---EN--- In addition to data and publications' management, open science includes within its definition openness to society. For this reason, those of us who are dedicated to the communication of science must know this movement and relate to its implementation and popularization. In this workshop, we will review a recently published guide to applying open science in all its meanings. Participants will work in a small group organized by their main area of interest, and will propose suggestions, changes or additions to this guide. In addition, a chapter on the role of scientific communication in open science will be developed collaboratively.

The effects of chronic alcoholism initiated in the adolescence on arterial pressure and heart rate were characterized in male albine rats. They were divided into 2 groups (experimental and control) and 2 subgroups with different times of treatment (3 and 5 months) were organized. The experimental rats were administered ethanol by intraesophageal cannula. Arterial pressure and heart rate were studied by direct plethysmography. A two-way interactive ANOVA was used for the statistical processing of the results. The ingestion of ethanol produced an increase of the systolic and diastolic arterial pressure at 3 and 5 months of treatment. This rise was higher at 5 months of treatment. Heart rate did not show significant changes. It was concluded that the chronic ingestion of ethanol raises arterial pressure depending on time.

The industrialisation and modern technification of our society has favoured the genesis of global problems. Physical Education Didactics is facing serious problems of sustainability. There are increasingly strong tendencies that preach a Physical Education that makes motor behaviour sustainable, favouring learning, procedures, evaluations, materials and resources that facilitate sustainable behaviour and a balanced and healthy life. We present a systematic review of educational experiences in sustainable physical activity programmes. Aim: To obtain scientific evidence on sustainable physical education didactics for children and adolescents during the present decade, to compare studies that relate physical education to sustainable practices and to determine research efforts to develop sustainable physical education patterns in schoolchildren and adolescents. Methods: The search descriptors used were: physical activity, childhood, youth, environment and sustainability. Records were limited to those published in English, French and Spanish between January 2010 and December 2020. 11 studies fulfilled the review requirements: 5 considered sustainability in relation to healthy habits, 4 studied sustainable Physical Education programmes and 2 assessed nature protection activities. Results & discussion: with the selected articles we appreciate that it is necessary to develop a new didactics together with a new sustainable physical education, but also a sustainable sport eminently respectful with the person, with their limits, that does not take unnecessary risks and that carries out daily practices with the aim of restoring the damage caused, of care, of rest, so that the athlete, who demands so much and so much from their body, learns to look after it and give it everything it needs to be able to live in a peaceful, happy and healthy way. Conclusions: In the last decade there are not enough studies on sustainability of physical activity in youth and childhood. There is a lack of studies on responsible, tolerant physical activity and on the role of women in youth and childhood. [Climate change and dermatological diseases: what can we do?] Editorial: Giving a higher level of health information to people will ensure that society, and our reference population, acquires an adequate perception of risk on the problem of climate change, which would lead to each individual adopting healthy behaviors such as following correct habits of skin protection and hydration, acquiring a responsible attitude towards the prevention of environmental contamination of their local environment (work and home); all of it in order to avoid unnecessary dermatological risks (skin infections, allergies ...). Also, we need greater awareness of citizens, authorities, politicians and health professionals to develop climate change adaptation and mitigation measures, This fact necessarily involves promoting research in this field and implementing the good practices that arise.

The pandemic has exposed the ontological vulnerability shared by all human beings, but also the way in which socioeconomic inequalities affect the inequitable distribution of specific or situational vulnerabilities. On the other hand, it has also brought to the fore the profound interdependence we share among all people, which also extends to non-human agents and the environment. This article presents a general analysis of vulnerability in the context of COVID-19, proposing, in particular, that it is an appropriate category for analyzing the essential interdependence of human beings with their fellow human beings, with other living beings and with the environment.

    Authors: Helena Margarido Moreira; Analúcia Bueno dos Reis Giometti;

    Este artigo pretende estudar a inserção do Brasil no Mecanismo de Desenvolvimento Limpo (MDL) do Protocolo de Quioto, por meio de projetos em energia limpa, enfatizando a cooperação entre países desenvolvidos e em desenvolvimento e visando as ações práticas que esse mecanismo permite desenvolver para se alcançar o desenvolvimento sustentável e para conter o aquecimento global. Para isto, realizou-se extensa revisão bibliográfica dos acordos internacionais referentes às mudanças climáticas e de livros e artigos sobre a inserção brasileira no Protocolo de Quioto e no Mecanismo de Desenvolvimento Limpo. O Protocolo de Quioto é um acordo internacional que prevê a redução das emissões de gases de efeito estufa por intermédio de mecanismos flexibilizadores. O Mecanismo de Desenvolvimento Limpo é o único que permite a participação de países em desenvolvimento, para que eles reduzam emissões por meio de projetos que busquem o desenvolvimento sustentável. Neste contexto, o Brasil surge como um país atrativo para o recebimento destes projetos, por sua vocação para desenvolver fontes alternativas de energia e pela sua liderança no processo negociador do Protocolo. O MDL configura-se, portanto, em uma grande oportunidade para o Brasil, visto que esses projetos representam uma fonte de recursos financeiros para que o país busque o desenvolvimento sustentável, além de incentivarem um maior conhecimento científico e a adoção de novas tecnologias.This article intends to study the insertion of Brazil at the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) of the Kyoto Protocol, through clean energy projects, emphasizing the cooperation between developed and developing countries, and aiming the practical actions that this mechanism allows to build up in order to reach the sustainable development and to stop the global warming. To achieve this, an intense bibliographic review of the international agreements concerning climate change, and books and articles about the Brazilian insertion on the Kyoto Protocol and on the Clean Development Mechanism was done. The Kyoto Protocol is an international agreement, which predicts the reduction of the greenhouse gases emissions through flexibly mechanisms. The Clean Development Mechanism is the only one that allows the participation of developing countries, for them to reduce emissions through projects that look for sustainable development. In this context, Brazil emerges as an attractive country to receive these projects, due to its vocation to develop alternative sources of energy and for its leadership on the Protocol's negotiation process. The CDM is therefore a great opportunity to Brazil, since these projects represent a source for financial resources for the country to seek the sustainable development, besides encouraging a greater scientific knowledge and the adoption of new and clean technologies.

    Environmental education, as a general educational process, has a systemic, dynamic and participatory character. The information and communications technologies can be used as a contribution to mitigate the progressive deterioration of the environment and must be directed to the formation of a critical and reflexive environmental culture from a social context. A bibliographic review on the topic was carried out in order to systematize the foundations of the curricular strategy to develop an environmental culture in medical education, in the discipline Informatics and Research, and to contribute to its implementation in medical sciences, taking into consideration its challenges and the way the teaching processes are progressing toward climate change. The study has determined that the practical insertion of the aforementioned curricular strategy should promote a harmonic relationship between man and technologies in order to foster high-quality lifestyles in present and future generations.

    En la actualidad y de acuerdo al informe del Sistema Nacional de Instituciones de Educación Superior (SNIES) la deserción estudiantil en la Educación Superior está en el 52%. Cada Institución de Educación Superior (IES) realiza esfuerzos por retener y sostener en el tiempo a los estudiantes académicamente viables; estos esfuerzos están divididos en diferentes frentes: Académico, Financiero, Psicológico y Cultural. Desde la estructura administrativa se busca responder a esta necesidad, y para ello, con el fin de contrarrestar el retiro o abandono de los estudiantes de pregrado y posgrado en la Universidad del Rosario, identificado mediante la aplicación de la metodología propuesta por La Estrategia de los Cuatro Círculos y el Método MEYEP, ante cuyas conclusiones y recomendaciones se procedió a realizar un proyecto que pretende conformar una Unidad de Gestión Integral de Apoyo al Estudiante (UGIAE). Unidad que constituye una iniciativa por integrar los esfuerzos en un organismo que responda a las necesidades de los estudiantes y cuya directriz se enmarque en el contexto del Plan Integral de Desarrollo – PID – de la Universidad. La finalidad de la UGIAE es facilitar a los estudiantes académicamente viables de la Universidad del Rosario, la culminación de sus estudios; para lo cual se pretende el mejor aprovechamiento de las competencias humanas, el trabajo en equipo, y la transdisciplinariedad que canalice los esfuerzos colectivos; para este efecto se desarrolla un modelo de simulación en Stella en el que convergen y se aplican las recomendaciones finales del presente documento. At present, it is estimated that dropout in higher education is 52%. Each Institution of Higher Education (IES) has made efforts to retain and sustain over time students academically viable, these efforts are divided on several fronts: academic, financial, psychological and cultural. The Rosario University is no stranger to this division of labor and from the administrative structure seeks to respond to this need for it, to counteract the withdrawal or abandonment of the students at the University of Rosario, the methodology is applied The strategy of the four circles and the method MEYEP, and its conclusions and recommendations are carried out a project that aims to form a Comprehensive Management Unit Student Support (UGIAE), for which are taken as reference recommended by the methodology of project management. This Unit is an initiative to integrate efforts in an organization that meets the needs of students whose guideline is framed in the context of the Comprehensive Development Plan - PID - University. The purpose of the UGIAE is to provide students at the University of Rosario, the completion of their studies, for which it seeks the best use of human skills, teamwork, and trans-disciplinary collective efforts to channel; for this purpose we develop a simulation model which converge Stella and apply the final recommendations of this document. Este ensayo explora el estado de arte de la pertinencia ambiental de la universidad colombiana desde una perspectiva que confluya en la participación social. El análisis se fundamentó en una declaración de las relaciones epistemológicas, teóricas y conceptuales de los actores del proceso educativo colombiano, para ejercer una postura crítica en la construcción de saberes y compromisos ambientales de las universidades. En los últimos años, la educación ambiental por iniciativa de la ASCUN ha tomado relevancia e interés, mostrando crecimiento en programas de formación, investigación y proyección social en la materia, además en aportes al cumplimiento de los ODS de la Agenda 2030 de Naciones Unidas, sin embargo, no marcha al ritmo de las exigencias globales. El mayor desafío que enfrenta, es crear un modelo con enfoque interdisciplinario capaz de generar cambios en la comunidad, para que la sostenibilidad sea una constante en la vida cotidiana de la sociedad. - This essay explores the state of the art of the environmental relevance of the Colombian university from a perspective that converges on social participation. The analysis was based on a statement of the epistemological, theoretical and conceptual relationships of the actors of the Colombian educational process, to exercise a critical stance in the construction of environmental knowledge and commitments of the universities. In recent years, environmental education at the initiative of ASCUN has taken on relevance and interest, showing growth in training programs, research and social projection in the matter, in addition to contributions to the fulfillment of the SDG of the United Nations 2030 Agenda, however, it is not keeping pace with global demands. The biggest challenge it faces is to create a model with an interdisciplinary approach capable of generating changes in the community, so that sustainability is a constant in the daily life of society.

    Se caracterizaron los efectos que sobre la presión arterial y la frecuencia cardiaca ocasiona el alcoholismo crónico iniciado en la adolescencia en ratas albinas machos. Se confeccionaron 2 grupos de animales (experimental y control) y se hicieron 2 subgrupos de diferentes tiempos de tratamiento (3 y 5 meses). A las ratas experimentales se les suministró etanol mediante cánula intraesofágica. Se estudió la presión arterial y la frecuencia cardiaca mediante plestimografía directa. Para el procesamiento estadístico de los resultados se utilizó ANOVA de 2 vías con interacción. La ingestión de etanol provocó un incremento en la presión arterial sistólica y diastólica tanto a los 3 como a los 5 meses de tratamiento. Este incremento fue mayor a los 5 meses de tratamiento. La frecuencia cardiaca no mostró cambios significativos. Se concluyó que la ingestión crónica de etanol eleva la presión arterial de forma tiempo dependiente.The effects of chronic alcoholism initiated in the adolescence on arterial pressure and heart rate were characterized in male albine rats.

    Resumen: Introducción: La industrialización y moderna tecnificación de nuestra sociedad ha favorecido la génesis de problemas globales. La Didáctica de la Educación Física se enfrenta a graves problemas de sostenibilidad. Cada vez son más fuertes las tendencias que predican una Educación Física que haga sostenibles las conductas motrices, favoreciendo aprendizajes, procedimientos, evaluaciones, materiales y recursos que faciliten comportamientos sostenibles y una vida equilibrada y saludable. Exponemos una revisión sistemática sobre experiencias educativas en programas de actividad física sostenible. Objetivos: Obtener evidencias científicas sobre la Didáctica Sostenible de la Educación Física realizada por niños y adolescentes durante la presente década, confrontar los estudios que relacionan la Educación Física con prácticas sostenibles y determinar los esfuerzos investigadores para desarrollar unos patrones de Educación Física sostenible en escolares y adolescentes. Métodos: Los descriptores de búsqueda utilizados fueron: actividad física, infancia, juventud, medio ambiente y sostenibilidad. Los registros se limitaron a los publicados en español, inglés y francés entre enero de 2010 y diciembre de 2020. 11 estudios cumplieron los requisitos de revisión: 5 contemplaron la sostenibilidad en relación a hábitos saludables, 4 estudiaron programas de Educación Física sostenible y 2 valoraron actividades de protección de la naturaleza. Resultados y Discusión: Con los artículos seleccionados apreciamos que es necesario desarrollar una nueva didáctica junto a una nueva educación física sostenible, pero también un deporte sostenible eminentemente respetuoso con la persona, con sus límites, que no asuma riesgos innecesarios y que lleve a cabo prácticas cotidianas con la finalidad de restaurar los daños ocasionados, de cuidado, de reposo, de modo que el deportista, que tanto y tanto exige de su cuerpo, aprenda a cuidarlo y darle todo lo que necesita para que sea capaz de vivir de modo apacible, feliz y sano. Conclusiones: En la última década no hay suficientes estudios sobre sostenibilidad de la actividad física en la juventud e infancia. Faltan estudios sobre actividad física responsable, tolerante y que contemplen el papel de la mujer en la juventud e infancia.// Abstract: Introduction: The industrialisation and modern technification of our society has favoured the genesis of global problems. Editorial: Dar un mayor nivel de información sanitaria a las personas garantizará que la sociedad, y nuestra población de referencia, adquiera una percepción de riesgo adecuada sobre el problema del cambio climático, lo que llevaría a que cada individuo adopte conductas saludables como sería el seguir hábitos correctos de fotoprotección e hidratación cutánea, adquisición de una actitud responsable hacia la prevención de la contaminación ambiental de su entorno local (laboral y doméstico); todo ello, con la finalidad de evitar riesgos dermatológicos innecesarios (infecciones cutáneas, alergias…). También, precisamos una mayor concienciación de los ciudadanos, las autoridades, los políticos y los profesionales de la salud para desarrollar medidas de adaptación y mitigación del cambio climático, hecho que pasa necesariamente por promover la investigación en este campo e implementar las buenas prácticas que vayan surgiendo.

    Authors: Helena Margarido Moreira; Analúcia Bueno dos Reis Giometti;
