Dan tahapan identifikasi komoditas ungulan merupakan salah satu tahapan awal dalam pengembangan kawasan agropolitan. Kawasan agropolitan Kabupaten Pasaman memiliki potensi pertanian yang cukup besar, kemudian untuk mengidentifikasi komoditas unggulan tersebut dilakukan dengan langkah analisa LQ dan DLQ. Langkah tersebut dilakukan dengan tujuan agar pengembangan komoditas tepat sasaran pada komoditi yang berpotensial untuk dikembangkan. Input data yang digunakan pada perhitungannya adalah nilai produksi tiap komoditas pada masing-masing kecamatan dan nilai produksi komoditas total. Komoditas unggulan dipilih berdasarkan hasil perhitungan LQ dan DLQ yang benilai >1, yang diidentifikasikan sebagai komoditas yang dengan laju pertumbuhan besar dan memiliki potensi pengembangan yang lebih cepat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan hasil komoditas unggulan kawasan agropolitan Kabupaten Pasaman antara lain : padi sawah, padi ladang, kacang tanah, pisang, mangga, cabe, bayam, karet, coklat dan kelapa sawit

Limbah-limbah kantin memiliki potensi untuk menjadi sumber energi terbarukan, yaitu biogas.Limbah sisa makanan dan aktifitas dapur dalam jumlah yang cukup dari kantin di lingkungan fakultas teknik dikumpulkan, dilakukan perlakuan seperti penghalusan dan homogenisasi, lalu tahap memasukkan substrat beserta ekstrak rumen sapi sebagai sumber bakteri anaerob kedalam batch reactor dengan penambahan air sebagai variasi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan, bahwa penambahan air mempengaruhi jumlah gas yang dihasilkan. Diketahui bahwa limbah yang ditambahkan air sebanyak 64 ml, mampu menghasilkan volume gas lebih banyak dibanding yang lainnya. Umur produksi gas mampu menghasilkan gas hingga hari ke 19. Dalam penelitian didapatkan adanya penurunan dan peningkatan produksi gas. Hal ini disebabkan adanya tahap pembentukan gas yang terjadi, mulai dari tahap hidrolisis, acidogenesis, asetogenesis, dan metanogenesis

Nur Ihsan;Suatu penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas spermatozoa kambing pada penambahan konsentrasi gliserol yang berbeda dalam pengencer telah dilakukan dan diharapkan dapat menentukan kadar gliserol yang tepat untuk mempertahankan kualitas spermatozoa kambing hasil pembekuan secara vitrifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian gliserol memberikan pengaruh berbeda terhadap motilitas spermatozoa pasca thawing, yaitu 0% (30,00±12,25%), 7% (30,00±12,65%), 14% (13,33±9,31%) dan 21% (7,50±2,74%). Pengencer Andromed tanpa penambahan gliserol dapat memberikan motilitas individu post thawing yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan penambahan gliserol 7%, 14% dan 21%. Dengan demikian untuk pengencer Adromed disarankan untuk tidak perlu dilakukan penambahan gliserol lagi, untuk pembekuan semen kambing karena mampu mempertahankan motilitas spermatozoa post thawing. Salah satu jenis wave energy converter (WEC) yang banyak digunakan diantaranya yaitu Oscillating Water Columnatau OWC. Prinsip kerja sistem WEC ini ialah mengubah pergerakan naik turunnya gelombang pada silinder kolom udara untuk menghasilkan udara bertekanan yang selanjutnya digunakan untuk menggerakkan turbin dan generator listrik. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk dapat mengetahui kinerja dari Oscillating Water Column (OWC) dalam menangkap energi gelombang laut. Untuk dapat melakukan penelitian ini diperlukan beberapa perlatan yaitu pembuatan konfigurasi peralatan pembuat dan penangkapan gelombang yang terdiri dari pelampung dan silinder Oscillating Water Column (OWC). Percobaan ini dilakukan dengan cara memvariasikan panjang dan tinggi gelombang pada flow water channel dengan mengatur bukaan pada pneumatic speed control. Dari hasil percobaan diperoleh bahwa kinerja paling efektif diperoleh pada panjang gelombang 0.9 m dan tinggi gelombang 0.23m. Pada karakteristik gelombang tersebut diperoleh tekanan, kecepatan dan volume pada silinder Oscillating Water Column (OWC) sebesar 1.11 bar, 39.39 m/s dan 0.0057 m3. Dari hasil percobaan juga diperoleh waktu pengisian Pressure Vessel selama 100 menit dengan tekanan 3 Psi.

Bahan bakar yang digunakan adalah UO2(NO3)2 yang dilarutkan dalam air. Sedangkan untuk pendingin menggunakan H2O, dengan grafit sebagai reflektor. Batasan masalah hanya terkait aspek kritikalitas pada kondisi steady state. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan variasi ukuran diameter saluran pendingin untuk mendapatkan geometri optimal, serta konsentrasi uranil nitrat dalam bahan bakar dan ketinggian permukaan bahan bakar untuk mengatur kritikalitas reaktor saat beroperasi. Indikator optimal adalah nilai k=±1,1 dan koefisien reaktivitas void negatif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mensimulasikan 2 buah desain AHR menggunakan metode Monte Carlo, yaitu AHR dengan jumlah saluran pendingin 19 buah dan 91 buah. Dari hasil simulasi didapatkan desain optimal untuk AHR dengan 19 saluran pendingin dicapai pada konsentrasi uranil nitrat 2% dan diameter saluran pendingin 3 cm, sedangkan untuk AHR dengan 91 saluran pendingin dicapai pada konsentrasi uranil nitrat 3% dan diameter saluran pendingin 2 cm. kedua desain memiliki koefisien reaktivitas void, koefisien reaktivitas void bahan bakar dan koefisien reaktivitas void pendingin yang negatif.

Eksploitasi secara berlebihan dan berkepanjangan mengakibatkan cadangan minyak bumi terus berkurang, dimana hal tersebut dapat diatasi dengan sumber energi alternatif terbarukan seperti biodiesel. Katalis yang digunakan adalah K2O/H-Za dengan loading KI 1%, 2%, 4% dan 6%. Minyak nyamplung melalui proses esterifikasi kemudian dilakukan proses transesterifikasi dengan katalis K2O/H-Za dengan variabel berat terhadap minyak sebesar 5%, 10%, 15% dan 20% dan suhu 500C, 600C dan 700C. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa semakin tinggi % loading KI, % yield juga semakin tinggi, dimana % yield tertinggi sebesar 32,301% dengan loading KI 6%. Massa katalis terbaik didapatkan pada variabel 10% massa minyak dengan % yield 36,807%. Semakin tinggi suhu reaksi, % yield biodiesel yang dihasilkan semakin tinggi, dengan % yield tertinggi pada suhu reaksi 700C sebesar 36,807%. Kondisi reaksi transesterifikasi terbaik adalah katalis dengan loading KI 6%, massa katalis 10% massa minyak dan pada suhu 700C. Namun berdasarkan densitas dan viskositasnya, biodiesel minyak nyamplung dengan katalis K2O/H-Za tidak memenuhi SNI 04-7182-2006 karena % yield biodiesel yang dihasilkan kecil.

Therefore, in designing a workspace, it is necessary to put much concern on lighting condition. A good condition on it can make workers comfortable during their activities and further increase productivity.This research shows data taken from real-lighting condition in small-medium handmade Batik industry,namely Batik Sogan which is located in Yogyakarta. The object of this research is a workspace with some working activities for example sewing, over edge sewing, and buttons attachment. With Dialux 4.8 software, the research is conducted to compare between direct measurement and lighting simulation result, as well as giving recommendation to improve lighting condition which fits in standards. The result shows that the lighting condition in Sewing-room in Batik Sogan is below standard, i.e., 91 – 125 lux. Therefore, sewing-room condition must be improved, so that the lighting condition may meet the standardized lighting for working conditions which is 500-1000 lux. Simple and cheap improvement to it are to replace the type of the lamp into Philips 4MX091 TL as many as 4 items and to change the colour of the rooms and the desks into white, so it can achieve the maximum lighting 693 lux, which has met the minimum standards for rather- soft working lighting.

There are four dengue virus serotypes, called DEN-1, DEN-2, DEN-3, and DEN-4, each of them can lead to dengue fever, either mild or fatal. Based on a survey of public health in Jember, recorded during January 2015 there were 300 cases of dengue fever, and seven of them died. Previous research using fuzzy method to determined the potential spread of Dengue in Jember. Para meters that used is the amount of rain in a period, the amount of rain in one month, free amount of larva and house index. Data that used is taken from 2009 until 2012 from 31 districts. The weaknesses in this study were not contain a way to resolve the imputation of missing data. In fact, survey data is often incomplete. Based on these issues, it will be created a prediction system of imputation of missing data on the spread of dengue by using Naïve Bayes method. The data refers to the prediction of the mi ssing data and the data were used as training data, so it can be processed further. This research has been successfully predicting missing data imputation using existing data, so that the missing data can be completed with high degree of accuracy.

Indonesia adalah negara tropis, dimana memiliki curah hujan yang tinggi dan setiap tahun mendapat sinar matahari. Indonesia memiliki keanekaragaman hayati dan hewani yang tinggi, untuk itu terdapat banyak jenis bahan baku biodiesel yang berpotensi untuk dijadikan suplemen bahan bakar motor diesel di Indonesia. Saat ini jenis bahan baku di indonesia mencapai lebih dari 50 jenis bahan baku. Metode pemilihan dan analisa bahan baku biodiesel adalah menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode prediksi yang dipakai adalah metode bilangan kuadrat terkecil (Least Square). Dari analisa bahan baku yang sudah dilakukan didapat 6 jenis bahan baku yang berpotensi sebagai suplemen bahan bakar motor diesel di Indonesia yaitu minyak jelantah, kelapa sawit, kelapa, alga, jarak pagar dan karet. Besar potensi produksi minyak biodiesel dari 6 jenis bahan baku biodiesel meliputi jarak pagar 557842 ribu barel minyak biodiesel. Disusul dengan kelapa sawit 438876, alga 258867 ribu barel, kelapa 238455 ribu barel, minyak jelantah 45515 ribu barel, dan karet 3989,7 ribu barel. Dengan adanya suplemen biodiesel, Indonesia akan dapat mengatasi krisis energi sampai pada tahun 2101.

Langkah tersebut dilakukan dengan tujuan agar pengembangan komoditas tepat sasaran pada komoditi yang berpotensial untuk dikembangkan. Input data yang digunakan pada perhitungannya adalah nilai produksi tiap komoditas pada masing-masing kecamatan dan nilai produksi komoditas total. Komoditas unggulan dipilih berdasarkan hasil perhitungan LQ dan DLQ yang benilai >1, yang diidentifikasikan sebagai komoditas yang dengan laju pertumbuhan besar dan memiliki potensi pengembangan yang lebih cepat. Limbah-limbah kantin memiliki potensi untuk menjadi sumber energi terbarukan, yaitu biogas.Limbah sisa makanan dan aktifitas dapur dalam jumlah yang cukup dari kantin di lingkungan fakultas teknik dikumpulkan, dilakukan perlakuan seperti penghalusan dan homogenisasi, lalu tahap memasukkan substrat beserta ekstrak rumen sapi sebagai sumber bakteri anaerob kedalam batch reactor dengan penambahan air sebagai variasi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan, bahwa penambahan air mempengaruhi jumlah gas yang dihasilkan. Diketahui bahwa limbah yang ditambahkan air sebanyak 64 ml, mampu menghasilkan volume gas lebih banyak dibanding yang lainnya. Umur produksi gas mampu menghasilkan gas hingga hari ke 19. Dalam penelitian didapatkan adanya penurunan dan peningkatan produksi gas. Nur Ihsan;Suatu penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas spermatozoa kambing pada penambahan konsentrasi gliserol yang berbeda dalam pengencer telah dilakukan dan diharapkan dapat menentukan kadar gliserol yang tepat untuk mempertahankan kualitas spermatozoa kambing hasil pembekuan secara vitrifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian gliserol memberikan pengaruh berbeda terhadap motilitas spermatozoa pasca thawing, yaitu 0% (30,00±12,25%), 7% (30,00±12,65%), 14% (13,33±9,31%) dan 21% (7,50±2,74%). Pengencer Andromed tanpa penambahan gliserol dapat memberikan motilitas individu post thawing yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan penambahan gliserol 7%, 14% dan 21%. Dengan demikian untuk pengencer Adromed disarankan untuk tidak perlu dilakukan penambahan gliserol lagi, untuk pembekuan semen kambing karena mampu mempertahankan motilitas spermatozoa post thawing. Salah satu jenis wave energy converter (WEC) yang banyak digunakan diantaranya yaitu Oscillating Water Columnatau OWC. Prinsip kerja sistem WEC ini ialah mengubah pergerakan naik turunnya gelombang pada silinder kolom udara untuk menghasilkan udara bertekanan yang selanjutnya digunakan untuk menggerakkan turbin dan generator listrik. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk dapat mengetahui kinerja dari Oscillating Water Column (OWC) dalam menangkap energi gelombang laut. Untuk dapat melakukan penelitian ini diperlukan beberapa perlatan yaitu pembuatan konfigurasi peralatan pembuat dan penangkapan gelombang yang terdiri dari pelampung dan silinder Oscillating Water Column (OWC). Percobaan ini dilakukan dengan cara memvariasikan panjang dan tinggi gelombang pada flow water channel dengan mengatur bukaan pada pneumatic speed control. Dari hasil percobaan diperoleh bahwa kinerja paling efektif diperoleh pada panjang gelombang 0.9 m dan tinggi gelombang 0.23m. Pada karakteristik gelombang tersebut diperoleh tekanan, kecepatan dan volume pada silinder Oscillating Water Column (OWC) sebesar 1.11 bar, 39.39 m/s dan 0.0057 m3. Dari hasil percobaan juga diperoleh waktu pengisian Pressure Vessel selama 100 menit dengan tekanan 3 Psi.

Bahan bakar yang digunakan adalah UO2(NO3)2 yang dilarutkan dalam air. Sedangkan untuk pendingin menggunakan H2O, dengan grafit sebagai reflektor. Batasan masalah hanya terkait aspek kritikalitas pada kondisi steady state. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan variasi ukuran diameter saluran pendingin untuk mendapatkan geometri optimal, serta konsentrasi uranil nitrat dalam bahan bakar dan ketinggian permukaan bahan bakar untuk mengatur kritikalitas reaktor saat beroperasi. Indikator optimal adalah nilai k=±1,1 dan koefisien reaktivitas void negatif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mensimulasikan 2 buah desain AHR menggunakan metode Monte Carlo, yaitu AHR dengan jumlah saluran pendingin 19 buah dan 91 buah. Dari hasil simulasi didapatkan desain optimal untuk AHR dengan 19 saluran pendingin dicapai pada konsentrasi uranil nitrat 2% dan diameter saluran pendingin 3 cm, sedangkan untuk AHR dengan 91 saluran pendingin dicapai pada konsentrasi uranil nitrat 3% dan diameter saluran pendingin 2 cm. kedua desain memiliki koefisien reaktivitas void, koefisien reaktivitas void bahan bakar dan koefisien reaktivitas void pendingin yang negatif.

Eksploitasi secara berlebihan dan berkepanjangan mengakibatkan cadangan minyak bumi terus berkurang, dimana hal tersebut dapat diatasi dengan sumber energi alternatif terbarukan seperti biodiesel. Katalis yang digunakan adalah K2O/H-Za dengan loading KI 1%, 2%, 4% dan 6%. Minyak nyamplung melalui proses esterifikasi kemudian dilakukan proses transesterifikasi dengan katalis K2O/H-Za dengan variabel berat terhadap minyak sebesar 5%, 10%, 15% dan 20% dan suhu 500C, 600C dan 700C. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa semakin tinggi % loading KI, % yield juga semakin tinggi, dimana % yield tertinggi sebesar 32,301% dengan loading KI 6%. Massa katalis terbaik didapatkan pada variabel 10% massa minyak dengan % yield 36,807%. Semakin tinggi suhu reaksi, % yield biodiesel yang dihasilkan semakin tinggi, dengan % yield tertinggi pada suhu reaksi 700C sebesar 36,807%. Kondisi reaksi transesterifikasi terbaik adalah katalis dengan loading KI 6%, massa katalis 10% massa minyak dan pada suhu 700C. Namun berdasarkan densitas dan viskositasnya, biodiesel minyak nyamplung dengan katalis K2O/H-Za tidak memenuhi SNI 04-7182-2006 karena % yield biodiesel yang dihasilkan kecil.

Therefore, in designing a workspace, it is necessary to put much concern on lighting condition. A good condition on it can make workers comfortable during their activities and further increase productivity.This research shows data taken from real-lighting condition in small-medium handmade Batik industry,namely Batik Sogan which is located in Yogyakarta. The object of this research is a workspace with some working activities for example sewing, over edge sewing, and buttons attachment. With Dialux 4.8 software, the research is conducted to compare between direct measurement and lighting simulation result, as well as giving recommendation to improve lighting condition which fits in standards. The result shows that the lighting condition in Sewing-room in Batik Sogan is below standard, i.e., 91 – 125 lux. Therefore, sewing-room condition must be improved, so that the lighting condition may meet the standardized lighting for working conditions which is 500-1000 lux. Simple and cheap improvement to it are to replace the type of the lamp into Philips 4MX091 TL as many as 4 items and to change the colour of the rooms and the desks into white, so it can achieve the maximum lighting 693 lux, which has met the minimum standards for rather- soft working lighting.

There are four dengue virus serotypes, called DEN-1, DEN-2, DEN-3, and DEN-4, each of them can lead to dengue fever, either mild or fatal. Based on a survey of public health in Jember, recorded during January 2015 there were 300 cases of dengue fever, and seven of them died. Previous research using fuzzy method to determined the potential spread of Dengue in Jember. Para meters that used is the amount of rain in a period, the amount of rain in one month, free amount of larva and house index. Data that used is taken from 2009 until 2012 from 31 districts. The weaknesses in this study were not contain a way to resolve the imputation of missing data. In fact, survey data is often incomplete. Based on these issues, it will be created a prediction system of imputation of missing data on the spread of dengue by using Naïve Bayes method. The data refers to the prediction of the mi ssing data and the data were used as training data, so it can be processed further. This research has been successfully predicting missing data imputation using existing data, so that the missing data can be completed with high degree of accuracy.

Indonesia adalah negara tropis, dimana memiliki curah hujan yang tinggi dan setiap tahun mendapat sinar matahari. Indonesia memiliki keanekaragaman hayati dan hewani yang tinggi, untuk itu terdapat banyak jenis bahan baku biodiesel yang berpotensi untuk dijadikan suplemen bahan bakar motor diesel di Indonesia. Saat ini jenis bahan baku di indonesia mencapai lebih dari 50 jenis bahan baku. Metode pemilihan dan analisa bahan baku biodiesel adalah menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode prediksi yang dipakai adalah metode bilangan kuadrat terkecil (Least Square). Dari analisa bahan baku yang sudah dilakukan didapat 6 jenis bahan baku yang berpotensi sebagai suplemen bahan bakar motor diesel di Indonesia yaitu minyak jelantah, kelapa sawit, kelapa, alga, jarak pagar dan karet. Besar potensi produksi minyak biodiesel dari 6 jenis bahan baku biodiesel meliputi jarak pagar 557842 ribu barel minyak biodiesel. Disusul dengan kelapa sawit 438876, alga 258867 ribu barel, kelapa 238455 ribu barel, minyak jelantah 45515 ribu barel, dan karet 3989,7 ribu barel. Dengan adanya suplemen biodiesel, Indonesia akan dapat mengatasi krisis energi sampai pada tahun 2101.
