The analysis of the crude oil distillation unit is performed by the ASPEN HYSYS. Горнодобывающая промышленность России находится в процессе трансформации под влиянием перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике, которая содержит в себе, как возможности, так и угрозы для ее развития. На сегодняшний момент необходимы дополнительные исследования, позволяющие определились стратегии устойчивого развития горнодобывающей промышленности и ее перспективы в новых условиях функционирования. Целью исследования является выявление особенностей развития горнодобывающей промышленности в условиях перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике и нахождение стратегий ее дальнейшего устойчивого развития. Задачами исследования являются анализ текущего состояния горнодобывающей промышленности; определение влияния процесса перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике на горнодобывающую промышленность России; формирование сценариев развития горнодобывающей промышленности в условиях перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике. В качестве методов авторами были использованы компаративный анализ, статистический анализ, обобщение и сравнение, а также метод сценариев. Результатом исследования является перечень основных факторов, влияющих на развития российской горнодобывающей промышленности в условиях перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике и предложения по ее стратегическому развитию. Авторы делают вывод, что главным фактором является тенденция повышения спроса на возобновляемые источники энергии и предлагают сценарии развития горнодобывающей промышленности. The Russian mining industry is currently characterized by adaptation to the low-carbon economy principles, which contains both opportunities and threats for its development. Additional research is needed to determine the strategies for the sustainable development of the mining industry at the present moment and to reduce the negative impact of the global decarbonization policy. As a goal, the authors highlight the finding such special characteristics of the Russian mining sector that are in the conditions of transition to a low-carbon economy and finding strategies for its further sustainable development. The authors set the following tasks: to assess the Russian mining sector as an object of a low-carbon economy; to identify factors that have a strong influence on the transition to a low-carbon economy on the Russian mining industry; scenarios formation for the mining industry development in the conditions of transition to a low-carbon economy. The author used comparative analysis, statistical analysis, generalization and comparison as methods, as well as the scenario method. The result of the study is a list of the main factors affecting the Russian mining industry development in the context of the transition to a low-carbon economy and proposals for its strategic development. As a conclusion, the authors propose to identify the trend of increasing demand for renewable energy sources as the main reason for changes in the mining sector and propose scenarios for the mining industry development.

Ðа оÑновании выработанного подхода предложен проект реконÑтрукции админиÑтративного зданиÑ, раÑполоÂженного в г. Оренбург. Предложен ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð»ÐµÐºÑ Ð¼ÐµÑ€, повышающих ÑнергетичеÑкую ÑффективноÑÑ‚ÑŒ объекта. The topic of the final qualifying work: "Sustainable development technologies for improving the energy efficiency of a building during reconstruction". The work is devoted to proving the effective use of energy-saving measures while preserving the environment and resources in the conditions of reconstruction of buildings of the last century. Tasks that were solved during the study: Analysis of domestic and foreign experience in the use of sustainable technologies in the reconstruction of buildings; Development of an action algorithm for the selection of measures during reconstruction using the principle of environmental sustainability; Development of the composition of enclosing structures and coatings based on the technical, economic and environmental indicators of the reconstruction project, determination of the energy efficiency class of the building; Development of recommendations for improving energy efficiency using sustainable technologies with minimal environmental impact. As part of the work, an analysis was carried out proving the relevance of the problem of using eco-sustainable reconstruction, which organically fits into the environment and contributes to the sustainable development of territories. An algorithm of approach to the selection of measures during reconstruction, using software systems for energy modeling, has been developed. Also, a comparative analysis of software tools was carried out to determine the impact of the carbon footprint at different stages of design. Based on the developed approach, a project for the reconstruction of an administrative building located in Orenburg. A set of measures that increase the energy efficiency of the facility is proposed.

В исследовании было выявлено, что обеспечение устойчивого и надежного электроснабжения потребителей является важнейшим приоритетом для государства, однако не всегда предоставляется возможность обеспечить централизованное электроснабжение отдельных потребителей. В этой связи, в работе была обоснована необходимость рассмотрения вопроса о развитии альтернативной энергетики с целью обеспечения потребителей электрической энергией. В статье был проведен анализ различных показателей энергетического комплекса, который показал, что Российская Федерация имеет огромный потенциал для обеспечения различных групп потребителей разными видами энергии, что позволит повысить эффективность и устойчивость электроэнергетического комплекса в долгосрочной перспективе. Вместе с тем, в исследовании выделены факторы, управление которыми позволит достичь перехода от традиционных энергоресурсов на возобновляемые и альтернативные, что обеспечит дальнейшее развитие энергетики и реализацию задач поставленных в стратегических документах энергетического комплекса. В завершение исследования сделаны выводы и предложены рекомендации по развитию альтернативной энергетики в отдаленных и труднодоступных районах Российской Федерации. The work is devoted to the development of alternative energy in remote and inaccessible regions of the Russian Federation. The study revealed that ensuring a stable and reliable power supply to consumers is a top priority for the state, but it is not always possible to provide centralized power supply to individual consumers. In this regard, the work substantiated the need to consider the issue of the development of alternative energy in order to provide consumers with electric energy. The article analyzes various indicators of the energy complex, which showed that the Russian Federation has a huge potential to provide various groups of consumers with different types of energy, which will improve the efficiency and sustainability of the electric power complex in the long term. At the same time, the study highlights the factors, the management of which will make it possible to achieve a transition from traditional energy resources to renewable and alternative ones, which will ensure the further development of the energy sector and the implementation of the tasks set in the strategic documents of the energy complex. At the end of the study, conclusions were drawn and recommendations were made for the development of alternative energy in remote and inaccessible regions of the Russian Federation.

Research methods used: general scientific research methods – content and comparative analysis, analogy method; specific research methods – methods of organizational design and assessment of the investment attractiveness of projects. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - studied the main problems and ways to improve the energy efficiency of enterprises; - the characteristics of the company CJSC «Kolpinskaya Grid Company», its problems of energy saving are given; - recommendations for energy saving in the company were developed; - a feasibility study of the proposed energy saving measures has been completed. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application – energy complex, by solving problems of organizing production, labor and management, economic justification of managerial decisions on the implementation of measures for energy saving. Conclusions of graduate qualification work. The tasks of the FQP have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.

Linear relationships are established between the decimal logarithms of the heat energy absorbed by the products of thermal degradation and the decimal logarithm of the heat energy absorbed by the products of evaporation. It is established that the processes of thermal degradation begin after the evaporation of a certain mass of oil, i.e., when oil is thermostated, first of all, evaporation processes occur, and after the accumulation of a certain amount of thermal energy, the concentrations of degradation and evaporation products increase mutually. В статье представлены результаты испытания минеральных моторных масел на температурную стойкость в температурном интервале от 140 до 260 °С с учетом тепловой энергии, поглощенной продуктами температурной деструкции и испарения. Установлены линейные зависимости между десятичными логарифмами тепловой энергии, поглощенной продуктами температурной деструкции и десятичного логарифма тепловой энергии, поглощенной продуктами испарения. Установлено, что процессы температурной деструкции начинаются после испарения определенной массы масла, т.е., при термостатировании масел в первую очередь происходят процессы испарения, а после накопления определенного количества тепловой энергии происходит обоюдное увеличение концентраций продуктов деструкции и испарения. Ivanova;The article is devoted to the solution of a complex of problems that arise in small and medium-scale treatment complexes, gas production plants and small and medium-capacity power plants associated with the processing of crude methane and the possibility of reducing the greenhouse effect.The economic feasibility of the development of fuel cells (FC) on raw biomethane was demonstrated by the authors in previous publications.The specificity of the solution of problems is focused on small and medium-scale treatment complexes, gas production plants and small and medium power plants.The aim of the study is to show the possibility of solving a multicomponent task of developing fuel cells, including the experimental determination of the actual use of sodium formate as a reducing agent for the production of electricity in a fuel cell (FC).Results are the following: the possibility of solving the issues of reducing greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere during processing of waste products of human vital activity is proved. A method for converting methane and carbon dioxide emissions into useful products is shown. Статья посвящена решению комплекса проблем, которые возникают на малых и средних очистных комплексах, заводах по производству газа и электростанциях малой и средней мощности, связанных с переработкой сырого метана и возможности уменьшения парникового эффекта.Экономическая целесообразность разработки топливных ячеек (ТЯ) на сыром биометане была показана авторами в прежних публикациях.Специфика решения задач ориентированна на малые и средние очистные комплексы, заводы по производству газа и электростанции малой и средней мощности.Цель исследования показать возможность решения многокомпонентной задачи развития топливных ячеек, включая экспериментальное определение реального использования формиата натрия в качестве восстановителя для производства электроэнергии в топливном элементе (ТЭ).Результаты доказана возможность решения вопросов снижения выбросов парниковых газов в атмосферу при переработке отходов продуктов жизнедеятельности человека. Показан способ преобразования выбросов метана и двуокиси углерода в полезные продукты. №5 (227) (2017)

Трапезникова РАН The article describes the results of an empirical study of consumer readiness to change some established behavioral practices in the field of energy conservation. The transition to new models of energy consumption is an important part of the formation and development of a circular economy, and therefore the incentives and barriers for such a transition require a more detailed study. The study showed that, in contrast to waste management practices, energy conservation practices are well known to respondents and are often used in everyday life. The main incentives for using traditional energy conservation practices are financial. At the same time, for a well-off stratum of the population, some of the energy-saving practices do not seem appropriate. This suggests that energy saving promotion programs should shift the focus from financial issues to the environmental component - the value and importance of energy conservation, even in the absence of financial incentives for such practices. In addition, there is a lack of awareness among respondents about other options for energy saving, in addition to traditional practices. В статье описываются результаты эмпирического исследования готовности потребителей к смене некоторых устоявшихся поведенческих практик в сфере энергосбережения. Переход к новым моделям потребления энергии является важной частью становления и развития циркулярной экономики, а потому стимулы и барьеры для такого перехода требуют более детального изучения. Проведенное исследование показало, что в отличие от практик обращения с отходами, практики энергосбережения достаточно хорошо известны респондентам и часто используются в быту. Основными стимулами для использования традиционных практик энергосбережения являются финансовые. В тоже время, для обеспеченной страты населения часть энергосберегающих практик не представляется целесообразными. Это говорит о том, что программах популяризации энергосбережения акцент должен быть смещен с финансовых вопросов на экологическую составляющую – самоценность и важность энергосбережения даже в отсутствии финансовых стимулов к таким практикам. In this regard, there is a need to create a method of thermodynamic improvement of heat engineering systems. The main aim of the research is the creation of a method for improving heating systems, the application of this method on the example of a boiler unit PP-2650-255 GM. Objects: a direct-flow boiler PP-2650-255 GM, for which a thermodynamic analysis of the processes occurring in individual elements of the boiler – an air heater, economizer, firebox, and superheater – is performed. The article analyzes all heat fluxes on each element of the boiler. Methods. An exergy method of thermodynamic analysis is used as a research tool. It allows taking into account the energy potential of thermal processes. To date, the most effective method of parametric optimization of heat and power processes is the method of integration of heat flows (pinch method). However, the pinch method is based on a change in flow enthalpy, which does not take into account the qualitative characteristics of energy. In the article, the development of the pinch method continues; flow exergy is used instead of flow enthalpy. Optimization of heat engineering parameters is carried out using an exergy pinch method. Results. Exergy pinch analysis allows you to identify unused exergy and determine in which part the loss occurs. According to the calculations and the graph, it can be seen that hot flows lost 1503,57 MW of exergy, cold flows took 1295,57 MW of exergy, taking into account cooling of the working fluid by bypass. Thus, 47,9 MW of unused exergy was detected in this boiler unit. The results of the exergy pinch analysis allow us to formulate and justify specific design measures to improve the energy efficiency of the boiler unit. This analysis allows you to effectively use the energy and resources of heating equipment.

Наихудшие показатели индекса OHI-S определены у студентов из стран Африки и Азии. Максимальное значение индекса КПУ определено у студентов из стран Ближнего Востока и Латинской Америки, наибольшее значение индекса CPI у студентов из стран Азии. Во всех группах отмечена тенденция к росту стоматологической заболеваемости в течение первого года обучения. Даны рекомендации по проведению профилактических и лечебных мероприятий среди иностранных студентов в зависимости от региона постоянного проживания. 420 foreign first year students of Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia were examined for oral health status. The main dental indexes were analyzed. The worse oral hygiene was observed among students from Africa and Asia. The highest level of DMFT was detected among students from Latin America and Middle East. The highest level of CPI was detected among students from Asia. During the first year of studying caries and periodontal diseases trend to increase in all groups. Recommendations for dental diseases prevention were made for each region group.

Горнодобывающая промышленность России находится в процессе трансформации под влиянием перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике, которая содержит в себе, как возможности, так и угрозы для ее развития. На сегодняшний момент необходимы дополнительные исследования, позволяющие определились стратегии устойчивого развития горнодобывающей промышленности и ее перспективы в новых условиях функционирования. Целью исследования является выявление особенностей развития горнодобывающей промышленности в условиях перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике и нахождение стратегий ее дальнейшего устойчивого развития. Задачами исследования являются анализ текущего состояния горнодобывающей промышленности; определение влияния процесса перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике на горнодобывающую промышленность России; формирование сценариев развития горнодобывающей промышленности в условиях перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике. В качестве методов авторами были использованы компаративный анализ, статистический анализ, обобщение и сравнение, а также метод сценариев. Результатом исследования является перечень основных факторов, влияющих на развития российской горнодобывающей промышленности в условиях перехода к низкоуглеродной экономике и предложения по ее стратегическому развитию. Авторы делают вывод, что главным фактором является тенденция повышения спроса на возобновляемые источники энергии и предлагают сценарии развития горнодобывающей промышленности. The Russian mining industry is currently characterized by adaptation to the low-carbon economy principles, which contains both opportunities and threats for its development. Additional research is needed to determine the strategies for the sustainable development of the mining industry at the present moment and to reduce the negative impact of the global decarbonization policy. As a goal, the authors highlight the finding such special characteristics of the Russian mining sector that are in the conditions of transition to a low-carbon economy and finding strategies for its further sustainable development. The authors set the following tasks: to assess the Russian mining sector as an object of a low-carbon economy; to identify factors that have a strong influence on the transition to a low-carbon economy on the Russian mining industry; scenarios formation for the mining industry development in the conditions of transition to a low-carbon economy. The author used comparative analysis, statistical analysis, generalization and comparison as methods, as well as the scenario method. The result of the study is a list of the main factors affecting the Russian mining industry development in the context of the transition to a low-carbon economy and proposals for its strategic development. As a conclusion, the authors propose to identify the trend of increasing demand for renewable energy sources as the main reason for changes in the mining sector and propose scenarios for the mining industry development.

The topic of the final qualifying work: "Sustainable development technologies for improving the energy efficiency of a building during reconstruction". The work is devoted to proving the effective use of energy-saving measures while preserving the environment and resources in the conditions of reconstruction of buildings of the last century. Tasks that were solved during the study: Analysis of domestic and foreign experience in the use of sustainable technologies in the reconstruction of buildings; Development of an action algorithm for the selection of measures during reconstruction using the principle of environmental sustainability; Development of the composition of enclosing structures and coatings based on the technical, economic and environmental indicators of the reconstruction project, determination of the energy efficiency class of the building; Development of recommendations for improving energy efficiency using sustainable technologies with minimal environmental impact. As part of the work, an analysis was carried out proving the relevance of the problem of using eco-sustainable reconstruction, which organically fits into the environment and contributes to the sustainable development of territories. An algorithm of approach to the selection of measures during reconstruction, using software systems for energy modeling, has been developed. Also, a comparative analysis of software tools was carried out to determine the impact of the carbon footprint at different stages of design. Based on the developed approach, a project for the reconstruction of an administrative building located in Orenburg. A set of measures that increase the energy efficiency of the facility is proposed.

В исследовании было выявлено, что обеспечение устойчивого и надежного электроснабжения потребителей является важнейшим приоритетом для государства, однако не всегда предоставляется возможность обеспечить централизованное электроснабжение отдельных потребителей. В этой связи, в работе была обоснована необходимость рассмотрения вопроса о развитии альтернативной энергетики с целью обеспечения потребителей электрической энергией. В статье был проведен анализ различных показателей энергетического комплекса, который показал, что Российская Федерация имеет огромный потенциал для обеспечения различных групп потребителей разными видами энергии, что позволит повысить эффективность и устойчивость электроэнергетического комплекса в долгосрочной перспективе. Вместе с тем, в исследовании выделены факторы, управление которыми позволит достичь перехода от традиционных энергоресурсов на возобновляемые и альтернативные, что обеспечит дальнейшее развитие энергетики и реализацию задач поставленных в стратегических документах энергетического комплекса. В завершение исследования сделаны выводы и предложены рекомендации по развитию альтернативной энергетики в отдаленных и труднодоступных районах Российской Федерации. The study revealed that ensuring a stable and reliable power supply to consumers is a top priority for the state, but it is not always possible to provide centralized power supply to individual consumers. In this regard, the work substantiated the need to consider the issue of the development of alternative energy in order to provide consumers with electric energy. The article analyzes various indicators of the energy complex, which showed that the Russian Federation has a huge potential to provide various groups of consumers with different types of energy, which will improve the efficiency and sustainability of the electric power complex in the long term. At the same time, the study highlights the factors, the management of which will make it possible to achieve a transition from traditional energy resources to renewable and alternative ones, which will ensure the further development of the energy sector and the implementation of the tasks set in the strategic documents of the energy complex. At the end of the study, conclusions were drawn and recommendations were made for the development of alternative energy in remote and inaccessible regions of the Russian Federation.

The main results of the graduate qualification work: - studied the main problems and ways to improve the energy efficiency of enterprises; - the characteristics of the company CJSC «Kolpinskaya Grid Company», its problems of energy saving are given; - recommendations for energy saving in the company were developed; - a feasibility study of the proposed energy saving measures has been completed. Linear relationships are established between the decimal logarithms of the heat energy absorbed by the products of thermal degradation and the decimal logarithm of the heat energy absorbed by the products of evaporation. It is established that the processes of thermal degradation begin after the evaporation of a certain mass of oil, i.e., when oil is thermostated, first of all, evaporation processes occur, and after the accumulation of a certain amount of thermal energy, the concentrations of degradation and evaporation products increase mutually. В статье представлены результаты испытания минеральных моторных масел на температурную стойкость в температурном интервале от 140 до 260 °С с учетом тепловой энергии, поглощенной продуктами температурной деструкции и испарения. Установлены линейные зависимости между десятичными логарифмами тепловой энергии, поглощенной продуктами температурной деструкции и десятичного логарифма тепловой энергии, поглощенной продуктами испарения. Установлено, что процессы температурной деструкции начинаются после испарения определенной массы масла, т.е., при термостатировании масел в первую очередь происходят процессы испарения, а после накопления определенного количества тепловой энергии происходит обоюдное увеличение концентраций продуктов деструкции и испарения. A method for converting methane and carbon dioxide emissions into useful products is shown. Трапезникова РАН The article describes the results of an empirical study of consumer readiness to change some established behavioral practices in the field of energy conservation. The transition to new models of energy consumption is an important part of the formation and development of a circular economy, and therefore the incentives and barriers for such a transition require a more detailed study. The study showed that, in contrast to waste management practices, energy conservation practices are well known to respondents and are often used in everyday life. The main incentives for using traditional energy conservation practices are financial. At the same time, for a well-off stratum of the population, some of the energy-saving practices do not seem appropriate. This suggests that energy saving promotion programs should shift the focus from financial issues to the environmental component - the value and importance of energy conservation, even in the absence of financial incentives for such practices. In addition, there is a lack of awareness among respondents about other options for energy saving, in addition to traditional practices. В статье описываются результаты эмпирического исследования готовности потребителей к смене некоторых устоявшихся поведенческих практик в сфере энергосбережения. Переход к новым моделям потребления энергии является важной частью становления и развития циркулярной экономики, а потому стимулы и барьеры для такого перехода требуют более детального изучения. Проведенное исследование показало, что в отличие от практик обращения с отходами, практики энергосбережения достаточно хорошо известны респондентам и часто используются в быту. Основными стимулами для использования традиционных практик энергосбережения являются финансовые. В тоже время, для обеспеченной страты населения часть энергосберегающих практик не представляется целесообразными. Это говорит о том, что программах популяризации энергосбережения акцент должен быть смещен с финансовых вопросов на экологическую составляющую – самоценность и важность энергосбережения даже в отсутствии финансовых стимулов к таким практикам. In this regard, there is a need to create a method of thermodynamic improvement of heat engineering systems. The main aim of the research is the creation of a method for improving heating systems, the application of this method on the example of a boiler unit PP-2650-255 GM. Objects: a direct-flow boiler PP-2650-255 GM, for which a thermodynamic analysis of the processes occurring in individual elements of the boiler – an air heater, economizer, firebox, and superheater – is performed. The article analyzes all heat fluxes on each element of the boiler. Methods. An exergy method of thermodynamic analysis is used as a research tool. It allows taking into account the energy potential of thermal processes. To date, the most effective method of parametric optimization of heat and power processes is the method of integration of heat flows (pinch method). However, the pinch method is based on a change in flow enthalpy, which does not take into account the qualitative characteristics of energy. In the article, the development of the pinch method continues; flow exergy is used instead of flow enthalpy. Optimization of heat engineering parameters is carried out using an exergy pinch method. Results. Exergy pinch analysis allows you to identify unused exergy and determine in which part the loss occurs. According to the calculations and the graph, it can be seen that hot flows lost 1503,57 MW of exergy, cold flows took 1295,57 MW of exergy, taking into account cooling of the working fluid by bypass. Thus, 47,9 MW of unused exergy was detected in this boiler unit. The results of the exergy pinch analysis allow us to formulate and justify specific design measures to improve the energy efficiency of the boiler unit. This analysis allows you to effectively use the energy and resources of heating equipment.

Наихудшие показатели индекса OHI-S определены у студентов из стран Африки и Азии. Максимальное значение индекса КПУ определено у студентов из стран Ближнего Востока и Латинской Америки, наибольшее значение индекса CPI у студентов из стран Азии. Во всех группах отмечена тенденция к росту стоматологической заболеваемости в течение первого года обучения. Даны рекомендации по проведению профилактических и лечебных мероприятий среди иностранных студентов в зависимости от региона постоянного проживания. 420 foreign first year students of Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia were examined for oral health status. The main dental indexes were analyzed. The worse oral hygiene was observed among students from Africa and Asia. The highest level of DMFT was detected among students from Latin America and Middle East. The highest level of CPI was detected among students from Asia. During the first year of studying caries and periodontal diseases trend to increase in all groups. Recommendations for dental diseases prevention were made for each region group.
