description Publicationkeyboard_double_arrow_right Doctoral thesis 2013 SpainPublisher:Universidad de Cantabria Authors: Cristóbal García, Jorge;De continuar con el ritmo de emisión de contaminantes alcanzado en los últimos años, y más concretamente de dióxido de carbono (CO2), las previsiones sobre su concentración en la atmósfera son dramáticas (por encima de 600 ppmv) con unas consecuencias irreversibles para el planeta. Para logar las reducciones de contaminantes que se acuerdan en las cumbres internacionales es necesario, entre otras medidas, la reducción de emisiones en la producción de electricidad a partir de combustibles fósiles, entre ellos el carbón. La presente Tesis Doctoral propone una metodología y una serie de herramientas de toma de decisión cuyo fin es evaluar y aumentar la sostenibilidad del proceso de generación de electricidad a partir del carbón. Esta metodología está basada en programación matemática para resolver problemas de optimización multi-objetivo. Además es aplicable a un amplio rango de procesos e industrias que se enfrenten a problemas de decisión similares If the pollutant emission level continues as usual in the late years, especially those of carbon dioxide (CO2), the atmosphere concentration projections are dramatic (above 600 ppmv) with irreversible consequences to the planet. In order to achieve the binding targets of reductions agreed in the international summit meetings, it is necessary the reduction of emissions from the electricity production from fossil-fueled power plants, especially coal-fired. The objective of this work is developing a methodology and providing tools that help in the decision making process in order to evaluate and enhance the sustainability of the electricity production process form coal. This methodology is based on mathematical programming that allows solving multi-objective optimization problems. Besides, it is applicable to a wide range of processes and industries that face similar decision problems.

Se desarrolló con entrevistas a través de la plataforma Google meet con la gerente y sus principales líderes, donde cada uno dio una puntuación para cada factor en su respectiva dimensión bajo la estructura de la matriz RISE. Una vez calificadas las entrevistas se procedió con la compilación de la información y se fueron presentando a la gerencia las guías de acuerdo con las instrucciones del facilitador de la Universidad EAN, quien dio sus observaciones respectivas. Este informe contempla los siguientes puntos: 1) En Introducción se presenta a la empresa y el sector al que pertenece, 2) El objeto del trabajo o de la consultoría, 3) El plan de trabajo realizado por el grupo de consultoría, 4) La identificación de la empresa, 5) Breve análisis financiero, 6) Presentación y análisis consolidado RISE (riesgos y fortalezas), 7) Análisis por factor y dimensión, 8) Ruta de innovación y sostenibilidad empresarial (RISE) 9) Recomendaciones al gerente para la implementación de la RISE 10) Conclusiones 11) Referencias This work presents the application of the RISE model (route of innovation and business sustainability) in the company LOGIA 3 S.A.S in the City of Bogotá. It was developed with interviews through the Google meet platform with the manager and his main leaders, where each one gave a score for each factor in its respective dimension under the structure of the RISE matrix. Once the interviews were qualified, the information was compiled and the guides were presented to the management in accordance with the instructions of the EAN University facilitator, who gave their respective observations. Pilar; Piñero, Albert;El objetivo principal de este estudio se dirige a diagnosticar el nivel de introducción de la sostenibilidad en las actividades docentes y facilitar la autoevaluación profesional del profesorado universitario desde criterios de sostenibilidad.El estudio está basado en la investigación evaluativa como metodología asociada al paradigma sociocrítico; se analizan los resultados de la aplicación de un cuestionario autodiagnóstico validado, dirigido al profesorado de las áreas científico-técnicas de la Universitat de València. En el proceso sistemático de recogida y análisis de la información se han aplicado criterios para garantizar la calidad del juicio emitido.Los resultados ofrecen un diagnóstico sobre la inclusión de la sostenibilidad en la docencia en las áreas de Ciencias e Ingeniería, objeto del estudio, y pueden servir como punto de partida para iniciar un proceso de cambio y transición hacia prácticas docentes que incluyan los principios, criterios y valores relacionados con la sostenibilidad. L'objectiu principal d'aquest estudi es dirigeix a diagnosticar el nivell d'introducció de la sostenibilitat en les activitats docents i facilitar l'autoavaluació professional del professorat universitari des de criteris de sostenibilitat.L'estudi està basat en la recerca evaluativa com a metodologia associada al paradigma sociocrític; s'analitzen els resultats de l'aplicació d'un qüestionari autodiagnòstic validat, dirigit al professorat de les àrees cientificotècniques de la Universitat de València. En el procés sistemàtic de recollida i anàlisi de la informació s'han aplicat criteris per garantir la qualitat del judici emès.Els resultats ofereixen un diagnòstic sobre la inclusió de la sostenibilitat en la docència a les àrees de Ciències i Enginyeria, objecte de l'estudi, i poden servir com a punt de partida per iniciar un procés de canvi i transició cap a pràctiques docents que incloguin els principis, criteris i valors relacionats amb la sostenibilitat. The overall objective of our study is focused on diagnosing the level of introduction of sustainability in teaching activities and to facilitate professional self-assessment of University teachers under sustainability criteria.The study is based on evaluative research as a methodology associated to the socio-critical paradigm. The results of a validated self-assessment questionnaire addressed to the teachers of the scientific-technical areas of the University of Valencia, are analyzed.The results offer a diagnosis about the inclusion of sustainability in the areas of Sciences and Engineering under the scope of this study, and serve as starting point to begin a change and transition process towards teaching methodologies including principles, criteria and values dealing with sustainability.

The following project offers a reflexive and analytical approach to the value of interculturality, starting from the challenges proposed by diversity in education. For this, intercultural educative experiences carried out in Alcalà de Xivert (Spain) and in Gandiol (Senegal) are described, by an autoethnographic story, and they relate art with the encounter between cultures, highlighting some of them by the ability to show the polyvalence of the materials from the art of recycling and reuse. This study invites us to reflect on the perspective of the psychopedagogical person and try to make visible, explain and understand the learnings produced, describing the cultural shocks lived and the change of look experienced. In conclusion, the relevance of the creative practices that propitiate the intercultural encounter is shown since they favour an inclusive, ecological and sustainable education for the person and in their environment. El siguiente trabajo ofrece un acercamiento reflexivo y analítico sobre el valor de la interculturalidad, partiendo de los desafíos que propone la diversidad en la educación. Para ello, se describen, a través del relato autoetnográfico, experiencias educativas interculturales realizadas en Alcalà de Xivert (España) y en Gandiol (Senegal) que ponen en relación el arte con el encuentro entre culturas, destacando algunas de ellas por la habilidad de mostrar la polivalencia de los materiales a partir del arte del reciclaje y la reutilización. Este estudio, invita a reflexionar sobre la perspectiva de la persona psicopedagoga y pretende visibilizar, explicar y comprender los aprendizajes producidos, describiendo los choques culturales vividos y el cambio de mirada experimentado. Como conclusión se muestra la relevancia de las prácticas creativas que propician el encuentro intercultural puesto que favorecen una educación inclusiva, ecológica y sostenible tanto en la persona como en su entorno.

La segunda es la que se presenta de una forma integral, en la cual las preocupaciones sociales, expresadas por los diferentes grupos de interés, se encuentran integradas a los diversos aspectos que conforman la actividad de la empresa, como el modelo de negocios, la estrategia, la visión, los bienes o servicios que ofrece, entre otros. (Raufflet, 2017). Por lo mencionado anteriormente, se evidencia que la responsabilidad social empresarial abarca varios componentes, necesarios para el desarrollo competitivo de una empresa, hoy en día. La gestión ambiental se posiciona como el componente más importante de la RSE y es por medio de esta, que se genera un impacto que se refleja en los demás componentes. Corporate social responsibility has two positions, the first is one that is based on taking philanthropic actions with the intention of improving the image of the company and its position in the market. The second is the one that is presented in a comprehensive way, in which the social concerns expressed by the different interest groups are integrated into the various aspects that make up the company's activity, such as the business model, the strategy , the vision, the goods or services it offers, among others. (Raufflet, 2017). From the aforementioned, it is evident that corporate social responsibility encompasses several components, necessary for the competitive development of a company, today. Para el diseño del modelo se realizaron diferentes reuniones con la Gerencia General y el Coordinador Administrativo, con el fin de establecer un diagnóstico de la empresa, que permitió identificar su estado actual. Posteriormente, se realizaron diferentes sesiones con los responsables de las áreas funcionales para evaluar cada factor propuesto por el modelo, lo cual permitió identificar los riesgos, debilidades y fortalezas, clasificando como crítico aquellas dimensiones que obtuvieron un umbral por debajo del 40%. Finalmente, se elaboró el plan de trabajo que contempla cronograma, costos y responsables de cada tarea propuesta, estableciendo prioridades en función de las necesidades de la empresa, ya que no todo resultado identificado como un riesgo tiene la misma importancia según la estrategia y los objetivos de Agua Montereal. This is a document that presents the model RISE (Business Innovation and Sustainability Route) proposed to the company Agua Montereal. For the design of the model, different meetings were held with the General Management and the Administrative Coordinator, to establish a diagnosis of the company, which allowed to identify its current state. Subsequently different sessions were held with those responsible for the functional areas to evaluate each factor proposed by the model, which allowed identifying risks, weaknesses, and strengths, classifying as critical those dimensions that obtained a qualification below 40%. Finally, the work plan was contemplated under a schedule, costs, and responsibility for each proposed task, setting priorities according to the needs of the company, since not every outcome identified as a risk has the same importance according to the strategy and objectives of Agua Montereal. En este contexto, el objetivo de este trabajo es la intensificación del proceso de absorción de CO2 convencional en dos etapas: i) Sustitución del equipamiento convencional (e.g. torres de absorción) por sistemas de membranas para una absorción no dispersiva que elimine el arrastre de gotas y, ii) Sustitución del absorbente de referencia (monoetanolamina, MEA) por líquidos iónicos, con presión de vapor despreciable, que permite eliminar las pérdidas de disolvente por volatilización. En la presente Tesis Doctoral se desarrolla un proceso con cero emisiones de disolvente mediante la integración de equipos de membranas y líquidos iónicos, como estrategia para la intensificación del proceso de captura de CO2 de post-combustión. Carbon dioxide Capture and Storage (CCS), is a technology aimed at mitigating greenhouse gas impacts from fossil fuels combustion in industrial and energy-related processes where, carbon dioxide (CO2) capture is the bottleneck step where the efforts have to be applied. In this context, the aim of this work is to intensify the absorption process by two steps: i) Substitution of conventional equipment (e.g. scrubbers) for non-dispersive absoprtion membrane systems to avoid drops dragging and, ii) Substitution of the reference absorption solvent (monoethanolamine, MEA) for ionic liquids, with negligible vapour pressure, to avoid solvent losses due to volatilization of the solvent into gas stream. Thereby, in this PhD Thesis a zero solvent emission process trough the integration of membrane systems and ionic liquids is developed as a process intensification strategy for the recovery of CO2 from post-combustion streams.

In this report, a proposal for the company COLOMBOINGENIERIA SAS is consolidated, which contemplates a path of innovation and business sustainability based on the RISE model, the above, product of collaborative work between the company and the consulting team through work meetings with areas missionaries of the company to achieve a diagnosis from the matrix and its factors and dimensions that allowed to establish risks and strengths. Based on this diagnosis, a work plan is proposed that proposes interventions to those factors with qualifications lower than 40%, and defines a value proposition taking into account the capabilities of the company, its human talent, the review of processes and procedures, activities and tasks to materialize opportunities and mitigate threats, this with the aim of guiding alternatives and possibilities for a better positioning of the organization in the market, as well as the possibility of exploring new business models. Y es que la sociedad, la comunicación y en concreto, los consumidores han cambiado. Este hecho es algo que en Europa tienen muy claro. Mientras que otros países han sabido buscar nuevos porqués y adaptarse a los nuevos tiempos, España ha quedado estancada en las respuestas del pasado. En este sentido, las nuevas generaciones juegan un papel clave. Tenemos que aprender a escuchar a los más jóvenes. De aquí nace Begood, una empresa que viene a escuchar y surge como respuesta al panorama actual. Un panorama marcado por el auge de los intangibles, donde las clásicas estrategias de marketing resultan menos efectivas frente a los nuevos modelos basados en el consumidor y las emociones como factores principales de apelación. Ha sido así como aspectos como la cultura corporativa, la sostenibilidad o la comunicación interna han impulsado el crecimiento de grandes empresas; convirtiéndose así en valores fundamentales para el éxito de las organizaciones del siglo XXI. Esto ha sido posible gracias a los nuevos consumidores, quienes conscientes de su papel en la sociedad, han decidido tomar acción premiando o castigando a las empresas a través de sus actos. Frente a esto, solo nos queda una opción: ser buenos. Ser buenos en todos y cada uno de los aspectos que comprenden nuestras actividades empresariales. Desde el trato con el cliente, hasta el trato con el medioambiente y el trabajador. Por ello Begood se centra en el lugar en el que convergen estos tres factores: las oficinas de trabajo, el centro neurálgico de toda empresa. Y es que los lugares de trabajo no son sólo espacios, sino lugares capaces de motivar a los trabajadores y convertirlos en los mejores evangelizadores de la marca. Lugares inspiradores capaces de fortalecer la relación con los stakeholders y convertirla en publicity. Lugares capaces de construir y mantener una buena reputación de marca. En otras palabras, lugares para encontrar respuestas a las nuevas preguntas. Lugares que pueden marcar el camino hacia la sociedad del futuro. Mario Benedetti said, "when we thought we had all the answers, suddenly the questions changed". And definitely, society, communication and in particular, consumers have changed. There are big differences in Europe. While countries such as Germany and The Netherlands have been able to find new ways and adapt themselves to the changing times, Spain is still stagnated in the past. In this sense, the new generations play a key role. The main lesson is that society must learn to listen to the young people. This idea was what gave birth to Begood, a company that has been created as a response to the current situation, which in our opinion is not as favorable as it could be. The national panorama is characterized by the rise of intangibles, where nowadays traditional marketing strategies are less effective against new models based on the consumer and emotions as the main factors of appeal. In this way, aspects like the corporate culture, sustainability or the internal communication have led the growth of big companies; thus, becoming fundamental values for the success of organizations in the 21st century. This has been possible thanks to new consumers, who are aware of their important role in the society and have decided to reward or punish companies by their actions. Against this, we only have one option: to be good. Be good in each and every one of the aspects that comprise our business activities; from dealing with the client, to dealing with the environment and the worker. That is why Begood focuses on the space where these three factors converge: the work offices, the nerve center of every company. That workplaces are not just spaces, but places capable of motivating workers and turn them into the best promoters of the brand. Inspiring places able to strengthen the relationship with stakeholders and turn it into publicity. Places able to build and maintain a good brand reputation. In other words, places to find answers to new questions. Places that can lead the tomorrow’s society.

description Publicationkeyboard_double_arrow_right Doctoral thesis 2013 SpainPublisher:Universidad de Cantabria Authors: Cristóbal García, Jorge;De continuar con el ritmo de emisión de contaminantes alcanzado en los últimos años, y más concretamente de dióxido de carbono (CO2), las previsiones sobre su concentración en la atmósfera son dramáticas (por encima de 600 ppmv) con unas consecuencias irreversibles para el planeta. Para logar las reducciones de contaminantes que se acuerdan en las cumbres internacionales es necesario, entre otras medidas, la reducción de emisiones en la producción de electricidad a partir de combustibles fósiles, entre ellos el carbón. La presente Tesis Doctoral propone una metodología y una serie de herramientas de toma de decisión cuyo fin es evaluar y aumentar la sostenibilidad del proceso de generación de electricidad a partir del carbón. Esta metodología está basada en programación matemática para resolver problemas de optimización multi-objetivo. Además es aplicable a un amplio rango de procesos e industrias que se enfrenten a problemas de decisión similares If the pollutant emission level continues as usual in the late years, especially those of carbon dioxide (CO2), the atmosphere concentration projections are dramatic (above 600 ppmv) with irreversible consequences to the planet. In order to achieve the binding targets of reductions agreed in the international summit meetings, it is necessary the reduction of emissions from the electricity production from fossil-fueled power plants, especially coal-fired. The objective of this work is developing a methodology and providing tools that help in the decision making process in order to evaluate and enhance the sustainability of the electricity production process form coal. This methodology is based on mathematical programming that allows solving multi-objective optimization problems. Besides, it is applicable to a wide range of processes and industries that face similar decision problems.

Se desarrolló con entrevistas a través de la plataforma Google meet con la gerente y sus principales líderes, donde cada uno dio una puntuación para cada factor en su respectiva dimensión bajo la estructura de la matriz RISE. Una vez calificadas las entrevistas se procedió con la compilación de la información y se fueron presentando a la gerencia las guías de acuerdo con las instrucciones del facilitador de la Universidad EAN, quien dio sus observaciones respectivas. Este informe contempla los siguientes puntos: 1) En Introducción se presenta a la empresa y el sector al que pertenece, 2) El objeto del trabajo o de la consultoría, 3) El plan de trabajo realizado por el grupo de consultoría, 4) La identificación de la empresa, 5) Breve análisis financiero, 6) Presentación y análisis consolidado RISE (riesgos y fortalezas), 7) Análisis por factor y dimensión, 8) Ruta de innovación y sostenibilidad empresarial (RISE) 9) Recomendaciones al gerente para la implementación de la RISE 10) Conclusiones 11) Referencias This work presents the application of the RISE model (route of innovation and business sustainability) in the company LOGIA 3 S.A.S in the City of Bogotá. It was developed with interviews through the Google meet platform with the manager and his main leaders, where each one gave a score for each factor in its respective dimension under the structure of the RISE matrix. Once the interviews were qualified, the information was compiled and the guides were presented to the management in accordance with the instructions of the EAN University facilitator, who gave their respective observations. En el proceso sistemático de recogida y análisis de la información se han aplicado criterios para garantizar la calidad del juicio emitido.Los resultados ofrecen un diagnóstico sobre la inclusión de la sostenibilidad en la docencia en las áreas de Ciencias e Ingeniería, objeto del estudio, y pueden servir como punto de partida para iniciar un proceso de cambio y transición hacia prácticas docentes que incluyan los principios, criterios y valores relacionados con la sostenibilidad. L'objectiu principal d'aquest estudi es dirigeix a diagnosticar el nivell d'introducció de la sostenibilitat en les activitats docents i facilitar l'autoavaluació professional del professorat universitari des de criteris de sostenibilitat.L'estudi està basat en la recerca evaluativa com a metodologia associada al paradigma sociocrític; s'analitzen els resultats de l'aplicació d'un qüestionari autodiagnòstic validat, dirigit al professorat de les àrees cientificotècniques de la Universitat de València. En el procés sistemàtic de recollida i anàlisi de la informació s'han aplicat criteris per garantir la qualitat del judici emès.Els resultats ofereixen un diagnòstic sobre la inclusió de la sostenibilitat en la docència a les àrees de Ciències i Enginyeria, objecte de l'estudi, i poden servir com a punt de partida per iniciar un procés de canvi i transició cap a pràctiques docents que incloguin els principis, criteris i valors relacionats amb la sostenibilitat. The overall objective of our study is focused on diagnosing the level of introduction of sustainability in teaching activities and to facilitate professional self-assessment of University teachers under sustainability criteria.The study is based on evaluative research as a methodology associated to the socio-critical paradigm. The results of a validated self-assessment questionnaire addressed to the teachers of the scientific-technical areas of the University of Valencia, are analyzed.The results offer a diagnosis about the inclusion of sustainability in the areas of Sciences and Engineering under the scope of this study, and serve as starting point to begin a change and transition process towards teaching methodologies including principles, criteria and values dealing with sustainability.

The following project offers a reflexive and analytical approach to the value of interculturality, starting from the challenges proposed by diversity in education. For this, intercultural educative experiences carried out in Alcalà de Xivert (Spain) and in Gandiol (Senegal) are described, by an autoethnographic story, and they relate art with the encounter between cultures, highlighting some of them by the ability to show the polyvalence of the materials from the art of recycling and reuse. This study invites us to reflect on the perspective of the psychopedagogical person and try to make visible, explain and understand the learnings produced, describing the cultural shocks lived and the change of look experienced. In conclusion, the relevance of the creative practices that propitiate the intercultural encounter is shown since they favour an inclusive, ecological and sustainable education for the person and in their environment. El siguiente trabajo ofrece un acercamiento reflexivo y analítico sobre el valor de la interculturalidad, partiendo de los desafíos que propone la diversidad en la educación. Para ello, se describen, a través del relato autoetnográfico, experiencias educativas interculturales realizadas en Alcalà de Xivert (España) y en Gandiol (Senegal) que ponen en relación el arte con el encuentro entre culturas, destacando algunas de ellas por la habilidad de mostrar la polivalencia de los materiales a partir del arte del reciclaje y la reutilización. Este estudio, invita a reflexionar sobre la perspectiva de la persona psicopedagoga y pretende visibilizar, explicar y comprender los aprendizajes producidos, describiendo los choques culturales vividos y el cambio de mirada experimentado. Como conclusión se muestra la relevancia de las prácticas creativas que propician el encuentro intercultural puesto que favorecen una educación inclusiva, ecológica y sostenible tanto en la persona como en su entorno.

Para el diseño del modelo se realizaron diferentes reuniones con la Gerencia General y el Coordinador Administrativo, con el fin de establecer un diagnóstico de la empresa, que permitió identificar su estado actual. Posteriormente, se realizaron diferentes sesiones con los responsables de las áreas funcionales para evaluar cada factor propuesto por el modelo, lo cual permitió identificar los riesgos, debilidades y fortalezas, clasificando como crítico aquellas dimensiones que obtuvieron un umbral por debajo del 40%. Finalmente, se elaboró el plan de trabajo que contempla cronograma, costos y responsables de cada tarea propuesta, estableciendo prioridades en función de las necesidades de la empresa, ya que no todo resultado identificado como un riesgo tiene la misma importancia según la estrategia y los objetivos de Agua Montereal. This is a document that presents the model RISE (Business Innovation and Sustainability Route) proposed to the company Agua Montereal. For the design of the model, different meetings were held with the General Management and the Administrative Coordinator, to establish a diagnosis of the company, which allowed to identify its current state. Subsequently different sessions were held with those responsible for the functional areas to evaluate each factor proposed by the model, which allowed identifying risks, weaknesses, and strengths, classifying as critical those dimensions that obtained a qualification below 40%. Finally, the work plan was contemplated under a schedule, costs, and responsibility for each proposed task, setting priorities according to the needs of the company, since not every outcome identified as a risk has the same importance according to the strategy and objectives of Agua Montereal. En este contexto, el objetivo de este trabajo es la intensificación del proceso de absorción de CO2 convencional en dos etapas: i) Sustitución del equipamiento convencional (e.g. torres de absorción) por sistemas de membranas para una absorción no dispersiva que elimine el arrastre de gotas y, ii) Sustitución del absorbente de referencia (monoetanolamina, MEA) por líquidos iónicos, con presión de vapor despreciable, que permite eliminar las pérdidas de disolvente por volatilización. En la presente Tesis Doctoral se desarrolla un proceso con cero emisiones de disolvente mediante la integración de equipos de membranas y líquidos iónicos, como estrategia para la intensificación del proceso de captura de CO2 de post-combustión. Carbon dioxide Capture and Storage (CCS), is a technology aimed at mitigating greenhouse gas impacts from fossil fuels combustion in industrial and energy-related processes where, carbon dioxide (CO2) capture is the bottleneck step where the efforts have to be applied. In this context, the aim of this work is to intensify the absorption process by two steps: i) Substitution of conventional equipment (e.g. scrubbers) for non-dispersive absoprtion membrane systems to avoid drops dragging and, ii) Substitution of the reference absorption solvent (monoethanolamine, MEA) for ionic liquids, with negligible vapour pressure, to avoid solvent losses due to volatilization of the solvent into gas stream. Thereby, in this PhD Thesis a zero solvent emission process trough the integration of membrane systems and ionic liquids is developed as a process intensification strategy for the recovery of CO2 from post-combustion streams.

In this report, a proposal for the company COLOMBOINGENIERIA SAS is consolidated, which contemplates a path of innovation and business sustainability based on the RISE model, the above, product of collaborative work between the company and the consulting team through work meetings with areas missionaries of the company to achieve a diagnosis from the matrix and its factors and dimensions that allowed to establish risks and strengths. Y es que la sociedad, la comunicación y en concreto, los consumidores han cambiado. Este hecho es algo que en Europa tienen muy claro. Mientras que otros países han sabido buscar nuevos porqués y adaptarse a los nuevos tiempos, España ha quedado estancada en las respuestas del pasado. En este sentido, las nuevas generaciones juegan un papel clave. Tenemos que aprender a escuchar a los más jóvenes. De aquí nace Begood, una empresa que viene a escuchar y surge como respuesta al panorama actual. Un panorama marcado por el auge de los intangibles, donde las clásicas estrategias de marketing resultan menos efectivas frente a los nuevos modelos basados en el consumidor y las emociones como factores principales de apelación. Ha sido así como aspectos como la cultura corporativa, la sostenibilidad o la comunicación interna han impulsado el crecimiento de grandes empresas; convirtiéndose así en valores fundamentales para el éxito de las organizaciones del siglo XXI. Esto ha sido posible gracias a los nuevos consumidores, quienes conscientes de su papel en la sociedad, han decidido tomar acción premiando o castigando a las empresas a través de sus actos. Frente a esto, solo nos queda una opción: ser buenos. Ser buenos en todos y cada uno de los aspectos que comprenden nuestras actividades empresariales. Desde el trato con el cliente, hasta el trato con el medioambiente y el trabajador. Por ello Begood se centra en el lugar en el que convergen estos tres factores: las oficinas de trabajo, el centro neurálgico de toda empresa. Y es que los lugares de trabajo no son sólo espacios, sino lugares capaces de motivar a los trabajadores y convertirlos en los mejores evangelizadores de la marca. Lugares inspiradores capaces de fortalecer la relación con los stakeholders y convertirla en publicity. Lugares capaces de construir y mantener una buena reputación de marca. In this sense, the new generations play a key role. The main lesson is that society must learn to listen to the young people. This idea was what gave birth to Begood, a company that has been created as a response to the current situation, which in our opinion is not as favorable as it could be. The national panorama is characterized by the rise of intangibles, where nowadays traditional marketing strategies are less effective against new models based on the consumer and emotions as the main factors of appeal. In this way, aspects like the corporate culture, sustainability or the internal communication have led the growth of big companies; thus, becoming fundamental values for the success of organizations in the 21st century. This has been possible thanks to new consumers, who are aware of their important role in the society and have decided to reward or punish companies by their actions. Against this, we only have one option: to be good. Be good in each and every one of the aspects that comprise our business activities; from dealing with the client, to dealing with the environment and the worker. That is why Begood focuses on the space where these three factors converge: the work offices, the nerve center of every company. That workplaces are not just spaces, but places capable of motivating workers and turn them into the best promoters of the brand. Inspiring places able to strengthen the relationship with stakeholders and turn it into publicity. Places able to build and maintain a good brand reputation.
