The article indicates that the most important indicator when organizing transport and logistics support will be the indicator of its level of sustainability. The issue of transport and logistics sustainability related to the peculiarities of improving regional socio-economic infrastructure, including the implementation of regional infrastructure projects, is also emphasized. В статье проводятся исследования и разработка методического аппарата, оценки уровня устойчивости региональной транспортно-логистической инфраструктуры. В статье указывается, что наиболее важное значение при организации транспортно-логистического обеспечения будет иметь показатель его уровня устойчивости. Также акцентируется проблематика транспортно-логистической устойчивости связанная с особенностями совершенствования региональной социально-экономической инфраструктуры, в том числе при реализации региональных инфраструктурных проектов. В статье обоснована необходимость развития возобновляемых источников энергии, где наиболее перспективным направлением определено строительство солнечных электростанций. Проведен анализ существующих мощностей на основе возобновляемой энергии в рамках всего Мирового хозяйства за последние годы, при этом установлены основные направления инновационного развития солнечной энергетики. По результатам исследования было выявлено наличие активной инновационной деятельности в области солнечной энергетики, определены основные ее преимущества как относительно традиционных способов выработки энергии, так и прочих возобновляемых источников энергии. Данное исследование позволило сделать вывод, что регулярному использованию экологически чистых источников энергии препятствуют существенные материальные затраты. The article substantiates the necessity in developing renewable energy sources, where the construction of solar power plants are considered the most promising direction. The study conducts an analysis of the existing capacities based on renewable energy in the entire world economy in recent years, while also establishing the main directions of innovative development of solar energy. The results of the study determine the presence of active innovative activities in the field of solar energy, identifies its main advantages both in relation to traditional methods of energy generation and other renewable energy sources. This study allowed the authors to conclude that the regular use of environmentally friendly energy sources is hindered by significant material costs. Горнодобывающая промышленность России находится в процессе трансформации под влиянием перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике, которая содержит в себе, как возможности, так и угрозы для ее развития. На сегодняшний момент необходимы дополнительные исследования, позволяющие определились стратегии устойчивого развития горнодобывающей промышленности и ее перспективы в новых условиях функционирования. Целью исследования является выявление особенностей развития горнодобывающей промышленности в условиях перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике и нахождение стратегий ее дальнейшего устойчивого развития. Задачами исследования являются анализ текущего состояния горнодобывающей промышленности; определение влияния процесса перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике на горнодобывающую промышленность России; формирование сценариев развития горнодобывающей промышленности в условиях перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике. В качестве методов авторами были использованы компаративный анализ, статистический анализ, обобщение и сравнение, а также метод сценариев. Результатом исследования является перечень основных факторов, влияющих на развития российской горнодобывающей промышленности в условиях перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике и предложения по ее стратегическому развитию. Авторы делают вывод, что главным фактором является тенденция повышения спроса на возобновляемые источники энергии и предлагают сценарии развития горнодобывающей промышленности. The Russian mining industry is currently characterized by adaptation to the low-carbon economy principles, which contains both opportunities and threats for its development. Additional research is needed to determine the strategies for the sustainable development of the mining industry at the present moment and to reduce the negative impact of the global decarbonization policy. As a goal, the authors highlight the finding such special characteristics of the Russian mining sector that are in the conditions of transition to a low-carbon economy and finding strategies for its further sustainable development. The authors set the following tasks: to assess the Russian mining sector as an object of a low-carbon economy; to identify factors that have a strong influence on the transition to a low-carbon economy on the Russian mining industry; scenarios formation for the mining industry development in the conditions of transition to a low-carbon economy. The author used comparative analysis, statistical analysis, generalization and comparison as methods, as well as the scenario method. The result of the study is a list of the main factors affecting the Russian mining industry development in the context of the transition to a low-carbon economy and proposals for its strategic development. As a conclusion, the authors propose to identify the trend of increasing demand for renewable energy sources as the main reason for changes in the mining sector and propose scenarios for the mining industry development.

The aim of the graduate qualification work: the develop recommendations for improving the management system for sustainable innovative development of the PRC electric power industry. The study was carried out on the materials of the State Electric Grid Corporation of the Peoples Republic of China. The data used was processed using MS Excel. Subject matter: management processes for improving the management system for the development of the PRC electric power industry. Research methods used: general scientific and specific classification, systematization, comparison, analogy method, forecasting were used. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - the essence of the concept of the management system for the development of the electric power industry and its role in ensuring the sustainable functioning of the PRC economy in the new economic conditions are defined;- the features of the existing system of legislative and regulatory documents that determine the development of the PRC electric power industry are revealed;- a description of the activities of state regulatory bodies in the electric power industry and current models of industry management is given;Application field: in the activities of energy companies in China. The scientific novelty of the study is the authors formulation of recommendations for improving the management system for the development of the PRC electric power industry to ensure the sustainable functioning of the electric power industry in the context of reforming the industry. Conclusions of graduate qualification work. The tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined. The results obtained have signs of scientific novelty. Prospects and directions for further research are substantiated.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is: Economic efficiency evaluation of the cluster approach in solving the problem of decarbonization at the fuel and energy complex enterprises.The current work is devoted to the study of the creation of technological clusters of industrial enterprises for cooperative decarbonization of production and the determination of economic efficiency from the introduction of such a solution. The research sets the following goals:⎯ compilation of a summary table of technologies for sequestration and carbon dioxide utilization of fuel and energy complex sectors based on the study of their main aspects;⎯ identification of the grounds for the formation of clusters and the advantages of using a cluster association of fuel and energy companies;⎯ development and analysis of options for cluster interaction of fuel and energy companies;⎯ evaluation of the economic efficiency of cluster association alternatives.The Siberian, Volga-Ural, Leningrad and Moscow clusters were considered as examples of clusters of enterprises for which the economic efficiency of combining into an industrial cluster was calculated.As a result, the economic effect of cluster interaction and the effectiveness of investing in a project to unite industrial enterprises into a carbon cluster were determined. Based on the conducted research and calculations, recommendations were made on the most effective variant of cluster interaction.

The subject of the study is the presentation in the digital information environment of innovative RES technologies. The object is the market for technological innovations in energy (wind energy). The purpose of the graduation qualification work is to assess the change in the economic effect of the company by increasing the level of awareness of potential consumers. The topic of graduation qualification work: "Management of the perception of renewable energy in the context of improving the economic results of the enterprise." This work is devoted to studying the types of renewable energy sources, studying the demand for them, and analyzing the impact of the developed algorithm on improving the economic effect of the company. GQP methodology: system analysis, quantification of the information environment, mathematical modeling. The tasks that were solved during the study: 1. The study of renewable energy sources and trends in their development; 2. Development of an algorithm to increase the perception of renewable energy by a potential consumer; 3. Validation of the algorithm and evaluation of its use efficiency. As a result, an increase in the value of shares of companies was predicted based on a change in the perception of renewable energy of potential consumers using the developed algorithm. Based on the study, a conclusion was made about the positive impact of the instrument on the activities of companies.

The subject: assess the impact of the implemented remote assistant with AR for economic growth of the factory. The purpose: develop an author's strategy of deploy innovative remote assistance system within factory or a group of companies. The object: factory, digital twin of factory, innovative remote assistance system. Diploma thesis includes analysis and selection of digital enterprise tools, then during research has been developed a comprehensive digital twin of the real enterprise, has been carried out a practical and theoretical virtual analysis of the economic and production indicators of an industrial enterprise with imitation of the deploy of an innovative remote assistance system, i. e. a complete virtual approbation was carried out. The author's strategy of deploying an innovative remote assistance system to a typical industrial enterprise was also built. The obtained result provides the effectiveness of complex digital twins of enterprises during research of impacts of deploy technologies for the economy of an industrial enterprise. Also, the developed strategy for the introduction of an innovative remote assistance system can be used as a fundamental rule during deploying innovations at industrial enterprises.

Однако для успешного функционирования всего хозяйства необходима развитая обрабатывающая промышленность. Все эти компоненты должны функционировать совместно и составлять единый экономический организм. Казахстан – территориально крупная страна, которая отличается многообразием полезных ископаемых, где каждый регион специализируется на определенных отраслях промышленности. В статье выполнен обзор горнодобывающей промышленности Павлодарской области. Исследованы и изучены положительные и отрицательные стороны функционирования крупных горнодобывающих предприятий и их влияния на окружающую среду. Для наглядности приведены таблицы и рисунки, что позволит более объективно оценить сложившуюся картину. The mining industry is the backbone of a growing domestic economy. However, for the successful functioning of the entire economy, a developed manufacturing industry is needed. All these components must function together and form a single economic organism. Kazakhstan is a geographically large country with a variety of minerals, where each region specializes in certain industries. The article provides an overview of the mining industry of the Pavlodar region. The positive and negative aspects of the functioning of large mining enterprises and their impact on the environment have been investigated and studied. For clarity, tables and figures are given, which will allow a more objective assessment of the current picture. По результатам исследования было выявлено наличие активной инновационной деятельности в области солнечной энергетики, определены основные ее преимущества как относительно традиционных способов выработки энергии, так и прочих возобновляемых источников энергии. Данное исследование позволило сделать вывод, что регулярному использованию экологически чистых источников энергии препятствуют существенные материальные затраты. The article substantiates the necessity in developing renewable energy sources, where the construction of solar power plants are considered the most promising direction. The study conducts an analysis of the existing capacities based on renewable energy in the entire world economy in recent years, while also establishing the main directions of innovative development of solar energy. The results of the study determine the presence of active innovative activities in the field of solar energy, identifies its main advantages both in relation to traditional methods of energy generation and other renewable energy sources. This study allowed the authors to conclude that the regular use of environmentally friendly energy sources is hindered by significant material costs. Горнодобывающая промышленность России находится в процессе трансформации под влиянием перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике, которая содержит в себе, как возможности, так и угрозы для ее развития. На сегодняшний момент необходимы дополнительные исследования, позволяющие определились стратегии устойчивого развития горнодобывающей промышленности и ее перспективы в новых условиях функционирования. Целью исследования является выявление особенностей развития горнодобывающей промышленности в условиях перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике и нахождение стратегий ее дальнейшего устойчивого развития. Задачами исследования являются анализ текущего состояния горнодобывающей промышленности; определение влияния процесса перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике на горнодобывающую промышленность России; формирование сценариев развития горнодобывающей промышленности в условиях перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике. В качестве методов авторами были использованы компаративный анализ, статистический анализ, обобщение и сравнение, а также метод сценариев. Результатом исследования является перечень основных факторов, влияющих на развития российской горнодобывающей промышленности в условиях перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике и предложения по ее стратегическому развитию. Авторы делают вывод, что главным фактором является тенденция повышения спроса на возобновляемые источники энергии и предлагают сценарии развития горнодобывающей промышленности. The Russian mining industry is currently characterized by adaptation to the low-carbon economy principles, which contains both opportunities and threats for its development. Additional research is needed to determine the strategies for the sustainable development of the mining industry at the present moment and to reduce the negative impact of the global decarbonization policy. As a goal, the authors highlight the finding such special characteristics of the Russian mining sector that are in the conditions of transition to a low-carbon economy and finding strategies for its further sustainable development. The authors set the following tasks: to assess the Russian mining sector as an object of a low-carbon economy; to identify factors that have a strong influence on the transition to a low-carbon economy on the Russian mining industry; scenarios formation for the mining industry development in the conditions of transition to a low-carbon economy. The author used comparative analysis, statistical analysis, generalization and comparison as methods, as well as the scenario method. The result of the study is a list of the main factors affecting the Russian mining industry development in the context of the transition to a low-carbon economy and proposals for its strategic development. As a conclusion, the authors propose to identify the trend of increasing demand for renewable energy sources as the main reason for changes in the mining sector and propose scenarios for the mining industry development.

Subject matter: management processes for improving the management system for the development of the PRC electric power industry. Research methods used: general scientific and specific classification, systematization, comparison, analogy method, forecasting were used. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - the essence of the concept of the management system for the development of the electric power industry and its role in ensuring the sustainable functioning of the PRC economy in the new economic conditions are defined;- the features of the existing system of legislative and regulatory documents that determine the development of the PRC electric power industry are revealed;- a description of the activities of state regulatory bodies in the electric power industry and current models of industry management is given;Application field: in the activities of energy companies in China. The scientific novelty of the study is the authors formulation of recommendations for improving the management system for the development of the PRC electric power industry to ensure the sustainable functioning of the electric power industry in the context of reforming the industry. Conclusions of graduate qualification work. The tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined. The results obtained have signs of scientific novelty. Prospects and directions for further research are substantiated.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is: Economic efficiency evaluation of the cluster approach in solving the problem of decarbonization at the fuel and energy complex enterprises.The current work is devoted to the study of the creation of technological clusters of industrial enterprises for cooperative decarbonization of production and the determination of economic efficiency from the introduction of such a solution. The research sets the following goals:⎯ compilation of a summary table of technologies for sequestration and carbon dioxide utilization of fuel and energy complex sectors based on the study of their main aspects;⎯ identification of the grounds for the formation of clusters and the advantages of using a cluster association of fuel and energy companies;⎯ development and analysis of options for cluster interaction of fuel and energy companies;⎯ evaluation of the economic efficiency of cluster association alternatives.The Siberian, Volga-Ural, Leningrad and Moscow clusters were considered as examples of clusters of enterprises for which the economic efficiency of combining into an industrial cluster was calculated.As a result, the economic effect of cluster interaction and the effectiveness of investing in a project to unite industrial enterprises into a carbon cluster were determined. Based on the conducted research and calculations, recommendations were made on the most effective variant of cluster interaction.

The subject of the study is the presentation in the digital information environment of innovative RES technologies. The object is the market for technological innovations in energy (wind energy). The purpose of the graduation qualification work is to assess the change in the economic effect of the company by increasing the level of awareness of potential consumers. The topic of graduation qualification work: "Management of the perception of renewable energy in the context of improving the economic results of the enterprise." This work is devoted to studying the types of renewable energy sources, studying the demand for them, and analyzing the impact of the developed algorithm on improving the economic effect of the company. GQP methodology: system analysis, quantification of the information environment, mathematical modeling. The tasks that were solved during the study: 1. The study of renewable energy sources and trends in their development; 2. Development of an algorithm to increase the perception of renewable energy by a potential consumer; 3. Validation of the algorithm and evaluation of its use efficiency. As a result, an increase in the value of shares of companies was predicted based on a change in the perception of renewable energy of potential consumers using the developed algorithm. Based on the study, a conclusion was made about the positive impact of the instrument on the activities of companies.

The purpose of the work is to study the theoretical foundations of financial stability management, methods of managing accounts receivable, and develop measures to manage financial stability to enter the international market of the company. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: - consider the theoretical and methodological aspects of assessing the financial stability and receivables of the company; - to analyze the financial and economic activities of the company; - characterize the economic activity of the company and describe the organizational structure; - to analyze the dynamics of accounts receivable, its turnover; - develop recommendations for improving the receivables management system. The object of the study is the Limited Liability Company “Construction Trading House “Petrovich†(hereinafter referred to as STD Petrovich), a company engaged in the wholesale and retail trade of building materials. The subject of the study is financial stability, in particular the state of the company's receivables on the example of STD Petrovich. The subject: assess the impact of the implemented remote assistant with AR for economic growth of the factory. The purpose: develop an author's strategy of deploy innovative remote assistance system within factory or a group of companies. The object: factory, digital twin of factory, innovative remote assistance system. Diploma thesis includes analysis and selection of digital enterprise tools, then during research has been developed a comprehensive digital twin of the real enterprise, has been carried out a practical and theoretical virtual analysis of the economic and production indicators of an industrial enterprise with imitation of the deploy of an innovative remote assistance system, i. e. a complete virtual approbation was carried out. The author's strategy of deploying an innovative remote assistance system to a typical industrial enterprise was also built. The obtained result provides the effectiveness of complex digital twins of enterprises during research of impacts of deploy technologies for the economy of an industrial enterprise. Also, the developed strategy for the introduction of an innovative remote assistance system can be used as a fundamental rule during deploying innovations at industrial enterprises.

Однако для успешного функционирования всего хозяйства необходима развитая обрабатывающая промышленность. Все эти компоненты должны функционировать совместно и составлять единый экономический организм. Казахстан – территориально крупная страна, которая отличается многообразием полезных ископаемых, где каждый регион специализируется на определенных отраслях промышленности. В статье выполнен обзор горнодобывающей промышленности Павлодарской области. Исследованы и изучены положительные и отрицательные стороны функционирования крупных горнодобывающих предприятий и их влияния на окружающую среду. Для наглядности приведены таблицы и рисунки, что позволит более объективно оценить сложившуюся картину. The mining industry is the backbone of a growing domestic economy. However, for the successful functioning of the entire economy, a developed manufacturing industry is needed. All these components must function together and form a single economic organism. Kazakhstan is a geographically large country with a variety of minerals, where each region specializes in certain industries. The article provides an overview of the mining industry of the Pavlodar region. The positive and negative aspects of the functioning of large mining enterprises and their impact on the environment have been investigated and studied. For clarity, tables and figures are given, which will allow a more objective assessment of the current picture.
