description Publicationkeyboard_double_arrow_right Article , Other literature type 2020Publisher:EDP Sciences Authors: Anzhela Lelechenko; Sergii Somin; Olga Lebedinska; Iryna Dynnyk; This article provides a critical analysis of the achievements of human development towards sustainable development in the 17th Global Goals and reveals new approaches to the management of this process. Because these goals are related, the success in achieving one of them affects the success of the entire set of goals. This made it possible to distinguish the most acute globalization problems that have require urgent collective attention and special consolidated mechanisms to solve them. It is necessary to establish a unified global system of data collection on indicators of sustainable development from all countries of the world in order to achieve the fundamental social and economic transformations in 2030. The authors identify a new paradigm for the management of sustainable development in the form of governance in the process of achieving the 17 Global Millennium Goals, which aims to provide making such strategic decisions that would serve global interests, and national efforts are supported by effective interstate cooperation through diplomacy and crisis prevention. The researchers generalized the main challenges and suggested to identify the relationships between existing problems of human activity more effectively, adopting an integrated approach and increasing significantly investments in poverty alleviation, inequality and climate change.

The results showed a positive effect of water injection on the increase of the condensate recovery factor, but a decrease in gas production compared to the basic options of development at depletion drive. Thus, for formation systems with medium and high potential yield of liquid hydrocarbons C5+, the largest incremental production is obtained in the case when water injection begins with minimum depletion of formation energy. While for a formation system with a low potential yield (100 g/m3) the maximum technological effect is obtained under the condition of maximum depletion. In the case of medium and high C5+ yield in the formation gas, with a slight decrease in the formation pressure by 25 or 50% of the dew point pressure, the maximum increase in the condensate recovery factor is achieved at high injection rates with 100 or 150% voidage replacement. The obtained results can be used for rapid screening of potential methods of impact on the gas condensate reservoir, and the final decision concerning the technological parameters of production and injection wells operation will be made due to the results of optimization of multivariate hydrodynamic calculations using geological and technological models.

These approaches provide consideration of the opposite processes of public spaces socialization and correctional complexes resocialization, sustainability, and dynamism its organization, and self-organization. The regularities of sustainable development are present in the cyclical nature of historical changes in public spaces and the penitentiary system. Cycles unfold in the alternation order of pairwise polarized processes, on the one hand, dispersion and concentration, and, on the other, – self-organization and adaptation. We have found that the interaction of universal processes and the natural change of cycles stimulates, on the one hand, growth and stabilization, and, on the other, – transformation and metamorphosis, which lead to the emergence of new forms and structures of public spaces and penitentiary complexes. We have proposed to use Socionical methods for increasing tolerance and democracy in the architectural environment of settlements. We have described the methodological tools to achieve the harmonization of the architectural environment of settlements.

Technical solutions of a new type of hoisting machines with two consecutive friction pulleys, which have significantly higher load characteristics and allow usage of less metal-intensive and energy-intensive hoisting machines, are considered. The order of estimation of a state of a mine shaft and general types of work on its monitoring are justified. Conceptual foundations of intensification of mining operations in the mines of Ukraine are defined based on modernization of hoisting equipment units and improvement of a control system.

These stresses are due to contact friction between the layers of rocks. To reveal the mechanism of mountain forming, the vector method of the body equilibrium on the path of maximum effective tangential stresses of a triangular element is used, taking into account the external and internal forces acting on it. It is shown that the total vector of these forces, taking into account internal and contact friction, is directed against the gravitational force and generates mountain forming. A generalization of experimental observations on the elevation of rock structures and anomalous manifestations of rock pressure is given.

In the same time, the accumulated mining wastes, that can make the technogenic deposits, pass into one of the important sources of the mineral raw materials. Taking into account this thing, the development and implementation of the modern technological circuits of the technogenic deposit development is an actual calling for mining industry, and determination and optimization of process conditions of the technogenic deposit development – is the scientific task of this publication. The obtained results of studies of the optimum step value of the ore chute transfer during the technogenic deposit development can be used by design organizations and mining enterprises for designing works. The obtained methodology and the proposed mathematical dependencies will reduce the cost of mining of the technogenic deposit due to the reasonable timely transfer of the open ore chute.
