Young people all over the Eastern Partnership countries as well as the European Union face scarcity of equal opportunities of engagement, dropping out of many forms of participation and activism, including participation at local, national or international levels, academic programs and education, mobility projects, youth exchanges, seminars, volunteering programs under Erasmus+ program and other forms of youth activism. In Eastern Partnership countries, particularly in Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine youth is often unable to join the decision-making processes on youth issues at a local level. There are no efficient youth consultative bodies or youth councils in the municipalities and no proper procedures and culture to approach youth when youth issues are being dealt with. This is also coupled with limited access to information and not sufficient language skills. While in most of the EU Members States there are strategies and tools of engaging marginalized young people and young people based outside of the main administrative areas, the Eastern Partnership countries still face a lack of appropriate policies, strategies and infrastructure. Specifically in Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine there is a lack of youth participation structures mostly in rural and deprived urban areas and bridging those needs with the existing practices and tools in the EU can be very effective. The proposed project aims to empower youth organizations, youth workers, trainers and educators to develop inclusion and diversity orientation in their work with rural and unprivileged young people and build their competence in addressing the needs of marginalized youth. The project aims to reach the following main objectives: A. To develop youth work support systems and tools that will help youth organizations to incorporate inclusion and diversity orientation into their working environment, thus, making their work with marginalized youth and young people from rural and deprived urban areas more successful and inclusive;B. To promote participation and inclusion of marginalized youth and disadvantaged young people in the European programs in the fields of Education, Training and Youth;C. To develop a handbook that will introduce key theoretical aspects, the glossary of inclusion and participation as well as the practical tools, methods and instruments that can help organizations and individuals involved in youth work who seek to work with marginalized youth in their communities;D. To develop training and educational activities and tools on inclusion and participation trying them out during the activities of the project; E. To build mutually beneficial relationships and links with the already existing groups of young people, youth initiatives, youth organizations, youth workers and projects;F. To design and implement 24 Civil Society Fellowships and provide the Fellows and the hosting communities with an opportunity of knowledge and culture exchange. As a main impact of the project, the communication and interaction between the EU and the EaP partner countries in the field of empowering marginalized youth and building creative means for youth participation in the region will be consolidated. The activities proposed under this project will increase the linkage between public and private stakeholders, civil society organizations and local authorities as well as the project partners, young professionals, youth workers, researches, experts and stakeholders in the field of youth and education.Based on the achieved outcomes of our previous common projects and our experiences in home countries, we believe that marginalized, disadvantaged young people from rural and deprived urban areas should be reached through tools, methods and strategies that will be tailored to local needs and conducted in local languages. Those will be basically developed as a result of the entire project․

Empowering youth workers and youth organisations to contribute to reducing excessive alcohol and drug use, and their consequences on young people's well-being, physical and mental health, is of crucial importance to Europe. However, young people are often considered passive recipients of health promotion interventions, and the involvement of youth organisations in public health initiatives is insufficient. The proposed project - You4Health! - aims to address this need by providing youth workers with the necessary skills to implement effective health promotion interventions, and empower them to be actively involved in public health. The project team plans to do this by:1) Mapping the field of youth-led alcohol/drug health promotion interventions in order to provide a list of ready-to-use examples and case-studies;2) Realising You4Health!, an online training platform for youth workers. The platform will consist of sequenced training modules, guidelines, good practices and case studies, as well as ready-to-use materials for real-life situations, for the design, implementation and evaluation of effective youth-led health projects. All contents will be provided in English and translated into different languages. The You4Health! tools target youth workers and young people. Our approach is based on 'Co-production'. Any project output will be the result of collaboration between partner organisations and youth workers. An advisory group of youth workers from different countries will be actively involved from the beginning to collaborate as co-producer of project outputs, and to pilot the You4Health! web platform. Pilot's participants will represent the first group of youth workers to be trained, and with the aim of having a multiplying effect in their local communities. Overall, this will guarantee usability of the final products, foster a sense of ownership and contribute to achieving the highest reach among European youth organisations. The You4Health! project will increase youth workers' knowledge and critical thinking towards effective programmes, reduce implementation barriers for youth organisations, and increase the proportion of empowered youth workers in taking the initiative towards health promotion. In the long run, You4Health! will increase the number and quality of youth-led health projects and raise the broader conversation in society about young people's health issues, make young people more involved in public health, and ultimately have a positive impact on the young population health.

MY-WAY aims at enhancing and improving the collaboration and efforts of web entrepreneurship initiatives (hubs, projects, accelerator networks, contests, etc.), web/business experts (accelerators, mentors, etc.), educational actors (business teachers and trainers) and the young adults as the final beneficiaries (through student networks, their alumni and student entrepreneurship centres, the student support centres). This coordination will create synergies and find ways to embed flexible services based on the existing best practices to be sustained by the student support centres in any European country at low cost. The social network of young adults across Europe will enable a wide spread of information, discovery of synergies and linkages between the actors and their services. The active engagement of student support centres and connecting them with business networks within the web entrepreneurship ecosystem and its activities, e.g. the development of the support services (training, mentoring, access to funding, regulation, policy, etc.) will strengthen the ecosystem and will also increase the visibility and impact of the web entrepreneurship initiatives and services. A network of student support centres will act as multipliers and successfully represent the targeted young adults boosting web entrepreneurship in the long term. Primary, secondary as well as emerging web entrepreneurship hubs will be involved across Europe into the project activities. The project partnership contains representatives from across the support chain for web entrepreneurs with adequate expertise and network infrastructure to successfully engage the critical mass of stakeholders. The project will implement support actions boosting the entrepreneurial spirit, especially changing the mindset, confidence and readiness of young people for starting their own business. Special attention will be paid to female web entrepreneurship and social web entrepreneurship support.
