The financial security of the region, being one of the main elements, has a significant impact on the economic security of the Kemerovo region, the largest mining region in the country. The task of the study is to assess the real situation in the financial security of the region and justify the need to develop measures to strengthen it. The article assesses the financial security of the Kemerovo region according to its main criteria: revenues and expenditures of the consolidated budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation per capita; the number of operating credit organizations and their branches per 1000 people of the population; the amount of deposits of legal entities and individuals in credit institutions and bank branches; average amount of individuals’ deposits on ruble accounts with the Savings Bank of the Russian Federation; the balanced financial result of organizations’ activities, etc. In the course of the work, threats to the financial security of the region were identified, which can be solved by conducting innovations. The results of the study can be used to develop a strategy for the development of the region.

Sustainable development today covers not only certain aspects of the environmental and economic aspects of society. The very structure of the economy, in particular the production sphere, as well as the whole society, is changing radically. Moreover, the structure is not only a systemological, but also the category of sustainable development. It acts as the basis of any material phenomenon or process, that is, it serves as a relatively stable basis on which more mobile elements function. Therefore, the closest concept that allows revealing the essence of sustainable development, the problem of cognition of environmental and economic transformations, transformations and their regulation, is the structure. It is by using the disclosure of the structure as a fundamental element of the system of sustainable development that can reveal the factors of deep changes in the economy, under the influence of which the transformation of industry towards modern environmental guidelines, and with it employment, investment, innovation, systems of their state regulation.

This paper represents the results of national and infrastructure project funding shortfalls study and determined implementation risks of such projects attributed to the Russian export market fluctuations, additional budget expenses in terms of the pandemic and upon the slowdown of macroeconomic indicators’ growth. In order to neutralize risks of national project implementation and cover requirements in infrastructure investments the study proposes the financial instruments of Public Private Partnership (PPP) institute, including instruments for update and development of project financial support mechanism providing the sustainable development of regional economy.

The transformation of business into an ecosystem, the use of the principles inherent in natural ecosystems is the best response to the challenges of modern socio-economic reality. The peculiarity of this stage of business development lies in the management of the organization as an element of the business ecosystem. The activities of business ecosystems are built on the basis of partnerships, which in this context have a number of features. The article examines the main types and aspects of business ecosystems, traces the stages of their formation, systematizes and reveals the features and basic principles of partnerships, based on which, within such systems, organizations may ensure their effective and sustainable development.

The article deals with the application of natural language processing methods to support research and forecasting the innovative development of energy infrastructure. The main methods of NLP, which are used to build an intelligent system to support scientific research, are considered. Methods of building infrastructure for processing Open Linked Data and Big Data are described. Semantic analysis and knowledge integration are based on ontology system. Applying suggested methods allow increasing quality of scientific research in this area and make it more effectively

The innovation in the energy sector involves the use of renewable resources and the transition to eco-energy, which requires a comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages for the economically sound choice when deciding on the energy strategy for each region. The use of alternative energy sources in Russia and the world is analyzed, which brings us to a conclusion that Russia is currently in an intermediate position in this area. Measures are proposed in orderd to strengthen the government support for Eco energy. It is held that the development of solar energy will play the largest role in the innovative development of the Republic of Tatarstan. The article is devoted to the problems of solar energy in Russia and Tatarstan respectively, as well as to the prospects for its development based on the proposed legislative, investment, financial and organizational solutions. The article provides a methodology for the comprehensive and effective adaptation of foreign experience in the field of alternative energy and a roadmap for the implementation.

The article is devoted to the application of the subject-oriented approach in the management of innovative activities in the context of digitalization. The key directions of the analysis of the readiness of the enterprise for the implementation of innovations are identified and substantiated and their impact on innovative processes is characterized. The multi-subject nature is noted as one of the most significant aspects of the implementation of innovative activities by an enterprise, which affects its effectiveness. A conceptual scheme for the interaction of subjects is proposed, taking into account the specifics of innovation and focus on improving its efficiency in key areas. In order to form the optimal subject composition, a classification of the participants in the innovation network is proposed. The mechanisms of accounting for the degree of workload of an innovative subject as a consequence of the multi-project nature of the activity are considered. An algorithm has been developed for constructing the optimal subjective structure of innovation activity, based on the use of elements of graph theory in order to assess its optimality. Risks of intersubjective interaction are formulated when participants of the external environment participate in the innovation network.

The purpose of this study was to examine the parameters of Hydro-Oceanography (Tidal and Tidal Currents) and Bathymetry (Sea Depth) in Tanjung Merah, Bitung City. The method used in this research is a field survey method. The survey was carried out at the research location, precisely in Tanjung Merah, Matuari District, Bitung City. Equipment such as GPS Fish Finder, Floater Current Meter, Tidal Pole and Boats are supporting devices in obtaining accurate data on tides, tidal currents, and bathymetry in the waters of Tanjung Merah. The results showed that the tidal current conditions at the study site with several variations in the depth of the tidal current velocity ranged from 0.2 – 0.3 cm/sec with the dominant direction of the current towards the south. While the tides using tidal harmonic analysis for 15 days of observation, the Formzal Index is 0.93 which means that the tides in this location are mixed type with a single daily trend. Bathymetric conditions in Tanjung Merah identified the topography of the bottom of the waters is steep with depth variations between 2 -30 meters along the coast of Tanjung Merah while shallow areas are found at the mouth of the Tanjung Merah river.
