Any system in the world can be analyzed based on two types of characteristics namely ideal characteristics and actual practical characteristics. The ideal characteristics speak about the ideal performance of the system under ideal conditions whereas the actual practical characteristics deviate from the ideal characteristics under the normal conditions. This deviation is due to many factors like the behavior of the system under normal condition, the interfaces with the environment, various limitations in inputs of the system etc. In an electrical energy system, the knowledge of ideal characteristics play an important role in design of generation, distribution, and utilization. This paper discusses the ideal conditions for production of electric energy using green technology, the ideal conditions for its distribution and ideal conditions for its utilization. The various limiting factors to reach the ideal condition are discussed and suggestions are given to improve practical systems towards hypothetical ideal system in various stages of production, distribution and utilization of electric energy. The paper identifies the characteristics of ideal electric production, ideal distribution and ideal utilization based on the “system model” of ideal power production, distribution and utilization system. The comparison chart gives the comparison between the ideal system and practical system based on the various characteristics. The discussion in this paper is limited to the energy using green technology.

The colour green is increasingly being used to denote eco-awareness. Due to this concept, the banking sector is experiencing technological developments, operational improvements, and client behaviour changes. Normal banks, like Green Bank, aim on preserving natural resources and safeguarding the environment while taking into account all social and environmental problems. To promote environmentally friendly practices and lessen the carbon footprint produced by financial activity [2]. Additionally, it is known as the ethical bank and the sustainable bank. Banks should support the innovations, procedures, and goods that considerably reduce their carbon footprint. In terms of increasing paper usage, environmental effects, and energy use (lighting, air conditioning). In today's environmentally conscious society, the adage "Go Green" has acquired popularity and is now relevant to all areas of business [3]. The goal of this study is to examine green banking and point out situations where it has been used.

Teachers has a fundamental spot in improvement of training on the planet. Today situation in instruction area in agricultural nation like India where standard positions become old radically, individuals actually coming in this area as a result of their advantage in this area. In the radiance of this foundation, the reason for this investigation is to survey and consider the association between uneasiness feeling with professional stability of agreement personnel working in designing universities of Punjab, India with the assistance of stress model to evaluate the fate of educating in emerging country. The examination has been led on employees working in private and government designing schools of rustic area of Gurdaspur locale of Punjab.
