chips. Storage of wood chips is of paramount importance. If wood chips are stored in poor conditions can get to decay or spontaneous combustion. It can be used as fuel in boilers to produce electricity and thermal energy for heating in residential buildings, industry and other plants.

Trgovina, kroz svoju funkciju informiranja potrošača predstavlja odgovor za najveću prepreku boljim poslovnim rezultatima: neinformiranost građana o solarnoj energiji. U radu se analizira značaj trgovine, njena uloga u gospodarstvu te se obrađuju funkcije trgovine sa posebnim naglaskom na procese prenošenja informacija o proizvodima prema potrošačima. Detaljno se analizira hrvatsko tržište solarne energije kroz vrste tvrtki koje postoje na tržištu (proizvođačke tvrtke, specijalizirane tvrtke za trgovinu solarnom opremom, tvrtke koje uz solarnu opremu prodaju i druge proizvode), najvažnije dobavljače, cijene i najvažnije elemente ponude. Ističe se tržišni lider i ponuda male solarne elektrane „ključ u ruke“, kao važna novost na hrvatskom tržištu, koja kupcima bitno olakšava i pojednostavljuje ulaganje u solarnu energiju. Prikazuje se kompleksna procedura kroz koju ulagač mora proći da bi dobio sve dozvole za korištenje solarne opreme, te opcije koje su mu na raspolaganju u tome procesu. Daju se osnove obnovljivih izvora energije koje su iskoristive u Republici Hrvatskoj, uz posebni naglasak na solarnu energiju. Prikazuje se opčenita situacija u proizvodnji solarne energije u Europskoj Uniji sa naglaskom na direktive Europske Komisije u vezi budućnosti obnovljivih izvora energije u Europi. Marketing je najmoćnije oružje za prenošenje informacija kupcima, a kada je riječ o solarnoj opremi, tvrtke se trebaju usredotočiti na osobnu prodaju, prezentacije i menadžment odnosa sa potrošačima. Edukacija o obnovljivih izvorima energije će produbiti interes građana za okoliš i razviti ljubav prema prirodi. Authors: Livaić, Mateo;U modernoj današnjici, energetska učinkovitost i, povrh toga, toplinska zaštita zgrada važna je tema. Kada govorimo o energetskoj učinkovitosti u zgradarstvu, to obuhvaća sljedeće pozitivne mjere: korištenje manje količine energije za grijanje i za hlađenje prostora, za rasvjetu i ventilaciju, upotrebu obnovljivih izvora energije, uz zadržavanje udobnosti životnog prostora, ali i štiteći okoliš kojega smo nedjeljivi dio. Tijekom pisanja diplomskog rada „Projekt energetske obnove višestambene zgrade“ napravljen je pregled aktualnih Zakona i Pravilnika u skladu s kojima je izrađen i cjelokupni projekt koji uključuje brojne mjere kojima se postiže energetska učinkovitost dotad energetski neučinkovite višestambene zgrade. Riječ je o višestambenoj zgradi koja je sagrađena 1973. godine i koja se nalazi u Šibeniku. Temeljem toga predložene su atraktivne mjere za postizanje energetske učinkovitosti uz troškovnik. ; In modern present, energy efficiency and, above all, thermal insulation of buildings is an important topic. When we talk about energy efficiency in buildings, this includes the following positive measures: the use of less energy for space heating and cooling, lighting and ventilation, the use of renewable energy, while maintaining the comfort of living space, and protecting the environmnet. While writing this thesis, a review of current Laws and Ordinances was drafted in accordance with this whole project which inculdes a number of measures to achieve the energy efficiency of until then energy – inefficient multi – storey building. Attractive measures are proposed to achieve energy efficiency along with the cost estimate. It is a residential building built in 1973 and located in Šibenik.

Razvojem novih oblika upravljanja i spajanjem menadžmenta s temama koje se bave zaštitom okoliša stvara se novi oblik društveno-korisnog menadžmenta koji za cilj ima održivost, smanjenje otpada, društvenu odgovornosti i stjecanje konkurentske prednosti. Ovaj završni rad temelji se na studiji slučaja, tj. projektu Održi me čija je svrha edukacija o zaštiti okoliša koja se postiže dijalogom i razmjenom ideja neprofitnih organizacija i organizacija ci-vilnog društva koje se bave istom problematikom. ; Project management is a relatively new form of management. It is found in all segments of cultural and creative industries and entrepeneurial and creative organizations. Project mana-gement has also been implemented in cultural management in recent years. A new form of socially beneficial management can be created by developing new ways of structuring projects and connecting management with problems dealing with environmental protection. The goal of this new form of management is sustainability, waste reduction, raising social responsibility and gaining a competitive edge. This thesis is based on a case study called „Održi me“. The goal of that project was to educate people on environmental protection which can be accom-plished with a dialogue and an exchange of ideas between nonprofit and non-governmental organizations.
