The user of a building in the management phase is called daily to respond to a series of actions concerning his behavior relating to a correct use model, with respect to ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, redevelopment, reuse and restoration. These actions must be performed by the user without compromising the technical, functional and performance characteristics of the project. In general, in an energy efficient project that is particularly "attentive" to environmental issues, often also equipped with passive solar systems and complex technological systems, the immediate involvement of the user is assumed during management, as sole responsible for the operation phase of a construction. But it happens that the user, in the absence of specific instruments and related guidelines, doesn't have the knowledge and technical maturity to be able to activate efficient decision-making mechanisms for maintaining the quality of the project. In this regard, the research has the general objective of creating a network for the operators involved in the building process of a project, re-appropriating the relationship between users and production. This network, created mainly to support the user as a guide tool for the management of a bioclimatic sustainable building, has an innovative character. It promotes two-way communication in real time between professional actors involved in the building process and the user during the management. The specific objective is to create an operational tool, a software (hypertext) of the SaaS (Software as a Service) type at the service of users; a tool that interfaces all the professional players in the building process (from the phase of design till the phase of management) with the user. It is a technological system intended to be applied to highly employable buildings (offices, commercial activities, etc.) equipped with passive solar systems and energy management system BEMS (Building Energy Management Systems) type. The system works as an information filter based on two main operating ...
