    El fomento de las energías renovables por parte de las instituciones ha impulsado la instalación de energía solar térmica en los edificios de las ciudades. En el caso de Barcelona, la Ordenanza Solar Térmica establece el marco normativo y la obligatoriedad de instalar esta energía en los edificios de nueva construcción y en aquellos en los que se realiza una rehabilitación o se produce un cambio de uso. En este marco, el presente proyecto trata el diseño de una instalación solar térmica destinada a la producción de agua caliente sanitaria (ACS). El diseño está adaptado a un edificio ya existente (para el que no existe la obligatoriedad de instalación). El objetivo es detallar todos los elementos y pasos a seguir desde el inicio hasta que la instalación esté completamente dimensionada. El análisis técnico irá precedido de una explicación teórica destinada a situar las energías renovables en el contexto actual y explicar el funcionamiento de todos los elementos que componen la instalación, así como el método para dimensionarlos. Una vez realizado el diseño se procederá a realizar un presupuesto detallado de la instalación para conocer la inversión inicial necesaria para acometer su puesta en marcha, así como un estudio de rentabilidad económica que demuestre la viabilidad de la misma. Igualmente, un estudio de impacto ambiental centrado en el ahorro de emisiones de CO2 permitirá analizar otros aspectos positivos de este tipo de instalaciones, aspectos que deben ser tomados en cuenta en el momento de decidir si ésta debe llevarse a cabo, o por el contrario, no resulta viable.

    Las decisiones correctamente tomadas en la gestión de proyectos tienen en cuenta todos los componentes y todo su ciclo de vida pero, principalmente, a todos los agentes implicados. A través de un ejemplo (selección entre alternativas a la compra de una vivienda) se muestra directamente la integración de aspectos económicos, funcionales, sociales y ambientales. Así, para realizar la selección se contemplan: costes, vulnerabilidad, ubicación, estética, recursos naturales, sostenibilidad, etc. Indirectamente, se justifica que la adecuada aplicación en sí de la metodología integra a los agentes, atenuando la posibilidad de conflictos y logrando una mayor eficiencia en la gestión. La metodología como tal queda descrita para ser aplicada a cualquier otro proyecto. ; Correct decision making in project management takes into account all of the components and the whole life-cycle of the project, but primarily focuses on all of the stakeholders. An example (deciding between alternative homes to buy) shows the integration of economic, functional, social and environmental requirements. In order to score alternatives, costs, vulnerability, location, aesthetics, natural resources, sustainability, etc. are considered. It is also justified, in an indirect way, that the proper application of the methodology integrates agents, lessening the possibility of conflict and achieving greater efficiency in management. The methodology, as described, is ready to be applied to any project. ; Peer Reviewed

    Este proyecto tiene como objetivo el estudio, diseño y programación de un sistema de adquisición y medición de temperatura en tiempo real mediante un microcontrolador Arduino para monitorizar su evolución como parte de un proceso de estimación de conductividades térmicas de distintos materiales aislantes. Para ello se utilizarán sensores de temperatura de resistencia de platino, que ofrecen una buena precisión en la medida. Además, habrá que integrar unos conversores AD para linealizar las medidas dadas por los sensores, así como programar el sistema adecuado para la correcta adquisición de datos y su posterior representación gráfica. Todo ello usando un entorno basado en el microcontrolador Arduino ; Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería Industrial ; Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena

    La Agenda 2030 establece una serie de metas en torno a la sostenibilidad, sumando un total de 17 Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible. En el objetivo 4 se hace especial incidencia en el papel que debe de jugar la educación para formar a las futuras generaciones en sostenibilidad. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo conocer la incidencia en el estudiantado de educación de una experiencia de aprendizaje-servicio con contenidos sobre sostenibilidad. A tal fin se siguió una metodología cuantitativa con un diseño de investigación ex post facto. Los resultados muestran un buen nivel de aprendizaje, a nivel cognitivo y afectivo, de la sostenibilidad y de la metodología de aprendizaje-servicio. Sin embargo, se detecta una clara resistencia a asumir las medidas que deberían llevarse a cabo para lograr dicha sostenibilidad. Las mujeres mostraron de modo significativo una mayor sensibilidad con los valores y conductas relacionadas con la sostenibilidad. ; Agenda 2030 establishes a series of goals around sustainability adding up to a total of 17 Sustainable Development Goals. In Goal 4, special emphasis is placed on the role that education should play in training future generations in sustainability. The aim of this research was to determine the impact on education students of a service-learning experience with content on sustainability. To this end, an expostfacto methodology and a quantitative analysis were followed. Results show a good level of learning, on a cognitive and affective level, of sustainability and of service-learning methodology. However, there is a clear reluctance to assume the measures that should be carried out to achieve such sustainability. Women showed significantly greater sensitivity to values and behaviours related to sustainability. ; peerReviewed

    Se ha observando un incremento continuado en la generación de lodos de depuradoras debido al importante Incremento del caudal de la depuración de aguas residuales. El tratamiento de la línea de lodos generados en la EDAR implica un alto coste por su consumo energético. El II Plan de Lodos de Depuradora PNIR establece como uno de sus objetivos que un 15% de lodos de depuradora sean valorizados energéticamente, que incluye la incineración.     En esta ocasión se ha llevado a cabo el análisis de las normas y algunas resoluciones de relevancia aprobadas en la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía desde octubre de 2016 hasta abril de 2017. En este período no podemos destacar ninguna ley o norma con rango de ley que haya introducido una regulación sustantiva en el ámbito que nos ocupa, más bien se constata una actividad normativa sostenida en el tiempo que se ha desarrollado en el nivel de las disposiciones administrativas de carácter general, bien para abordar aspectos concretos ya previstos en las normas ambientales de cabecera, bien para articular la competencia de gestión de las comunidades autónomas —como ocurre en el ámbito de los espacios naturales—, bien para la mera actualización de determinados sectores. Desde esta perspectiva, el período que abordamos se caracteriza por la heterogeneidad de los contenidos regulados en el nivel de reglamento, que abarcan aspectos relativos a la declaración de espacios protegidos y la aprobación de los planes respectivos, a la función inspectora y a los residuos, entre otros, junto a otro tipo de resoluciones que establecen medidas tan diversas como las relativas al impulso de la incorporación de cláusulas sociales y ambientales en los contratos de la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía (Acuerdo de 18 de octubre de 2016 del Consejo de Gobierno).     Una vez desarrolladas las iniciativas multilaterales para el alivio de la deuda externa en los países de bajos ingresos (HIPC y MDRI), el objetivo principal será evitar que un país pobre se vuelva a endeudar demasiado. Impedir esto no va a ser fácil. Por una parte, estos países están experimentando cambios en su inserción externa, lo cual implica una serie de oportunidades y riesgos. Por otro lado, el hecho de pagar puntualmente el servicio de la deuda no implica necesariamente que el país mantenga un endeudamiento sostenible. La caracterización de una deuda como sostenible tiene que ver con el análisis de la interrelación compleja de una serie de factores estructurales. ; Once developed the multilateral initiatives for the relief of the external debt in the low income countries (HIPC and MDRI), the principal aim will be to prevent a poor country from returning to get into debt too much.     El fomento de las energías renovables por parte de las instituciones ha impulsado la instalación de energía solar térmica en los edificios de las ciudades. En el caso de Barcelona, la Ordenanza Solar Térmica establece el marco normativo y la obligatoriedad de instalar esta energía en los edificios de nueva construcción y en aquellos en los que se realiza una rehabilitación o se produce un cambio de uso. En este marco, el presente proyecto trata el diseño de una instalación solar térmica destinada a la producción de agua caliente sanitaria (ACS). El diseño está adaptado a un edificio ya existente (para el que no existe la obligatoriedad de instalación). El objetivo es detallar todos los elementos y pasos a seguir desde el inicio hasta que la instalación esté completamente dimensionada. El análisis técnico irá precedido de una explicación teórica destinada a situar las energías renovables en el contexto actual y explicar el funcionamiento de todos los elementos que componen la instalación, así como el método para dimensionarlos. Una vez realizado el diseño se procederá a realizar un presupuesto detallado de la instalación para conocer la inversión inicial necesaria para acometer su puesta en marcha, así como un estudio de rentabilidad económica que demuestre la viabilidad de la misma. Igualmente, un estudio de impacto ambiental centrado en el ahorro de emisiones de CO2 permitirá analizar otros aspectos positivos de este tipo de instalaciones, aspectos que deben ser tomados en cuenta en el momento de decidir si ésta debe llevarse a cabo, o por el contrario, no resulta viable.

    Las decisiones correctamente tomadas en la gestión de proyectos tienen en cuenta todos los componentes y todo su ciclo de vida pero, principalmente, a todos los agentes implicados. A través de un ejemplo (selección entre alternativas a la compra de una vivienda) se muestra directamente la integración de aspectos económicos, funcionales, sociales y ambientales. Así, para realizar la selección se contemplan: costes, vulnerabilidad, ubicación, estética, recursos naturales, sostenibilidad, etc. Indirectamente, se justifica que la adecuada aplicación en sí de la metodología integra a los agentes, atenuando la posibilidad de conflictos y logrando una mayor eficiencia en la gestión. La metodología como tal queda descrita para ser aplicada a cualquier otro proyecto. ; Correct decision making in project management takes into account all of the components and the whole life-cycle of the project, but primarily focuses on all of the stakeholders. An example (deciding between alternative homes to buy) shows the integration of economic, functional, social and environmental requirements. In order to score alternatives, costs, vulnerability, location, aesthetics, natural resources, sustainability, etc. are considered. It is also justified, in an indirect way, that the proper application of the methodology integrates agents, lessening the possibility of conflict and achieving greater efficiency in management.     Este proyecto tiene como objetivo el estudio, diseño y programación de un sistema de adquisición y medición de temperatura en tiempo real mediante un microcontrolador Arduino para monitorizar su evolución como parte de un proceso de estimación de conductividades térmicas de distintos materiales aislantes. Para ello se utilizarán sensores de temperatura de resistencia de platino, que ofrecen una buena precisión en la medida. Además, habrá que integrar unos conversores AD para linealizar las medidas dadas por los sensores, así como programar el sistema adecuado para la correcta adquisición de datos y su posterior representación gráfica.     La Agenda 2030 establece una serie de metas en torno a la sostenibilidad, sumando un total de 17 Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible. En el objetivo 4 se hace especial incidencia en el papel que debe de jugar la educación para formar a las futuras generaciones en sostenibilidad. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo conocer la incidencia en el estudiantado de educación de una experiencia de aprendizaje-servicio con contenidos sobre sostenibilidad. A tal fin se siguió una metodología cuantitativa con un diseño de investigación ex post facto. Los resultados muestran un buen nivel de aprendizaje, a nivel cognitivo y afectivo, de la sostenibilidad y de la metodología de aprendizaje-servicio. Sin embargo, se detecta una clara resistencia a asumir las medidas que deberían llevarse a cabo para lograr dicha sostenibilidad. Las mujeres mostraron de modo significativo una mayor sensibilidad con los valores y conductas relacionadas con la sostenibilidad. ; Agenda 2030 establishes a series of goals around sustainability adding up to a total of 17 Sustainable Development Goals. In Goal 4, special emphasis is placed on the role that education should play in training future generations in sustainability. The aim of this research was to determine the impact on education students of a service-learning experience with content on sustainability. To this end, an expostfacto methodology and a quantitative analysis were followed. Results show a good level of learning, on a cognitive and affective level, of sustainability and of service-learning methodology. However, there is a clear reluctance to assume the measures that should be carried out to achieve such sustainability. Women showed significantly greater sensitivity to values and behaviours related to sustainability. ; peerReviewed

    Se ha observando un incremento continuado en la generación de lodos de depuradoras debido al importante Incremento del caudal de la depuración de aguas residuales. El tratamiento de la línea de lodos generados en la EDAR implica un alto coste por su consumo energético. El II Plan de Lodos de Depuradora PNIR establece como uno de sus objetivos que un 15% de lodos de depuradora sean valorizados energéticamente, que incluye la incineración.     En esta ocasión se ha llevado a cabo el análisis de las normas y algunas resoluciones de relevancia aprobadas en la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía desde octubre de 2016 hasta abril de 2017. En este período no podemos destacar ninguna ley o norma con rango de ley que haya introducido una regulación sustantiva en el ámbito que nos ocupa, más bien se constata una actividad normativa sostenida en el tiempo que se ha desarrollado en el nivel de las disposiciones administrativas de carácter general, bien para abordar aspectos concretos ya previstos en las normas ambientales de cabecera, bien para articular la competencia de gestión de las comunidades autónomas —como ocurre en el ámbito de los espacios naturales—, bien para la mera actualización de determinados sectores. Desde esta perspectiva, el período que abordamos se caracteriza por la heterogeneidad de los contenidos regulados en el nivel de reglamento, que abarcan aspectos relativos a la declaración de espacios protegidos y la aprobación de los planes respectivos, a la función inspectora y a los residuos, entre otros, junto a otro tipo de resoluciones que establecen medidas tan diversas como las relativas al impulso de la incorporación de cláusulas sociales y ambientales en los contratos de la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía (Acuerdo de 18 de octubre de 2016 del Consejo de Gobierno).     Una vez desarrolladas las iniciativas multilaterales para el alivio de la deuda externa en los países de bajos ingresos (HIPC y MDRI), el objetivo principal será evitar que un país pobre se vuelva a endeudar demasiado. Impedir esto no va a ser fácil. Por una parte, estos países están experimentando cambios en su inserción externa, lo cual implica una serie de oportunidades y riesgos. Por otro lado, el hecho de pagar puntualmente el servicio de la deuda no implica necesariamente que el país mantenga un endeudamiento sostenible. La caracterización de una deuda como sostenible tiene que ver con el análisis de la interrelación compleja de una serie de factores estructurales. ; Once developed the multilateral initiatives for the relief of the external debt in the low income countries (HIPC and MDRI), the principal aim will be to prevent a poor country from returning to get into debt too much. To prevent this is not going to be easy. On one hand, these countries are experiencing changes in their external insertion, which involves a series of opportunities and risks. On the other hand, the fact of paying punctually the service of the debt does not imply necessarily that the country supports a sustainable indebtedness. The characterization of a debt as sustainable relates to the analysis of the complex interrelationship of a series of structural factors ; SI
