The data were obtained as a result of field studies in 2016-2018. Estimated СС and Cо coefficients and Zc were calculated. It was shown that arsenic concentration limits were exceeded everywhere in the samples. The nickel, lead, copper and zinc limits were found to have been exceeded in some locations. Ecological and geochemical assessment of water and bottom sediments quality in the section of Karadag water area has been made.

Required and non-mandatory project participants, as well as an algorithm for their interaction in the framework of the municipal-private partnerships’ ecosystem, which is classified as “Ecosystems of infrastructure partnership” in the article, are identified. A methodological apparatus has been developed and organizational models for the construction or reconstruction of the municipal-private partnerships infrastructure projects are formed. The models are proposed to be divided into basic and varied, the latter are essentially summary and may include from one to three optional elements.

Lomban is a party of fishing communities in the form of sea alms, which is now supported by the people of Jepara and outside Jepara. The center of the competition is located at Kartini Beach. This competition activity is related to the environment and marine conservation, especially in protecting the environment. The existence of the lomban tradition shows the continuity of fish living in the sea and the harmony between the marine environment, humans, and God. The lomban tradition in which there is a buffalo head larungan shows the concern of fishermen, community members, and local governments for the marine environment. With this tradition, there is an awareness that in taking fish in the sea and the natural wealth of the sea must pay attention to the survival of marine life. The marine economy taken must pay attention to the conditions of the marine environment and not damage the sea. Through the efforts of the lomban tradition, it is hoped that environmental conservation will be well maintained. Keywords: Lomban, preservation, environment, sea, Jepara.

Elena Dotsenko in OpenAIREInertia is an attribute of various systems, including sustainable development. The study of the inertia of sustainable development as a complex industrial-ecological and socio-economic supersystems is necessary to give due depth to theoretical explanations of the processes implemented in the practice of regulating industrial production, economic relations that determine the environmental load, the level of consumption of natural resources, to identify qualitative and quantitative relationships between factors of changes in structural proportions in production and consumption, their sources and relocation productive forces. The result if the study of inertia as a quality of macroeconomic structural changes, immanent to sustainable development, should be a knowledge of the forms of the transition of economic achievements of society into environmental ones. The study of sustainable development inertia is intended to improve the forecasting of various processes of interaction between man and the environment through the use of productive forces. The content of structural inertia of sustainable development can be revealed through the dynamic and actively transforming properties of structural shifts no less than through the conservatism of the structure of the economy, therefore, the creation of conditions for the regulated implementation of structural inertia, its transition into its opposite – acceleration of positive structural transformations – is associated with the regulation of economic relations in the system of environment management, production and consumption of natural resources, dynamization of changes in structural proportions between raw materials production and its processing, to overcome delaying the formation of new structural elements.

Existing studies have shown that executive equity incentives can increase the financial performance of enterprises. Therefore, can executive equity incentives promote the high-quality development of enterprises, thereby improving the quality of industrial development? This paper takes China’s knowledge-intensive enterprises as a sample from 2015 to 2019. On the basis of using the LP semiparametric estimation method to measure the total factor productivity of the enterprise, in accordance with the intermediary effect test procedure, the stepwise regression method is used to study the innovation-driven effect of the executive equity incentives on the quality of enterprise development. The study found that executive equity incentives have an inverted U-shaped impact on the high-quality development of companies, with 20% being the optimal ratio. There is a partial mediating effect in corporate innovation activities on this transmission path. Based on this, suggestions are made to share residual income with senior management and build a high-quality innovative production chain.

The purpose of this study is to determine trends of significant wave height and sea level in the southern waters of the special region of Yogyakarta. The data used consists of daily significant wave height from 2010-2018, weekly absolute dynamics topography from 2005-2018 and daily surface wind from 2010-2018. Trends of significant wave height and sea level were analyzed by using linear regression. The results showed that significant wave height during the east season until the second transition season was higher than the west season and the first transition season. Vice versa, sea level during the east season until the second transition season was lower than the west season and the first transition season. Trends of significant wave height has increased of 0.63 cm/year, meanwhile sea level rise reached 0.82 cm/years.

The cluster approach is an effective means of realizing industrial potential in the context of innovative development. Clusters’ innovation potential is influenced by the network synergies that result from active regional policies. The article considers the mechanism of supporting regional clusters by creating and maintaining the viability of regional innovative systems that enhance the effect of the creation of agglomerations, and allow industrial clusters to move to innovative clusters. The latter are the highest form of enterprise development, as the connection with territorial advantages is lost. In addition, the article raises the question of the feasibility of diversifying regional economies by creating tourist clusters and promoting their brands. This type allows economies to be more resilient to crises, to increase attention to environmental issues, and to further increase the revenue part of budgets.

Zoya Filimonova in OpenAIREIn this paper, the authors consider the current state and level of implementation of building information modeling applied to transport infrastructure at the stages of their life cycle in Russia and abroad. Possible prerequisites for the transfer of knowledge and technologies of building information modeling from the civil and industrial facilities to the field of transport construction are highlighted according to the accumulated experience in the design, construction and operation of such facilities in various countries and Russia. Special emphasis is placed on examples of the world’s largest implemented or ongoing projects for the construction of transport infrastructure. The experience of implementing these projects was analyzed from the point of view of the software used in relation to all stages of the life cycle of transport infrastructure objects: design, construction and subsequent operation. The prospects for the development of data exchange formats in the context of the existing problem of mutual integration of BIM and GIS for transport infrastructure objects to ensure their complementarity and compatibility are also considered. The functional levels of the use of various software within the framework of companies implementing project activities using information modeling technologies are highlighted. A list of criteria characterizing the level of information modeling technologies integration to transport infrastructure objects into the activities of participants in the life cycle of these objects is highlighted. A review of the regulatory framework of information modeling in construction in Russia is carried out, and the main differences in this area with the regulatory regulation of this area in the European Union are noted. Conclusions are made about the key reference points for the development of information modeling of transport infrastructure facilities on a national scale, leading customer companies and contractors.
