The project was aimed primarily at the youth population and more specifically at unemployed young people and outside the context of education and training (NEET), as well as youth workers of the Municipalities, or officials and operators of the Municipalities who are involved in various capacities from youth policies. The project created an operating model that follows the B2B model, inspired by the exchange and comparison between subjects operating on the same product. In this case, the exchange does not take place at the level of the Business, but at the level of the subjects concerned, or between young people, or young people and youth workers, in a constructive dialogue process based on the subject and personal variables, in this case the main life skills. The Y2Y model is a model that supports the individual resources of young people, especially creativity, resourcefulness, the capacity for self-realization, but also for ""self marketing"". If on the one hand it is true that young people are given the opportunity to highlight their ideas, on the other it is also true that what young people try to value is their ability to be in the European network and to propose and invent ideas .14 young Europeans were offered a blended training model based on humanistic coaching and life skills and 18 youth workers a training course based on humanistic coaching. Through a service platform young people have promoted their entrepreneurial ideas and youth workers have supported the models proposed by the boys by supporting their communication and promotional choices. The Y2Y model is made available through an interactive platform which, in addition to welcoming innovative ideas and promoting them in the European network, offers the opportunity to take advantage of the contents of the training (webinars and short lessons), and the toolkits developed for use by the final target and all those who want to know and share the strategies tested."

Climate change is a global challenge that will especially affect young generations. However, young generations don’t usually have a voice on energy and climate planning. In addition, vulnerable communities are more likely to suffer climate change effects while they usually have more difficulty having their voice represented. As such, young people from vulnerable communities represent a sector of society that is both hard to reach and especially disempowered on that topic. EYES will create Youth Intervention Teams (YIT), spaces for dialogue on energy and climate change for young people from different backgrounds. Emphasis will be put on the composition of its members, ensuring they represent different social backgrounds to foster mutual understanding. These YIT will develop a research, a survey to other young people, and interviews to identify the key fears and barriers from the youth perspective on energy and climate. This will improve their skills on analyzing social matters, and on co-creating positive solutions to the barriers identified. This process will be mentored by a multidisciplinary Advisory Board (AB), composed by representatives of relevant stakeholders, who will act as role models for different climate change profiles. At the end of the YIT activities, they will produce Recommendations for policy makers on energy and climate planning, and on how to engage youth in these topics. The collective process with other young people and the AB will increase their capacities to dialogue and their civic and social competences.EYES will demonstrate that youth participation in public matters can have 3 relevant impacts: a) foster social cohesion among young people, b) improve young people’s civic skills, and 3) improve local plans by providing the youth perspective to the policy makers.

This Project gave the chance to 36 professional and non-professional educators coming from France, Spain, Serbia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Croatia and Italy to participate in a Seminar lasted 5 days in June 2015. According to the latest analysis of the EU and Italian youth field, we can deduce that the phenomenon of Early School Leaving is still affecting the population, even if its ways of manifest are changing. It finds its origin in several causes as the youth condition, the changes in the labor market and family frailty. It affects different age groups, but especially those who pass from one level of education to the next one, which in Italy corresponds to the passage from the Middle to the High school.T-TRUST contributed to prevent early school leaving during the transition from the Middle to the High school. The project allowed the organization of a thematic seminar aiming at educators dealing with students of the Middle schools. Where for “educator” we intend every different professional and non-professional figure working with and in support of the young students such as animators, professional educators, volunteers, social workers. The final concrete objective reached has been an exchange of best practices and sharing of innovations through the new expanded network, which strengthened the adoption of non-formal education practices and their integration with formal ones among young people. This offered new tools and perspectives to the participant educators. The planned activities during the seminar have been divided into two categories:1. Theoretical part: it consisted in a conference and some workshops organized to involve actively all the partners, to discuss the issue of early school leaving.2. Practical activities: this phase offered hands-on activities starting from local educators’ experiences and good practices. The theoretical part has been specifically designed to create a common basis of the issues and topics to be covered. Instead, the practical part helped the participants to focus on specific issues in an active way.The achieved results have been: Professional development of the educators supported with a view to innovation;* Quality of youth activities across Europe improved;* Best practices and new methods in participants’ daily activities integrated;* Synergies with organizations active in different social, educational and employment fields established;* Competences linked to the participants’ professional profiles improved;* Knowledge of practices, policies and systems in education, training or youth across countries disseminated;* Understanding of interconnections between formal and non-formal education increased;* Ability to address the needs of the disadvantaged improved;* Motivation and satisfaction in daily work or activity enhanced. After the end of the activities and the seminar-experience impacts has been produced at different levels.T-TRUST project contributed to the goal of preventing early school leaving through a mutual cultural knowledge. The participants are still playing a key-role in broadcasting and amplifying the effects, the content and the policies resulting from the good practices exchange. Furthermore, the out coming network of partnership is thought to last even beyond the end of the project. In fact, T-TRUST laid the foundations for new projects and strategic partnerships that will capitalize the results obtained to design new actions to tackle and prevent early school leaving across Europe.

In the meantime, FEED offered the opportunity to better know the new working opportunities offered by green economy, inspiring the participants to a professional and intrepreneurial development.""Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life"" was the thread that runs through the whole EXPO, and in Vicenza the young participants have explored the theme in a territory where agriculture has a long tradition and the industrial sector has been developing strongly in the past century, but where now young people are fighting against the problem of unemployment. Reflection on the Expo theme allowed to discover local zero food miles (“from farm to fork”) and producers, seasonal production and ways of cooking which take inspiration from cultural traditions and local products of the participants. The non formal activities have promoted an intercultural dialogue, experimenting and creating new real plates, but also a reflection on the main theme of the project while fostering skills and abilities which can be useful for a personal but also professional development. The project then helped to increase active citizenship of the participants and the awareness about the importance of every day habits related to food as consumers through non formal workshops and activities."
