This report describes the work done in the project ”EFP07- Metoder til kortlægning af vindforhold i komplekst terræn” granted by the Danish Energy Agency. References to reports published during the project are given. The main purpose of the project has been to investigate micro-scale wind conditions in complex terrain using “remote-sensing” techniques and CFD computations and validate these using measurements. The work done in the project can be divided into three parts: 1. “The Bolund Experiment” is a measuring campaign performed on a small hill located near Risø DTU. The experiment provides data for validating CFD models. 2. “The blind comparison” is a comparison of more than 50 different micro-scale models and the Bolund measurements. 3. “The Benakanahalli Experiment” is a large-scale measuring campaign that provides a complex validation case for micro-scale models. Rapporten beskriver beboernes vaner vedrørende brug af varme og varmt vand, og belyser de karakteristiske træk ved højforbrugere og lavforbrugere af energi. Adfærd og holdning har stor betydning for det samlede energiforbrug i etageboliger. Der er mulighed for store besparelser, men det kræver en aktiv indsats af den enkelte husstand.

Rapporten giver oplysninger om enhedsforbrug til varme og varmt brugsvand i forskellige typer af bygninger baseret på en analyse af et omfattende datamateriale. Formålet med undersøgelsen har været at ajourføre denne del af grundlaget for både landsdækkende og lokal varmeplanlægning i Danmark.

Forecast errors in energy consumption are compared for IEA-countries in 1985, 1990 and 1995. Countries having small/big forecast errors in 1985 do not have small/big forecast errors in 1990 and 1995. Almost no significant correlation coefficient is found between forecast errors in the 3 years. Correspondingly, no significant correlation coefficient is found between forecast errors in the 3 main sectors. Therefore, a relatively small forecast error is not caused by a relatively small forecast error in all 3 sectors.

Rapporten beskriver fremgangsmåden ved en renovering, der omfattede udskiftning af dårligt fungerende komponenter og indregulering. Der redegøres for den komfortforbedring og de energibesparelser, der blev opnået og der gives anvisning på beregning af fremløbstemperatur og brug af kurveskiver for natsænkning og morgenforcering.
