Questionnaire research and interview method were applied to study the introduction of the collaborative education provided by government, business, university and research institute in the area of rural and regional development at Zhejiang Ocean University (ZOU). Various training modes: joint enrollment and training, double-tutor system (two supervisors for one postgraduate, one is from the university, the other is from government or business or research institute) together with the establishment of collaborative staff training have been adopted to carry out the collaborative education that has provided better results. However, there are still some problems: misbalanced cooperation, unrelated cooperation fields that lead to the staff training objective not to be adequately met with practical needs. The article offers the way to construct a new training mode between government, business, university and research institute for the professional degree programme Master of Rural and Regional Development.

Peculiarities of somatical, physical, mental, spiritual and moral health of children up to 6-7 years old are described. Tasks and goals of additional education typical to infancy are revealed. They are associated with strengthening of different aspects of children's health and are conditional on age and individual peculiarities of children's development and on social expectations about representatives of the given age group. Охарактеризованы особенности соматического, физического, психического, духовно-нравственного здоровья детей до 6-7 лет. Выявлены характерные для детского возраста цели и задачи дополнительного образования, связанные с укреплением разных аспектов здоровья детей, обусловленные возрастными и индивидуальными особенностями их развития и социальными экспектациями по отношению к представителям данной возрастной группы.

Происходящая в настоящее время смена парадигмы лингвистических исследований, приобретающих все более антропоцентрический и, в связи с этим, междисциплинарный характер, влечет за собой весьма важное для методики обучения иностранным языкам следствие, а именно: содержание знаний, обеспечивающих процесс овладения иностранным языком, становится более емким. Оно подразумевает не только знания о структурно-функциональных особенностях изучаемого языка, но и обширный круг представлений, сопряженных с учетом «человеческого фактора» в речевой коммуникации на этом языке, с особенностями различных сфер и ситуаций общения, включающих в себя многочисленные социальные, социокультурные, межкультурные, психологические параметры, отражающиеся в специфике коммуникативного поведения людей.Для разработки вопроса о теоретическом статусе межкультурной лингводидактики как основы современных исследований в области преподавания иностранных языков и культур был осуществлен многофакторный анализ ее возможностей.В результате обобщения полученных данных представлена новая теоретическая платформа для исследовательского поля «языковое образование».Представленная теоретическая платформа может быть использована для разработки соответствующих теоретико-методологических стратегий и практико-ориентированных тактик научных исследований в данной области. The ongoing change in the paradigm of linguistic studies that is becoming increasingly anthropocentric and interdisciplinary in nature causes changes in methods of teaching foreign languages, namely: the content of knowledge that provides the process of foreign language acquisition is increasing in volume. The content includes not only the knowledge of the structural-functional peculiarities of the target language, but also a broad range of views, numerous social, socio-cultural, cross-cultural, psychological parameters reflected in the specifics of communicative behavior of people. To discuss the problem of the theoretical status of intercultural didactics as the basis of modern researches in the field of teaching foreign languages and cultures the multivariate analysis of its capabilities was carried out. A new theoretical framework for the research field of “language education” is presented as a result of generalization of the data obtained. The theoretical framework can be used to develop relevant theoretical and methodological strategies and practice-oriented tactics of research in the area.

Представлены дидактические средства реализации духовного восхождения в проблемном полилоге как педагогическое условие полилогического процесса освоения русской духовно-музыкальной культуры педагогами-музыкантами в учреждениях среднего профессионального образования. Обосновано, что духовное восхождение в проблемном полилоге посредством аналитико-эмоционального движения формирует готовность студентов к восприятию искусства религиозной традиции, полилогического текста, проблемной текстуально-полилогической деятельности в полилоге субъект-объектных и субъект-субъектных взаимодействий. Didactic facilities of spiritual ascending implementation in problem polylogue as a pedagogical condition of polylogical process of mastering Russian spiritual and musical culture by a teacher-musician in high vocational education institutions are reviewed. Spiritual ascending in a problem polylogue by means of analytical and emotional motion is substantiated to develop students' readiness to perceive religious tradition art, polylogical text, problem textual and polylogical activity in the polylogue of individual and object, individual and individual coordinated actions.

Рассматриваются вопросы развития проектно-технологической культуры школьников средствами компетентностного подхода к обучению. В основе изложения ретроспективный анализ проектного обучения и соотнесение основных идей с современной педагогической практикой. Педагоги лидеры современного образования сосредоточили свои исследовательские усилия на идее объединения трудового, коллективного, прагматического и эстетического воспитания, что сближает распространённое во многих странах фрагментарно-научное обучение с эффективной социализацией учащихся. Россия не исключение, так как современные педагогические концепции модернизации общего образования направлены на формирование у школьников целого спектра дидактических умений, в том числе универсальных учебных действий, подразделяемых Федеральным государственным образовательным стандартом на регулятивные, познавательные и коммуникативные. The paper describes the development of project-technological culture of schoolchildren by means of the competence-based approach. The retrospective analysis of the project teaching and correlation of basic ideas with modern pedagogical practice are given. Leading scientists in Pedagogy concentrated their research efforts on the idea of combining the aspects of upbringing (labour, pragmatic, collective and aesthetic education) into one, which improves the socialization of schoolchildren. Russia is not an exception as modern pedagogical ideas of general education are aimed to form a set of didactic skills, including soft study skills divided by the Federal state standard into regulative, cognitive and communicative skills.

Развитие человека является одной из базовых функций образования. Показано влияние самообразования и государственно-общественной системы образования на развитие компетентности, личностных качеств, ценностей человека и его здоровьесбережение. Обоснована неоднозначность и потенциальная разнонаправленность влияния образования на развитие личных ресурсов человека. Human development is one of the basic functions of education. The effects of selfstudy and state-and-public system of education on the development of competence, personality traits, human values and health safety are shown. The controversial and multidirectional character of education on the development of personal human resources is justified.

Представлена методика реализации комплексной кейс-технологии при обучении физике в технических вузах. Актуальность разработки такой технологии обусловлена современными требованиями к уровню подготовки будущих инженеров производства, необходимостью формирования у них профессиональных компетенций не только при изучении специальных дисциплин. Для обеспечения такой подготовки целесообразно организовать практико-ориентированное обучение физике в техническом вузе на основе ситуационного подхода. Цель статьи научно обосновать и описать разработанную модель процесса обучения физике в техническом вузе на основе комплексной кейс-технологии. Для достижения цели были использованы: анализ научно методической литературы и состояния исследуемой проблемы; понятийный анализ для уточнения содержания понятия «комплексная кейс-технология»; анализ законодательных и нормативно-правовых документов в сфере высшего образования, моделирование исследуемого объекта. В результате обоснована целесообразность реализации профессионально ориентированного обучения физике в техническом вузе на основе комплексной кейс-технологии. Представлена структура данной технологии. Научная новизна результатов исследования заключается в разработке комплексной кейс-технологии обучения физике в техническом вузе на основе идеи единства фундаментального и прикладного. Представленная структура комплексной кейс-технологии может быть использована при обучении в вузе физике и другим предметам естественнонаучного цикла будущих инженеров. The paper describes a complex case-technology for teaching physics in technical colleges. The technology development is determined by the requirements to the future engineers’ training level and by the need to develop their professional competencies. To provide the necessary level of the education outcomes the practice-oriented and situational approaches of teaching physics should be introduced into the educational process. The purpose of the article is to provide the rationale and to describe the education model of the physics teaching process based on the complex case-technology. To achieve the aim the analysis of the literature was made. The concept of an “integrated case-technology” was clarified. The analysis of legislative and regulatory documents in the field of higher education was made and the model was created. The application of the complex case-based technology in practice-oriented physics was proved effective. The stages of the technology were identified. The complex case-based technology in physics teaching at a technical college incorporates the idea of unity of fundamental and applied knowledge. The complex case-technology can be used in higher school to train future engineers.

The features and advantages of the modular and accumulative system of teachers professional development which aims at improving the efficiency of centralized model of post-graduate education for teachers of local history of the Chelyabinsk region are considered. Рассматриваются особенности и преимущества модульно-накопительной системы повышения квалификации педагогических работников, которая направлена на повышение эффективности централизованной модели постдипломного образования педагогов-краеведов Челябинской области.

It is substantiated that energy resource approach to person’s education is based on syntagma of the three grounds: phenomenon of a person as a fount of personal energy resources; education of a person as naturally and socially determined phenomenon, which is characterized by development of personal energy resources aroused by interchange of information with setting; consolidation of social influence on education of a person. Обосновано, что энергоресурсный подход к образованию человека базируется на синтагме трех оснований: феномене человека как развивающегося кладезя личных энергоресурсов; образовании человека как природоопределенном и социально обусловленном явлении, характеризующемся развитием личных энергоресурсов, происходящем вследствие обмена информаций с окружением; консолидации социального влияния на образование человека.

При стремительном развитии информатизации производства существенно возрастает роль инженерного образования. Графические дисциплины на технических специальностях вуза являются первыми профессионально ориентированными дисциплинами, активно влияющими на формирование компетенций будущих специалистов. Особую актуальность приобретает совершенствование методики обучения графическим дисциплинам путем внедрения в учебный процесс компьютерных технологий. Предложена новая форма организационно-педагогического обеспечения общеинженерной графической подготовки студентов путем интеграции классического курса и компьютерной 3D-технологии выполнения чертежа. The role of engineering education significantly increases with the rapid development of the informatization of production. Graphics disciplines for the students of technical specialties are the first professionally oriented subjects that influence the formation of professional skills of future specialists. Of particular urgency is the improvement of teaching methods of graphics disciplines. The possible way is to introduce computer technologies into the educational process. A new form of pedagogical support to general graphics training is offered that presupposes the integration of standard course with 3D computer technologies for drawing.
