По данным электропотребления за 2010г. рассчитаны потери во всех элементах сети. В результате выявлено: (1) установленная мощность трансформаторов избыточна относительно уровня электропотребления, (2) трансформаторы нагружены в среднем на 17%, (3) в структуре потерь основную долю (97%) составляют потери в стали трансформаторов. Предложена новая конфигурация сети, в которой (i) шесть (6) трансформаторов отключены от сети, (ii) на стороне 0.4 кВ установлены дополнительные электрические связи между отключенными и работающими трансформаторами, (iii) нагрузка отключенных трансформаторов переведена на рабочие трансформаторы, (iv) сохранен прежний уровень надёжности электроснабжения. В предложенной схеме потери электроэнергии снижены на 55000 кВтч, что дает экономию около 100 000 леев в год.

В целом мировая алюминиевая промышленность, выпускающая около 40 млн. т/год металла, расходует около 3,5 % производимых в мире энергоресурсов. Прогнозируемый рост выпуска алюминия к 2020 г до 70 млн. т/год. приведет к увеличению потребления или, возможно, дефициту энергоресурсов, поэтому политика ведущих стран мира, включая Россию, в области энерго- ресурсосбережения направлена на разработку и внедрение энергоэффективных технологий. В статье представлен краткий анализ причин высокого потребления электроэнергии электролизерами для получения алюминия. Предложены технические решения, направленные на повышение энергетической эффективности производства алюминия, обеспечивающие сокращение удельного расхода электроэнергии на 700 – 1200 кВт•ч/тAl The aluminum industry is one of the main consumers of energy resources in Russia, spending for production ~ 4 million tons/year of metal and more than 60 billion kW∙h the electric power that to almost equally total annual development of Krasnoyarsk, Bratsk and Sayano-Shushenskaya hydroelectric power station, or total power of the thermal power plants burning 24 million tons/ year of coal. In general the world aluminum industry which is letting out about 40 million tons/ year of metal spends about 3,5 % of the energy resources made in the world. The predicted growth of production of aluminum by 2020 to 70 million tons in the year will lead to increase in consumption or, perhaps, to deficiency of energy resources therefore the policy of the leading countries of the world, including Russia, in the field of power – resource-saving is directed on development and deployment of power effective technologies. The short analysis of the reasons of high electricity consumption by electrolyzers for receiving aluminum is presented in article. Актуальность разработки такой технологии обусловлена современными требованиями к уровню подготовки будущих инженеров производства, необходимостью формирования у них профессиональных компетенций не только при изучении специальных дисциплин. Для обеспечения такой подготовки целесообразно организовать практико-ориентированное обучение физике в техническом вузе на основе ситуационного подхода. Цель статьи научно обосновать и описать разработанную модель процесса обучения физике в техническом вузе на основе комплексной кейс-технологии. Для достижения цели были использованы: анализ научно методической литературы и состояния исследуемой проблемы; понятийный анализ для уточнения содержания понятия «комплексная кейс-технология»; анализ законодательных и нормативно-правовых документов в сфере высшего образования, моделирование исследуемого объекта. В результате обоснована целесообразность реализации профессионально ориентированного обучения физике в техническом вузе на основе комплексной кейс-технологии. Представлена структура данной технологии. Научная новизна результатов исследования заключается в разработке комплексной кейс-технологии обучения физике в техническом вузе на основе идеи единства фундаментального и прикладного. Представленная структура комплексной кейс-технологии может быть использована при обучении в вузе физике и другим предметам естественнонаучного цикла будущих инженеров. The paper describes a complex case-technology for teaching physics in technical colleges. The technology development is determined by the requirements to the future engineers’ training level and by the need to develop their professional competencies. To provide the necessary level of the education outcomes the practice-oriented and situational approaches of teaching physics should be introduced into the educational process. The purpose of the article is to provide the rationale and to describe the education model of the physics teaching process based on the complex case-technology. To achieve the aim the analysis of the literature was made. The concept of an “integrated case-technology” was clarified. The analysis of legislative and regulatory documents in the field of higher education was made and the model was created. The application of the complex case-based technology in practice-oriented physics was proved effective. The stages of the technology were identified. The complex case-based technology in physics teaching at a technical college incorporates the idea of unity of fundamental and applied knowledge. The complex case-technology can be used in higher school to train future engineers.

Моделирование течения выполнено на основе численного интегрирования уравнений Рейнольдса с дополнительным членом, содержащим искусственную сжимаемость. Для учета турбулентных эффектов применена двухпараметрическая модель турбулентности Ментера (SST). Исследования проведены с использованием программного комплекса IPMFlow. Представлен анализ структуры потока в расчетных областях с учетом и без отсасывающей трубы, а также зависимости значений мощности и КПД проточной части от величины навала при оптимальном режиме работы. ; The results of numerical investigation of the influence of spatial profiling of the runner blade of Kaplan turbine PL20 with the usage of complex circular offset on flow characteristic in flow part are presented. The flow simulation has been carried out on basis of numerical integration of the Reynolds equations with an additional term containing artificial compressibility. The differential two-parameter model of Menter (SST) has been applied to take into account turbulent effects. The investigations have been conducted by means of the software package IPMFlow. The analysis of flow pattern in computational regions with and without the draft tube, as well as dependences of the capacity and efficiency of flow part from offset value at optimum operating condition is presented. It is shown that the application of spatial profiling of the runner blade has improved the efficiency and capacity of flow part of modern hydroturbine more than 0,70 %.

По данным электропотребления за 2010г. рассчитаны потери во всех элементах сети. В результате выявлено: (1) установленная мощность трансформаторов избыточна относительно уровня электропотребления, (2) трансформаторы нагружены в среднем на 17%, (3) в структуре потерь основную долю (97%) составляют потери в стали трансформаторов. Предложена новая конфигурация сети, в которой (i) шесть (6) трансформаторов отключены от сети, (ii) на стороне 0.4 кВ установлены дополнительные электрические связи между отключенными и работающими трансформаторами, (iii) нагрузка отключенных трансформаторов переведена на рабочие трансформаторы, (iv) сохранен прежний уровень надёжности электроснабжения. В предложенной схеме потери электроэнергии снижены на 55000 кВтч, что дает экономию около 100 000 леев в год.

В целом мировая алюминиевая промышленность, выпускающая около 40 млн. т/год металла, расходует около 3,5 % производимых в мире энергоресурсов. Прогнозируемый рост выпуска алюминия к 2020 г до 70 млн. т/год. приведет к увеличению потребления или, возможно, дефициту энергоресурсов, поэтому политика ведущих стран мира, включая Россию, в области энерго- ресурсосбережения направлена на разработку и внедрение энергоэффективных технологий. В статье представлен краткий анализ причин высокого потребления электроэнергии электролизерами для получения алюминия. Предложены технические решения, направленные на повышение энергетической эффективности производства алюминия, обеспечивающие сокращение удельного расхода электроэнергии на 700 – 1200 кВт•ч/тAl The aluminum industry is one of the main consumers of energy resources in Russia, spending for production ~ 4 million tons/year of metal and more than 60 billion kW∙h the electric power that to almost equally total annual development of Krasnoyarsk, Bratsk and Sayano-Shushenskaya hydroelectric power station, or total power of the thermal power plants burning 24 million tons/ year of coal. In general the world aluminum industry which is letting out about 40 million tons/ year of metal spends about 3,5 % of the energy resources made in the world. The predicted growth of production of aluminum by 2020 to 70 million tons in the year will lead to increase in consumption or, perhaps, to deficiency of energy resources therefore the policy of the leading countries of the world, including Russia, in the field of power – resource-saving is directed on development and deployment of power effective technologies. The short analysis of the reasons of high electricity consumption by electrolyzers for receiving aluminum is presented in article. Актуальность разработки такой технологии обусловлена современными требованиями к уровню подготовки будущих инженеров производства, необходимостью формирования у них профессиональных компетенций не только при изучении специальных дисциплин. Для обеспечения такой подготовки целесообразно организовать практико-ориентированное обучение физике в техническом вузе на основе ситуационного подхода. Цель статьи научно обосновать и описать разработанную модель процесса обучения физике в техническом вузе на основе комплексной кейс-технологии. Для достижения цели были использованы: анализ научно методической литературы и состояния исследуемой проблемы; понятийный анализ для уточнения содержания понятия «комплексная кейс-технология»; анализ законодательных и нормативно-правовых документов в сфере высшего образования, моделирование исследуемого объекта. В результате обоснована целесообразность реализации профессионально ориентированного обучения физике в техническом вузе на основе комплексной кейс-технологии. Представлена структура данной технологии. Научная новизна результатов исследования заключается в разработке комплексной кейс-технологии обучения физике в техническом вузе на основе идеи единства фундаментального и прикладного. Представленная структура комплексной кейс-технологии может быть использована при обучении в вузе физике и другим предметам естественнонаучного цикла будущих инженеров. The paper describes a complex case-technology for teaching physics in technical colleges. The technology development is determined by the requirements to the future engineers’ training level and by the need to develop their professional competencies. To provide the necessary level of the education outcomes the practice-oriented and situational approaches of teaching physics should be introduced into the educational process. The purpose of the article is to provide the rationale and to describe the education model of the physics teaching process based on the complex case-technology. To achieve the aim the analysis of the literature was made. The concept of an “integrated case-technology” was clarified. The analysis of legislative and regulatory documents in the field of higher education was made and the model was created. The application of the complex case-based technology in practice-oriented physics was proved effective. The stages of the technology were identified. The complex case-based technology in physics teaching at a technical college incorporates the idea of unity of fundamental and applied knowledge. The complex case-technology can be used in higher school to train future engineers.

Моделирование течения выполнено на основе численного интегрирования уравнений Рейнольдса с дополнительным членом, содержащим искусственную сжимаемость. Для учета турбулентных эффектов применена двухпараметрическая модель турбулентности Ментера (SST). Исследования проведены с использованием программного комплекса IPMFlow. Представлен анализ структуры потока в расчетных областях с учетом и без отсасывающей трубы, а также зависимости значений мощности и КПД проточной части от величины навала при оптимальном режиме работы. ; The results of numerical investigation of the influence of spatial profiling of the runner blade of Kaplan turbine PL20 with the usage of complex circular offset on flow characteristic in flow part are presented. The flow simulation has been carried out on basis of numerical integration of the Reynolds equations with an additional term containing artificial compressibility. The differential two-parameter model of Menter (SST) has been applied to take into account turbulent effects. The investigations have been conducted by means of the software package IPMFlow. The analysis of flow pattern in computational regions with and without the draft tube, as well as dependences of the capacity and efficiency of flow part from offset value at optimum operating condition is presented. It is shown that the application of spatial profiling of the runner blade has improved the efficiency and capacity of flow part of modern hydroturbine more than 0,70 %.
