The topicality of health culture and reflexive abilities to analyze own actions on health strengthening in a modern world is substantiated. The results of research focused on formation of gymnasium students' competence in health strengthening are presented. The research is carried out on reflexive and culturological approaches. Обоснована актуальность культуры здоровья и рефлексивных умений анализировать свои действия по укреплению здоровья в современном мире. Представлены результаты исследования, направленного на формирование грамотности учащихся гимназии в области укрепления здоровья, на основе рефлексивно-культурологического подхода.

Рассматриваются ориентиры на развитие ценностных ориентации у старшеклассников в условиях влияния медиаконтента. Учтены психолого-возрастные особенности старшеклассников в процессе развития у них ценностных ориентации. The guidelines on the senior pupils' values development in the conditions of mediacontent are reviewed. Senior pupils' psychological and age peculiarities while developing the values are taken into consideration.

The problem of pedagogical partnership management in the university scientific-educational process is regarded. Theoretical comprehension is performed on the basis of system-synergetic methodology. Special attention is given to the objectives selecting for pedagogical partnership management image development in scientific-educational process of university.

В связи с неустойчивой ситуацией на мировом рынке нефти уголь становится основным источником органического сырья для химической и металлургической промышленности. Ископаемые угли способны накапливать значительное количество элементов и примесей, нередко достигающих промышленно значимых концентраций. Ресурсы скандия и других редких элементов только в угольных месторождениях Сибири способны обеспечить его мировые потребности на несколько десятилетий. В работе решаются комплексные задачи, связанные с извлечением оксидов металлов по разработанной схеме обогащения для обеспечения необходимого уровня термопластичности, который определяет качество и характеристики металлургического кокса.В лабораторных условиях проведены опыты по обогащению высокозольных углей, содержащих в своем составе наибольшее количество металлов. При помощи модернизированного пластометра Гизелера определены значения термопластичности. При современных технологиях и оборудовании на базе отдельных месторождений можно создать рентабельное производство обогащенных коксующихся углей при попутном извлечении редких металлов. Доказано, что наиболее перспективно извлечение из углей скандия и комплекса редких металлов в виде оксидов. As the world oil market tends to be highly volatile, the coal becomes a primary source of organic raw materials for chemical and metallurgical industries. Fossil coals can accumulate high amounts of elements and mixtures quite often reaching commercially valuable concentrations. Reserves of scandium and other rare elements in coal deposits in Siberia alone are sufficient to satisfy the expected global demand for several decades. This study is intended to solve complex tasks associated with extraction of metal oxides using the developed enrichment method to ensure the required thermal plasticity determining the quality and properties of metallurgical coke.Laboratory experiments have been conducted for the enrichment of high-ash coals containing the highest concentrations of metals. Thermal plasticity values have been determined with the help of Gieseler plastometer . Using modern technologies and equipment individual deposits can be turned into profitable production of enriched coking coals with concurrent extraction of rare metals. It has been proven that the highest commercial potential lies with the extraction of scandium and some other rare metals in the form of oxides from the coal.. №4 (220) (2017)

The articles analyses the conditions of regional employment, discovers the character of the interaction of the labor market and employment, clarifies the most important directions and possibilities of the problem solutions in the NCFD republics. In a regional context, notably the social factors impact on the employment of: progress and quality of life; social, life, employment guidelines; degree of development of the level of education, professional skills of the working population, the degree of achievement of the regional authorities in addressing the issues of social security and protection of the population, including through the budgets of the regions and local areas. В статье анализируется состояние региональной трудозанятости, раскрывается характер взаимодействия рынка труда и занятости, уточнены наиболее важные направления и возможности решения проблем в республиках СКФО. В региональном аспекте особо следует выделить факторы социального воздействия на трудозанятость: достигнутый уровень и качество жизни; социальные, жизненные, трудовые ориентиры; степень развития уровня образованности, профессиональной грамотности трудоспособного населения, степень достижений региональных властей в решении вопросов социальной обеспеченности и защиты населения, в том числе и через бюджеты регионов и местных территорий.

The paper presents the assumptions for the computer simulation of a forest fire in accordance with digital topographic map of forests and short-term weather forecast. To conduct the simulation, a software has been created. The software includes deterministic mathematical model of a forest fire. Input data have been extracted from the short-term weather forecast and the digital forest maps. The application range covers both planning of a controlled fire, e.g. in cases when the fires are intentionally started by the forest services to get rid of accumulated forest material, as well as to plan extinguishing actions and to plan appropriate disposal of resources during the extinguishing of a forest fire. Creation of the described simulation environment arises from the need of optimum planning of the extinguishing actions in local fire service centers. The initial risk assessment in the stage of planning the extinguishing action, will allow efficient management of equipment by the local units. It also prevents from repeating wrong decisions made in the early stages. This need imposes limiting the use of equipment platforms to medium class PC’s. The outcomes of the paper provides accessibility of a tool supporting the decision making process and assessing the damages in the high risk conditions of a forest fire. Furthermore, conducting a simulation allows to estimate the need for fire fighting equipment in the case of total and border extinguishing of a fire, for different weather conditions, considering fire density. В работе представлены рекомендации для компьютерной симуляции лесного пожара, основанной на цифровой топографической информации о лесах и краткосрочном прогнозе погоды. Для проведения симуляции было создано программное обеспечение, содержащее детерминированную математическую модель лесного пожара. Входные данные были получены из краткосрочного прогноза погоды и цифровых карт лесов. Область применения симуляции планирование контролируемого пожара, намеренно вызванного лесными службами с целью удаления избытка собранного лесного материала, а также планирование пожаротушащих работ и распределение ресурсов во время тушения лесного пожара. Создание данного инструмента симуляции обосновано необходимостью оптимально планировать пожартушащие работы в местных центрах пожарной службы. Ранняя оценка риска на этапе планирования пожаротушащей работы позволит эффекитвно рапределять средства местными центрами и предотвратить ошибки при принятии решений на ранних этапах. Вышеуказанная необходимость вынуждает ограничить применение оборудования до персональных компьютеров среднего класса. Результат работы обеспечивает доступность инструмента, поддерживающего принятие решений и оценки потерь в условиях повышенной угрозы лесного пожара. Кроме того, симуляция позволяет оценить необходимое количество средств для тушения целой территории, охваченной пожаром или только её края при разных погодных условиях, с учётем огневой нагрузки данного участка.

Ключевые технологии, позволяющие реализовать надёжный котёл суперсверхкритического давления (ССКД), описаны на основе исследований и разработок начиная с 1980-х годов, с акцентом на пять аспектов, таких как применение ферритных сталей с повышенным пределом ползучести (ФСПП), подавление высокотемпературной коррозии, контроль качества воды, разработка экранов водяного испарителя и использования экологически благоприятного оборудования. В частности, необходим осознанный подход к применению стали ФСПП. The key technologies which enable the realization of reliable USC boiler are described, based on the research and development activities since 1980s, focusing on five issues, such as to manage creep strength enhanced ferritic steel (CSEF), to suppress high temperature corrosion, to control water quality, to design water wall evaporator and to adopt environmentally friendly equipment. Particularly, deliberate approach to apply CSEF steel is highly desirable. №5(1054) (2019)

Построение содержания учебных занятий на основе сотрудничества с центрами занятости и кадровыми агентствами рассматривается как педагогическое условие, положительно влияющее на формирование конкурентоспособности выпускников вуза. Дается теоретическая база для преподавателей и администрации вуза по проектированию и реализации образовательных программ в соответствии с федеральными государственными образовательными стандартами нового поколения. Building the content of studies on the basis of cooperation with employment organizations and human resources agencies is considered as a pedagogical condition which has a positive influence on forming the competitiveness of graduating students. Theoretical basis for lecturers and university management is given for developing and realization of an educational programs according to the federal state educational standards of a new generation.

The analysis of the world electric-energy balance revealed the advantage of steam turbine plants. An increase in their efficiency through the improvement of the initial parameters runs into difficulties associated with creation of new materials. The efficiency increase that results from the final pressure reduction requires an improvement of the circulating water supply system. The aim of this work is to determine the effect of the water-cooling tower on the electric power station profitability. This goal was reached by the creation of a mathematical model of the water-cooling tower and turbine plant with a condenser connected to each other. The calculations were made for two types of cooling tower fill packing: asbestos cement sheets and mesh elements made of polyethylene. Further, according to it, the vapor condensation temperature was determined. The latter affects the vapor discharge in the condenser, the capacity of the turbine plant and the temperature of the cooling water at the condenser output, i.e. at the cooling tower input. The novelty of this work consisted of consideration of the interaction between the cooling tower and turbine plant. Significance of the obtained results lies in the fact that, taking into account the reciprocal influence of the turbine plant and cooling tower, the efficiency of the fill packing replacement turns out to be major comparatively to the case without considering this influence. The replacement of the fill packings the half-a-year average temperature of condensation will become lower by 2.34 °С, electricity production increases by 41.72 GWh.
