Based on the research of Marine plastic garbage recovery method, the discussion of the recovery device and the understanding of the types of ships, this paper designs a multi-stage recovery device for Marine plastic garbage. This device according to the types of the existing Marine plastic garbage and recycling requirements, effective implementation for big (more than 50 cm diameter or width), medium (diameter and width are between 5 mm ~ 50 cm) and micro (diameter or width under 5 mm) type size grade plastic debris automatic classification recycling, determined the primary barb type crawler collection device, second level network intercept type garbage collection device and the third level based on the sponge and activated carbon micro plastic collection device. Recycling and storage of Marine plastic waste to effectively address Marine plastic pollution is consistent with the MARPOL convention on the protection of the Marine environment.

Cold Storage is a key point of cold chain logistics. In this article, the cooling capacities of water, slurry ice and seawater slurry ice were compared, and results showed that both slurry ice performed better than water. Furthermore, differences between seawater ice and slurry ice were analyzed, and experimental results showed that seawater ice has more advantages as coolant for cold storage in the coastal areas. On the basis of the study, we put forward a new design of high temperature cold storage for coastal areas (inland cities).

The calculation of water environmental capacity of Puzhehei lake is of great significance for preventing water pollution and protecting water ecological environment of Puzhehei Lake Basin. Based on the lack of hydrological and water quality data in Puzhehei Lake Basin, a large number of basic data were collected through pollution source investigation and water quality monitoring. On this basis, a twodimensional hydrodynamic water quality model of Puzhehei lake was established by using Mike21 model to simulate the migration and diffusion of pollutants into the lake. The current situation of pollution load in Puzhehei lake was analyzed, and the characteristics of water flow, hydrodynamic force and the migration and diffusion law of pollutants in Puzhehei Lake were analyzed. The results show that: ①the annual loads of COD, TN, TP and NH3-N in puzhehai Lake in 2018 are 4090.0t, 401.3t, 34.4t and 122.6t; ②Puzhehei lake is mainly non-point source pollution, and the difference of water environmental capacity between non rainy season and rainy season is very significant.

Oil pollution is one of the main pollutions of the marine environment. With the year-on-year increase of our country's oil imports and maritime transportation, our country's offshore oil pollution has become more and more serious, causing serious harm to the ocean and the nearshore environment. According to the current situation of marine oil pollution, the article outlines the current situation, sources, hazards of marine oil pollution, and the methods currently used to deal with and prevent marine oil pollution in physics, chemistry and biology.

Through the collection and analysis of COD, dissolved inorganic nitrogen (DIN) and active phosphate monitoring data in Tianjin Hangu Agricultural and fishery area from 2010 to 2019, this paper analyzed and studied the structure of nutrients and the state of eutrophication. The results show that in recent ten years, the water quality of Tianjin Hangu Agricultural and Fishery Area has basically met the water quality requirements of functional area, the regional nitrogen pollution has been suppressed, and the eutrophication index of sea area has shown a decreasing trend year by year, but the nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient structure is still in the state of “phosphorus restriction”. Pollution control of sea areas and conservation of aquatic germplasm resources are still urgent.

This article is mainly based on the characteristics of the marine environment of islands and coastal seas and the current corrosion problems of storage tanks as well as their main locations, analyse the reasons for their formation and consider the potential safety hazards, so as to propose several effective storage tank corrosion protection methods, which has important positive significance for the long-term development of islands and coastal seas oil storage tanks.

On April 13, 2021, the Japanese government officially decided to release Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant into the sea, which is harmful to the marine environment. Japan is adjacent to the East China Sea. The East China Sea is China’s main marine ecological aquaculture area. The discharge of nuclear waste water in Japan will inevitably have an impact on the status of China’s aquatic product industry and aquatic product trade. Based on the current situation of China’s aquatic products industry and the competitiveness of China’s aquatic products in foreign trade, this paper predicts the impact of Japan’s nuclear waste water discharge on China’s aquatic products trade. Therefore, China should actively use technological innovation, regulatory upgrading, optimization of fisheries technology and other policies in advance to deal with the impact of this nuclear waste water discharge.

On the basis of the analysis and summary of several maritime transport support modes for the material replenishment of islands and reef, a DEA model is established in this study to calculate the relative validity of the above-mentioned modes by solving the linear programming question. Consequently, the support modes can be sorted by the validity value. Finally, impact factors can be located and improvements can be made through eliminating the variables, leading to potential room for maritime transport support optimization.
