In general, implementing land consolidation in big cities in Indonesia is still limited to developing public infrastructures such as road construction and drainage. There have not been many consolidation practices aimed at regulating land use arrangements to provide space for settlements. However, the concept of land consolidation has begun to be paid attention to strategies to increase the demand for housing amid the lack of land availability in urban areas. The purpose of the article is to assess the role of stakeholders in structuring residential land, using secondary data and is supported by interviews as primary data. Through the case study method in Tegalsari Village, Tegal City, the dimensions of the parts of each party were found. It was that all relevant stakeholders must consider more roles. Local governments, academics, practitioners, the private sector, and the community have equally essential functions, requiring mature collaboration to implement land consolidation successfully.

The article considers the analytical and statistical materials unfolding parameters of economic and ecological crime in Kemerovo Oblast. The close interrelation of quality indicators of the presented groups of crime is caused by the specifics of the coal-mining region. The illegal coal-mining developing in the territory of Kemerovo Oblast within the decades led to the irreversible ecological effects: pollution of rivers, air, soil, deforestation, etc. The administration of Kemerovo Oblast and the enterprises of the coal-mining industry paid attention to the problem not bringing desirable results. Formed in 2011 upon the request of the governor of Kemerovo Oblast the Prosecutor’s Office on the supervision of respecting the rule of law in the coal-mining industry combines the efforts of Rostekhnadzor (the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision) and Rosprirodnadzor (the Federal Service for Nature Management Supervision) for the prevention of proliferation of crimes in this sphere. Kemerovo State University combines the efforts of scientific community, executive authorities, public organizations and not indifferent residents of Kemerovo Oblast to recognize and prevent economic and ecological offenses. Kemerovo State University has been regularly holding the ecological and tax forums on its basis in recent years. They let bring the factors causing threat of the national security of the region and country in general to the authorities and the public.

The objective reasons for assessing the role of institutional investors as valuable participants of the Russian financial market and forecast trends within the framework of various projects is explained by the necessity of optimizing their participation in serving the needs of national and international economy as well as using the tools of environmental policy promotion. The subject of the research is the activity of institutional investors in contemporary environment and possible ways of making them as financial intermediaries more effective in providing the needs of the modern economy, especially in the fuel and energy complex as a key sector of the Russian Economy. The article provides a comparative analysis of the current set of factors and threats that affect the prospects of participation of institutional investors in financial markets. The complex analysis methodology, used in assessing the problems, involves considering the standpoint of the influence of a set of factors, subdivided into internal and external. Internal factors include the national market conditions and environmental issues. External factors reflect the long-term impact of a potentially adverse or favorable impact on the course of projects implementation based on institutional investors’ facility in spite of market turbulence, political sanctions or pandemic conditions.

Gender Development Index (GDI) is the index introduced by UNDP to measure the quality of human resources with respect of gender aspect. The objective of this research is to identify the influence of health, education, and economy to the women as well its distribution to map the areas prioritized for gender inequality alleviation. The methodology of this research employs quantitative descriptive analysis, spatial comparative analysis, and temporal comparative analysis. The result shows that the gender equality achieved by Central Kalimantan was GDI far below the national average, hence there needs to be efforts to push gender equality in main priority districts, such as Katingan, Murung Raya, and Barito Utara. The influence of health factor, represented by Life Expectancy Rate is more significant compared to other factors such as education and economy. The raise of total health facilities impact to the decreased of women mortality rate as the key for good women contribute into Gender Development Index.

”Justice is the last line to maintain social fairness and justice”. Student right for life, body and health can only be guaranteed through judicial channels. Once the school sports injury cases happen, the results are serious, which seriously affects the students’ academic completion, and brings heavy economics and psychological burden to the related families. Therefore, from the perspective of big data analysis, this paper collects and sorts out the data reports of China judgement online, and finds problems from the data statistics of school sports injury cases. By using SPSS and other sports statistics related software to analyze the variables involved in the case, the paper truthfully reflects the current situation and problems of the case. Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to prevent and solve the school sports injuries in Jiangxi Province, in order to provide theoretical reference for the construction of school sports law in China.

The presence of computer program equipment intended to ensure the security of the operation of a business or company is surely an inevitability. This tool is a form of the presence of adequate supervision in overcoming deviant behavior (crime) in the midst of changes that occur in society. Routine Activitist Theory analysis has reminded that losses that occur in society such as financial chaos in the Indonesian banking sector can be traced through the identification of attacks on Denial of Service. As well as a combination of other factors in the form of identification is carried out on the motivated offender and the appropriate target (suitable target).

Currently, one can observe the process of active economic integration and cooperation, in the post-Soviet space. This is possible due to mutual economic and political interests, ensuring the protection of the interests of national producers, and obtaining competitive advantages of domestic goods in comparison with similar products of Western European and Asian manufacturers. The solution to all these problems is facilitated by the creation of a single international organization of the post-Soviet space the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), the territory of its member states already constitutes a single customs space. Activities of the EAEU are associated with the adoption of a significant number of regulatory international legal acts. Implementation of these acts will be satisfactory only if the EAEU member states properly implement it in the national legislation. At present, several types of implementation of international law provisions in the national legislation of a particular country are distinguished in legislative activity: reception, transformation, referral, incorporation, ratification. Law enforcement practice also deserves special attention, including decisions of international courts binding in a single state. As a result of the study, the most preferred forms of implementation of the EAEU regulatory acts into the national law systems of its participants: Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia, were established. In addition, it was concluded that it is necessary to unify provisions of the criminal law of the listed states in terms of establishing liability for customs offenses. This decision will positively affect protection of both the interests of individual participants in economic relations and the economic security of each union state.

In this article, the authors consider the issues of using coal as one of the main sources of thermal energy when hiding criminal corpses by burning. It has been established that it is impossible to reproduce the conditions of a crematorium under domestic conditions, and therefore, in order to destroy a corpse, a criminal needs access to a heat source on an industrial scale. Most often, criminals use boiler and stoker stoves to hide the corpse, or destroy the corpse in storage facilities where coal is stored. In the course of investigating criminal cases about these crimes, investigators must find out how the criminal was able to get access to the source of energy - coal, in cases where the coal does not belong to him on the basis of ownership. Meanwhile, the study of criminal cases showed that the duties under consideration are not fulfilled by investigators properly or are not performed at all. The article touches upon the issues of prosecutor's supervision over the investigation of this category of cases, and measures that the prosecutor could take to activate the investigation bodies and other officials in order to counteract the use of coal in criminal acts.
