Governance in Africa (GiA) is an open-access and peer-reviewed journal offering original research, expert commentary and policy briefings on a number of themes relevant to contemporary governance in Africa. Its objective is to build and consolidate knowledge in this field, to increase the reach and impact of research, and to influence policy at the highest levels. GiA features contributions from multiple disciplines and subfields including politics, economics, international relations, environment, sociology, law, development and human rights.
