Le règlement (CE) no 443/2009 impose aux États membres d’enregistrer les informations relatives à chaque voiture particulière neuve immatriculée sur son territoire. Chaque année, chaque État membre communique à la Commission toutes les informations relatives à ses nouveaux enregistrements. En particulier, les informations suivantes sont requises pour chaque voiture particulière neuve immatriculée: nom du constructeur, numéro d’homologation de type, type, variante, version, marque et nom commercial, émissions spécifiques de CO2, masse du véhicule, base de roue, largeur de la voie, capacité du moteur, type de carburant et mode carburant. Des renseignements supplémentaires, tels que la puissance du moteur, ont également été fournis. Les données relatives à l’EU-28 figurent dans la base de données principale. Κάθε κράτος μέλος υποβάλλει κάθε χρόνο στην Επιτροπή όλες τις πληροφορίες που αφορούν τις νέες καταχωρίσεις του.     Along with the rapid increase in the number of electric vehicles, more and more EV charging stations tend to have charging infrastructure, rooftop photovoltaic and energy storage all together for energy saving and emission reduction. Compared with individual design for each of the components in such kind of systems, an integrated design can result in higher efficiency, increased reliability, and lower total capital cost. This paper mainly focuses on the tertiary control strategy for dynamic state operation, such as PV generation fluctuation and random arrival/leave of EVs. The tertiary control aims to achieve stable operation under dynamic states, as well as to optimize the energy flow in the station to realize maximal operational benefits with constraints such as peak/valley price of electricity, state of discharge limitation of battery, etc. In this paper, four energy management functions in tertiary control level are proposed, and their performance is verified by simulations. By using prediction of PV power and EV load in the following 72 h, a novel tertiary control logic is proposed to optimize PVC and ESC power flow by changing their droop characteristics, so that minimum operational cost for the station can be achieved. Furthermore, a sensitivity analysis is conducted for three parameters, including ES battery capacity, weather influence, and PV and EV load prediction error. The results from sensitivity analysis indicate that ES battery capacity and weather condition lead to a great impact on the operational cost of the integrated charging station, while a typical prediction error of PV power and EV load will not influence the optimization result significantly.

    Humanity's role in changing the face of the earth is a long-standing concern, as is the human domination of ecosystems. Geologists are debating the introduction of a new geological epoch, the 'anthropocene', as humans are 'overwhelming the great forces of nature'. In this context, the accumulation of artefacts, i.e., human-made physical objects, is a pervasive phenomenon. Variously dubbed 'manufactured capital', 'technomass', 'human-made mass', 'in-use stocks' or 'socioeconomic material stocks', they have become a major focus of sustainability sciences in the last decade. Globally, the mass of socioeconomic material stocks now exceeds 10e14 kg, which is roughly equal to the dry-matter equivalent of all biomass on earth. It is doubling roughly every 20 years, almost perfectly in line with 'real' (i.e. inflation-adjusted) GDP. In terms of mass, buildings and infrastructures (here collectively called 'built structures') represent the overwhelming majority of all socioeconomic material stocks. This dataset features a detailed map of material stocks in the CONUS on a 10m grid based on high resolution Earth Observation data (Sentinel-1 + Sentinel-2), crowd-sourced geodata (OSM) and material intensity factors. Spatial extentThis subdataset covers the South CONUS, i.e. AL AR FL GA KY LA MS NC SC TN VA WV For the remaining CONUS, see the related identifiers. Temporal extentThe map is representative for ca. 2018. Data formatThe data are organized by states. Within each state, data are split into 100km x 100km tiles (EQUI7 grid), and mosaics are provided. Within each tile, images for area, volume, and mass at 10m spatial resolution are provided. Units are m², m³, and t, respectively. Each metric is split into buildings, other, rail and street (note: In the paper, other, rail, and street stocks are subsumed to mobility infrastructure). Each category is further split into subcategories (e.g. building types). Additionally, a grand total of all stocks is provided at multiple spatial resolutions and units, i.e. t at 10m x 10m kt at 100m x 100m Mt at 1km x 1km Gt at 10km x 10km For each state, mosaics of all above-described data are provided in GDAL VRT format, which can readily be opened in most Geographic Information Systems. File paths are relative, i.e. DO NOT change the file structure or file naming.     Alternative fueling stations are located throughout the United States and Canada, and their availability continues to grow. The Alternative Fuels Data Center (AFDC) maintains a website where you can find alternative fueling stations near you or on a route, obtain counts of alternative fueling stations by state, view maps, and more. The most recent dataset available for download here provides a "snapshot" of the alternative fueling station information for compressed natural gas (CNG), ethanol (E85), propane/liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), biodiesel (B20 and above), electric vehicle charging, hydrogen, and liquefied natural gas (LNG), as of July 29, 2021.

I dati relativi all'UE-27 e al Regno Unito sono riportati nella banca dati principale. Dal 2018 anche l'Islanda è inclusa nella banca dati. Az (EU) 2019/631 rendelet előírja az országok számára, hogy a területükön nyilvántartásba vett minden új személygépkocsira vonatkozóan rögzítsék az információkat. A tagállamok minden évben benyújtják a Bizottságnak az új nyilvántartásba vételükkel kapcsolatos valamennyi információt. Minden nyilvántartásba vett új személygépkocsi esetében különösen a következő adatokat kell megadni: gyártó neve, típus-jóváhagyási száma, típusa, változata, kivitele, gyártmánya és kereskedelmi neve, fajlagos CO2-kibocsátása (NEDC és WLTP protokollok), a jármű tömege, a kerékalap, a nyomtáv, a motortérfogat és -teljesítmény, a tüzelőanyag típusa és üzemmódja, az ökoinnovációk és a villamosenergia-fogyasztás. Az EU-27-re és az Egyesült Királyságra vonatkozó adatokat a fő adatbázis tartalmazza. 2018 óta Izland is szerepel az adatbázisban. Регламент (ЕС) 2019/631 изисква от държавите да записват информация за всеки нов лек пътнически автомобил, регистриран на тяхна територия. Всяка година всяка държава членка предоставя на Комисията цялата информация, свързана с новите си регистрации. По-специално за всеки нов регистриран лек пътнически автомобил се изискват следните данни: наименование на производителя, номер на одобрението на типа, тип, вариант, версия, марка и търговско наименование, специфични емисии на CO2 (NEDC и WLTP протоколи), маси на превозното средство, междуосово разстояние, широчина на колеята, мощност и мощност на двигателя, вид гориво и режим, екологични иновации и консумация на електроенергия.     Project: GCOS Earth Heat Inventory - A study under the Global Climate Observing System (GCOS) concerted international effort to update the Earth heat inventory (EHI), and presents an updated international assessment of ocean warming estimates, and new and updated estimates of heat gain in the atmosphere, cryosphere and land over the period from 1960 to present. Summary: The file “GCOS_EHI_1960-2020_Earth_Heat_Inventory_Ocean_Heat_Content_data.nc” contains a consistent long-term Earth system heat inventory over the period 1960-2020. Human-induced atmospheric composition changes cause a radiative imbalance at the top-of-atmosphere which is driving global warming. Understanding the heat gain of the Earth system from this accumulated heat – and particularly how much and where the heat is distributed in the Earth system - is fundamental to understanding how this affects warming oceans, atmosphere and land, rising temperatures and sea level, and loss of grounded and floating ice, which are fundamental concerns for society. This dataset is based on a study under the Global Climate Observing System (GCOS) concerted international effort to update the Earth heat inventory published in von Schuckmann et al. (2020), and presents an updated international assessment of ocean warming estimates, and new and updated estimates of heat gain in the atmosphere, cryosphere and land over the period 1960-2020. The dataset also contains estimates for global ocean heat content over 1960-2020 for different depth layers, i.e., 0-300m, 0-700m, 700-2000m, 0-2000m, 2000-bottom, which are described in von Schuckmann et al. (2022). This version includes an update of heat storage of global ocean heat content, where one additional product (Li et al., 2022) had been included to the initial estimate. The Earth heat inventory had been updated accordingly, considering also the update for continental heat content (Cuesta-Valero et al., 2023).

    Along with the rapid increase in the number of electric vehicles, more and more EV charging stations tend to have charging infrastructure, rooftop photovoltaic and energy storage all together for energy saving and emission reduction. Compared with individual design for each of the components in such kind of systems, an integrated design can result in higher efficiency, increased reliability, and lower total capital cost. This paper mainly focuses on the tertiary control strategy for dynamic state operation, such as PV generation fluctuation and random arrival/leave of EVs. The tertiary control aims to achieve stable operation under dynamic states, as well as to optimize the energy flow in the station to realize maximal operational benefits with constraints such as peak/valley price of electricity, state of discharge limitation of battery, etc. In this paper, four energy management functions in tertiary control level are proposed, and their performance is verified by simulations. By using prediction of PV power and EV load in the following 72 h, a novel tertiary control logic is proposed to optimize PVC and ESC power flow by changing their droop characteristics, so that minimum operational cost for the station can be achieved. Furthermore, a sensitivity analysis is conducted for three parameters, including ES battery capacity, weather influence, and PV and EV load prediction error. The results from sensitivity analysis indicate that ES battery capacity and weather condition lead to a great impact on the operational cost of the integrated charging station, while a typical prediction error of PV power and EV load will not influence the optimization result significantly.

    Humanity's role in changing the face of the earth is a long-standing concern, as is the human domination of ecosystems. Geologists are debating the introduction of a new geological epoch, the 'anthropocene', as humans are 'overwhelming the great forces of nature'. In this context, the accumulation of artefacts, i.e., human-made physical objects, is a pervasive phenomenon. Variously dubbed 'manufactured capital', 'technomass', 'human-made mass', 'in-use stocks' or 'socioeconomic material stocks', they have become a major focus of sustainability sciences in the last decade. Globally, the mass of socioeconomic material stocks now exceeds 10e14 kg, which is roughly equal to the dry-matter equivalent of all biomass on earth. It is doubling roughly every 20 years, almost perfectly in line with 'real' (i.e. inflation-adjusted) GDP. In terms of mass, buildings and infrastructures (here collectively called 'built structures') represent the overwhelming majority of all socioeconomic material stocks. This dataset features a detailed map of material stocks in the CONUS on a 10m grid based on high resolution Earth Observation data (Sentinel-1 + Sentinel-2), crowd-sourced geodata (OSM) and material intensity factors. Spatial extentThis subdataset covers the South CONUS, i.e. AL AR FL GA KY LA MS NC SC TN VA WV For the remaining CONUS, see the related identifiers. Temporal extentThe map is representative for ca. 2018. Data formatThe data are organized by states. Within each state, data are split into 100km x 100km tiles (EQUI7 grid), and mosaics are provided. Within each tile, images for area, volume, and mass at 10m spatial resolution are provided. Units are m², m³, and t, respectively. Each metric is split into buildings, other, rail and street (note: In the paper, other, rail, and street stocks are subsumed to mobility infrastructure). Each category is further split into subcategories (e.g. building types). Additionally, a grand total of all stocks is provided at multiple spatial resolutions and units, i.e. t at 10m x 10m kt at 100m x 100m Mt at 1km x 1km Gt at 10km x 10km For each state, mosaics of all above-described data are provided in GDAL VRT format, which can readily be opened in most Geographic Information Systems. File paths are relative, i.e. DO NOT change the file structure or file naming. The Alternative Fuels Data Center (AFDC) maintains a website where you can find alternative fueling stations near you or on a route, obtain counts of alternative fueling stations by state, view maps, and more. The most recent dataset available for download here provides a "snapshot" of the alternative fueling station information for compressed natural gas (CNG), ethanol (E85), propane/liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), biodiesel (B20 and above), electric vehicle charging, hydrogen, and liquefied natural gas (LNG), as of July 29, 2021.

ES-27 ir JK duomenys pateikiami pagrindinėje duomenų bazėje. Nuo 2018 m. Islandija taip pat įtraukta į duomenų bazę. Reglamente (ES) 2019/631 reikalaujama, kad šalys registruotų informaciją apie kiekvieną naują jos teritorijoje įregistruotą lengvąjį automobilį. Chaque année, chaque État membre communique à la Commission toutes les informations relatives à ses nouveaux enregistrements. En particulier, les informations suivantes sont requises pour chaque voiture particulière neuve immatriculée: nom du constructeur, numéro d’homologation de type, type, variante, version, marque et nom commercial, émissions spécifiques de CO2 (protocoles NEDC et WLTP), masses du véhicule, base de roue, largeur de la voie, capacité et puissance du moteur, type et mode de carburant, éco-innovations et consommation d’électricité. Les données relatives à l’EU-27 et au Royaume-Uni figurent dans la base de données principale. Depuis 2018, l’Islande est également incluse dans la base de données. Κάθε κράτος μέλος υποβάλλει κάθε χρόνο στην Επιτροπή όλες τις πληροφορίες που αφορούν τις νέες καταχωρίσεις του. Ειδικότερα, απαιτούνται τα ακόλουθα στοιχεία για κάθε καινούργιο επιβατικό αυτοκίνητο που ταξινομείται: όνομα του κατασκευαστή, αριθμός έγκρισης τύπου, τύπος, παραλλαγή, έκδοση, μάρκα και εμπορική ονομασία, ειδικές εκπομπές CO2 (πρωτόκολλαΝΕDC και WLTP), μάζες του οχήματος, μεταξόνιο, πλάτος μετατροχίου, κυβισμός και ισχύς του κινητήρα, τύπος και τρόπος λειτουργίας καυσίμου, οικολογικές καινοτομίες και κατανάλωση ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας. Τα στοιχεία για την ΕΕ-27 και το Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο αναφέρονται στην κύρια βάση δεδομένων. Από το 2018, η Ισλανδία περιλαμβάνεται επίσης στη βάση δεδομένων. Il regolamento (UE) 2019/631 impone ai paesi di registrare le informazioni relative a ciascuna autovettura nuova immatricolata nel suo territorio. Ogni anno ciascuno Stato membro presenta alla Commissione tutte le informazioni relative alle nuove registrazioni. In particolare, per ogni autovettura nuova immatricolata sono richiesti i seguenti dettagli: nome del costruttore, numero di omologazione, tipo, variante, versione, marca e denominazione commerciale, emissioni specifiche di CO2 (protocolli NEDC e WLTP), masse del veicolo, interasse, larghezza della carreggiata, capacità e potenza del motore, tipo e modalità di carburante, innovazioni ecologiche e consumo di energia elettrica. I dati relativi all'UE-27 e al Regno Unito sono riportati nella banca dati principale. Dal 2018 anche l'Islanda è inclusa nella banca dati. Az (EU) 2019/631 rendelet előírja az országok számára, hogy a területükön nyilvántartásba vett minden új személygépkocsira vonatkozóan rögzítsék az információkat. A tagállamok minden évben benyújtják a Bizottságnak az új nyilvántartásba vételükkel kapcsolatos valamennyi információt. Minden nyilvántartásba vett új személygépkocsi esetében különösen a következő adatokat kell megadni: gyártó neve, típus-jóváhagyási száma, típusa, változata, kivitele, gyártmánya és kereskedelmi neve, fajlagos CO2-kibocsátása (NEDC és WLTP protokollok), a jármű tömege, a kerékalap, a nyomtáv, a motortérfogat és -teljesítmény, a tüzelőanyag típusa és üzemmódja, az ökoinnovációk és a villamosenergia-fogyasztás. Az EU-27-re és az Egyesült Királyságra vonatkozó adatokat a fő adatbázis tartalmazza. 2018 óta Izland is szerepel az adatbázisban. Регламент (ЕС) 2019/631 изисква от държавите да записват информация за всеки нов лек пътнически автомобил, регистриран на тяхна територия. Всяка година всяка държава членка предоставя на Комисията цялата информация, свързана с новите си регистрации. По-специално за всеки нов регистриран лек пътнически автомобил се изискват следните данни: наименование на производителя, номер на одобрението на типа, тип, вариант, версия, марка и търговско наименование, специфични емисии на CO2 (NEDC и WLTP протоколи), маси на превозното средство, междуосово разстояние, широчина на колеята, мощност и мощност на двигателя, вид гориво и режим, екологични иновации и консумация на електроенергия. Данните за ЕС-27 и Обединеното кралство се отчитат в основната база данни. От 2018 г. насам Исландия също е включена в базата данни.

    Project: GCOS Earth Heat Inventory - A study under the Global Climate Observing System (GCOS) concerted international effort to update the Earth heat inventory (EHI), and presents an updated international assessment of ocean warming estimates, and new and updated estimates of heat gain in the atmosphere, cryosphere and land over the period from 1960 to present. Summary: The file “GCOS_EHI_1960-2020_Earth_Heat_Inventory_Ocean_Heat_Content_data.nc” contains a consistent long-term Earth system heat inventory over the period 1960-2020. Human-induced atmospheric composition changes cause a radiative imbalance at the top-of-atmosphere which is driving global warming. Understanding the heat gain of the Earth system from this accumulated heat – and particularly how much and where the heat is distributed in the Earth system - is fundamental to understanding how this affects warming oceans, atmosphere and land, rising temperatures and sea level, and loss of grounded and floating ice, which are fundamental concerns for society. This dataset is based on a study under the Global Climate Observing System (GCOS) concerted international effort to update the Earth heat inventory published in von Schuckmann et al. (2020), and presents an updated international assessment of ocean warming estimates, and new and updated estimates of heat gain in the atmosphere, cryosphere and land over the period 1960-2020. The dataset also contains estimates for global ocean heat content over 1960-2020 for different depth layers, i.e., 0-300m, 0-700m, 700-2000m, 0-2000m, 2000-bottom, which are described in von Schuckmann et al. (2022). This version includes an update of heat storage of global ocean heat content, where one additional product (Li et al., 2022) had been included to the initial estimate. The Earth heat inventory had been updated accordingly, considering also the update for continental heat content (Cuesta-Valero et al., 2023).
