    Authors: Pereira Ortiz, María Sofía;

    El proyecto “Mejoras en la comunicación ambiental: estrategias integrativas para transmitir beneficios de programas de bonos de carbono en el Municipio de Yopal, Departamento de Casanare”, surge gracias a la necesidad de impulsar la sostenibilidad ambiental y fomentar la participación activa de la comunidad yopaleña, en la lucha contra el cambio climático. En un periodo de 4 meses, este proyecto tiene como objetivo conocer cuál es la forma más efectiva de comunicar los beneficios de los bonos de carbono a la población local, paraaumentar el índice de participación en este tipo de alternativas que contribuyen a la disminución de la huella de carbono. El primer paso de este proceso de investigación es identificar las principales actividades económicas en el área objeto de estudio, donde se destaca la industria petrolera y la ganadería como fuentes importantes de ingresos. A pesar de su importancia en la economía del sector, su índice de contaminación es bastante elevado. Por lo tanto, “Mejoras en la comunicación ambiental” propone como estrategia para mitigar y reducir los impactos negativos, la divulgación de información sobre los bonos de carbono. Este proyecto se centra en comunicar efectivamente los beneficios de esta alternativa a través de diversas estrategias adaptadas a la localidad. Entre estas se encuentra el uso de herramientas tecnológicas para la creación de afiches, encuestas y charlas locales en lugares de interés público. A través de este proyecto se busca resolver la siguiente pregunta problema: ¿cuáles serían las formas más efectivas de comunicar los beneficios económicos y ambientales de participar en programas de bonos de carbono a la comunidad local? Al conocer la respuesta de esta incógnita se puede implementar la opción que tenga mejor porcentaje de recepción por parte de la comunidad y así expandir el conocimiento sobre la sostenibilidad de manera más acertada y concisa. “Mejoras en la comunicación ambiental: estrategias integrativas para transmitir beneficios de programas de bonos de carbono en el Municipio de Yopal, Departamento de Casanare”, además de buscar cambiar el rumbo de Yopal para convertirla en una ciudad más consciente y ambientalista, también aspira empoderar a sus ciudadanos para que sean parte activa de un futuro más sostenible, diverso y económicamente favorable para el departamento de Casanare y sus alrededores. The project “Improvements in Environmental Communication: Integrative Strategies to Convey the Benefits of Carbon Credit Programs in the Municipality of Yopal, Casanare Department” arises from the need to promote environmental sustainability and encourage active community participation in the fight against climate change. Over a period of 4 months, this project aims to identify the most effective way to communicate the benefits of carbon credits to the local population, in order to increase participation in this type of initiative that helps reduce the carbon footprint. The project “Improvements in Environmental Communication: Integrative Strategies to Convey the Benefits of Carbon Credit Programs in the Municipality of Yopal, Casanare Department” arises from the need to promote environmental sustainability and encourage active community participation in the fight against climate change. Over a period of 4 months, this project aims to identify the most effective way to communicate the benefits of carbon credits to the local population, in order to increase participation in this type of initiative that helps reduce the carbon footprint. The first step in this research process is to identify the main economic activities in the study area, where the oil industry and livestock farming are highlighted as important sources of income. Despite their economic importance, these industries have a high pollution index. Therefore, “Improvements in Environmental Communication” proposes the dissemination of information about carbon credits as a strategy to mitigate and reduce negative environmental impacts. This project focuses on effectively communicating the benefits of this alternative through various strategies tailored to the local context. Among these strategies are the use of technological tools for creating posters, surveys, and local talks in public interest spaces. Through this project, the goal is to address the following research question: What are the most effective ways to communicate the economic and environmental benefits of participating in carbon credit programs to the local community? By understanding the most effective approach, the option with the best reception by the community can be implemented, thereby expanding knowledge on sustainability in a more accurate and concise way. In addition to aiming to change the direction of Yopal and make it a more environmentally conscious city, “Improvements in Environmental Communication” also aspires to empower its citizens to actively contribute to a more sustainable, diverse, and economically favorable future for Casanare and its surrounding areas.     Authors: Nova Parra, Wilson Eduardo;

    Colombia enfrenta un desafío significativo en lo que respecta al suministro de energía confiable y de alta calidad en la región caribe colombiana. Un ejemplo de estas dificultades se encuentra en el sector comercial de distribución de combustibles en Barranquilla, Atlántico. Para abordar esta problemática, se está llevando a cabo un estudio de viabilidad técnica con el objetivo de implementar fuentes de energía renovable, específicamente paneles solares. Dado que Barranquilla goza de una ubicación geográfica propicia, dispone gran parte del año de energía solar, una de las fuentes más abundantes y respetuosas con el medio ambiente. La idea principal es aprovechar este recurso de energía solar mediante la instalación de paneles solares para garantizar un suministro constante de energía en comercios dedicados a la venta y distribución minorista de combustibles. Esto, a su vez, contribuirá a mejorar la calidad de los servicios que se prestan al público y facilitar las actividades operativas de los propietarios de las estaciones de servicio. Colombia faces a significant challenge regarding the supply of reliable and high quality energy in the Colombian Caribbean region. An example of these difficulties is found in the commercial fuel distribution sector in Barranquilla, Atlántico. To address this problem, a technical feasibility study is being carried out to implement renewable energy sources, specifically solar panels. Given that Barranquilla enjoys a favorable geographical location, solar energy, one of the most abundant and environmentally friendly sources of energy, is available for a large part of the year. The main idea is to take advantage of this solar energy resource by installing solar panels to ensure a constant supply of energy for businesses that sell and distribute fuels at retail. This, in turn, will help improve the quality of services provided to the public and facilitate the operational activities of service station owners.     Authors: Rincón Martínez, Adriana Cecilia;

    Actualmente, las Estaciones de la Policía Nacional de Colombia, que se encuentran en servicio; carecen en su gran mayoría de condiciones básicas de bienestar térmico debido a que el diseño de las edificaciones no ha tenido en cuenta en su concepción las condiciones del clima, ni las determinantes físicas del sitio donde fueron implantadas, dando como resultado edificaciones poco eficientes en su ejecución térmica y obligando a sus ocupantes a desarrollar por sí mismos modificaciones sobre las edificaciones para contrarrestar el disconfort en el que se encuentran. Es así como en el sector eléctrico en Colombia está dominado por generación de energía hidráulica (66% de la producción) y generación térmica (33%). Las grandes plantas de energía hidráulica y térmica dominan los planes de expansión actuales. Currently, the Police Stations of the Colombian National Police, which are in service; the vast majority lack basic conditions of thermal well-being because the design of the buildings has not taken into account in its conception the weather conditions, nor the physical determinants of the site where they were implanted, resulting in inefficient buildings in their thermal execution and forcing its occupants to develop modifications on their own buildings to counteract the discomfort in which they are. This is how in the electricity sector in Colombia it is dominated by hydraulic energy generation (66% of production) and thermal generation (33%). Large hydro and thermal power plants dominate current expansion plans. Magíster en Proyectos de Desarrollo Sostenible

    Authors: Acosta Cifuentes, Camilo; Antelis Lizcano, Deiber Alexander; Beltran Novoa, Cesar Humberto;

    Por varios años las diferentes actividades del ser humano han impactado negativamente el medio ambiente y siendo una de ellas el fenómeno del consumismo, obligando a la sociedad a emplear más recursos de los que necesitaba y a producir más desechos de los que el planeta podía soportar, esto provocó (Soto, 2020). Sin embargo, las tendencias de consumo y por tanto de producción han ido cambiando vertiginosamente, en la actualidad y debido a diversos factores, en los que prima el económico: productos y servicios más costosos, mayor inflación y, también, una mayor conciencia ambiental: economía circular, sostenibilidad, han hecho que los consumidores cambien sus formas de consumo “Uno de los principales factores que impulsará estos cambios es la creciente importancia de la sostenibilidad en la toma de decisiones de compra. A medida que los consumidores se vuelven más conscientes del impacto ambiental y social de sus compras, es probable que busquen marcas que compartan sus valores y ofrezcan opciones más sostenibles” (Ocerin, 2022). Pese a esa tendencia actual, el consumismo que prevaleció en tiempos anteriores contribuyó a la sobreproducción de residuos y a la contaminación producto de los procesos industriales necesarios para la transformación de materias primas, estas a su vez derivan en un aumento de la huella ambiental, que ha dejado de ser un problema individual para convertirse en una problemática socioeconómica de alcance global. “De acuerdo con una investigación realizada por Oxfam y el Instituto del Medio Ambiente de Estocolmo (SEI), entre los años 1990 y 2015, el 10% más rico del planeta (cerca de 630 millones de personas) fue responsable del 52% de las emisiones de carbono. En contraste, el 50% más pobre (cerca de 3 mil 100 millones) generó tan solo el 7% de emisiones”.(Greenpeace México, 2020). A nivel mundial la preocupación por el cambio climático ha aumentado, es por esto que qué diferentes organizaciones e instituciones estatales han volcado su interés en la disminución de la huella de carbono, entendida como “la cantidad de gases de efecto invernadero emitidos a la atmósfera derivados de las actividades de producción o consumo de bienes y servicios de los seres humanos, variando su alcance, desde un mirada simplista que contempla sólo las emisiones directas de CO2, a otras más complejas, asociadas al ciclo de vida completo de las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero, incluyendo la elaboración de materias primas y el destino final del producto y sus respectivos embalajes”(CEPAL - Francia, 2010). Conocer la medida del impacto que causan las acciones individuales y colectivas ha permitido que las personas, instituciones, colectivos y organizaciones adquieran conciencia sobre la importancia de cambiar acciones para disminuir esta huella. Incluso Naciones Unidas en 2015 desarrolló una serie de Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible ODS, con diferentes objetivos, entre ellos proteger el planeta, “Los Objetivos de desarrollo sostenible son el plan maestro para conseguir un futuro sostenible para todos” (Naciones Unidas, s. f.-d). Teniendo en cuenta el panorama anterior surge Re Verde Siendo como una iniciativa de impacto que a través de su variado portafolio que incluye siembra y monitoreo de árboles, una aplicación gratuita para medir la huella de carbono, venta de bonos, un sistema de monitoreo y geolocalización de las especies arbóreas, emisión de certificados por medio de blockchain y campañas para el cuidado del medio ambiente, busca mitigar el deterioro del medio ambiente. El objetivo principal del proyecto es la elaboración de un plan de negocio para la creación de una empresa que brinde alternativas para la mitigación y/o compensación de la huella de carbono, como la siembra de árboles nativos y que a la vez contribuya a la reforestación de territorio, todo esto respaldado por un complemento tecnológico que permite en tiempo real medir el impacto de nuestras rutinas diarias, sensibilizando y generando acciones concretas, asegurando la transición a la sostenibilidad. Al identificar las principales problemáticas ambiental y también teniendo presente el actual y muy creciente interés y apoyo de las personas y organizaciones por recuperar, proteger y cuidar el medio ambiente, el plan de negocio utiliza la metodología del Design Thinkng (Pensamiento de Diseño), “es un enfoque de innovación centrado en el ser humano que se basa en el conjunto de herramientas del diseñador para integrar las necesidades de las personas, las posibilidades de la tecnología y los requisitos para el éxito empresarial." (Brown, 2008). Como lo son empatizar, en la medida en que se da la respuesta o solución a una problemática por medio de un análisis donde se escuchan opiniones de clientes potenciales y se conocen sus puntos de vista, la definición del plan de negocio y la ideación del producto o servicio que tenga valores agregados que lo hagan competitivo en el mercado, Re Verde Siendo busca convertirse en una alternativa atractiva para la compensación y disminución de la huella de carbono. Dentro del proceso llevado a cabo y luego de avanzar en la fase entendimiento y empatía propuesta por Design Thinking, se evidenció que las personas naturales están dispuestas a invertir en la siembra de árboles como una alternativa para compensar su huella de carbono y contribuir al mejoramiento del entorno ambiental. Es de esta manera como nace Re Verde Siendo, un plan de negocio innovador que busca dar esperanza y alternativas hacia la transición a la sostenibilidad a las generaciones actuales y futuras. For several years the different activities of the human being have negatively impacted the environment and one of them is the phenomenon of consumerism, forcing society to use more resources than it needed and to produce more waste than the planet could bear, this provoked (Soto, 2020) . However, consumption trends and therefore production have been changing rapidly, at present and due to various factors, in which the economic one prevails: more expensive products and services, higher inflation and, also, greater environmental awareness: circular economy, sustainability, have made consumers change their ways of consumption “One of the main factors that will drive these changes is the growing importance of sustainability in purchasing decision-making. As consumers become more aware of the environmental and social impact of their purchases, they are likely to look for brands that share their values and offer more sustainable options” (Ocerin, 2022). Despite this current trend, the consumerism that prevailed in earlier times contributed to the overproduction of waste and pollution resulting from the industrial processes necessary for the transformation of raw materials, these in turn lead to an increase in the environmental footprint, which has ceased to be an individual problem to become a global socioeconomic problem. “According to research carried out by Oxfam and the Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI), between 1990 and 2015, the richest 10% of the planet (close to 630 million people) were responsible for 52% of the carbon emissions. In contrast, the poorest 50% (close to 3.1 billion) generated only 7% of emissions” (Greenpeace Mexico, 2020). Globally, concern about climate change has increased, which is why different organizations and state institutions have turned their interest in reducing the carbon footprint, understood as "the amount of greenhouse gases emitted into the atmosphere derived from of the activities of production or consumption of goods and services of human beings, varying its scope, from a simplistic view that contemplates only direct CO2 emissions, to other more complex ones, associated with the complete life cycle of greenhouse gas emissions. greenhouse effect, including the production of raw materials and the final destination of the product and its respective packaging” (CEPAL - France, 2010). Knowing the extent of the impact caused by individual and collective actions has allowed people, institutions, groups and organizations to become aware of the importance of changing actions to reduce this footprint. Even the United Nations in 2015 developed a series of Sustainable Development Goals SDGs, with different objectives, including protecting the planet, "The Sustainable Development Goals are the master plan to achieve a sustainable future for all" (United Nations, s. f.-d ). Taking into account the previous panorama, Re Verde arises as an impact initiative that through its varied portfolio that includes tree planting and monitoring, a free application to measure the carbon footprint, sale of bonds, a monitoring and geolocation system of tree species, issuance of certificates through blockchain and campaigns for the care of the environment, seeks to mitigate the deterioration of the environment. The main objective of the project is the elaboration of a business plan for the creation of a company that provides alternatives for the mitigation and/or compensation of the carbon footprint, such as the planting of native trees and that at the same time contributes to reforestation. of territory, all of this backed by a technological complement that allows us to measure the impact of our daily routines in real time, raising awareness and generating concrete actions, ensuring the transition to sustainability. By identifying the main environmental problems and also taking into account the current and very growing interest and support of people and organizations to recover, protect and care for the environment, the business plan uses the Design Thinking methodology, " It is a human-centered approach to innovation that draws on the designer's toolkit to integrate the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success." (Brown, 2008). As are empathizing, to the extent that the answer or solution to a problem is given through an analysis where the opinions of potential clients are heard and their points of view are known, the definition of the business plan and the ideation of the product or service that has added values that make it competitive in the market, Re Verde Being seeks to become an attractive alternative for offsetting and reducing the carbon footprint. Within the process carried out and after advancing in the understanding and empathy phase proposed by Design Thinking, it was evidenced that natural persons are willing to invest in planting trees as an alternative to offset their carbon footprint and contribute to improving the environment. ambient setting. This is how Re Verde Being was born, an innovative business plan that seeks to give hope and alternatives towards the transition to sustainability for current and future generations.     Authors: Pereira Ortiz, María Sofía;

    El proyecto “Mejoras en la comunicación ambiental: estrategias integrativas para transmitir beneficios de programas de bonos de carbono en el Municipio de Yopal, Departamento de Casanare”, surge gracias a la necesidad de impulsar la sostenibilidad ambiental y fomentar la participación activa de la comunidad yopaleña, en la lucha contra el cambio climático. En un periodo de 4 meses, este proyecto tiene como objetivo conocer cuál es la forma más efectiva de comunicar los beneficios de los bonos de carbono a la población local, paraaumentar el índice de participación en este tipo de alternativas que contribuyen a la disminución de la huella de carbono. El primer paso de este proceso de investigación es identificar las principales actividades económicas en el área objeto de estudio, donde se destaca la industria petrolera y la ganadería como fuentes importantes de ingresos. A pesar de su importancia en la economía del sector, su índice de contaminación es bastante elevado. Por lo tanto, “Mejoras en la comunicación ambiental” propone como estrategia para mitigar y reducir los impactos negativos, la divulgación de información sobre los bonos de carbono. Este proyecto se centra en comunicar efectivamente los beneficios de esta alternativa a través de diversas estrategias adaptadas a la localidad. Entre estas se encuentra el uso de herramientas tecnológicas para la creación de afiches, encuestas y charlas locales en lugares de interés público. A través de este proyecto se busca resolver la siguiente pregunta problema: ¿cuáles serían las formas más efectivas de comunicar los beneficios económicos y ambientales de participar en programas de bonos de carbono a la comunidad local? Al conocer la respuesta de esta incógnita se puede implementar la opción que tenga mejor porcentaje de recepción por parte de la comunidad y así expandir el conocimiento sobre la sostenibilidad de manera más acertada y concisa. “Mejoras en la comunicación ambiental: estrategias integrativas para transmitir beneficios de programas de bonos de carbono en el Municipio de Yopal, Departamento de Casanare”, además de buscar cambiar el rumbo de Yopal para convertirla en una ciudad más consciente y ambientalista, también aspira empoderar a sus ciudadanos para que sean parte activa de un futuro más sostenible, diverso y económicamente favorable para el departamento de Casanare y sus alrededores. The project “Improvements in Environmental Communication: Integrative Strategies to Convey the Benefits of Carbon Credit Programs in the Municipality of Yopal, Casanare Department” arises from the need to promote environmental sustainability and encourage active community participation in the fight against climate change. Over a period of 4 months, this project aims to identify the most effective way to communicate the benefits of carbon credits to the local population, in order to increase participation in this type of initiative that helps reduce the carbon footprint. The project “Improvements in Environmental Communication: Integrative Strategies to Convey the Benefits of Carbon Credit Programs in the Municipality of Yopal, Casanare Department” arises from the need to promote environmental sustainability and encourage active community participation in the fight against climate change. Over a period of 4 months, this project aims to identify the most effective way to communicate the benefits of carbon credits to the local population, in order to increase participation in this type of initiative that helps reduce the carbon footprint. The first step in this research process is to identify the main economic activities in the study area, where the oil industry and livestock farming are highlighted as important sources of income. Despite their economic importance, these industries have a high pollution index. Therefore, “Improvements in Environmental Communication” proposes the dissemination of information about carbon credits as a strategy to mitigate and reduce negative environmental impacts. This project focuses on effectively communicating the benefits of this alternative through various strategies tailored to the local context. Among these strategies are the use of technological tools for creating posters, surveys, and local talks in public interest spaces. Through this project, the goal is to address the following research question: What are the most effective ways to communicate the economic and environmental benefits of participating in carbon credit programs to the local community? By understanding the most effective approach, the option with the best reception by the community can be implemented, thereby expanding knowledge on sustainability in a more accurate and concise way. In addition to aiming to change the direction of Yopal and make it a more environmentally conscious city, “Improvements in Environmental Communication” also aspires to empower its citizens to actively contribute to a more sustainable, diverse, and economically favorable future for Casanare and its surrounding areas.     Authors: Nova Parra, Wilson Eduardo;

    Colombia enfrenta un desafío significativo en lo que respecta al suministro de energía confiable y de alta calidad en la región caribe colombiana. Un ejemplo de estas dificultades se encuentra en el sector comercial de distribución de combustibles en Barranquilla, Atlántico. Para abordar esta problemática, se está llevando a cabo un estudio de viabilidad técnica con el objetivo de implementar fuentes de energía renovable, específicamente paneles solares. Dado que Barranquilla goza de una ubicación geográfica propicia, dispone gran parte del año de energía solar, una de las fuentes más abundantes y respetuosas con el medio ambiente. La idea principal es aprovechar este recurso de energía solar mediante la instalación de paneles solares para garantizar un suministro constante de energía en comercios dedicados a la venta y distribución minorista de combustibles. Esto, a su vez, contribuirá a mejorar la calidad de los servicios que se prestan al público y facilitar las actividades operativas de los propietarios de las estaciones de servicio. Colombia faces a significant challenge regarding the supply of reliable and high quality energy in the Colombian Caribbean region. An example of these difficulties is found in the commercial fuel distribution sector in Barranquilla, Atlántico. To address this problem, a technical feasibility study is being carried out to implement renewable energy sources, specifically solar panels. Given that Barranquilla enjoys a favorable geographical location, solar energy, one of the most abundant and environmentally friendly sources of energy, is available for a large part of the year. The main idea is to take advantage of this solar energy resource by installing solar panels to ensure a constant supply of energy for businesses that sell and distribute fuels at retail. This, in turn, will help improve the quality of services provided to the public and facilitate the operational activities of service station owners.     Authors: Rincón Martínez, Adriana Cecilia;

    Authors: Acosta Cifuentes, Camilo; Antelis Lizcano, Deiber Alexander; Beltran Novoa, Cesar Humberto;

    Por varios años las diferentes actividades del ser humano han impactado negativamente el medio ambiente y siendo una de ellas el fenómeno del consumismo, obligando a la sociedad a emplear más recursos de los que necesitaba y a producir más desechos de los que el planeta podía soportar, esto provocó (Soto, 2020). Sin embargo, las tendencias de consumo y por tanto de producción han ido cambiando vertiginosamente, en la actualidad y debido a diversos factores, en los que prima el económico: productos y servicios más costosos, mayor inflación y, también, una mayor conciencia ambiental: economía circular, sostenibilidad, han hecho que los consumidores cambien sus formas de consumo “Uno de los principales factores que impulsará estos cambios es la creciente importancia de la sostenibilidad en la toma de decisiones de compra. A medida que los consumidores se vuelven más conscientes del impacto ambiental y social de sus compras, es probable que busquen marcas que compartan sus valores y ofrezcan opciones más sostenibles” (Ocerin, 2022). Pese a esa tendencia actual, el consumismo que prevaleció en tiempos anteriores contribuyó a la sobreproducción de residuos y a la contaminación producto de los procesos industriales necesarios para la transformación de materias primas, estas a su vez derivan en un aumento de la huella ambiental, que ha dejado de ser un problema individual para convertirse en una problemática socioeconómica de alcance global. “De acuerdo con una investigación realizada por Oxfam y el Instituto del Medio Ambiente de Estocolmo (SEI), entre los años 1990 y 2015, el 10% más rico del planeta (cerca de 630 millones de personas) fue responsable del 52% de las emisiones de carbono. En contraste, el 50% más pobre (cerca de 3 mil 100 millones) generó tan solo el 7% de emisiones”.(Greenpeace México, 2020). A nivel mundial la preocupación por el cambio climático ha aumentado, es por esto que qué diferentes organizaciones e instituciones estatales han volcado su interés en la disminución de la huella de carbono, entendida como “la cantidad de gases de efecto invernadero emitidos a la atmósfera derivados de las actividades de producción o consumo de bienes y servicios de los seres humanos, variando su alcance, desde un mirada simplista que contempla sólo las emisiones directas de CO2, a otras más complejas, asociadas al ciclo de vida completo de las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero, incluyendo la elaboración de materias primas y el destino final del producto y sus respectivos embalajes”(CEPAL - Francia, 2010). Conocer la medida del impacto que causan las acciones individuales y colectivas ha permitido que las personas, instituciones, colectivos y organizaciones adquieran conciencia sobre la importancia de cambiar acciones para disminuir esta huella. Incluso Naciones Unidas en 2015 desarrolló una serie de Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible ODS, con diferentes objetivos, entre ellos proteger el planeta, “Los Objetivos de desarrollo sostenible son el plan maestro para conseguir un futuro sostenible para todos” (Naciones Unidas, s. f.-d). Teniendo en cuenta el panorama anterior surge Re Verde Siendo como una iniciativa de impacto que a través de su variado portafolio que incluye siembra y monitoreo de árboles, una aplicación gratuita para medir la huella de carbono, venta de bonos, un sistema de monitoreo y geolocalización de las especies arbóreas, emisión de certificados por medio de blockchain y campañas para el cuidado del medio ambiente, busca mitigar el deterioro del medio ambiente. El objetivo principal del proyecto es la elaboración de un plan de negocio para la creación de una empresa que brinde alternativas para la mitigación y/o compensación de la huella de carbono, como la siembra de árboles nativos y que a la vez contribuya a la reforestación de territorio, todo esto respaldado por un complemento tecnológico que permite en tiempo real medir el impacto de nuestras rutinas diarias, sensibilizando y generando acciones concretas, asegurando la transición a la sostenibilidad. Al identificar las principales problemáticas ambiental y también teniendo presente el actual y muy creciente interés y apoyo de las personas y organizaciones por recuperar, proteger y cuidar el medio ambiente, el plan de negocio utiliza la metodología del Design Thinkng (Pensamiento de Diseño), “es un enfoque de innovación centrado en el ser humano que se basa en el conjunto de herramientas del diseñador para integrar las necesidades de las personas, las posibilidades de la tecnología y los requisitos para el éxito empresarial." (Brown, 2008). Como lo son empatizar, en la medida en que se da la respuesta o solución a una problemática por medio de un análisis donde se escuchan opiniones de clientes potenciales y se conocen sus puntos de vista, la definición del plan de negocio y la ideación del producto o servicio que tenga valores agregados que lo hagan competitivo en el mercado, Re Verde Siendo busca convertirse en una alternativa atractiva para la compensación y disminución de la huella de carbono. Dentro del proceso llevado a cabo y luego de avanzar en la fase entendimiento y empatía propuesta por Design Thinking, se evidenció que las personas naturales están dispuestas a invertir en la siembra de árboles como una alternativa para compensar su huella de carbono y contribuir al mejoramiento del entorno ambiental. Es de esta manera como nace Re Verde Siendo, un plan de negocio innovador que busca dar esperanza y alternativas hacia la transición a la sostenibilidad a las generaciones actuales y futuras. For several years the different activities of the human being have negatively impacted the environment and one of them is the phenomenon of consumerism, forcing society to use more resources than it needed and to produce more waste than the planet could bear, this provoked (Soto, 2020) . However, consumption trends and therefore production have been changing rapidly, at present and due to various factors, in which the economic one prevails: more expensive products and services, higher inflation and, also, greater environmental awareness: circular economy, sustainability, have made consumers change their ways of consumption “One of the main factors that will drive these changes is the growing importance of sustainability in purchasing decision-making. As consumers become more aware of the environmental and social impact of their purchases, they are likely to look for brands that share their values and offer more sustainable options” (Ocerin, 2022). Despite this current trend, the consumerism that prevailed in earlier times contributed to the overproduction of waste and pollution resulting from the industrial processes necessary for the transformation of raw materials, these in turn lead to an increase in the environmental footprint, which has ceased to be an individual problem to become a global socioeconomic problem. “According to research carried out by Oxfam and the Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI), between 1990 and 2015, the richest 10% of the planet (close to 630 million people) were responsible for 52% of the carbon emissions. In contrast, the poorest 50% (close to 3.1 billion) generated only 7% of emissions” (Greenpeace Mexico, 2020). Globally, concern about climate change has increased, which is why different organizations and state institutions have turned their interest in reducing the carbon footprint, understood as "the amount of greenhouse gases emitted into the atmosphere derived from of the activities of production or consumption of goods and services of human beings, varying its scope, from a simplistic view that contemplates only direct CO2 emissions, to other more complex ones, associated with the complete life cycle of greenhouse gas emissions. greenhouse effect, including the production of raw materials and the final destination of the product and its respective packaging” (CEPAL - France, 2010). Knowing the extent of the impact caused by individual and collective actions has allowed people, institutions, groups and organizations to become aware of the importance of changing actions to reduce this footprint. Even the United Nations in 2015 developed a series of Sustainable Development Goals SDGs, with different objectives, including protecting the planet, "The Sustainable Development Goals are the master plan to achieve a sustainable future for all" (United Nations, s. f.-d ). Taking into account the previous panorama, Re Verde arises as an impact initiative that through its varied portfolio that includes tree planting and monitoring, a free application to measure the carbon footprint, sale of bonds, a monitoring and geolocation system of tree species, issuance of certificates through blockchain and campaigns for the care of the environment, seeks to mitigate the deterioration of the environment. The main objective of the project is the elaboration of a business plan for the creation of a company that provides alternatives for the mitigation and/or compensation of the carbon footprint, such as the planting of native trees and that at the same time contributes to reforestation. of territory, all of this backed by a technological complement that allows us to measure the impact of our daily routines in real time, raising awareness and generating concrete actions, ensuring the transition to sustainability. By identifying the main environmental problems and also taking into account the current and very growing interest and support of people and organizations to recover, protect and care for the environment, the business plan uses the Design Thinking methodology, " It is a human-centered approach to innovation that draws on the designer's toolkit to integrate the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success." (Brown, 2008). As are empathizing, to the extent that the answer or solution to a problem is given through an analysis where the opinions of potential clients are heard and their points of view are known, the definition of the business plan and the ideation of the product or service that has added values that make it competitive in the market, Re Verde Being seeks to become an attractive alternative for offsetting and reducing the carbon footprint. Within the process carried out and after advancing in the understanding and empathy phase proposed by Design Thinking, it was evidenced that natural persons are willing to invest in planting trees as an alternative to offset their carbon footprint and contribute to improving the environment. ambient setting. This is how Re Verde Being was born, an innovative business plan that seeks to give hope and alternatives towards the transition to sustainability for current and future generations.
