This work is devoted to the development of recommendations for the formation of a sustainable energy supply system for the enterprises of the Arctic Zone (hereinafter-AZ) of the Russian Federation. Research objectives: 1. Analysis of energy strategies of the Russian Federation. 2. Development of the integral index of energy security for the enterprises of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation. 3. The choice of alternative energy supply for the enterprises of the Russian Federation. 4. Formation of the block of strategic goals and a set of indicators. The object of research: Enterprises of the Russian Federation's nuclear power plants. Subject of study: Energy security of the enterprises of the Russian Federation. By the method of fuzzy logic the integral index of energy security for the enterprises of the Russian Federation. The alternative of energy supply with the help of the method of analysis of hierarchies was offered. The block of energy goals was formed and a set of indicators for the implementation of selected strategic objectives was developed.

The current article proposes a methodology for calculating and organizing an autonomous power supply of individual objects from renewable energy sources in mountainous areas is proposed. The calculation is based on the energy ratios in the generator-storage-consumer system for various time intervals (hour, day, month, etc.), taking into account both daily and seasonal changes in the parameters of generation and consumption; a calculation algorithm is proposed. The article examines the organization of autonomous energy supply to the consumers of renewable energy sources, which includes the main stages and parameters of the functioning of an autonomous energy complex (energy, man-made, environmental risks of mountainous zones) as well as their analysis from the point of view of possible deviations from the permissible limit values according to technological standards. Also, an algorithm for organizing autonomous energy supply from renewable energy to individual consumers is proposed taking into account the specifics of mountainous zones. Предложена методология расчёта и организации автономного энергоснабжения индивидуальных объектов от возобновляемых источников энергии в условиях горных территорий. Основой расчёта являются энергетические соотношения в системе генератор – накопитель – потребитель за различные промежутки времени (час, сутки, месяц и т.д.), учитывающие как суточные, так и сезонные изменения параметров генерации и потребления; предложен алгоритм расчёта. Рассмотрена организация автономного энергоснабжения потребителей от ВИЭ, включающая в себя основные этапы и параметры функционирования автономного энергетического комплекса (энергетические, техногенные, экологические риски горных территорий), а также их анализ с точки зрения возможных отклонений от допустимых по технологическим нормам предельных значений. Sushchikh;The urgency of the work is conditioned by the need to improve the management methods of the operation modes of the power plant by creating software tools for predicting the performance of equipment when the conditions of its operation change. In this regard, the aim of the study is to carry out a detailed calculation research of such modes using unique computational mathematical models based on the actual turbine power characteristics. Following tasks were set to achieve it: first, to calculate the limits of change for the main energy and economic indicators in real operating conditions on the example of the turbines T-50-130 of the Kirov CHP-4; secondly, to identify and describe the possible resources to increase the efficiency of the operation of the cogeneration turbine plants under conditions of variable heat and electric load schedules. The received results testify that at today's prices for energy carriers, additional power generation by the thermal cycle of CHP plants is economically feasible during all day. The low economic efficiency of some common methods of generating peak power is shown, in particular, by changing the degree of opening the sliding grids in the low-pressure section. The proposed approach can be implemented and used to optimize the operation of CHP plants in the Russian wholesale electricity and capacity market. The results of the study make it possible to conclude that most steam turbine CHP plants have significant reserves for saving fuel and energy resources, which can be realized by optimizing turbine operation modes.

Ostrovsky;The relevance of the research is the rationale for utilization of urea nitrate formed in the previously developed process of urea denitration of uranium nitrate refined raffinates for nuclear fuel fabrication enterprises. In this paper, we consider the results of the quantitative hydrolysis of urea nitrate into ammonium nitrate used in the hydrometallurgy of uranium. Objects: model solutions of carbamide nitrate with a concentration of 100–500 g/l with the addition of various reagents: nitric acid, ammonium nitrate. Methods: IR spectroscopy, pH meter, spectrophotometry, gas chromatography. Results. IR spectroscopy, pH metry, spectrophotography. The authors have studied urea nitrate hydrolysis at atmospheric pressure, at temperatures of 70–105 °С, concentrations of the initial solution of 100–500 g/l and with the addition of various reagents – nitric acid and ammonium nitrate. It was found that increasing temperature contributes to hydrolysis intensification; the addition of nitric acid at a concentration of 100 g/l slows down the process, and the addition of ammonium nitrate practically does not affect the hydrolysis of urea nitrate. IR spectroscopic studies suggest that heating solutions with initial concentrations of 100 and 200 g/l at 90 °С for 20 hours with the discharge of evolved gases leads to the complete hydrolysis of urea nitrate. The degree of hydrolysis of urea nitrate and the degree of its conversion to ammonium nitrate coincide at acidic and neutral pH values. A spectroscopic study together with chemical analysis data confirmed the presence of urea nitrate bicarbonate and ammonium nitrate in the hydrolysis products. No intermediate hydrolysis products were detected.

The aim of the study is to find the most effective ways of energy saving in the Russian Federation using energy management tools. The work was carried out on the materials of the EnergyNet infrastructure center. The subject of the study is the effective use of energy management mechanisms applicable to the field of energy saving. Research methods: general scientific research methods were used: literature analysis, monographic method, system analysis method, data collection and processing. The main results of the study: - ways and methods of improving the management of the energy saving process were analyzed and the most effective ones were selected; - conducted practical research on the example of real companies in the field and energy conservation; - urgent problems of development of energy management of Russian companies are identified and ways to solve them are proposed; - the ways of the most competent use of management at energy enterprises to achieve the maximum effect in the field of energy saving are proposed. Application field: application of the results of the work in solving the problems of introducing energy management at Russian enterprises in order to increase energy saving and reduce production costs. The scientific novelty of the study is the development of an energy management system, the formulation of a number of measures to reduce energy consumption and improve energy efficiency at energy enterprises. Conclusions. The tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope has been determined. The results obtained have signs of scientific novelty. Prospects and directions for further research are substantiated.

На основе проведённого анализа можно проводить исследования по устранению той или иной проблемы ветряной энергетики. Реализация проведённых на этой базе работ может вывести ветряную энергетику на новый уровень развития. The topic under consideration in the article highlights the relevant problem of wind energy use as a main source of power for consumers. Wind power is currently one of the most promising renewable sources of alternative energy. The article analyzes the use of wind energy systems in Russia on the territory of the Volga Federal District in the context of its state and prospects of development. The main directions of wind power plants operations efficiency, as well as expediency of development of this industry, were studied. Based on the analysis made, research can be carried out to eliminate a particular wind energy problem. By the method of fuzzy logic the integral index of energy security for the enterprises of the Russian Federation. The alternative of energy supply with the help of the method of analysis of hierarchies was offered. The current article proposes a methodology for calculating and organizing an autonomous power supply of individual objects from renewable energy sources in mountainous areas is proposed. The calculation is based on the energy ratios in the generator-storage-consumer system for various time intervals (hour, day, month, etc.), taking into account both daily and seasonal changes in the parameters of generation and consumption; a calculation algorithm is proposed. The article examines the organization of autonomous energy supply to the consumers of renewable energy sources, which includes the main stages and parameters of the functioning of an autonomous energy complex (energy, man-made, environmental risks of mountainous zones) as well as their analysis from the point of view of possible deviations from the permissible limit values according to technological standards. Also, an algorithm for organizing autonomous energy supply from renewable energy to individual consumers is proposed taking into account the specifics of mountainous zones. Предложена методология расчёта и организации автономного энергоснабжения индивидуальных объектов от возобновляемых источников энергии в условиях горных территорий. Основой расчёта являются энергетические соотношения в системе генератор – накопитель – потребитель за различные промежутки времени (час, сутки, месяц и т.д.), учитывающие как суточные, так и сезонные изменения параметров генерации и потребления; предложен алгоритм расчёта. Рассмотрена организация автономного энергоснабжения потребителей от ВИЭ, включающая в себя основные этапы и параметры функционирования автономного энергетического комплекса (энергетические, техногенные, экологические риски горных территорий), а также их анализ с точки зрения возможных отклонений от допустимых по технологическим нормам предельных значений. Sushchikh;The urgency of the work is conditioned by the need to improve the management methods of the operation modes of the power plant by creating software tools for predicting the performance of equipment when the conditions of its operation change. In this regard, the aim of the study is to carry out a detailed calculation research of such modes using unique computational mathematical models based on the actual turbine power characteristics. Following tasks were set to achieve it: first, to calculate the limits of change for the main energy and economic indicators in real operating conditions on the example of the turbines T-50-130 of the Kirov CHP-4; secondly, to identify and describe the possible resources to increase the efficiency of the operation of the cogeneration turbine plants under conditions of variable heat and electric load schedules. The received results testify that at today's prices for energy carriers, additional power generation by the thermal cycle of CHP plants is economically feasible during all day. The low economic efficiency of some common methods of generating peak power is shown, in particular, by changing the degree of opening the sliding grids in the low-pressure section. The proposed approach can be implemented and used to optimize the operation of CHP plants in the Russian wholesale electricity and capacity market. The results of the study make it possible to conclude that most steam turbine CHP plants have significant reserves for saving fuel and energy resources, which can be realized by optimizing turbine operation modes.

Ostrovsky;The relevance of the research is the rationale for utilization of urea nitrate formed in the previously developed process of urea denitration of uranium nitrate refined raffinates for nuclear fuel fabrication enterprises. In this paper, we consider the results of the quantitative hydrolysis of urea nitrate into ammonium nitrate used in the hydrometallurgy of uranium. Objects: model solutions of carbamide nitrate with a concentration of 100–500 g/l with the addition of various reagents: nitric acid, ammonium nitrate. Methods: IR spectroscopy, pH meter, spectrophotometry, gas chromatography. Results. IR spectroscopy, pH metry, spectrophotography. The authors have studied urea nitrate hydrolysis at atmospheric pressure, at temperatures of 70–105 °С, concentrations of the initial solution of 100–500 g/l and with the addition of various reagents – nitric acid and ammonium nitrate. It was found that increasing temperature contributes to hydrolysis intensification; the addition of nitric acid at a concentration of 100 g/l slows down the process, and the addition of ammonium nitrate practically does not affect the hydrolysis of urea nitrate. IR spectroscopic studies suggest that heating solutions with initial concentrations of 100 and 200 g/l at 90 °С for 20 hours with the discharge of evolved gases leads to the complete hydrolysis of urea nitrate. The degree of hydrolysis of urea nitrate and the degree of its conversion to ammonium nitrate coincide at acidic and neutral pH values. A spectroscopic study together with chemical analysis data confirmed the presence of urea nitrate bicarbonate and ammonium nitrate in the hydrolysis products. No intermediate hydrolysis products were detected.

The aim of the study is to find the most effective ways of energy saving in the Russian Federation using energy management tools. The work was carried out on the materials of the EnergyNet infrastructure center. The subject of the study is the effective use of energy management mechanisms applicable to the field of energy saving. Research methods: general scientific research methods were used: literature analysis, monographic method, system analysis method, data collection and processing. The main results of the study: - ways and methods of improving the management of the energy saving process were analyzed and the most effective ones were selected; - conducted practical research on the example of real companies in the field and energy conservation; - urgent problems of development of energy management of Russian companies are identified and ways to solve them are proposed; - the ways of the most competent use of management at energy enterprises to achieve the maximum effect in the field of energy saving are proposed. Application field: application of the results of the work in solving the problems of introducing energy management at Russian enterprises in order to increase energy saving and reduce production costs. The scientific novelty of the study is the development of an energy management system, the formulation of a number of measures to reduce energy consumption and improve energy efficiency at energy enterprises. Conclusions. The tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope has been determined. The results obtained have signs of scientific novelty. Prospects and directions for further research are substantiated.

В статье рассматривается анализ использования ветроэнергетических систем в России на территории Приволжского федерального округа в контексте состояния и перспектив развития. Исследованы основные направления повышения эффективности функционирования ветроэнергетических установок, а также целесообразность развития данной отрасли. На основе проведённого анализа можно проводить исследования по устранению той или иной проблемы ветряной энергетики. Реализация проведённых на этой базе работ может вывести ветряную энергетику на новый уровень развития. The topic under consideration in the article highlights the relevant problem of wind energy use as a main source of power for consumers. Wind power is currently one of the most promising renewable sources of alternative energy. The article analyzes the use of wind energy systems in Russia on the territory of the Volga Federal District in the context of its state and prospects of development. The main directions of wind power plants operations efficiency, as well as expediency of development of this industry, were studied. Based on the analysis made, research can be carried out to eliminate a particular wind energy problem.
