    This paper examines the current condition and development prospects of the fuel and energy industry of the Kaliningrad region specified in regional programmes. The authors compare the potentials of different renewable energy sources and provide information on the exploitation of different renewable energy objects in the region. The article presents a preliminary assessment of the thermal capacity necessary for the residential area of an ecovillage with a population of 50,000 and suggests ensuring heat supply with the help of heat pumps. Рассмотрено современное состояние и перспективы развития топливно-энергетического комплекса Калининградской области, предусмотренные региональными программами. Проведено сравнение потенциалов различных возобновляемых энергетических ресурсов, собраны сведения об опыте эксплуатации объектов возобновляемой энергетики на данной территории. Осуществлены первичные оценки необходимых тепловых мощностей для жилого фонда экопоселка численностью 50 тыс. человек и предложен вариант его теплообеспечения от тепловых насосов.

    The article describes the major stages and the evolution of the research in the sphere of sustainability of economic entities (units), defines the relationship between sustainable development and changes in the key elements of an organization’s business processes, identifies the peculiarities of sustainable development of economic units belonging to different levels and their interdependence. The author analyses the basic approaches to giving definitions of sustainability in political economy, system analysis and in applied economics, singles out their similarities and objective differences. The article mainly focuses on defining sustainability ofa business entity as a primary element of national economy. It compares major features and factors of ensuring the sustainability including the consistency of strategic changes in different elements of production and business processes, monitoring of changes in close and distant environment of an economic entity, using the best practices of business partners, the analysis of support of long-term innovations by current changes which ensure the elimination of losses and sustainable cost reduction on the basis of resource-efficient development. Special emphasis is put on integration factors of ensuring the sustainability. The author proves that to ensure the sustainability consistent changes resulting in a synergistic effect are required.

    В статье обоснована необходимость развития возобновляемых источников энергии, где наиболее перспективным направлением определено строительство солнечных электростанций. Проведен анализ существующих мощностей на основе возобновляемой энергии в рамках всего Мирового хозяйства за последние годы, при этом установлены основные направления инновационного развития солнечной энергетики. По результатам исследования было выявлено наличие активной инновационной деятельности в области солнечной энергетики, определены основные ее преимущества как относительно традиционных способов выработки энергии, так и прочих возобновляемых источников энергии. Данное исследование позволило сделать вывод, что регулярному использованию экологически чистых источников энергии препятствуют существенные материальные затраты. The article substantiates the necessity in developing renewable energy sources, where the construction of solar power plants are considered the most promising direction. The study conducts an analysis of the existing capacities based on renewable energy in the entire world economy in recent years, while also establishing the main directions of innovative development of solar energy. The results of the study determine the presence of active innovative activities in the field of solar energy, identifies its main advantages both in relation to traditional methods of energy generation and other renewable energy sources. This study allowed the authors to conclude that the regular use of environmentally friendly energy sources is hindered by significant material costs.     Climate change in the world is affecting the growing shortage of fresh water. States in the Mediterranean region that have already experienced the effects of these changes need to take the climate factor into account when managing water resources. Using the example of the Republic of Cyprus, specific adaptation measures were studied and evaluated on the basis of their effectiveness, sustainability in the face of climate change uncertainty and their sustainability in the environmental, socio-economic sectors, as well as potential barriers and risks associated with the implementation of adaptation. The presented review showed that many of the measures taken, which are considered to address the impact of climate change on water resources, increase the adaptive capacity of the water sector, but its overall vulnerability remains high, as water demand is still not met in certain areas and / or for certain uses during a drought.

    Работа посвящена развитию альтернативной энергетики в отдаленных и труднодоступных районах Российской Федерации. В исследовании было выявлено, что обеспечение устойчивого и надежного электроснабжения потребителей является важнейшим приоритетом для государства, однако не всегда предоставляется возможность обеспечить централизованное электроснабжение отдельных потребителей. В этой связи, в работе была обоснована необходимость рассмотрения вопроса о развитии альтернативной энергетики с целью обеспечения потребителей электрической энергией. В статье был проведен анализ различных показателей энергетического комплекса, который показал, что Российская Федерация имеет огромный потенциал для обеспечения различных групп потребителей разными видами энергии, что позволит повысить эффективность и устойчивость электроэнергетического комплекса в долгосрочной перспективе. Вместе с тем, в исследовании выделены факторы, управление которыми позволит достичь перехода от традиционных энергоресурсов на возобновляемые и альтернативные, что обеспечит дальнейшее развитие энергетики и реализацию задач поставленных в стратегических документах энергетического комплекса. В завершение исследования сделаны выводы и предложены рекомендации по развитию альтернативной энергетики в отдаленных и труднодоступных районах Российской Федерации. The work is devoted to the development of alternative energy in remote and inaccessible regions of the Russian Federation. The study revealed that ensuring a stable and reliable power supply to consumers is a top priority for the state, but it is not always possible to provide centralized power supply to individual consumers. In this regard, the work substantiated the need to consider the issue of the development of alternative energy in order to provide consumers with electric energy. The article analyzes various indicators of the energy complex, which showed that the Russian Federation has a huge potential to provide various groups of consumers with different types of energy, which will improve the efficiency and sustainability of the electric power complex in the long term. At the same time, the study highlights the factors, the management of which will make it possible to achieve a transition from traditional energy resources to renewable and alternative ones, which will ensure the further development of the energy sector and the implementation of the tasks set in the strategic documents of the energy complex. At the end of the study, conclusions were drawn and recommendations were made for the development of alternative energy in remote and inaccessible regions of the Russian Federation.

    The modern urban policy sets rather complex challenges connected with simultaneous depreciation of finished goods, works acceleration, improvement of design decisions, and also with improvement of quality, reliability and availability of housing for construction branch. Standard constructive solutions of elements now in use of the building are rather well studied and have an application vast experience in housing construction. In the Republic of Bashkortostan the greatest distribution was gained by constructive solutions of elements of the building, classical for mass housing construction, in particular, standard options of overlappings and coverings from monolithic and precast concrete concern to them. Well-known shortcomings of these versions of decisions can be compensated, realizing overlappings from assembly and monolithic the keramzitobetonnykh of blocks, to conforming all requirements for reliability and the heat-shielding allowing to receive the qualitative bearing building element with an optimum level of expenses and time in climatic conditions of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The proposed solutions will allow to reduce costs of 1 sq.m of overlapping to 1,5 2 times, to lose volume weight to 1,5-2 times of rather classical options from monolithic and precast concrete. The given results of the technical and economic analysis of the recommended options of overlappings (coverings) show their high efficiency and availability to projects of housing construction, including to the socially oriented housing financed from budgets of all levels. Современная градостроительная политика ставит перед строительной отраслью достаточно сложные задачи, связанные с одновременным снижением стоимости готовой продукции, ускорением производства работ, совершенствованием проектных решений, а также с повышением качества, надежности и доступности жилья. Используемые в настоящее время типовые конструктивные решения элементов здания достаточно хорошо изучены и имеют богатый опыт применения в жилищном строительстве. В Республике Башкортостан наибольшее распространение получили классические для массового жилищного строительства конструктивные решения элементов здания, в частности, к ним относятся типовые варианты перекрытий и покрытий из монолитного и сборного железобетона. Хорошо известные недостатки этих вариантов решений можно компенсировать, реализуя перекрытия из сборно-монолитных керамзитобетонных блоков, позволяющие получать качественный несущий элемент здания с оптимальным уровнем затрат и времени, соответствующие всем требованиям по надежности и теплозащиты в природно-климатических условиях Республики Башкортостан. Предлагаемые решения позволят сократить затраты на 1 м 2 перекрытия до 1,5 - 2 раз, снизить объемный вес до 1,5-2 раз относительно классических вариантов из монолитного и сборного железобетона. Приведенные результаты технико-экономического анализа рекомендованных вариантов перекрытий (покрытий) показывают их высокую эффективность и доступность для проектов жилищного строительства, в том числе для социально-ориентированного жилья, финансируемого из бюджетов всех уровней.

    The relevance. Changes in geopolitics and conjuncture of the world energy markets, impact more and more the world economy, forcing not only to improve energy technologies, but also to determine the priorities of the state in the field of energy policy. One of these priorities is to increase generation from new types of renewable energy sources and rapid development of appropriate technologies, which, in their turn, provide cheaper production. At the same time, it is known that it is possible to increase the reliability of the power system and at the same time to increase the production of electricity at the expense of distributed energy, the basis of which is micro-generation from solar power plants. In this regard, additional research is needed to adapt the existing methods of calculation of photovoltaic systems to their use in development and construction of low-power solar power plants. The relevance is also caused by the fact that it is necessary to create the most effective and inexpensive system for converting solar energy into electrical energy, which would meet any given technical requirements, would be reliable and easy to operate. The main aim of the research is to develop an effective photovoltaic system and design an inexpensive microelectric solar power plant with specified parameters and technical characteristics for further experimental studies. The methods. When calculating and studying the main operation modes and structural elements of photovoltaic systems, the authors have used the results of numerous scientific studies, including applied research, and available experience in the field of solar energy, which was obtained in the performance of some theoretical and experimental work. DipTrace and EasyEDA systems were used in development and modeling of electronic circuits. The results. The authors substantiate the expediency of application of more simple methods to determine the probable or actual exposure with the use of the software PVsyst, with an error of no more than 10 %. They developed the technology for experimental production of photovoltaic modules of given geometric dimensions and nominal power and the reliable control system for a biaxial solar tracker due to the actuators, which increases the efficiency of photovoltaic systems in the latitudes of Western and South-Western Siberia. A block diagram for controling a micro-power solar power plant and electronic circuits of the MPPT solar controller, DC-DC Converter, DC-AC inverter, and the main control unit based on the ATmega326 microcontroller were designed.

One of such tasks is to study the possibilities of using alternative energy in architecture. This article presents the results of a study on the formation of a rating of buildings of various functional purposes (typology), reflecting the priority of using wind turbines. The article provides the definition of the concept of a wind turbine, examines the factors influencing the rationale and principles of the use of integrated wind turbines in construction, and formulates the criteria that must be taken into account during the design stage.     The article deals with the issues of sustainable development of rural areas in Russia and directions for the modernization of the rural economy. The changes in the functions of rural areas in terms of the demographic crisis and economic restructuring are shown in the paper.     The article evaluates methods of land reclamation in coal mining in order to identify the most appropriate methods of restoration of coal pits, taking into account the specifics of the territory of Kemerovo region - Kuzbass, which we are studying. Conducted in May 2022 literature search considered scientific and technical articles, information about the territory, which are freely available. Databases of articles from Scopus, Google Scholar, Russian scientific electronic library (https://www. elibrary.ru; https://cyberleninka.ru.) were used. Search queries were formed using the keywords "reclamation of coal mines", "methods of reclamation of open pits", "restoration of disturbed lands", "technogenic / posttechnogenic landscapes"; "technogenic landscapes"; recultivation technologies; young soils; soil-ecological mapping, disturbed soil biological reclamation / environmental protection and the similar. The carried out analysis showed that the most acceptable modern methods of recultivation taking into account specifics of Kuzbass territory are the following: formation of stable forest plantations on the coal industry waste dumps; ecological assessment of disturbed lands to define a complex of measures on land reclamation considering biodiversity; analysis of factors of soil formation, morphological and physical and chemical parameters of soils of technogenic landscapes; method of biotesting with using earthworms when assessing results and effectiveness of land reclamation, method of ecological mapping, bioindicator methods for integral assessment of the environmental state, as well as the method of multidimensional monitoring using geoinformation technologies and Earth remote sensing methods. В статье дана оценка методов рекультивации земель при добыче угля, чтобы выявить наиболее приемлемые методы восстановления угольных карьеров, учитывая специфику конкретной изучаемой нами территории Кемеровской области – Кузбасса. Проведённый в мае 2022 года поиск литературы рассматривал научно-технические статьи, информацию о территории, которые находятся в свободном доступе. Использовались базы данных статей из Scopus, Google Scholar, российской научной электронной библиотеки. Поисковые запросы формировались по ключевым словам «рекультивация угольных разрезов», «методы рекультивации карьеров», «восстановление нарушенных земель», «техногенные / посттехногенные ландшафты»; «technogenic landscapes»; recultivation technologies; young soils; soil-ecological mapping, disturbed soil biological reclamation / environmental protection и тому подобным. Проведённый анализ показал, что наиболее приемлемыми современными методами рекультивации с учётом специфики территории Кузбасса являются следующие: формирование устойчивых лесных насаждений на отвалах угольной промышленности; экологическая оценка нарушенных земель для определения комплекса мер по рекультивации земель с учетом биоразнообразия; анализа факторов почвообразования, морфологических и физико-химических параметров почв техногенных ландшафтов; метод биотестирования с использованием дождевых червей при оценке результатов и эффективности рекультивации почв, метод экологического картографирования, биоиндикаторные методы для интегральной оценки состояния окружающей среды, а также метод многоаспектного мониторинга с использованием геоинформационных технологий и методов дистанционного зондирования Земли.     This paper examines the current condition and development prospects of the fuel and energy industry of the Kaliningrad region specified in regional programmes. The authors compare the potentials of different renewable energy sources and provide information on the exploitation of different renewable energy objects in the region. The article presents a preliminary assessment of the thermal capacity necessary for the residential area of an ecovillage with a population of 50,000 and suggests ensuring heat supply with the help of heat pumps. Рассмотрено современное состояние и перспективы развития топливно-энергетического комплекса Калининградской области, предусмотренные региональными программами. Проведено сравнение потенциалов различных возобновляемых энергетических ресурсов, собраны сведения об опыте эксплуатации объектов возобновляемой энергетики на данной территории. Осуществлены первичные оценки необходимых тепловых мощностей для жилого фонда экопоселка численностью 50 тыс. человек и предложен вариант его теплообеспечения от тепловых насосов.

    The article describes the major stages and the evolution of the research in the sphere of sustainability of economic entities (units), defines the relationship between sustainable development and changes in the key elements of an organization’s business processes, identifies the peculiarities of sustainable development of economic units belonging to different levels and their interdependence. The author analyses the basic approaches to giving definitions of sustainability in political economy, system analysis and in applied economics, singles out their similarities and objective differences. The article mainly focuses on defining sustainability ofa business entity as a primary element of national economy. It compares major features and factors of ensuring the sustainability including the consistency of strategic changes in different elements of production and business processes, monitoring of changes in close and distant environment of an economic entity, using the best practices of business partners, the analysis of support of long-term innovations by current changes which ensure the elimination of losses and sustainable cost reduction on the basis of resource-efficient development. Special emphasis is put on integration factors of ensuring the sustainability. The author proves that to ensure the sustainability consistent changes resulting in a synergistic effect are required.

    В статье обоснована необходимость развития возобновляемых источников энергии, где наиболее перспективным направлением определено строительство солнечных электростанций. Проведен анализ существующих мощностей на основе возобновляемой энергии в рамках всего Мирового хозяйства за последние годы, при этом установлены основные направления инновационного развития солнечной энергетики. По результатам исследования было выявлено наличие активной инновационной деятельности в области солнечной энергетики, определены основные ее преимущества как относительно традиционных способов выработки энергии, так и прочих возобновляемых источников энергии. Данное исследование позволило сделать вывод, что регулярному использованию экологически чистых источников энергии препятствуют существенные материальные затраты. The article substantiates the necessity in developing renewable energy sources, where the construction of solar power plants are considered the most promising direction. The study conducts an analysis of the existing capacities based on renewable energy in the entire world economy in recent years, while also establishing the main directions of innovative development of solar energy. The results of the study determine the presence of active innovative activities in the field of solar energy, identifies its main advantages both in relation to traditional methods of energy generation and other renewable energy sources. This study allowed the authors to conclude that the regular use of environmentally friendly energy sources is hindered by significant material costs.     Climate change in the world is affecting the growing shortage of fresh water. States in the Mediterranean region that have already experienced the effects of these changes need to take the climate factor into account when managing water resources. Using the example of the Republic of Cyprus, specific adaptation measures were studied and evaluated on the basis of their effectiveness, sustainability in the face of climate change uncertainty and their sustainability in the environmental, socio-economic sectors, as well as potential barriers and risks associated with the implementation of adaptation. The presented review showed that many of the measures taken, which are considered to address the impact of climate change on water resources, increase the adaptive capacity of the water sector, but its overall vulnerability remains high, as water demand is still not met in certain areas and / or for certain uses during a drought.

    Работа посвящена развитию альтернативной энергетики в отдаленных и труднодоступных районах Российской Федерации. В исследовании было выявлено, что обеспечение устойчивого и надежного электроснабжения потребителей является важнейшим приоритетом для государства, однако не всегда предоставляется возможность обеспечить централизованное электроснабжение отдельных потребителей. В этой связи, в работе была обоснована необходимость рассмотрения вопроса о развитии альтернативной энергетики с целью обеспечения потребителей электрической энергией. В статье был проведен анализ различных показателей энергетического комплекса, который показал, что Российская Федерация имеет огромный потенциал для обеспечения различных групп потребителей разными видами энергии, что позволит повысить эффективность и устойчивость электроэнергетического комплекса в долгосрочной перспективе. Вместе с тем, в исследовании выделены факторы, управление которыми позволит достичь перехода от традиционных энергоресурсов на возобновляемые и альтернативные, что обеспечит дальнейшее развитие энергетики и реализацию задач поставленных в стратегических документах энергетического комплекса. В завершение исследования сделаны выводы и предложены рекомендации по развитию альтернативной энергетики в отдаленных и труднодоступных районах Российской Федерации. The work is devoted to the development of alternative energy in remote and inaccessible regions of the Russian Federation. The study revealed that ensuring a stable and reliable power supply to consumers is a top priority for the state, but it is not always possible to provide centralized power supply to individual consumers. In this regard, the work substantiated the need to consider the issue of the development of alternative energy in order to provide consumers with electric energy. The article analyzes various indicators of the energy complex, which showed that the Russian Federation has a huge potential to provide various groups of consumers with different types of energy, which will improve the efficiency and sustainability of the electric power complex in the long term. At the same time, the study highlights the factors, the management of which will make it possible to achieve a transition from traditional energy resources to renewable and alternative ones, which will ensure the further development of the energy sector and the implementation of the tasks set in the strategic documents of the energy complex. At the end of the study, conclusions were drawn and recommendations were made for the development of alternative energy in remote and inaccessible regions of the Russian Federation.

    The modern urban policy sets rather complex challenges connected with simultaneous depreciation of finished goods, works acceleration, improvement of design decisions, and also with improvement of quality, reliability and availability of housing for construction branch. Standard constructive solutions of elements now in use of the building are rather well studied and have an application vast experience in housing construction. In the Republic of Bashkortostan the greatest distribution was gained by constructive solutions of elements of the building, classical for mass housing construction, in particular, standard options of overlappings and coverings from monolithic and precast concrete concern to them. Well-known shortcomings of these versions of decisions can be compensated, realizing overlappings from assembly and monolithic the keramzitobetonnykh of blocks, to conforming all requirements for reliability and the heat-shielding allowing to receive the qualitative bearing building element with an optimum level of expenses and time in climatic conditions of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The proposed solutions will allow to reduce costs of 1 sq.m of overlapping to 1,5 2 times, to lose volume weight to 1,5-2 times of rather classical options from monolithic and precast concrete. The given results of the technical and economic analysis of the recommended options of overlappings (coverings) show their high efficiency and availability to projects of housing construction, including to the socially oriented housing financed from budgets of all levels. Современная градостроительная политика ставит перед строительной отраслью достаточно сложные задачи, связанные с одновременным снижением стоимости готовой продукции, ускорением производства работ, совершенствованием проектных решений, а также с повышением качества, надежности и доступности жилья. Используемые в настоящее время типовые конструктивные решения элементов здания достаточно хорошо изучены и имеют богатый опыт применения в жилищном строительстве. В Республике Башкортостан наибольшее распространение получили классические для массового жилищного строительства конструктивные решения элементов здания, в частности, к ним относятся типовые варианты перекрытий и покрытий из монолитного и сборного железобетона. Хорошо известные недостатки этих вариантов решений можно компенсировать, реализуя перекрытия из сборно-монолитных керамзитобетонных блоков, позволяющие получать качественный несущий элемент здания с оптимальным уровнем затрат и времени, соответствующие всем требованиям по надежности и теплозащиты в природно-климатических условиях Республики Башкортостан. Предлагаемые решения позволят сократить затраты на 1 м 2 перекрытия до 1,5 - 2 раз, снизить объемный вес до 1,5-2 раз относительно классических вариантов из монолитного и сборного железобетона. Приведенные результаты технико-экономического анализа рекомендованных вариантов перекрытий (покрытий) показывают их высокую эффективность и доступность для проектов жилищного строительства, в том числе для социально-ориентированного жилья, финансируемого из бюджетов всех уровней.

    The relevance. Changes in geopolitics and conjuncture of the world energy markets, impact more and more the world economy, forcing not only to improve energy technologies, but also to determine the priorities of the state in the field of energy policy. One of these priorities is to increase generation from new types of renewable energy sources and rapid development of appropriate technologies, which, in their turn, provide cheaper production. At the same time, it is known that it is possible to increase the reliability of the power system and at the same time to increase the production of electricity at the expense of distributed energy, the basis of which is micro-generation from solar power plants. In this regard, additional research is needed to adapt the existing methods of calculation of photovoltaic systems to their use in development and construction of low-power solar power plants. The relevance is also caused by the fact that it is necessary to create the most effective and inexpensive system for converting solar energy into electrical energy, which would meet any given technical requirements, would be reliable and easy to operate. The main aim of the research is to develop an effective photovoltaic system and design an inexpensive microelectric solar power plant with specified parameters and technical characteristics for further experimental studies. The methods. When calculating and studying the main operation modes and structural elements of photovoltaic systems, the authors have used the results of numerous scientific studies, including applied research, and available experience in the field of solar energy, which was obtained in the performance of some theoretical and experimental work. DipTrace and EasyEDA systems were used in development and modeling of electronic circuits. The results. The authors substantiate the expediency of application of more simple methods to determine the probable or actual exposure with the use of the software PVsyst, with an error of no more than 10 %. They developed the technology for experimental production of photovoltaic modules of given geometric dimensions and nominal power and the reliable control system for a biaxial solar tracker due to the actuators, which increases the efficiency of photovoltaic systems in the latitudes of Western and South-Western Siberia. A block diagram for controling a micro-power solar power plant and electronic circuits of the MPPT solar controller, DC-DC Converter, DC-AC inverter, and the main control unit based on the ATmega326 microcontroller were designed.

The issues of environmental sustainability of architecture, increasing its energy efficiency, as well as global trends such as the format of a new circular economy and energy transition policy, pose new challenges to architects. One of such tasks is to study the possibilities of using alternative energy in architecture. This article presents the results of a study on the formation of a rating of buildings of various functional purposes (typology), reflecting the priority of using wind turbines. The article provides the definition of the concept of a wind turbine, examines the factors influencing the rationale and principles of the use of integrated wind turbines in construction, and formulates the criteria that must be taken into account during the design stage. As a result, the author forms a rating of objects of various functional purposes, reflecting the expediency and priority of using solutions with integrated wind turbines in the corresponding objects from the most preferred to the least. �������������������������� ������������-���������������������������������� ������������, ������������ 3 (117) 2022, Pages 81-85

    The article deals with the issues of sustainable development of rural areas in Russia and directions for the modernization of the rural economy. The changes in the functions of rural areas in terms of the demographic crisis and economic restructuring are shown in the paper. The article contains an analysis of the potential development of the rural areas. The possible directions of the state policy in the field of rural entrepreneurship are presented in the article. В статье исследуются вопросы устойчивого развития сельских территорий России и направления модернизации сельской экономики. Рассмотрено изменение функций сельских территорий в условиях демографического кризиса и структурной перестройки экономики. Проведен анализ потенциала развития сельских территорий. Представлены возможные направления государственной политики в области поддержки сельского предпринимательства.

    The article evaluates methods of land reclamation in coal mining in order to identify the most appropriate methods of restoration of coal pits, taking into account the specifics of the territory of Kemerovo region - Kuzbass, which we are studying. Conducted in May 2022 literature search considered scientific and technical articles, information about the territory, which are freely available. Databases of articles from Scopus, Google Scholar, Russian scientific electronic library (https://www. elibrary.ru; https://cyberleninka.ru.) were used. Search queries were formed using the keywords "reclamation of coal mines", "methods of reclamation of open pits", "restoration of disturbed lands", "technogenic / posttechnogenic landscapes"; "technogenic landscapes"; recultivation technologies; young soils; soil-ecological mapping, disturbed soil biological reclamation / environmental protection and the similar. The carried out analysis showed that the most acceptable modern methods of recultivation taking into account specifics of Kuzbass territory are the following: formation of stable forest plantations on the coal industry waste dumps; ecological assessment of disturbed lands to define a complex of measures on land reclamation considering biodiversity; analysis of factors of soil formation, morphological and physical and chemical parameters of soils of technogenic landscapes; method of biotesting with using earthworms when assessing results and effectiveness of land reclamation, method of ecological mapping, bioindicator methods for integral assessment of the environmental state, as well as the method of multidimensional monitoring using geoinformation technologies and Earth remote sensing methods. В статье дана оценка методов рекультивации земель при добыче угля, чтобы выявить наиболее приемлемые методы восстановления угольных карьеров, учитывая специфику конкретной изучаемой нами территории Кемеровской области – Кузбасса. Проведённый в мае 2022 года поиск литературы рассматривал научно-технические статьи, информацию о территории, которые находятся в свободном доступе. Использовались базы данных статей из Scopus, Google Scholar, российской научной электронной библиотеки. Поисковые запросы формировались по ключевым словам «рекультивация угольных разрезов», «методы рекультивации карьеров», «восстановление нарушенных земель», «техногенные / посттехногенные ландшафты»; «technogenic landscapes»; recultivation technologies; young soils; soil-ecological mapping, disturbed soil biological reclamation / environmental protection и тому подобным. Проведённый анализ показал, что наиболее приемлемыми современными методами рекультивации с учётом специфики территории Кузбасса являются следующие: формирование устойчивых лесных насаждений на отвалах угольной промышленности; экологическая оценка нарушенных земель для определения комплекса мер по рекультивации земель с учетом биоразнообразия; анализа факторов почвообразования, морфологических и физико-химических параметров почв техногенных ландшафтов; метод биотестирования с использованием дождевых червей при оценке результатов и эффективности рекультивации почв, метод экологического картографирования, биоиндикаторные методы для интегральной оценки состояния окружающей среды, а также метод многоаспектного мониторинга с использованием геоинформационных технологий и методов дистанционного зондирования Земли.
